Mercedes ran her hand through her hair, her other one on the basket as she walked through the isle in the grocery store. Turning to her kids, she smiled, "How was school today?"

"Boring.."

"Long.."

Maverick and Madison's voices ran out a the same time. They looked at each other and smiled.

"That's good." Mercedes smiled as she came to a stop, gesturing for them to grab some bags, "We need tomatoes and garlic."

Madison nodded as she grabbed a bag, her ponytail swinging side to side as she walked over to pick up the items.

"Are you ready for your party tomorrow, Madi?" Maverick asked as he tossed a tomato up in the air, earning a glare from their mother.

"Yes.." Madison smiled brightly. After their conversation they had a few weeks ago, Madison had decided that she wanted to do a pool/sleepover party. She was super excited about it because she was going to get to spend all day and night with her family and friends.

Mercedes placed a hand on her stomach when she felt her babies kicking rapidly, "What are you two doing?"

Maverick smiled at his mother, walking over, he placed his hands on her stomach, "I still can't believe you're having twins.."

"Have you seen me?" Mercedes chuckled as she pointed down to her very obvious, humongous belly.

"Yes I have and you're very adorable." He smirked as he kissed her forehead.

Mercedes giggled as she patted his cheek, "Thank you.." She looked over and smiled when Madison came back with the bags, "Baby, why don't you and Maverick go get the chips and drinks."

"Okay." Madison said as she handed Mercedes the two bags and grabbed Maverick's hand.

Sam loosened up his tie as he entered the grocery store. He had told Mercedes that he was going to meet them there so they could get the things for the house and Madison's birthday party. Seeing her in the produce section, he smiled as he walked up behind her, wrapping his long arms around waist, pressing a kiss on her neck, "Hey.."

Mercedes smiled when she felt him behind her, "Hey baby.." She turned around in his arms, kissing his lips softly.

Sam sighed in content at the kiss, "Where are the kids?"

"I sent them to get some things." She said as she took in his subdued angry features. Running her hands over his puffed out cheeks, "What's wrong?"

Sam sighed as he looked towards the basket, taking his hands to rub his aching neck. He looked at her and began to tell her what happened.

Sam was walking back to his office with case files in his hand when he heard arguing. His eyebrows shot up when he heard the direction it was coming from. Curiosity taking over him, he walked down the hallway and saw Mr. Herrington assistant, Jane, with her head down. The closer he got to the door, the clearer the words got.

"How can I even call you my son? You're a disgrace to this family boy." The cold, hard words lingered in the air.

Levi stared back at his father with a mixture of hurt and anger etching across his face. He knew he was going to react badly but he didn't think he was going to go that far. Feeling tears well up in his eyes, "H-How can you say that?"

"Easily.." He squinted his eyes at him, "You're a damn disgrace. No son of mines is going to be a sissy. Get out of my office."

Levi let out a harsh, shaky breath as he grabbed his book bag, walking over to the door quickly, he wiped his face when he opened it, coming face to face with Sam, he felt his tears started to flow again as he pushed passed him and headed to the elevator.

Sam heart broke when he saw Levi. He looked at Mr. Herrington with a frown, not knowing whether to say anything or not. He handed Jane his files and told her that he'll be right back. He sprinted down the hallway to try to catch the elevator before it closed, sliding through just in time, he sighed when he saw Levi on the floor when his hands over his face. Pushing the emergency stop button, he slid down and sat beside him, wrapping the younger into a hug.

Levi cried harder when he felt Sam's arms around him, "I-I shouldn't have said a-anything.."

"It's not your fault.." Sam whispered to him as he held on to him, blowing out a deep breath. He grunted lowly, hating that he was going through this.

Mercedes had her hand over her mouth as she listen to what Sam was saying, "Oh my god.."

"Yeah.." Sam nodded as he rubbed her stomach, "I just don't understand how parents can say cruel things to their children."

"Some people are just assholes Sam." She rubbed his arms with a sigh, "I just feel so bad for Levi."

"I've never seen him so hurt like that before." Sam rubbed his face before he looked at his fiancée, "I actually think I might have stepped out of line."

"You didn't step out of line baby." Mercedes kissed his cheek.

Sam nodded as he leaned over and hugged her, "I love you."

Madison giggled as she held onto the two bags of chips. Seeing her daddy, she smiled brightly as she ran and placed the bags in the basket before going to him, "Daddy.."

Sam pulled back with a smile, bending down to hug his daughter, "Hey sweet pea."

Madison smiled as she hugged him back, "I love you.."

Sam held her tighter, his daughter not knowing how much he needed to hear that from her right now, "I love you so much. Never forget that Madison Grace."

Mercedes smiled as she looked at them. Taking a chance to look at her son, she pulled on his shirt, leaning into his side, "Have you talked to Levi lately?"

"Um..yeah, the other day actually." Maverick answered as he sat the dips in the basket, looking back at his mother, "Why?"

"You need to call him. I think he needs a friend right now." Mercedes rubbed his shoulder before she pulled back, "Alright you guys we have more things to get, so lets get it started."

Sam and Maverick had woke up around ten the next morning to get a start on decorating the house for Madison's party. Sam couldn't believe his little girl was turning seven. She was growing up so fast and he was so glad that he was here to see it.

Mercedes was putting her sundress over her bathing suit as she made it downstairs. Looking around, she smiled when she saw Sam had just finished decorating the inside and the backyard for Madi's birthday.

"You're one sexy mama." Sam said with a smirk as he walked up, wrapping his arms around her waist.

"Thank you." Mercedes blushed slightly as she hooked her arms his neck, planting a small kiss on his lips before she looked around, "Not bad papa bear."

"Had a little help from my awesome assistant." Sam smiled as he gestured over to Maverick, who was outside on the phone.

Mercedes giggled as she kissed him again, "Y'all did an amazing job."

Sam smiled brightly when she kissed him, an action he would never get tired of her doing, "Where's the birthday girl?"

"I passed her room and she was still sleeping." Mercedes answered as she rounded the kitchen island, her eyebrows knitted up when the doorbell rung, "Who is that?"

"I dunno." Sam answered as he looked over to the clock, seeing the party didn't start for another two hours.

Maverick opened the slide door and found his mother and Sam in the kitchen, "I'll get it.." He ran to the door, almost tripping over the rug.

"Be careful.." Mercedes called after her son, chuckling a little.

Maverick blushed as he made it to the door, opening it, he smiled when he came face to face with the person, "Glad you came."

"Thanks for inviting me." Levi smiled softly as he walked into the house, following Maverick into the kitchen, he waved over at Sam and Mercedes, "Hi.."

Maverick looked over at his mother and Sam, "Hope it's okay that I invited him.."

"Of course sweetheart." Mercedes bit into a pickle spear as she walked around the counter with a smile, going over to give Levi a hug, "Excuse my belly."

Levi chuckled as he hugged her back, letting go with a smile, "You look beautiful, Ms. Jones."

"Thank you sweetie." Mercedes smiled before she went back to the refrigerator.

Sam leaned against the counter as he watched Levi closely. He could tell that the young boy wasn't getting any sleep and that bothered him.

Levi looked over at Sam, sighing as he walked over to him to give him a hug, whispering, "Thank you."

"Don't thank me.." Sam said back as he looked at him. He knew things were not good for him at home and that killed Sam so much, "You look tired. How about you go get some sleep.."

"I don't want to impose in your-

"You're not." Mercedes and Maverick said at the same time.

Levi looked at them with tired eyes, "Okay.."

"Good, well you can come to my room." Maverick slid his phone into his pocket, eyes going wide when he realized how that sounded.

"Um, no sir." Mercedes casted her eyes at her son, giving him a knowing look, "We have a guest room."

Maverick felt his face heat up with embarrassment, "N-No, mom..I wasn't saying it like..oh my god I'll show him the guest room." He turned and exited out the kitchen quickly.

Levi chuckled nervously, his own face turning red as he excused himself to follow Maverick.

Sam shook his head at his fiancée.

"What?" Mercedes asked as she grabbed another pickle, running it through the ranch, "They're teenage boys with hormones."

Sam laughed loudly, "You have a point." He snickered as he looked at the stairs, a bright smile coming onto his face, "There's my girl.."

Madison smiled as she walked over to her dad, wrapping her arms around his waist.

"Happy Birthday, Muffin." Sam said as he hugged her tightly.

"Thank you daddy." She whispered quietly with a smile.

Mercedes smiled as she wobbled over to them with a small wrapped present in her hand, "Happy Birthday baby girl."

"Thank you mama." Madison let go of her father and went to Mercedes, hugging her the best she could. Her eyes brighten when she saw the small box, "What's this?"

"My first gift to you." Mercedes smiled as she went and sat down on the couch, "Open it."

Madison smiled as she sat beside her on the couch, undoing the bow and ripping the wrapping paper. When she opened the box, her eyes scanned over the gift confusingly before she let out a small gasp, turning to look at her mother, "Really?"

Mercedes nodded happily as she bit her lip excitedly.

Madison picked up the small blue collar and looked over and saw her dad come back into the living room with a black and white kitten in his hands. All bets were off. Her adorable face scrunched up as her eyes filled up with tears when Sam handed the small animal to her. Madison looked into the bright green eyes with a watery smile before she got up and went to Mercedes, hugging her tightly, "Thank you so much, mama."

Mercedes hugged her back tightly, moving her hand up to wipe her own tears that had fallen. Madison always told her that she wanted a cat but her egg donor wouldn't buy her one. She was so happy that she could do this for her, "You're welcome baby girl."

Sam leaned against the door frame with a smile on his face. The look on his daughter's face was priceless. In this moment, his love for Mercedes grew just like it did everyday.

Its been three hours since the party started and it was slowly coming to an end. Family and friends had packed the inside and outside of the Jones-Evans household, enjoying the delicious food, games, and the pool. Madison was especially on a high. She was having a ball and repeatedly told Sam that this was the best birthday ever.

Levi smiled as he stood in the kitchen watching the little kids through the glass door. He was so thankful that Maverick invited him here today. He was having a rough time at home and he just needed to get away.

Maverick chuckled at one of the little girls before he slid into the kitchen. Seeing Levi, he smiled, "Hey, what are you doing in here alone?"

"Just needed some time to think." He gave him a grateful smile.

Maverick nodded as he walked around, hopping on the counter, he looked down at him, "How are you? And don't lie either."

Levi sighed as he leaned against the counter in front of him, "Honestly, I'm hurting. My dad doesn't want anything to do with me. My mom can't even look at me. The only people who are talking to me is my two older brothers."

"I'm sorry that you're going through this, I really am." Maverick said sincerely.

Levi shrugged as he played with a napkin, "It's not your fault. My brother wants me to come stay with him so once I leave here, I'm going to go home and pack."

"Lets just not think about anymore. I invited you here to have so fun." Maverick smiled as he jumped down, stepping in front of him with a smirk, he removed his shirt and sat it on the counter beside him, leaning down to where his lips ghost over his, "Up for a swim?"

Levi felt his breath hitch as Maverick stood in front of him, his eyes never leaving his, "I-um..sure."

Maverick smirked as he stepped back and began to walk outside with Levi in tow.

Mercedes giggled as she leaned back on one of the lounger watching Sam with Madison in the pool. Rubbing her stomach absently, she chuckled when she saw Puck pick Beth up and throw her in the pool, "I'm glad she was able to come home this weekend."

"Yeah me too." Quinn smiled over at her best friend, "I was so happy that she decided to go to UCLA instead of NYU. I know she's growing up but I don't want her that far away."

Mercedes nodded as she listened, "I understand. I feel the same way about Maverick." She sat up in the seat, waving at the parents who were leaving. Since Madison was also having a sleepover that night, the parents were going to take their girls homes for baths and bring them back ready for the night.

Madison wrapped her arms around Sam's neck with a smile, "Thank you daddy."

Sam moved his arms so that he could keep then afloat, smiling at his daughter, "For what Muffin?"

"For being the best daddy in the world." She leaned down and kissed his cheek.

"Shit." He muttered quietly, feeling his eyes starting to water up.

"I heard that." She laughed softly as she wiped his eyes, "I won't tell mama."

Sam chuckled with a watery smile, "Thank you baby."

Madison smiled before she looked over at Mercedes, "Mommy, come in please.."

"Yeah mom, please." Maverick called out from the other side of the pool.

Mercedes sighed as she stood up from the lounger, walking over to the steps of shallow end. Sliding off her flip flops, she removed her dress and sat it in the chair behind her and step down the steps. Usually Mercedes would wear a one piece, but since she was carrying extra cargo and couldn't fit in any of her suits, she had opted to a dark purple two-piece.

"Damn." Sam said as he looked at his fiancée, licking his all of a sudden dry lips. When he thought she couldn't get any more beautiful, she shocked the hell out of him.

"Slay Aunt Cedes, Slay." Beth called out with a bright smile, coming behind her father, she pushed him in the pool for payback.

"I really do like this view." Brittany said as she looked up and down Mercedes's backside.

"I second that wifey." Santana said as she smirked at her best friend.

Mercedes rolled her eyes at them, letting out a bashful smile, "I'm glad that my oversized stomach and this flimsy bikini is very amusing to you all."

"You look hot pregnant, sexy mama." Puck said with a smirk when he came up from under water, earning a glare from Sam.

Sam was not amused at all that their friends were openly checking out his lady.

Mercedes giggled as she sat on the last step, the cool water stopping just under her necklace. She opened her arms when she saw Madison swimming to her, "Did you have fun today?" Mercedes asked as she leaned her forehead against Madison's.

The little girl nodded with a smile, "The best."

Mercedes rubbed her back, looking over at the clock that was hanging on the wall outside, "How about you go ahead and get your bath? And ask Aunt Stacey to wash your hair."

"Okay." She said softly as she got out of her lap and walked up the steps.

Sam smirked as he came in front of Mercedes, taking his hands and running them over her full hips, "I really do appreciate these.."

Mercedes rolled her eyes, letting out a snort, "Shut up Sam."

"What?" He smiled wolfishly, staring at the way her full breast were sitting up, "And the girls are getting bigger and bigger by the day. How is this thing even holding them up?"

Mercedes pushed Sam's face away from her, "You pig."

Sam laughed loudly as he wrapped his arms around her, pulling her off the step, he moved his hands down to wrap her legs around his waist, pulling them out towards the middle of the pool. He kissed her lips soundly, "I love you."

"I love you too, Evans." She smiled against his lips before pulling back, moving some of his wet locks from out of his face, "Are you ready for a house full of seven year olds?"

"I was born ready." Sam smiled brightly, kissing the tip of her nose, "But first..I'm going to guide my sexy baby mama around this pool." He chuckled when Mercedes threw her head back in laughter as she held on to him tightly.

About an hour later, everyone was fresh and cleaned from the pool. Pizza was ordered while popcorn was popped and the in home attic movie theatre was occupied by Madison and her friends. The girls decided that they wanted to watch The Little Mermaid first then Pocahontas. Since Maverick was chaperoning, he told them after those two movie he would let them watch a scary movie.

Levi hugged Madison tightly before he stood up, smiling when she thanked him repeatedly for her gift, "Have a good rest of your birthday."

"Thank you Levi." She kissed his cheek before she went back to her friends.

"Alright little princesses. I'll will be back in five minutes." Maverick said before he walked out and down the stairs. He opened the front door and let Levi go out first, following him to his car.

"Thank you again for inviting me." Levi said as he leaned against his car with a smile, "I had a lot of fun."

"Like I said, no problem. I'm glad that you had fun." He stuffed his hands into the pockets of his pajama pants with a small smile.

Levi moved forward and pressed a short, diminutive kiss on his lips, moving back, he but down on his bottom lip, "Would you like to go on a date this weekend?"

Maverick smiled as he kissed him, pouting when he pull back but a smile reappearing on his face when he heard the question he asked, "I would love to."

"Great. I'll text you later." Levi smiled happily before he leaned forward and placed a longer one on his lips before getting into his car.

Maverick smirked as he waved at him, walking back in the house, he started humming as he climbed the stairs.

"Babe.." Sam smiled as he followed behind her, "I love you hair."

Mercedes shook her head with a smile as she walked up the stairs with a big bowl of carmel popcorn while Sam was holding their box of pizza. Sam had offered to wash her for her so she wouldn't have to do it. Since her hair was naturally long and curly, Sam found it oddly amazing to watch her curls spiral out when he washed and blow dried it, "Thank you baby...again."

"Do you think the twins will have hair like yours?" He asked sweetly as he held on the the box, the smell of hot, delicious sausage and pepperoni pizza assaulting his nose.

Mercedes couldn't help but to smile at his cuteness, "Everyone is different. Theirs might be curly or it may be straight. We are just going to have to wait and see."

Sam nodded as he continued to follow her up to their bedroom. He chuckled when he heard little feet moving around on the floor above them, "They're going to give Maverick a run for his money."

Mercedes laughed as she pulled the cover back and scooted into the bed, "He'll be alright. He loves kids."

Sam slid in next to her, smirking as he tried to steal some of her popcorn, wincing when she swatted his hand, "Ouch."

"I asked you downstairs did you want some, you said no." She moved her bowl from out of his reach, raising a brow playfully, "Me and your babies are hungry, so sharing is not an option."

Sam pouted at her as he sat the box in the middle of the bed, leaning into her, he wrapped his arms around her waist, laying his head on her stomach with a smile.

Mercedes chuckled as she ran her free hand through his hair, sitting her bowl on her lap for him to get some. They sat in peaceful silence for a few minutes eating until Mercedes thought of something that made her temperature boil when she got yesterday. She swallowed the contents of her food before she spoke, "I don't want to ruin the mood or anything but I have to tell you something.."

Sam lifted his head off of her stomach and looked at her, "Okay.."

Mercedes sighed as she played with the rim of the bowl, "There was a package at the front door yesterday." She looked over at him, "It was for Madison..from Nicole."

Sam nose flared as sat up fully in the bed, "How the fuck did she get our address?"

"I don't know.." She said quietly, watching as the anger flash through his eyes as he got out the bed.

"Where is it?"

"It's in closet."

Sam walked into the area, seeing a medium box, he snatched it from the table that was in their closet and walked out of the room.

"Sam.." She sat the bowl down and moved the covers back, getting out of the bed, she sighed as she watched him go back down the stairs, "Sammy.." With a small grunt, she walked down the stairs carefully, holding onto her stomach, standing at the now opened front door, watching as he threw the box into the trashcan.

"I'm going call that damn prison tomorrow and find out how she got our address." He said furiously as he came up the driveway.

Mercedes crossed her arms over her chest as she watched him, tears clouding her vision. She cursed underneath her breath. Every since she has hit her seven month of pregnancy, she would cry about every little thing and she hated that.

Sam's angry features started to fade away when he saw Mercedes crying, "Babe.." He walked up the steps and wrapped her into a hug, "Why are you crying?"

"Why do she think that she has any right to that little girl in there? Huh? After everything she has done to her, why would she send her anything?" She sniffled loudly, wiping her tears away angrily, "I fucking hate that bitch."

Madison was walking down the stairs with her kitten, Oreo, in her arms when she saw her parents standing at the front door. Her smile instantly turned into a frown when she heard Mercedes crying, "Mommy.." She whispered as she sat the cat down and went to her.

"She's alright Madison." Sam said as he held Mercedes tightly.

Madison looked at her daddy with a frown, "I want to see for myself."

Mercedes wiped her face and looked at Madison with a smile, "I'm fine."

"No you're not." She crossed her small arms, her facial features the exact same as Sam's, "You're crying. I don't like it when you cry. Did daddy make you cry?"

Mercedes unwrapped her self from Sam and turned to the little girl, "No, daddy didn't make me cry." She rubbed her cheeks, "The babies are making me a little moody, that's all."

Mercedes eyed her skeptically before letting out a sigh, and hugging her, "Alright.."

Sam walked off to the kitchen and pulled out his phone, dialing a familiar number.

"Hello?"

He looked down at the card with an obstinate look, "I need a favor."

A/N. Okay, first off, Samcedes was endgamed in that finale, you can't convince me otherwise, lmao. It was too many signs(to me)that pointed it out. I know everyone is upset but if you really watch the episode, hell and season 5B you would see that they were. (I'm still bitter we didn't get a scene tho) Anyways, I'm free from that show, lol. Alright, this chapter was actually suppose to be longer but things happened. Madison's birthday was amazing and as always, Madison is amazing (love writing her btw) Smh at Levi's dad. What do you think will happen between Levi and Maverick? Samcedes cuteness. Do you think Sam was wrong for throwing out the gift? How do you think Nicole got to their address? Who do you think Sam called? Giving y'all a little spoiler alert, when the big time jumps happens, you will see a different side of Madison Grace Evans, it may shock you, it may not. It's nothing bad(to me), I promise. ;)
