Chapter 31: Rage
MONDAY NIGHT
After David's statement last week he was told that his actions would meet with a consequence as he would be facing the man he dropped last week Roman Reigns.
"Ladies and gentlemen please welcome my guest at this time one of the two challengers for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania, The Red Dragon David Redd." Rene Young introduced as he came into view.
"David last week you made it very clear your coming for the championship but in doing so you attacked Roman Reigns, was this retaliation for him accidentally Spearing you or was this something else?" she asked him.
"Well I could say it was retaliation or was I making a statement? Either way I don't care as in two weeks the talking ends." David stated as he was confronted by Roman Reigns himself.
"I get it you wanna make a statement and we got it loud and clear but maybe this isn't about WrestleMania, this is about if you can beat me." Reigns said.
"Is that a challenge Roman?" David asked.
"What do you think?" Reigns asked leaving him there as it was very clear to David.

David was walking through the hallways as he bumped into Hayami who was in possession of a certain championship.
"Is that the Intercontinental Championship in your hands?" he asked.
"Would you believe it is a replica?" she said trying to throw him off.
"I've seen it up close before and that is the genuine article, did you steal that from Dean?" he asked.
"What no, I stole it from Barrett when him and Truth were arguing." she revealed when she took it.
"So why steal the title…are planning what I think you're planning?" he asked.
"What do you think Gaijin?" she asked as then running towards them was a very wound up R-Truth.
"Hey demon girl where the title at?!" Truth shouted out to her as Hayami ran off with the title in tow.
"WrestleMania season does crazy things to the human mind." David said to himself as he walked on as he saw both Paige and AJ in conversation with one another.
"Davey!" AJ said as he went over to them.
"Ladies I see there's no more bickering does this mean that you are officially a team?" David asked.
"We're Frenemies again!" AJ exclaimed.
"The Bellas think they run this house but we all know who's house it is." Paige stated that fact.
"All good then ladies? Guess the silly games are indeed over?" David asked.
They gave a look to one another as he guessed the answer and sighed.
"Well good luck to you both I'm off to fight a big dog." David said leaving them.
As he left the two women picked up where they left off.
"I can see it now." AJ said.
"See what?" Paige asked.
"What he was willing to give up to keep you and your family from being dragged through the mud it's more than appreciation or respect." AJ said as Paige knew she was right.
"He saved me from something horrible and I wasn't about to let him throw his life away." Paige said as that dark time still remained with her.
"It's not too late you know." AJ said.
"It's not the right time but I'll talk with him." Paige said as they would have a long overdue talk.

OUT OF MY WAY!
Out of my way hit and out came David and this was not going to be just a match for him it was a chance to get momentum and prove that he can beat Roman Reigns, he made his way down and into the ring, took off his hoodie and awaited his opponent to arrive.
Truth reigns hit and from the top of the crowd entrance The 2015 Royal Rumble winner made his way down the stairs and through the crowd and hopped the barrier and made his way into the ring as he and David locked eyes.
The bell rang and both began a staredown and then some exchange of words then the fists just went flying as both men did not back down and it just turned into a fight with one fist after another and then Roman got in an uppercut rocking David but he responded to that and came back with an uppercut of his own as that rocked Roman as both men came at each other and David ducking a shot from Reigns he clotheslined him over and out of the ring as Roman regained himself…SENTON SPLASH TO REIGNS!
David had taken control of the match as Raw came back on air and had Reigns in a half crab attacking his leg but Roman began to power out of it and turned onto his back and kicked David off as he got back up on his good leg he shook off the pain and quickly went on the attack hitting David with a fist to his abdomen then to his head and followed it up with a power slam, 1-2-NO HE KICKS OUT!
Reigns brought him up and threw him into the corner and laid more body shots and then some shoulder thrusts as each one winded David as he was wearing him down then bringing him back out and delivered a knee to the gut and a hard clothesline but kept hold of David's left arm and dropped him with a second one and then a third letting him go.
David was down by the bottom ropes and Roman seeing his opening he rolled to the outside got a running start around the ring and jumped up to the apron…A BOOT TO THE HEAD OF DAVID! He dropped him with that as David staggered up to his feet and Reigns got into the ring and took him up to his shoulders with A SAMOAN DROP! 1-2-THR-NO HE GOT THE SHOULDER UP!
Roman was already looking to end it as he was lining David up and cocked his fist and drove it into the mat waiting for him to get to his feet as David slowly got up and turned around SUPERMAN PU-NO DAVID DUCKED! Roman rolled to the ropes used them to stop his momentum and went back on the attack and HE GOT TAKEN DOWN WITH A LOU THESZ PRESS!
Bringing fists down on Roman he had taken back control as he brought him up and had him in the front full nelson and drove the knees into him as it wore him down David looked to try and put him away as he was trying to take him up but Roman was able to get free as Roman went fro a right but David ducked and A SUPERKICK! He kicked him square in the jaw but it sent him to the outside and David went to get him back in the ring as the whole weight was a lot but he rolled him back in as David got in SUPERMAN PUNCH!
From out of nowhere Reigns got the shot in as both men were down as the match was still going…
Here comes the pain hit and out came the WWE World Heavyweight Champion, The Beast Incarnate Brock Lesnar just walked down the ramp and got into the ring and he just grabbed David and threw him into the corner and was striking him relentlessly then went right after Roman and grabbed him and threw him into a corner and was also striking him relentlessly as he grabbed him and delivered a belly to belly suplex as it sent him flying and then grabbed David and he sent him flying with a belly to belly suplex.
Lesnar wasn't done and took David up again and started nailing german suplexes to him.
"SUPLEX CITY! SUPLEX CITY! SUPLEX CITY!" the crowd chanted as Lesnar had dropped him with four in total.
He was then measuring Roman and he dropped him with several german suplexes.
"SUPLEX CITY! SUPLEX CITY! SUPLEX CITY!" the crowd chanted again with Roman getting nailed with four suplexes.
Both men were down and Lesnar took Roman up to his shoulders and F5 TO REIGNS! He dropped him with that and grabbed David and got him up on his shoulders and F5 TO DAVID!
Lesnar had made his own statement taking both his challengers out as he had left complete carnage in the ring as Raw went off the air.
MONDAY NIGHT
After the blindsided assault by Brock Lesnar both David and Roman were told they were to appear in the ring for a contract signing for this Sunday.
David was taking some frustration out only the way he knows.
"Didn't you get arrested for this very thing?" Paige asked.
"Yes! But it was justified!" David said in between breaths.
"You smashed the Head teacher's car in over him confiscating your phone." Paige reminding him of their school days.
He continued to destroy the car as he was breaking all the windows. "I was expecting…a very…important…text!" David said as he finished destroying the automobile.
"Still not a good reason and anyway it wasn't as if Tara was ever going to call you back after you embarrassed yourself in front of her family." Paige reminded him.
"I wore a shirt, bowtie and even some good shoes and that was it!" David said defending himself.
"You wore your Slayer shirt under the waistcoat and had highlights in your hair along with your steel toecap boots and the fact her dad was the Mayor and around then they had a photo shoot that day and you turn up as the self-proclaimed bad boy of Snooker!" Paige said as it was a crazy day for him.
"Wasn't that bad." David said.
"It was in the local paper! Mum and Dad almost had a heart attack seeing you and the fact my brothers would not stop posting the pictures in school or in town." she then complained over the incident some more.
"I'm done, anger released." David said stopping his act of vandalism.
"So who's car is this?" she asked.
"Haven't the foggiest." he said as they both walked off.
"So how's things?" he asked.
"Ok I guess, entering my first WrestleMania and about to achieve my childhood dream of being there but shouldn't you be more worried?" she asked.
"Truth be told yes but at the same time I'm excited, I get to achieve two dreams in being at WrestleMania and becoming WWE World Heavyweight Champion but the only thing that is bothering me is will they get involved?" he asked as she knew who he meant.
"Wouldn't put it past them to stick it to you and don't forget who holds a certain contract?" she reminded him and he knew that was a strong possibility.
"Well if he does I'm ready for him and I'll ram that bloody briefcase of his so far up his ar-"
"WHAT THE HELL?!" he was interrupted as he saw the owner of the car was none other than the Director of Operations Kane.
"Leg it!" David said as they ran out of there as fast as they could.
They made it through the corridor and catching their breath and having a chuckle at it.
"Just like when we'd pull a joke on someone." David said.
"Only if I did it I'd blame you and dad would just believe me because he always thinks you're a bad influence on me." she said as David sighed remembering each time.
"You got away with so much, no wonder he thinks I'm not good enough." he said as that turned to another conversation.
"Dave there's one more thing I need to talk to you about." Paige asked.
David was about to hear her out until he heard the call for him.
"Can we do it another time I need to take care of this?" David asked.
"Yeah sure, just don't make an arse of yourself on worldwide TV." she said as he smirked and left.

The ring was all set up for a contract signing for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship match at WrestleMania as Shane and Stephanie McMahon stood out in the ring.
Truth reigns hit and first out was the 2015 Royal Rumble he made his way through the crowd and then hopped the barrier and entered the ring and stood there awaiting the arrival of his opponents.
OUT OF MY WAY!
Out of my way hit as out came The Red Dragon the man everyone has labelled the wild card of this situation as he made his way out and keeping his focus on what was awaiting him in the ring and entered it as he stood there awaiting the arrival of the champion.
Here comes the pain hit and that was the entrance of The Beast Incarnate and the reigning WWE World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar along with his advocate Paul Heyman they made their way out as Lesnar hopped up to the ring apron and entered the ring and faced down his challengers.
"Alright gentlemen this contract signing is to finalise this Sunday's championship match and that the stipulation is that there will be no outside interference as this match will have one winner, one champion so gentlemen if you all would." Shane asked as they all began signing the contract making it official.
"Ladies and Gentlemen my name is Paul Heyman and I am the advocate of the reigning, defending, undisputed WWE World Heavyweight Champion, The Beast Incarnate, The One in Twenty One and One, Brock Lesnar!" Heyman said.
"Now my client ha-" he had the mic stolen off him by Roman.
"I really don't want to hear your voice again, but what I am gonna do this Sunday punch both of your lights out and break you in half with a Spear and become WWE World Heavyweight Champion…Believe That." Roman stated.
David then took the mic from him.
"I don't care about making a statement but all I plan on doing this Sunday is Slaying The Beast and Decimate The Big Dog and become the youngest WWE World Heavyweight Champion in history." David stated.
Everyone got clear knowing what was coming next as Lesnar threw the table to one side he realised both men had cornered him and as David came at him he threw him back and turned TO A SUPERMAN PUNCH! And staggered TO A SUPERKICK! Lesnar was groggy and David got him up to his shoulders SEEING RED! He was still moving and A SPEAR! He was down as both David and Roman looked to one another seeing the table still in the ring and knew what to do as David took Lesnar up and Roman did his battle cry and brought him up and DOUBLE POWERBOMB THROUGH THE TABLE!
Both men laid out the champion as they saw the title belt on the ground and both had their hand on it and a slight tug of war was going on with them both in a staredown as the talking was over and it was now time to fight.
It's all over now, no more games, no more talking, three men, one title, who will emerge champion?
