Takuya was still carrying Selena while whistling jauntily as they finally reach the Forest Terminal. The station was abandoned so they follow the tracks each one of their D-Tectors clearing an obstacle in their path, Serena sticking her tongue out at Koji when her D-Tector removes a flood in their way. After getting past Sorcermon the D-Tectors are used to revive Seraphimon whom fills them in on the past and why they had been called before trying to send them home, saying their job was done. Serena rolls her eyes at this, before inhaling, " Are you seriously that blind or are you just that noble? I haven't gained any freaking spirits yet, what does that tell you? "

Seraphimon looks at the young girl held in the Flame Warrior's arms, " That some of the spirits could be corrupted like Cherubimon himself. "

" Precisely, so why in the hell would you send away they very reinforcements Ophanimon called in for help anyhow. " Serena asks him, lightly tapping Takuya's shoulder, a silent cue to put her down. Once on her feet the ten year old swears impressively, JP, Koji, and Tommy actually taking some mental notes for some of them. The female Kanbara snarls, " Everyone, get ready, we got incoming. Sorcermon, you and Muchomon protect Bokomon and Neemon. "

Serena can feel her D-Tector come to life and knows one of her spirits was approaching. The others quickly do as she says, they had all noted that her senses seemed to be a little stronger than theirs, " Execute…Spirit Evolution! " Tommy, Zoe, and JP call out.

" Execute…Beast Spirit Evolution! " Takuya and Koji were quick to call out as well.

" Kumnamon! "

" Beetlemon! "

" Kazemon! "

" BurningGreymon! "

" KendoGarurumon! "

BurningGreymon immediately pounces on Grumblemon when he shows up, the other three warriors leaving him to his fate. Pissing off the Flame Warrior was never recommended, " Why hello the'ah, sug'ahs, I'm Ranamon. How about I give ya some Drainin' Rain! "

" Hurricane Wave! " Kazemon was quick to counter while Kumnamon and Beetlemon focus on Arbormon, the Warrior of Wood, and KendoGarurumon deals with Mercurymon.

Serena frowns when Mercurymon, Warrior of Metal reflects all of KendoGarurumon's attacks before she joins the fray. Nailing the Warrior of Metal with an aerial spin kick. She immediately back flips away and dodges the next reflected attack he sends her way. " Is that all you can do, reflect the attacks of others back at them. Man are you lame. " Serena quips, channeling her big brother.

Grumblemon has since been dealt with while Mercurymon snarls in rage and goes after the middle Kanbara child with a vengeance. Since she used no energy attacks he had to fight her the old fashioned way. KendoGarurumon slide evolves to Lobomon and joins the female Kanbara in her efforts. She had figured out that he couldn't reflect physical attacks. While fighting hand to hand wasn't his forte he was still proficient enough to put the Human Spirit of Metal on the defensive with Serena's help. That was when Arbormon got a lucky shot in. Serena spins on her heel, pushes off with her right foot, and closes the distance between herself and Seraphimon's egg. She leaps up and grabs it, spinning around to kick Arbormon away. She turns a midair somersault and lands on her feet. Immediately diving to her left and somersaulting to her feet once more as Ranamon had tried to attack her to destroy the egg.

When BurningGreymon roars in rage the other warriors split, realizing Ranamon had just pissed him off, making him that much more powerful. Serena smirks and hands the egg to Bokomon to safeguard. " Imooto, are you all right? " Takuya asks after ending his evolution.

" I'm fine, Taku-nii. "

The others were just glad that she was speaking in a language they could all understand again. " You're meant for the Water Spirits, aren't you, child? " Sorcermon asks Serena.

" I am, it's the only element that makes any sense with the color scheme of my D-Tector. Now, Light boy, who's the liability now? "

Koji winces, she was going to continually make him eat his own words, wasn't she? He sighs, " I suppose you have your uses. "

" Taku-nii, am I allowed to do that? " Serena asks her brother.

Takuya smirks in response, " I do believe he has earned it, imooto. Just make sure he can still fight, that's your only restriction. "

Koji shivers upon seeing the unholy light come into the younger Kanbara's eyes as she looks at him, smirking evilly. " Why do I feel a sudden and all-encompassing sense of DOOM coming down upon me? " he asks rhetorically.

Takuya just whistles as he follows his little sister, Muchomon, Bokomon, Neemon, and Sorcermon to a hidden Trailmon, the others trailing behind him. Koji was soon going to learn that Kanbara Serena was an unholy pranking demon sent straight from hell to troll the masses. Takuya was safe from this because he had learned early on to just go with it, thus becoming her enabler. She respected him enough that she kept her pranking prowess in check until he unleashed her on some poor, unsuspecting fool. She was really nasty to his fan girls and no, she wasn't a bro con, she just really hated fan girls.

Present:

After five days straight of traveling on Whamon's head they had finally reached the Continent of Server. After debarking from Whamon and thanking him profusely, Serena renewing Water's blessing upon him, they head off to what should be a Koromon Village only they see Pagumon. All three warriors present groan, " All right you little tricksters, where the hell are the Koromon, let me just say this, they are descendants of AncientGreymon and I have inherited his will, want to test me? " Takuya asks.

Betamon stands at the ready by his partner while Candlemon and Serena go hunting for the Koromon. The Pagumon overwhelm everyone present in the village they had taken over, tying them all up, using chrome Digizoid on the warriors. Takuya curses long and loud at this even as his little sister finds the Gazimon that were guarding the Koromon that were being held prisoner. Candlemon digivolves up to Wizardmon and his partner spirit evolves before distracting the Gazimon. Wizardmon frees the Koromon and leads them off while Ranamon kicks Gazimon tail and claims their fractal codes. Instinct has her slide evolving and diving into the water just as Etemon shows up.

Tsukimon curses under her breath, his Concert Crush attack was really annoying. She uses her Tsunami Breaker attack on him and immediately changes positions under water. Etemon starts firing off Dark Network attacks while Tsukimon uses her Tidal Barrier to defend herself. Wizardmon has returned to the village with the Koromon and retakes it while freeing the others, " Where's my sister? " Takuya asks him immediately.

" She was dealing with the guard Gazimon while I freed the Koromon and lead them away. " Wizardmon answers.

That was when they all heard and felt the explosion. Takuya doesn't waste any time, he spins on his heel before bolting in the direction the smoke was coming from. Biyomon and Tentomon digivolve so they can get there faster. Tsukimon coughs as she gets to her knees, he'd blasted her out of the water, " You're not so tough for a Legendary Warrior, baby. "

Tsukimon rises to her feet, calling upon her trident, " Whirlpool Whiplash! "

" Concert Crush! " the two attacks collide in midair and explode upon contact. Tsukimon uses the smokescreen to change positions only to have Etemon punch her hard in the stomach.

Tsukimon drops and her fractal code shows, " Electro Shocker! "

" Meteor Wing! "

Those two attacks allow the evolution to come undone without Etemon getting Serena's spirits. Takuya reaches her just then and quickly runs his hands over her, checking for injuries before he stands up, fire dancing around his entire form, " HE'S MINE! "

Etemon doesn't even have time to contemplate vamoosing before Takuya has taken his beast form and was upon him. " NO ONE FUCKING MESSES WITH MY IMOOTO, ETEMON! "

The others have arrived by then and Tommy winces when he sees Serena, " She must have gotten knocked out of her evolution. "

Wizardmon goes to his partner, " She's all right, if she wouldn't be Takuya would have gone Aldamon on Etemon. " Muchomon says matter of factly.

Etemon somehow manages to escape from BurningGreymon, causing the beast to roar out his displeasure at this turn of events before Takuya ends his evolution, muttering under his breath about what he'd do to the wanna be rocker digimon when he saw him again.

Earth, Odaiba:

Koji sighs as he just wanders aimlessly though he did see his spirit symbol light up on his D-Tector briefly, telling him that someone had pissed off the protective big brother that was Takuya. Whatever digimon pissed him off this time had to be suicidal or just plain stupid. Not even BurningGreymon challenged his partner after that brutal mental smackdown Takuya unleashed upon him. Dynasmon was nearly deleted by Agunimon for daring to harm Serena to the point where Koichi was having to apply pressure to her bleeding stomach. Even with the Water Spirits slowing down the flow of blood she was still losing far too much to be safe.

Crusadermon may have been the indifferent knight, but the instant she saw whom Dynasmon hit she hightailed it out of there. It had been very well known by then that messing with Flame's little sister got you painfully deleted, no questions asked.

Digiworld:

Serena has been placed on a straw mat in one of the huts in the Koromon Village while the others take the time to clean up. Wizardmon stays with his partner along with Betamon, mostly for a just in case scenario. Takuya was still planning out what all he would do to Etemon before he deleted him. Elsewhere Etemon shudders as he has the feeling of someone walking over his grave. He would not be leaving his pyramid for quite some time, not with a pissed off Flame Warrior gunning for his digital hide. He'd thought those rumors were just that, rumors. Now he knew unequivocally that they were one hundred percent true.

In a darkened castle a far more dangerous foe makes a note to not mess with Flame's little sister, he did not want the inheritor of AncientGreymon's will coming after him like he would be going for that fool Etemon. Etemon was a good distraction for those pitiful Digidestines though he knew not to underestimate the Legendary Warriors, that was what had ultimately done Lucemon in, underestimating his foes. Gaining control of a chosen digimon had been mere fortune on his part.

Tommy watches his surrogate big brother wander through the Koromon Village muttering under his breath about everything he would love to do to Etemon. Not very many people realized that Kanbara Takuya was in fact a sadist. He only ever exercised his sadistic side when someone threatened his little sister, to a lesser extent that was true for all of his friends and little brothers. Serena being hurt or threatened just triggered Takuya's protective instincts a lot more than anything else did. TK and Joe join Tommy in his Takuya watching, the younger siblings of the group all needed to stick together after all. Besides there was strength and safety in numbers.

Takuya stills as his senses kick alert, hand already gripping his D-Tector, " Easy there, Flame Boy, I'm no enemy. "

Speaking to him but well out of sight of the three watching him is a humanoid digimon with lightly tanned skin, that looks like she is about seventeen years of age physically, standing at about five foot eleven, wearing a white skin tight crew cut tank top that accentuated her curves, white skin tight bootie shorts, white knee length boots with ice blue snowflakes on them, around her neck happened to be a white collar with a silver charm, a symbol engraved on said charm in ice blue, she has her snow white hair woven into a braid with icicle spikes throughout said braid, ice blue cat shaped eyes, with a pair of white cat ears on her head, and a white cat style tail with a silver ring around it. If not for the feline like appearance Takuya would have mistaken her for a human girl, as it was she could pass herself off as a cosplayer, " Who are you anyhow? "

" I'm Nekomon, Kumnamon's older sister, and Warrior of Strength. Since I don't quite feel like a family reunion just yet I approached you. When the time comes I'll hold Etemon down for you, I've been observing you all since you and your fellow warriors were called, you give your little sister the one thing she doesn't get from her mother's home, the unconditional love of family, without you she would have succumbed to despair years ago. Instead she has her memories of all the good times with you to bolster her through the rough times. She'll need you when her other destiny rears its' ugly head. "
