Hello!
Sadly, this is not a new chapter but it is an update. I lost my muse for this for a long time, especially with how dissapointed I was with the ending of Naruto. I do love this story dearly however, and I never intended to give up on it. Reading through it however, I found myself dissatisfied with what I've written. I've begun re writing the chapters to expand on things I felt were not fleshed out enough, as well as adding scenes to smooth over the choppier time skips.
The biggest issue I've had with this story, is deciding where to take it. I have two very distinct stories, two paths I could take with Raindrops and I believe it all comes down to one decision. A scenario where Itachi stays would be vastly different to one where he goes. I feel like the Massacre is too fixed an event to stop, so it all comes down to our little genius. I'd like to hear what you guys think! I have ideas for either path, but I've been very indecisive on which way to go. I won't say much more than that as I would then be spoiling my ideas. In the end, this isn't a vote - please keep this in mind. The final decision will be mine but I do value any input I receive from you all.
