Hello and welcome to Naruto Rise of the Ryukage and the Omnigan chapter 15. I tell you with school this sure took a long time to make, and I only got like halfway done on paper before I started making this on the computer. I do apologize for the year long wait though. It was not my intention. I wanted to get this done last summer, but lots of things happened keeping me from finishing this extremely long chapter. I plan to take a few days after this to relax from finally finishing this chapter.

Naruto's Journey
A massive plume of smoke appeared in the air next to the Raikage's office revealing a teal dragon, but what got A's, Bee's and Yugito's attention was Naruto sitting on the dragon's back.
"Hey A-san, Bee, and Yugito-chan, how's it going?" Naruto asked as if he wasn't doing anything interesting.
That proved to be a huge mistake because Yugito jumped onto Sora's head and ran to where Naruto before she started strangling him.
"YOU IDIOT!" Yugito began while ringing Naruto's neck. "DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW WORRIED I WAS WHEN YOU DISAPPEARED OVER A DAY AGO WITHOUT A WORD?!" She shouted while channeling Matatabi's chakra.
While Yugito was choking Naruto two octopus tentacles came from A's office, grabbed Naruto and Yugito, pulled them in the office, and tore Yugito off Naruto while keeping her restrained.
"T-Thanks Bee I owe you…" Naruto began. "I started to feel claws about to dig into my throat." He added.
"Then you can repay us by telling us where you went, and why you showed up on a giant dragon." A told Naruto.
"First A-san can you call Danzo-sensei?" Naruto asked. "One of my shadow clones gave me info on the Leaf I need him to look into." He told them.
"Fine, Bee keep holding Yugito until she calms down." A told his brother. "Mabui have our ANBU bring Danzo Shimura here now." The Raikage requested.
Within a moment Danzo and Mabui had entered the office.
"Raikage-sama, Danzo had already entered the building when you gave the order." Mabui told them with a bow.
Before anything else was said or done Danzo threw his cane hitting Naruto between the eyes before pulling it back to his hand with chakra strings.'
"AGH DAMNIT DANZO-SENSEI!" Naruto screamed.
"Start explaining Naruto." Danzo spoke with a hanging threat."
"Okay, okay no need to do anything we'll regret Danzo-sensei." Naruto said before standing up.
"Okay first off I had Gamakichi deliver scrolls with sealed Shadow clones to four of the five kage so I could get support to make that hidden village while I went to see if I could have another summon contract alongside the Toads." Naruto began. "While Kichi and my clones got permission from the other kages for the village, I signed the summon contract for the dragons, which is the reason Sora's here well besides helping me get to all the other places I need to go to prepare the construction of my village." Naruto finished explaining.
"You're lucky ROOT suspects you for occurrences like Sora-san" Danzo said before whacking Naruto upside the head with his cane.
"OW!" Naruto screamed. "Danzo-sensei please stop hitting my head or else I'll forget that favor I promised Tsunade I'd ask you." Naruto said while rubbing his head in pain from the hard hits by Danzo's cane.
"You want me to do something for Tsunade?" Danzo asked opening his eye in surprise.
"Yeah, she told my leaf clone that the village has been suffering an economic backlash from my banishment except for the civilian council and their families.
"And Tsunade and Jiraiya suspect the council members are having illegal deals in the shadows correct?" Danzo asked and Naruto nodded. "Foo, Torune, Sai!" Danzo called and the three ROOT ANBU appreared in the Raikage's office.
"Yes Lord Danzo!" The ROOT members chanted while bowing.
"I want you three to lead a team of our best Aburame, Hyuuga, and Inuzuka, head to the Leaf, spy on the civilian council, and report any and all evidence of illegal dealings to Tsunade." Danzo ordered before the ROOt operatives disappeared to do their mission.
With that accomplished Danzo turned to Naruto.
"Now that Tsunade has help where will you go first to gain further support for Ryugakure?" Danzo asked.
"Probably the Land of Waves, followed by Spring, Waterfall, and Tea countries before the five elemental daimyo, with the Fire Daimyo being last due to the fact that he helped me get banished from the Leaf." Naruto answered his sensei.
"Why would you go to the Land of Waves first instead of heading to the Lightning Daimyo?" A asked.
"Wave was the first C-rank mission my genin team went on, and there is Tazuna, a well-known carpenter who built a bridge from Wave to Fire country." Naruto explained.
"He mostly wants Tazuna as foreman for of construction, and to visit the graves of Zabuza Momochi and his apprentice haku." Danzo continued.
"So Naruto when do you leave for your journey?" A asked.
"As soon as I can A-san." Naruto replied.
"Yugito, Bee, go with him, and keep each other out of trouble." A ordered.
"Yes tousan." Yugio said hopping onto Sora's back.
"No worries bro, I'll keep two and nine feeling fine." Bee rapped before jumping onto Sora's back.
"Don't worry A-san, I'll keep him quiet during meetings." Naruto said before joining Yugito and Bee on Sora as she started flying away.
"So Naruto care to tell me where The Land of Waves is?" Sora asked.
"Fly over the Hidden Leaf then head south until you see a massive bridge going from the Land of Fire to a small island country." Naruto replied.
"So Naruto since you sent clones to the other kage, what happened in Suna, Konoha, Iwa, and Kiri?" Yugito asked curiously like the cat sealed inside her.
"Well Granny Tsunade readily approved support for the village, the Sand named Garra the one-tailed jinchuriki as Kazekage when he reaches Jounin and gave support, in Kiri I promised the Godaime Mizukage that I would help find out what possessed Yagura, their Yondaime and the Sanbi Jinchuriki to begin the civil war, and as for Iwa's old third Tsuchikage I had to promise one of his most trusted ninja a seat on my village council." Naruto said as he answered her question.
"You mean that the Yondaime Mizukage wasn't a heartless monster?" Yugito asked confused.
"Actually Mei Terumi said that before starting the Bloodline Purge Yagura was among the most peaceful kage in the world." Naruto began. "Kurama even said that Isobu was just as peaceful." He added.
As the two continued their conversation Sora landed in front of a massive and familiar bridge.
"Well, well, what have we here?" Sora asked before beginning to read the plaque on the bridge.
"The Great Naruto Bridge, named in honor of the ninja who became the Hero of Wave by saving the country from Gatou, and bringing hope to the people of the country." Sora read as Naruto, Yugito, and Bee stood by her with surprise shown on their faces.
"Kid saved a country a month after becoming a genin…" Bee said as his jaw dropped.
"Wow out of a team of four the "worst" one got all the glory." Yugito said with a smirk.
"First let's go to the daimyo, and then we can go see Tazuna." Naruto said as they crossed the bridge.
[Wave Country: Market Place]
As the three jinchuriki walked through the were trying to figure out who would be the best person to ask for directions to the daimyo's residence. As they were about to give up and start asking everyone they could their luck got better…
"NARUTO-NII-SAN!" Shouted a voice that Naruto recognized, and before anyone knew it he was tackled to the ground by the bridge builder's grandson Inari. "Nii-san it's great to see you again." Inari began while crying in Naruto's chest. "I never thought we would see you again when Konoha exiled you." He finished while sniffling.
"Inari as much as I want to catch up with you and your family I wish to ask the Wave Daimyo for a favor." Naruto told his young friend.
"Okay then I can take you three there personally." Inari told them as he and Naruto stood up, and he led them to the daimyo's home.
[Wave Country: Damyo's home]
As soon as they arrived to the clearing where the Daimyo's home was Naruto slapped his forehead.
"Tsunami is the daimyo, and had the daimyo house made here to watch out for that old drunk Tazuna am I right?" Naruto asked looking at Inari.
"Yep, grandpa didn't want the job or to leave here, so mom had the house set up here when she took the job." Inari answered with a smile.
"Well since the old drunk's so close by can you go get him while we head in to see your mother?" Naruto asked as Inari nodded, and went to get his grandfather.
With that Naruto, Yugito, and Bee went in, and headed to Tsunami's office. When they entered her office they saw her completing the last of her paperwork, however, as soon as she finished the last document everyone was surprised by the doors being slammed open by Tazuna who was also carrying Inari.
"TSUNAMI, INARI TOLD ME NARUTO'S BACK!" Tazuna shouted causing her to see her father and son in the doorway, but on the couch in her office was Naruto, and two ninjas she had never seen before.
"Hey Tsunami, Tazuna." Naruto greeted.
Befire anything else was said Naruto found his head being smothered by Tsunami's chest.
"Oh Naruto it's so good to see you again, we were so worried when we heard Konoha exiled you!" Tsunami said as she hugged Naruto further into her ample bust.
"Tsunami please give the brat some air, so I can greet him." Tazuna said with a laugh.
Hearing her father Tsunami quickly released Naruto as she gave a bright blush rivaling Hinata Hyuuga.
"Thanks Tazuna." Naruto said while gasping for air.
"So Naruto what brings you back to Wave Country?" The bridge builder asked.
With that Naruto explained his plan for Ryugakure no Sato.
"Sounds like an impressive plan Naruto, but why did you come here if you got the Kage to support you?" Inari asked.
"In addition to the support of the Five Kage, and the elemental daimyo's, I wanted the support of the places I helped." Naruto explained.
"Well Naruto what will happen if I support your plan?" Tsunami asked.
"Well tazuna will be the head of construction, but I would like if you could get a Leaf escort to the location for where the village will be." Naruto answered.
"Why an escort from the place that banished you?" Inari asked confused.
With that Naruto unsealed a scroll.
"Because this scroll contains the names of the ninja for Tazuna's escort, the details of an S-Rank mission for Tsunade, and a request for Tenzo, and ANBU who can use Wood-Style ninjutsu which will increase construction progress." Naruto explained as he gave the scroll to Tsunami.
"Well since you seem to have this well-planned, Wave will support its hero, and aid in the construction of Ryugakure no Sato." Tsunami said as she took the scroll.
"Thank you Tsunami, and I'll be back to let you know when tazuna should leave." Naruto said before exchanging goodbyes, and leaving with his teammates.
Once they crossed the Great Naruto Bridge, they boarded Sora, and began to take flight for the next location: Takigakure no Sato, the Village Hidden in the Waterfall.
[Takigakure no Sato]
Sora began to land at the base of a mountain with a large waterfall confusing Sora, Yugito, and Bee.
"I know what you're all thinking." Naruto began. "But inside the mountain lies the Hidden Waterfall Village, so due to secrecy the daimyo's office is in the village." He finished.
With that the trio got off Sora, and Naruto guided them through the cave behind the falls and into the village. Once in the village, however, two Waterfall Jounin appeared.
"Halt who are you, and what is your business here?" The jounin demanded in sync.
"I'm Naruto Uzumaki exiled Leaf nin here to request a meeting with Lord Shibuki and the Waterfall Daimyo." Naruto stated as he introduced himself.
[Shibuki's office]
Shibuki and the Waterfall Daimyo were in the chunin's office awating their guests. As soon as Naruto stepped into the room he was instantly swept into a huge hug courtesy of Shibuki himself.
"Naruto, my friend it's so good to see you again." Shibuki said while squeezing Naruto really hard.
"It's good to see you too Shibuki, but can you please let go before my ribs crack?" Naruto asked as he returned the hug despite the pain.
"Oh sorry my strength was enhanced a little after drinking the Hero's Water." Apologized the Waterfall leader.
"Excuse me Naruto-san, but may we get to the reason of your visit?" Asked the Waterfall Daimyo.
While the daimyo was grateful to Naruto for saving the village from Suien, he did not like that because the village thought so highly of the boy they lost their alliance with the strongest of the Five Great Villages just because the Leaf decided to banish the boy.
With that Naruto explained everything about his plan for Ryugakure no Sato, and the support he has already gained.
"Impressive your plan has the potential to be the Sixth Great Ninja Village!" Shibuki began. "I approve my support." He finished. The Daimyo also nodded giving his support afterall such a village would be a great ally.
"By the way can I ask how the Nanabi Jinchuriki is treated?" Naruto asked.
"The demon bitch is treated the she should be." The daimyo answered with a scoff, which gave Naruto a perfect picture of how Taki treats a jinchuriki. Shibuki himself, however, turned away in shame at the answer.
"So you treat her like the prisoner instead of the prison." Naruto said with narrowed eyes.
"Of course it's the only way to treat a demon." The daimyo replied.
"Naruto I try to enforce that she is treated better, but the daimyo ensures the opposite." Shibuki explained.
"I'm sure our hero agrees with me." The daimyo said with complete arrogance and ignorance.
Once he spoke though the room and village were filled with the killing intent of three jinchuriki tailed-beast chakra cloaks.
"I WOULD NEVER AGREE WITH SOMEONE WHO TREATS A JINCHURIKI LIKE KONOHA TREATED ME AND LIKE KUMO TREATS YUGITO!" Naruto snarled with seven chakra tails waving behind him.
"NARUTO!" Shubiki called out. "Calm down and I will take you to Fu, but only if you take her with you when you head to your next destination!" Shibuki said to the enraged jinchuriki.
"SHIBUKI WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" The daimyo asked shocked.
"Stopping our village from committing more crimes against an innocent young girl as well as stopping you from ruining a promising alliance before it truly begins." Shibuki told his daimyo with a glare.
"Thank you Shibuki, because we couldn't bear to leave a fellow jinchuriki here where she's hated." Naruto said as he, Yugito, and Bee bowed to him.
With that Shibuki led the three jinchuriki to the tree that houses the Hero's Water.
"Fu lives at the top of the tree, but you'll need me with you since my father and I were the only ones she trusts." Shibuki said to them with a sad tone.
"And with your father dead, you're the only bond she has in the entire village." Yugito said sadly knowing of the few bonds she has in her own village.
"That's why when you mentioned a second chance for jinchuriki I was overjoyed because she could finally have the bonds with others she deserves." Shibuki said with hope in his eyes.
After that exchange he walked up the tree with the three jinchuriki behind him. Once they reached the top they saw a small home made in an alcove of the tree. When Shibuki got close he was hugged by a small girl Naruto's age with mint green hair and orange eyes.
"SHIBUKI-SAMA IT'S SO GOOD TO SEE YOU!" She shouted in excitement before her eyes narrowed seeing he wasn't alone.
"Who are they?" She asked her friend with suspicion in her tone.
"Fu this is Killer Bee, Yugito Nii, and Naruto Uzumaki." Shibuki said introducing them.
"Oh so what's the Leaf boy doing here?" Fu asked.
"Besides wanting the host of Chomei to travel with Gyuki, Matatabi, and Kurama?" Naruto asked with a smirk.
"W-what?!" Fu asked shocked by what he said.
"Fu we know what you go through as a jinchuriki. We've been there, and we want you to come with us before your village truly turns on you." Naruto said.
"How would they turn on me?" Fu asked nervously.
"They could banish you for doing your job like Konoha did me, or sell you out to Akatsuki, an organization made of S-Rank missing-nin that are hunting the biju, like Kumo did to Yugito behind the Raikage's back." Naruto answered.
"Okay, I'll join you guys." Fu answered.
"We had better get you four out of here before the daimyo and the villagers try something." Shibuki said before taking them to the secret entrance by Suiton Shushin.
Once there outside of the secret entrance of the village Shibuki and Fu were shocked from seeing Sora.
"I'm guessing you gained support from Waterfall, and a new companion?" Sora asked.
"Yes, this is our fellow jinchuriki Fu." Naruto said introducing the generation's only other female jinchuriki.
"T-that's a dragon, an actual dragon?!" Shibuki asked shocked.
"Yeah I have a summoning contract with the toads and dragons." Naruto explained.
"Hence the name for your planned Ryugakure?" Shibuki asked with a smirk.
"So I'll be living in his village when it's made?" Fu asked Shibuki.
"Yes, and with your fellow jinchuriki before then." The waterfall leader answered.
"I believe it would be best to move to our next destination." Sora spoke.
"She's right we have many people to see, and a lot more to do before Fu and I have a permanent home." Naruto said agreeing with the wind dragon.
With that Shibuki bid them goodbye as they climbed atop Sora before taking flight again. They were taken by surprise, however, when Sora began to land on a small island.
"Sora what's going on?" Naruto asked curious.
"Naruto are you sure our next destination has truly lost all snow, and has become Haru no Kuni in more than just name?" Sora asked pleadingly.
"I was there, and the people there are geniuses. I bet they finished the generator Koyuki's father made a while back since it was the life's dream of their late daimyo and their current daimyo's father." Naruto replied before Sora proceeded to take flight again.
[Spring Country: Daimyo's Palace, Garden]
The citizens of Spring Country were surprised and a little shocled when a giant dragon landed in the garden of their daimyo, however, their caution turned to joy as they saw their hero Naruto Uzumaki as one of the people riding atop the dragon's back. Koyuki Kazehana the daimyo of the Land of Spring proceeded to the landed dragon as Naruto jumped off Sora's back followed by his three companions. Once on the ground Naruto was swept into a hug, as is face met the kimono covered chest of Koyuki Kazehana.
"Naruto it's quite a pleasant surprise to see you again especially after the Leaf's foolish decision." The female daimyo spoke as she started squeezing tighter and suffocating Naruto.
"Excuse me, Lady Daimyo, but I think you are suffocating Naruto." Fu spoke gaining the actress' attention.
Once she was distracted from hugging Naruto she looked at him and saw that she was suffocating him in her breasts, and immediately let go so he could breathe.
"Thanks for the save Fu." Naruto began. "Also Koyuki, it is good to see you again." Naruto said to the daimyo making her smile.
"So because I do not want to be rude, shall we head inside and discuss your visit over some tea?" Koyuki asked.
Bee was about to say a rap, but was elbowed in the gut by Naruto and Yugito.
"We'd be delighted to have tea with you Koyuki." Naruto quickly said with a smile.
With that the actress/daimyo and her guards escorted the four jinchuriki into the castle and into the common area where servants came in with tea, and proceeded to our some for the daimyo and her guests.
"So Naruto to what do I owe this visit?" Koyuki began. "After all it's not every day our country's hero shows up with two Kumo nin and a Waterfall Kunoichi while on the back of a dragon." She finished with a smirk before taking a sip of tea.
With that Naruto proceeded to explain the events surrounding his exile, and then going into his plan in regards to Ryugakure.
"Well Naruto that is quite an impressive plan, and I actually approve of it. In fact once you have it set up I will provide some of the chakra armor used by the Yukigakure ninja." Koyuki told them, making this part of the journey go by much faster.
With that they got on Sora again, and proceeded to fly to Water Country. So that Naruto may fulfill his promise to Mei.
[Kirigakure: Mizukage Tower]
After flying over Nami no Kuni, Sora proceeded to fly over the ocean to Water Country before landing outside Kirigakure. When they got off the four Jinchuriki were instantly greeted by Mei who led them to the tower.
"I see the real Naruto has come to fulfill his promise, and find out the true cause of Yagura's madness as well as the cause of the bloodline purge and civil war." She said to them while they walked to the holding cells inside the tower.
Once there they saw a blonde teenage looking boy with pink eyes chained up with chakra suppression seals.
"Wake up Yagura." Mei commanded
"I see the bloodline mutt has brought my siblings to see me suffer." Yagura spoke in a trance like voice.
"Yagura." Naruto called channeling chakra to his eyes.
Right as Yagura made eye contact with Naruto the Uzumaki used the Sharingan part of the Omnigan, after learning during the trip to Kumo with Itachi and Kisame, to enter the fallen jinchuriki's mindscape.

Upon entering Yagura's mindscape Naruto saw a massive lake with a red island with a changed Yagura on it, and above the island the moon appeared as a Sharingan eye.
With that Naruto walked across the water to the island with the chained jinchuriki.
"How did you get here, and are you going to kill me in my own mind?" Yagura asked.
As soon as that was said Isobu the three tails emerged from the lake.
"NO ONE'S KILLING YAGURA IF I CAN HELP IT!" The turtle screamed as he was about to strike Naruto only to be stopped by a red furry arm.
"That's no way to treat my jinchuriki Isobu." Kurama said in tailed beast form.
"Kurama! You're jinchuriki -"
"Is only here to break the genjutsu trapping Yagura in here, so he can make up for his crimes." Kurama said to her sibling shocking the turtle and his host.
"You're going to get me out of here? Why?" Yagura asked.
"One, I'm making a hidden village and need allies, two, as a jinchuriki I know the pain many of our siblings are forced with, three, my hidden village will be a place for all seven or eight of us to live in peace." Naruto replied.
"But why help let alone offer me a place to make up for my sins?" The disgraced Mizukage asked.
"Because we jinchuriki are victims too. You were controlled and manipulated by the sharingan, and you can probably remember the appearance of the one who did it." Naruto answered.
"Yes, he had black spikey hair, wore a black cloak with red clouds on it, and he had an orange spiral mask with a single hole for the right eye." Yagura answered shocking Naruto and Kurama.
"N-no i-it can't be!" Naruto and Kurama said together in Yagura's mind and in the real world.
"So it seems you know of him as well." Yagura said with narrowed eyes.
"Of course we do, he removed Kurama from my mother, used his sharingan to control Kurama into attacking the Leaf, and caused the death of my father the Yondaime hokage and my mother Kushina Uzumaki, as they sealed Kurama into me. It also led to me being hated by most of the Leaf until I was banished by the council and daimyo for doing my job." Naruto answered with a glare before continuing. "He's also leading a group of missing-nin called Akatsuki that is hunting all the tailed beasts." He added.
"Then free me, and I will do everything I can to help you." Yagura said. "I don't want Isobu being used as a sword. We always wanted to fight as a shield to protect the people." He added.
With that Naruto severed the chains on Yagura and used the sharingan side of his eyes to cancel the genjutsu completely.
[Mizukage tower – holding cells]
Naruto and Yagura started to blink as they returned to the conscious world. Once they saw each other they nodded to the other.
"What happened Naruto?" Yugito asked curous.
"Yagura was under a genjutsu by a man Kurama and I want to kill." Naruto answered.
"Wait who is this man and why do you want to kill him?" Mei asked.
"The true leader of the Akatsuki, and the man who caused the Nine-Tails attack on the Leaf when I was born." Naruto answered.
"So three really was innocent in all this huh?" Bee asked.
"Yes, and we should all head to the daimyo." Naruto said as he opened Yagura's cell and freed him.
With that the four, now five jinchuriki and the Mizukage started to head through the mist to the daimyo's office. On the way people were look shocked to see the Yondaime and Godaime walking to the daimyo together, while others glared at Yagura. Once they arrived they explained everything to him from Mei's first meeting with Naruto's clone to what was revealed while Naruto was in Yagura's mindscape.
"I see so our Yondaime was an unwilling pawn in someone else's scheme." The daimyo began. "Yagura in light of this evidence, you are absolved of your crimes against Water Country." He then turned Naruto. "Naruto would you please take Yagura with you in your journey? He deserves another chance, and after what you said about your hidden village, it would be perfect which means you also have my support for it." The daimyo spoke before the five jinchuriki thanked him and began to leave. Once at the gate Naruto got a laugh from seeing Yagura's reaction to seeing Sora, and they proceeded to fly to Tea country.
[Tea country]
It was an enjoyable flight for the five jinchuriki as they got to know each other, it had turned out they were all treated the same at the start, but Yagura gained respect and lost it while Bee gained it in his village.
Once in Tea Country Naruto had a pleasant reunion with Idate and the Wasabi clan. Once they learned about Naruto's village idea, they proceeded to the daimyo who was a friend of the Wasabi Clan and gave his support. After that they proceeded to Kaze no Kuni.
[Kaze no Kuni]
The flight to Wind Country was a hot one as they flew under the scorching desert sun, however, the five jinchuriki agreed that it would be best to ask in Suna where the Daimyo was located.
[Sunagakure no Sato]
Once the five got off the dragon they stopped at the village gate to discuss.
"Okay while were here since there is still a lot of time I think we should make sure that Bee is on his best behavior since we're going to the Kazekage manor to ask directions." Naruto said.
"Why only me?" Bee asked upset.
"Because I doubt Fu, Yugito, and Yagura need to worry about annoying our fellow jinchuriki to the point he kills them with a sand burial." Naruto told them before walking into the village.
"So Naruto who are we going to ask, who is the Sand jinchuriki, and why would he be in the Kazekage manor?" Fu asked.
"In order we are going to ask Sabaku no Temari, ignore her brother Kankuro, the one with the face paint, Sabaku no Gaara is the Suna jinchuriki, and for your last question, all three would be in the Kazekage mansion because they are the children of the Fourth Kazekage." Naruto answered as they entered the building.
Once they did the sand siblings entered the entryway to see their guests.
"Naruto this is a surprise." Kankuro spoke first.
"Yeah what brings you here, and who are your companions?" Temari asked.
"You are all like Naruto and I." Gaara spoke.
"So Naruto, why did you bring four jinchuriki here?" Temari asked annoyed.
"We wanted to ask if you know where the Daimyo's home is, so we can ask them for their support in regards to the village I'm going to make." Naruto replied.
"Northeast in an oasis between the village and the Hi/Kaze border." Temari replied.
With that they said their goodbyes, and the five jinchuriki proceeded back to Sora. Once she took flight again it was easy to find the oasis Temari spoke of, and even easier to get the daimyo to offer support after learning about Naruto and Yagura's circumstances. As a bonus the Wind daimyo agreed to send all missions to Suna allowing them to gain more funding, more mission experience, and increase the quality of their ninja.
With that the five jinchuriki and the wind dragon began to fly back to Kaminari no Kuni.
[Kaminari no Kuni]
On the flight to the daimyo Naruto was preparing himself mentally as the Lightning Daimyo would ask questions about the instigator of the Kiri Civil War. He also wondered how to take on the Earth and Fire Daimyos. However, he decided he would worry about them after speaking to the Lightning Daimyo.

Once Sora landed the five Jinchuriki were instantly met with the daimyo's samurai guard, who upon recognizing the Raikage's brother led them to the daimyo himself.
"Ah Killer Bee, to what do I owe this visit especially when you bring the disgraced Yondaime Mizukage?" The daimyo asked.
"Actually sir it's me who wished to see you, A-san just wanted Yugito and Bee with me to make sure I don't run into any trouble." Naruto spoke confidently to the daimyo.
"Ah yes I heard about you in a message from Raikage-san young Namikaze. He also mentioned the village you plan to create, and I will offer you my support, however, when your village is stable, you and I are to meet and share a drink." The daimyo told them.
With that they thanked him and proceeded back to Sora, who unknown to everyone but Naruto, was flying to Kumo.

"Naruto why are we flying over Kumo?" Yugito asked.
"Because I feel it would be best if I spoke to the Earth and Fire Daimyos by myself. Not to mention unlike the Lightning Daimyo they might get provoked at five jinchuriki, rather than just one." Naruto explained.
"I understand Naruto, and considering your father as well as the situation with the Leaf it would be best for you to go alone as a sign of trust." Yagura replied as he, Fu, and Bee jumped off Sora and headed to the village.
Naruto then turned to Yugito.
"Be safe." She told him.
"I will, and tell Danzo sensei not to hit me with his cane when I get back." He told her making her smile as she jumped off Sora.
With that Naruto began to fly to Earth country.
[Tsuchi no Kuni – Daimyo's mansion]
The trip there was a fast one for Naruto and Sora since they dropped off their companions at Kumo, and as soon as they landed he was greeted by samurai.
"Halt, state your business." One of the samurai ordered.
"My name is Naruto Uzumaki Namikaze, and I wish to speak with the Earth Daimyo." Naruto told them.
With that Naruto was forcibly brought before the daimyo.
"Ah the exiled son of Minato Namikaze. I heard about your meeting with Onoki, and actually planned on offering support on the condition that I see the village when it is completed." The daimyo spoke making Naruto sigh in relief.
"Actually on the topic of that how about you also join the Lightning Daimyo and I for a drink since he will also be there when it's finished?" Naruto offered.
"I accept your offer young Namikaze, and to warn you the ninja Onoki will send to your village is his own granddaughter Kurotsuchi." The daimyo replied.
"Thank you for the heads up my lord, and by your leave I will proceed to the fire daimyo." Naruto spoke.
"It seems the boy saved his original feudal lord last because it would be awkward asking the man who aided in exiling him for support to create a village on his border." The daimyo thought as he watched the boy leave.
[Fire country – daimyo palace]
As Naruto and Sora landed Naruto was not greeted by a group of samurai, but instead by the rookie 11 and their senseis.
"Well this is unexpected." Naruto said as he saw his teammates and friends.
"Let me guess, the real dope?" Sasuke asked.
"Would you be dumb and insensitive enough to meet a daimyo with a shadow clone or a few jinchuriki traveling with you?" Naruto asked his friend.
"Do we want to know about the other jinchuriki?" Kiba asked.
"Nope besides that they are in Kumo right now so that the daimyo can be relaxed while talking to me." Naruto replied as he started walking in past everyone.
Once inside, he was an old man holding a fan with the kanji for fire on it.
"Ah young Naruto, I had heard of you from Asuma, as well as your banishment." The daimyo spoke.
"The banishment you assisted." Sasuke mumbled to the daimyo.
"So tell me young Namikaze why have you come?" The daimyo asked.
"I assume my old friends from the Leaf are here because they told you about the village I'm planning to create on the borders of Hi, Tsuchi, and Kaminari no Kunis correct?" Naruto asked as the daimyo nodded.
"How much support have you currently gained?" The daimyo asked.
"The Five Kage through shadow clones, four of the elemental daimyos, Waterfall, Shibuki and the Daimyo, Tea, Wave, and Snow countries." Naruto answered before turning to Sasuke and Sakura. "Idate says hi by the way."
"Well Naruto it seems that you exile has caused problems for the country and the Leaf, so the only way I will support you is if you ally with me and the Leaf to help us recover." The daimyo demanded.
"Very well my lord, and I have already started to help as my sensei Danzo Shimura is investigating the Leaf's civilian council who are under suspicion of illegal deals." Naruto replied.
With that Naruto turned and started to leave.
"Naruto why don't you stay a little so we can catch up?" Ino asked.
"Okay just let me tell Sora to go home until I summon her again to take me back to Kumo.
With that Naruto sent Sora home, and began to stay at the daimyo's home for the night while spending time and catching up with his friends and their senseis.
And thus the chapter is complete. Again I am sorry for the year long wait, but I at least managed to finish it on my birthday. Also even if there are still spelling or grammar mistakes, I apologize, but like I said it took me a year to fully make this. I just hope that you can all forgive me for taking so long.
