The Pay Per View kicked off big as it was the rivalry between Miz and Mizdow taking on The Usos as this rivalry had gotten personal involving Jimmy's wife Naomi and after weeks of Miz supposedly helping her career Jimmy had now had enough and wanted to settle this as both teams were back and fourth but in the end after a super kick and a splash the titles went back to The Usos.
Tyson Kidd and Cesaro had been on a streak as of late only teaming for a short time but had proven themselves a formidable team against another rising team compiling of Kofi Kingston, Big E and Xavier Woods The New Day, as they fought tooth and nail as it was about who was next in line for a shot at the WWE Tag Team titles but this night belonged to The Last Student of the Hart Dungeon and The King of Swing as they defeated The New Day with a Swing and Dropkick combination.
After their defeat at TLC by Paige and the debuting Hayami The Bellas looked to make sure the title stayed with them even with Paige at ringside it proved to be a challenge and with Hayami surprising not just the champion but also the WWE Universe with her display as she was running circles around Nikki who could not even match her challenger's skills as the match was about to end after Hayami went to the top rope and nailed a 450 splash which she called Soul Reaper then had in a Koji clutch renamed the Oni clutch as Nikki was close to tapping Brie pulled her sister out of the ring causing a disqualification as both Hayami and Paige took both sisters down and out of the ring making them retreat as they stood tall.
After their debut The Ascension have been running through a number of teams but they now came up against a legendary tag team in the New Age Outlaws, it was all about old school versus the new school and the night belonged to The Ascension who were able to send them to The Wasteland.

David was preparing himself for his championship match as he was met by someone he was not expecting at all as he got defensive.
"Whoa there! I didn't come to fight, I wanted to talk if you'll hear me out." it was Seth Rollins and he was alone and unarmed.
"You have thirty seconds, make them count." David reluctantly said.
"You and I know that we can't beat Brock Lesnar unless we gang up on him, strength in numbers and you know it and so do I, we put this aside take him out of the match then after that we settle it and find out who is the future of this company." Rollins said making the offer.
"You make a good point but I'll take my chances out there and you better hope Mr. Lesnar has forgotten about last Monday and I'm guessing you'll have your sitters with you out there then I'll bring a mate of my own out there so just so we're clear it's every man for himself and I don't care who I have to go through but I plan on becoming the youngest world champion ever." David made his intentions clear as Rollins walked off.
"Do you ever take a good deal when it's given to you?" it was the voice of Paige as she was with Hayami after the disqualification win over Nikki Bella.
"Banshee has a point Gaijin, why didn't you?" Hayami asked him.
"I don't make deals with weasels and besides what does that prove? I'm as bad as him? I'm not the man they think I am? I'm a hypocrite? No this was to prove that I'll do this my way." David responded to their questions.
"I know you will just wanted to be sure." Paige said.
"We both wanted to know." Hayami chimed in.
"Good to know, this could be it you know, I finally get to shut people up and prove them all wrong." David said as this was more of a personal mission.
"Everyone will be watching make em proud Dave." Paige said to him as they hugged and he got one from Hayami also as he threw over his hood and went to the match.

Second coming hit and out came one of the challengers as Seth Rollins along with his security team was ready and in his hand was the Money in the Bank briefcase as he walked out there and into the ring and was not showing any signs of fear after what he did on Raw as he awaited the arrival of his opponents.
OUT OF MY WAY!
Out of my way hit and it was the entrance of The Red Dragon David Redd as he was all fired up and after refusing Rollins's offer of an alliance he had an even bigger task as he made his way down and into the ring and shot a glare at Rollins as they only had one more man to await.
Here comes the pain hit and it was the entrance of the champion as The Beast Incarnate Brock Lesnar and accompanied by his advocate Paul Heyman he was ready and to unleash chaos as he came out pumped up and not even blinking he just walked to the ring, then hopped up to the apron as he stood there not taking his eyes off his challengers.
"The following contest is scheduled for one fall and it is for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship!" Lillian announced.
"Introducing the challengers first from Davenport, Iowa weighing in at 217 pounds, he is Mr. Money in the Bank…Seth Rollins!" she introduced as he held the briefcase up.
"Next from Cardiff, Wales weighing in at 236 pounds he is The Red Dragon…David Redd!" David was just focused on this match.
"And from Minneapolis, Minnesota weighing in at 286 pounds he is The WWE World Heavyweight Champion…Brock Lesnar!" as Lesnar held the belt up.
Referee held the title up to signify it was a title match and the bell was rang and the attention was all directed on Seth Rollins.
Both men wanted a piece of the Future of WWE after his sneak attacks on them both as he tried to escape but they both blocked his path as he tried to talk his way out but HE GOT A SUPERKICK FROM DAVID! Rollins staggered into Lesnar and he quickly whipped behind Rollins and he just began the sequence of german suplexes as Rollins was being taken to a certain city.
"SUPLEX CITY! SUPLEX CITY! SUPLEX CITY!" the crowd chanted each time Lesnar got a suplex in as he stopped after six.
Rollins had been taken out of the match for now as it was down to two men, the original matchup as it was The Beast Incarnate versus The Red Dragon, both men locked eyes and circled one another they just threw fists at one another and to everyone's surprise David was taking the massive heavy hits of Lesnar as he too was a little surprised but the match went from striking to grappling as Lesnar looked to take him to Suplex City but David immediately was able to avoid that and went off the ropes but Lesnar ducked him and came at him as he then at the last moment pulled the ropes sending him to the outside and from there SENTON SPLASH!
He wasn't letting up as David came at him and again throwing fists at the rocked Beast then grabbing him by the head and bouncing it off the announce table but that just seemed to make him angry as David tried again but it just made him more angry he want for it a third time but Lesnar just reversed it and bounced his head off the table but that just made him angry as he did it again but it made him even angrier as both men were about to explode…ROLLINS CAME CRASHING INTO THEM BOTH FROM THE RING!
Rollins got himself back in as he went after Lesnar and threw him back into the ring and he went up to the top rope and measured Lesnar as he got to his feet slowly, he hit a knee off the top as it got him to his knees and landed a kick to his face which hand him down to one knee, Rollins then with a feat of strength was able to lift him up and ran towards the corner and A POWERBOMB RIGHT INTO THE CORNER!
But Lesnar just stood up from that and he started to smile and Rollins knew he had made himself a target but then in came J & J to make the save but Lesnar just took them both out with german suplexes, then Rollins tried to attack him from behind but Lesnar saw him coming and just clotheslined him down and quickly took him up to his shoulders and HE NAILS THE F5! 1-2-NO IT WAS BROKEN BY DAVID!
David making sure the match would not end that way as he went at Lesnar and brought him up and threw a few rights as he kicked him in the mid section and nailed a snap suplex but then hooked another suplex in and got it not stopping his attack he threw Lesnar against the ropes he came off them and David just dropkicked him and got a second one and then a third one but Lesnar got up quickly but David did not stop as he came off the ropes and ducked his attempt to clothesline him SUPERKICK! Lesnar was still standing and shook off the kick that quickly.
The Beast was then daring The Red Dragon to try another move and he responded walking up to him and SLAPPED HIM IN THE FACE?! That enraged Lesnar as he took him to the ground and the ground and pound began but catching Lesnar off guard David reversed it and was now ground and pound for him but then out of nowhere Lesnar reversed the attack and had the right arm of David and HE LOCKED IN THE KAMURA!
David struggled in the deadly hold in which The Beast has broken the arms of many superstars and now he may add The Red Dragon to that list but somehow David was able to manoeuvre his legs to the ropes and was able to use them to flip himself over and still locked in Lesnar lost his grip but David quickly rolled to the outside as the hold had taken it's toll on his arm and was trying to get feeling back into it as The Beast followed him out there and David with one arm was throwing a fist trying to fight back but Lesnar with straight strikes was able to floor him.
Trying to retreat David knew he was not able to get his right arm mobile at the moment and tried to stall but Lesnar was looking to finish the job as he threw a few more fists then grabbed him by his right arm and just dragged him to the announce table and threw him on top of it as he landed with a loud thud as Lesnar began to tear the table apart and just hopped on top of it and HE WENT FOR THE KAMURA AGAIN?! But David refused to be locked in again as the power struggle went on in front of the announce team…ROLLINS CAME FROM THE TOP ROPE AND A SPLASH THROUGH THE ANNOUNCE TABLE!
"HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT!" the crowd chanted as all three competitors were down.
Rollins began to move as he was helped up by J & J they got him to come around with some water and even wiped him down with a towel from ringside as they were then ordered by Rollins to grab David and carry him back to the ring in which they did so as he was left there for Rollins to get the win as he went for a cover…1-2-THR-NO HE GETS THE SHOULDER UP!? Rollins could not believe that he was still alive and the match continued.
Lesnar was still down on the outside as David was being pummelled by Rollins as he looked to Kirb Stomp him and he was lining him up and KIRB ST-NO HE COUNTERED INTO THE TOS! Rollins got caught as from out of nowhere he locked the submission in on Rollins who was in the centre of the ring as he was writhing in pain and was close to tapping out as David applied more pressure to the hold as the win was at hand…J &J INTERFERED ONCE AGAIN!
Noble and Mercury were both assaulting David as Rollins was up on one leg and trying to get his other leg moving as he barked orders at his security team while they dismantled David he was being held up by one while the other delivered body blows or headshots as Rollins was moving again and he went to the outside and grabbed his briefcase and headed back in as he told his security team to stop and with David on all fours HE STRUCK HIM ACROSS THE BACK WITH THE BRIEFCASE! He went down hard as Rollins and went off the ropes KIRB STOMP! 1-2-THR-NO HE GETS HIS SHOULDER UP BEFORE THREE!
Rollins was arguing with the ref as he thought he had him there and began to get frustrated and went for the briefcase again as David got to his feet and quickly rolled to the outside and was looking under the ring and as Rollins dared him to get back in the ring David then pulled out the red crowbar as he took him up on his offer and now both men were on a level playing field.
They both dared one another to make the first strike and David just went at him but Rollins was using the briefcase to shield himself as David bashed his crowbar against the metal of the case as the shots could be heard of metal on metal and David getting frustrated with this he trusted the crowbar and HE TORE A HOLE IN THE BRIEFCASE! Rollins saw it and David was pulling on the grip he had on the case and yanked it out of it's owner's hands as now Rollins was vulnerable.
He began to plead with him as he ripped the crowbar out of the briefcase and then with the crowbar in his hand he threw it to one side and just got him with a double leg takedown and laid the fists into him but again J & J got involved and he turned his attention to them giving Noble a head butt and Mercury was locked into the front full nelson and having the knees driven into him, then he got Noble into the front full nelson and drove the knees in, then grabbing both men by their heads and just bashing them together neutralising them both.
However while that was going on Rollins was up high and looking to go big but David saw it coming and met him up there as they fought on the top rope then with an uppercut David sent Rollins reeling as he had him up on his shoulders…SEEING RED FROM THE TOP ROPE! David quickly went for the cover…1-2-THR-IT WAS BROKEN UP BY LESNAR!
The Beast was back in the match and he was angry as he dragged David up and had him set up and began the sequence of german suplexes being delivered as each one as hard as the next as the crowd chanted it one more time.
"SUPLEX CITY! SUPLEX CITY! SUPLEX CITY !" the all chanted.
David took several of the huge suplexes but somehow he was still moving and Lesnar was not wasting any time and got him up to his shoulders HE DROPS HIM WITH AN F5! 1-2-THR-NO HE GETS THE SHOULDER UP BEFORE THREE! No one could believe that he kicked out of it and again somehow he was still moving as he crawled to the ropes and used those to pull him back up to his feet slowly as he looked to Lesnar who was waiting for him to try him David began to slap himself across the face and that fired him up as he did the primal roar and went right at The Beast as he ducked a clothesline attempt and David came off the ropes and countered into the Lou Thesz press grounding Lesnar and bringing the fists down on him.
He had him down and with him on one knee A SUPERKICK! It sent him reeling towards the ropes and sent him towards David who got him up and SEEING RED! He drove Lesnar into the mat and did not waste time and HE LOCKED IN THE TOS! David was pulling on the left leg of Lesnar as The Beast was showing the pain he was in as he tried to fight it and Heyman on the outside was screaming at his client to not tap out and to get to the ropes, he tried to but the amount of pressure applied was a lot and David kept adding more onto the hold as it looked like this match was over…IT WAS BROKEN BY ROLLINS!
Rollins was back in and he quickly threw David outside and with Lesnar on all fours Rollins had his opening as he went off the ropes A KIRB STOMP! 1-2-THR-NO LESNAR KICKS OUT BEFORE THREE!
It was a close count, Rollns felt he had it and even argued with the referee over the count until he ordered his security team to beat down David on the outside while he went to ringside and grabbed his briefcase and was looking to use it once more and was about to enter the ring but The Beast was back up and he was now very angry and saw Rollins with his weapon and went for him but was stopped by his security team who tried to fight Lesnar but in a losing fight they were easily thrown aside with suplexes.
Knowing he had no choice Rollins got into the ring and armed as he went right for Lesnar but he ducked the shot losing his grip on the briefcase he turned around into AN F5 FROM OUT OF NOWHERE! 1-2-3! IT WAS OVER!
Lesnar retains and the carnage left behind showed how much all three men wanted to win this as David who was on the outside seeing he was too late and knew he'd once again been denied his chance to be champion by Seth Rollins.
The Beast had his title and celebrated his win and as he was leaving he and David locked eyes and both knew this wasn't the last time they would fight.

As the night came to a halt the winner of the Royal Rumble was Roman Reigns he would be headlining WrestleMania this year to face the champion.
But for David he wasn't sure where he stood in the title picture.
"What now? Do I just leave this and fight another day?" David said to himself.
"Hey." it was Paige and she sat next to him. "You did well out there." she said praising his efforts in the title match.
"But it didn't get me the win, I'm just frustrated people keep getting in my business and once again it cost me!" David said venting his frustration to her.
"So are you going to sit here and whinge or are you going to get off your skinny arse and do something about it?" Paige asked him.
David hearing her motivate him he rose to his feet growled and then shouted marched out of there and knew what needed to be done.
