Crazy: Hello! I'am back everyone! Now this is a bonus chapter for insanity that I wrote a while back. Now this takes will have a different ending and it's interesting to me because of how I've written this. I would like to say that I've attacked Crazy's character from a different angle but I really don't know. Leave what you think about this in a comment please and enjoy! Warning! This one is also dark just like it's sister chapter.
Disclaimer: Chapter 1 please.
Our scene opens up to see Crazy fighting by herself. Squids surrounded her on all sides, yet none of them seemed to be able to get a scratch on her. With all this chaos surrounding her, the brunette still seemed able to keep an eye on her lover who was also in the same situation. Mr. Enderman fought valiantly with no looks of stopping, yet to the hunter he seemed...distracted. But even with this, they both were unstoppable, or so it seemed.
A distance away from the fighting couple, there was another young girl. She had been holding her own but wasn't gaining ground like Crazy and . A squid somehow was able to sneak up on her from behind her. Before the squid to release his attack a body jumped in front of her and took the hit himself. Crashing to the ground held his bleeding stomach in pain. Two twin wails burst forth, piercing the energy filled air as the young girl caught the fallen warrior with tears streaming down her face. As the black haired girl cradled , Crazy could heart the heart-wrenching sobs the girl produced.
Wasting no time, Crazy quickly took care of the rest of the threat while also making her way towards her lover and the young girl. Once she was sure they were all save, crazy dropped to her knees and moved to take her lover into her arms. The hunter was shocked when the girl in turned gave her a stone cold glare while tightening her hold on the fallen man. What really caused Crazy to start questioning things was the fact the her lover made no move to go towards her nor did he make any protest at staying in the girls hold. Looking at him for understanding there grew a pained look in his eyes before he let out a large sigh and began to talk.
"We didn't want to tell you like this. I'm sorry you had to find out this way." He apologized and with simple words had thrown Crazy's world upside down and inside out. Who knew that such simple sentences would be what Crazy feared the most from him. Putting everything into view, her eyes began to cloud with tears for a entirely different reason. Standing the brokenhearted girl quickly wiped away her tears and placed a stone cold mask on, trying to protect herself from any more pain. Training with Raven had taught her how to protect herself and leave her emotions out of certain situations.
"Explain" The youngest hunter said in a monotone voice. The couple looked at each other before the Blackett decided it was her turn to explain things. Taking a long sigh the girl looked up at crazy with pity shining brightly inside the depths of her brown orbs before beginning her introduction.
"My name is Morgan. I moved to the city of budder around a year and a half I had been settling I met my current boyfriend ." She spoke. Her tone easily described how protective and possessive she was of the man in her arms.
"Crazy, we've been together for around a year." spoke confidently. The blue eyed hunter felt her word crumbling down once more as she mutely nodded her head. Somehow even her mask of protection still couldn't seem to protect her tender emotions while the driving knife went deeper into her heart. Standing up she turned away and went to turn away. Her emotions were somehow numb yet at the same time a tyrant of depression and anger. Before the distraught girl could walk away, a hand gripped her wrist.
"Where are you going?" Morgan asked. Crazy used her other hand and gently disengaged from the other girl as she kept her features schooled into one of pacification.
"His wounds are lethal, but you both probably knew this. I was leaving so you took could say your goodbyes." She spoke calmly yet her eyes seemed to betray her as they seemed to burn with a hidden fire which yet still became doused by the tears she kept holding back.
"What about you?" asked softly as he too grabbed onto Crazy, trying to hold her back. Slowly she felt her fire growing and no longer being held back by her tears. Her anger was growing and she was ready to explode. Filtering her anger, livid diamond met cool ice blue.
"I'll be fine. You're final minutes should be spent with your lover. Goodbye ." She spoke coldly before ripping herself away and out of his grasp and taking off with a unknown grace which she possessed.
For hours the young girl walked with glazed over eyes. Eventually she found a secluded spot at which she promptly let her emotions go. A tree next to her received a hard punch as her face became lined with tears. She continuously abused the poor plant until her knuckles bled to the point where the pain was nothing but a dull throb. Her sobs road on the wind as salty tears saturated her face.
Crazy pieced herself and her feelings back together with a extremely careful tactic which seemed to move at a snail's pace. With a shuttering breath the hunter gained her strength to initiate her search for the missing two of her trio. The fire that once enraptured her being had flickered and faded away. In it's place was a cold and almost dead look in the brunette's eyes. Everywhere, bodies of her comrades surrounded her as her friends littered the ground like disregarded garbage. Hours turned into days and days turned into weeks. Eventually she found them.
Battleworn and bloody were the only words that could describe the deceased hunters. Crazy's eyes never regained their gleam as the closest thing she had to a family lays destroyed at her feet.
Working diligently, Crazy began her own end. The mentally disturbed girl laid to rest all of her own while giving a privileged few mausoleums, of which she included herself. The girl looked around herself after setting a high level spell to block out people who would do harm to this cemetery. The last hunter looked around at the pristine set up which was composed up of a number of different trees that were scattered first of the trees was a beautiful crabapple tree which littered the lush bright green ground with dark red. The second was a graceful cherry blossom, also known as sakura, trees. The red and pink mixed wonderfully while creating a rain of pink and red petals. A jade green was placed throughout, bringing a splash of more green while offsetting the pink and red. Finally a very specific tree was placed throughout the perimeter for when they changed colors, the leaves became a golden color. Crazy thought it was very fitting for the gone warriors of the city of budder. The last touch she added was small flowers that littered the whole graveyard were small Achillea Millefolia
Crazy continued her small stroll through the cemetery while having certain graves catch her eye. Row after long row of gilded graves passed by. On the last row of the graves two caught her attention. Walking over she came carrying a basket full of bouquets of flowers. Her fingers fondly traced over the engraved name of 's stone first. Gently she picked up a boutique full of different flowers. She gave each a small tentative sniff before letting out a large sigh.
"You know, I use to think we would be together forever," She gave out a snort, "I now realize how nieve that mind of thinking is. You've helped me see that." She gently placed the flowers down while wiping away her tears.
"I don't know if you remember, but I always liked flower language. I actually chose these flowers for a reason," She gave a small giggle,. "You see, Lilac stands for the first emotions of love. You were my very first love. I don't know if I ever told you this. I guess that means your also my very first heartbreak too." She spoke out as she gestured to the correct flower.
"Next would be the Acacia. This stands for grief or sorrow. I don't believe I will need to explain why." She spoke with a finality in her voice the blue eyed girl very rarely used. It was almost like she was putting her foot down to a naughty child who kept asking too many questions.
"Oooh, and this one! It's called a Aloe flower. It's meaning is my regrets follow you to the grave. I choose this flower because I'm sorry that I couldn't apparently be enough for you." The brunette spoke with remorse yet near the end of her statement her tone grew venomous and cruel. Her eyes turned into slits, producing a deadly glare.
"Now Asphodel and colchium both are very specific. They mean My best days are over and I will never forget you respectively. My days are numbered now that everyone I love has gone. I don't think I need to explain the last one. Oh and one last flower. This one is called a Dutara. I'll let you ponder on it's meaning on your own." The hunter scooted over to the other grave right next to his. She let her hand grace against Morgan's own grave. She reached into her basket pulling out the dead girls flowers.
"Don't think I forgot about you," The hunter spoke with a small smile that brought out a kind look to her features. "I promise not to leave anyone out, which includes you. Now I don't know if you were ever interested in flower language yourself, but I hope you appreciate what I've done with your own flowers." Settling down Crazy continued to sit in a relaxed position as she gently held the flowers close and pulled out one flower.
"Now this is a double aster. It means I share your sentiments. It's a gesture towards are shared love for the same man," The blue eyed girl went silent for a moment before she spoke up again "You know, I don't hate you. I never knew you but I'm glad even though I couldn't be his love, you could be there for him."
"Next would be the small bindwood." The girl said. Gently pulling back the other flowers, she showed off the small flowers that seemed to connect the other flowers together flawlessly. Crazy moved and brought the flower closer to the grave as if really showing someone the different flowers.
"They stand for humility," She explained with a large goofy smile. Her face showed happiness yet her emotions and tone of speaking gave away her shame and pain. "You see, you and your lover helped embarrass me. I feel so stupid," she said with a large a mocking laugh "I should have known something was wrong. He hadn't been acting like he use to but I thought it was because of the Squids. Everyone was paranoid and acting different." She explained before going silently. Crazy moved the flowers back to how they use to be as she clutched to the flowers close.
"Now the next two are named Bittersweet and major convolvulus. They stand for truth and extinguished hopes. It seems those two things always go hand and hand. You two both taught me that. I loved him, yet it seems you provided him with something I couldn't, yet at the same time you crushed my hopes of having a family with him." Crazy foundly picked the flower petals out of the grass as she was coming to peace with her inner pain.
"Now my this one I can't remember the name of. It's either called a crowsbill or a cranesbill. Either way it means envy. I am envious of you. I won't even lie. You have everything I ever wanted and you didn't even have to do a thing. What wasn't I able to provide?" She leaned over the grave with a crazed glint in her eye. She was brought back to her senses and backed away from the plaque. Quickly she turned back to the flowers to try and finish her emotional outburst.
"The last two is called Flax and scarlet Geraniums. Flax stands for fate. I do believe it was fate we would end up becoming enemies. Who knows, maybe in another world we could be friends. Just, not in our own universe." She spoke softly giving a small smile to the grave. She gave a las smile before quickly moving on.
"The scarlet geraniums stand for stupidity. I have it with the same line of the small bindwood. I was the idiot who couldn't see the signs," She gently rose from the ground with grace before laying the flowers down gently. "I hope you are able to be in peace." She spoke before moving on. A short walk brought her to a group of golden mausoleums. She reached in a brought a number of flowers out.
"I'm sorry I couldn't help you all." Crazy said laying flowers on graves such as Sky's own grave. Yes, the budder king himself had also fallen at the hands of the cruel squids. He had gone down with pride and many men behind him. Crazy had been in a patrol around his company before he had been sent out. It had been his last night alive. She always viewed him as a second brother. His death was like a death in the family. Gently she placed flowers down that each ment compassion, admiration, glory, courage, amusement, you please all, and devotion/faithfulness. Quickly she walked down to find three different colored mausoleums. The first was one made out of red stone which she promptly sat straight across from before breaking out into a depressing smile.
"It's nice to see you compass. I thought I would bring some flowers to brighten up your grave. Isn't that nice of me?" She joked yet it fell flat. She couldn't bring herself to try. Quickly she brought the flowers close to the gate which would lead down to where he was. Laying them down she placed a group of Black mulberry, pear, pink mountain, lilac primrose, stonecrop flowers, and dwarf sunflowers. She smiled as she quickly went through her explanation.
"You see, each of these have a meaning," She said before taking a pause and laughed "I can see you rolling your eyes all the way from here. Anyways they each mean I shall not survive you, affection, aspiring, confidence, Irony, Tranquility, and Admiration/gratitude. Do you know why I chose these?" She asked but didnt' stop. She knew there was not going to be any response so she launched straight into it.
"You see, My days are numbered. Without any of you here I'm a goner. Yet, I don't want to be here anymore. I'm lonely. So the I shall not survive you," She explained gesturing to the small blooms of flowers "Oh affection should be understandable," She said quickly moving on to the next flowers "Aspiring with the admiration/gratitude are for me. I've always seen you like this. You were my brother and, even thought I may have never said it I do love you. I'm sorry it if it's a bit late" She said as she began to cry softly but powered through it. "The confidence and tranquility were both for how you act. You always seemed to have a confidence about you yet I also felt you seemed to have a calm that drew people in," She said as she quickly stopped her tears and began to finish up "Finally the Irony is about how we died, or more so the order we died I will be the last as I always was with our ages. I found it Ironic at least." Gently she laid the flowers down, after giving them a kiss, and made her way to the emerald mausoleum.
"Hey Raven." Crazy called as she grabbed the second to last boutique in her basket. She quietly sat down before leaned against the entrance of the grave. A few moments of silence enveloped them while a strong breeze blew crazy's hair around her head as it was for once, down with no cloak around her to let her hair become a obstacle for her vision. The young girl was lost in thought with memories until she began to talk.
"I remember when you teaching me flower language. It was something for us to use to pass the time during those extremely long trips. You would sit me down in fields like this," she patted the grass next to her showing the wild flowers that were growing, "and let me braid your hair while placing flowers into it as you told me what each one ment. Those were the days weren't they? Now look at us. I'm talking to grave! Both you and compass have left me." She cried out before finally gaining a grip. She smiled fakely before telling raven each flower.
"I know I won't have to explain them so here you go." She said placing down a group of flowers which consisted of blue hyacinth, Indian jasmine, yellow jasmine, angrec, oka-leaved geranium, larch. And mourning bride. She gave the mausoleum a once over before gently caressing the unkind emerald before standing and making her way to the last mausoleum. This one was very special.
The last of the hunters and sky's army took a deep breath and looked around until her eyes landed on the diamond mausoleum which held her own name on it. She placed a group of field lilac, libernum, laurestina, love lies bleeding flowers, daisies, and moon flowers. she began her to make her way to the entrance. Her feet left the soft grass which was replaced instead by cold and unrelenting Diamond. Closing the gate, the blue eyed and brown haired girl walked down the steps while the gate's noise was the only thing left beside it's echo.
