Here is the duel.

It will be a bit timey wimey in the beginning

I am still not the best at writing fights so please no hate.

Let's get started.

Ron POV:

Finally it is time to go to Hogsmeade, the exchange students were still weird this week. Nico still skips Herbology, they didn't pay any attention in ancient runes, Percy didn't have to do potions work, they didn't show up to divination. And they were are giving Umbridge the stink eye.

The only interesting that happened was when Dumbledore was waiting in the common room to talk to the exchange.

FLASHBACK

"Why hello, I just need to steal Percy for a bit" Percy followed Dumbledore up to the dorms, of course everyone else followed to try and find out what they were talking about.

"As you may know, with the weight that the Malfoys hold in the wizarding world, Lucious tried to… ahh weasel his son out of trouble."

"Ok?"

"Both your dad and Annabeth's mom came to try and discuss the situation."

"Ok?"

I swore I heard Annabeth whisper "Is that all you can say seaweed brain?"

"So Malfoy agreed to having his son duel you to see if he deserves his punishment or not."

"Ok? But the pink toad confiscated my wand how am I supposed to deal with that?"

"Ahh, well I am sure you can think of something, you never know your sister might have something useful, she used it on your niece once if I believe I am correct."

"Ok? I have no idea what you're talking about?"

"Well I trust that someone will be able to help."

Then he started humming a song before walking out. Of course as soon as the door knob jiggled everyone dashed to get back down to the common room.

Dumbledore walked out still humming, but half way to the door Leo started singing "The newt play the flute,
The carp play the harp,
The plaice play the bass,
And they soundin' sharp,
The bass play the brass,
The chub play the tub,
The fluke is the duke of soul."

Hermione said "Why is he singing a song from the Little Mermaid?"

What in the world is that from?

END OF FLASHBACK

So here we are in Hogsmeade, Leo said he need to contact someone so he left, talking to himself about getting popcorn (?) from the Stolls. Thalia, said that she also needed to contact someone also, her mistress? And Nico went to hang out with the other exchange students, something about family time?

So Percy and Annabeth spent the time with us in Honeydukes and the Three broomsticks, and they also talking really fast in another language. Hermione was writing really fast trying to figure out what they were saying.

After they finished the conversation Hermione chimed in saying "What do you plan to do for the duel tomorrow?"

Annabeth responded "Well at Mt. Olympus we learned to do wandless magic based on what our strong suit is. So he can use water magic to defend himself, but Dumbledore gave me an idea so let's hope it works."

"Well what is your plan?"

"Best to leave that a mystery you never know who may be listening." She turned her head and stared directly at some Slytherins who were leaning towards our table.

Leo came rushing in and slid right into the booth next to me, and he half shouted "The Stolls are sending popcorn, and something to broadcast the match to all of ca…" Annabeth leaned over the table and covered his mouth with her hand.

Why would she need to do that what was he about to say? What is Popcorn?

"And how are they going to broadcast it, may I ask?"

"Well dear old daddy, and their dad got wind of it and are knowing them they'll have it read in what…" He looked to his if checking a watch thing "Now."

There was a loud screech and a huge owl came in dropping a package on the table, Leo dove forward and ripped it open. Inside was what looked like flat bags, with bumps in them and some weird metal contraption.

Hermione spoke up really quickly "How do you expect for the camera to work, Hogwarts is enchanted so no electronic device will work there."

"Well I think my dad and the Stoll's dad thought of that and made a counter measure."

We spent the rest of the time talking about Quidditch Hermione and Annabeth talked about the architecture of Hogwarts and Percy just sat quietly leaned on Annabeth and listened to their conversation.

Nothing else really interesting happened for the rest of the day.

THE NEXT DAY AT BREAKFAST:

I awoke to being pushed out of bed, "Bloody hell mate, why'd you do that?"

"We are going to miss breakfast, even Percy is up and already down there."

I quickly threw on some clothes and rushed down to the Great Hall.

I sat down and started munching on some bacon and eggs, then Dumbledore got up to the front and said "As you may all know at this point, there will be a duel between Draco and Percy today. It will happen right before lunch so if you want good seats I recommend saying right after breakfast."

As soon as breakfast finished, Dumbledore waved his arms and all the tables disappeared, and all the benches where pushed back so that there was a big space running from the door to the head table.

Once again Dumbledore waved his arms and a dueling platform appeared, once everyone was done shoving around to get the best view. It ended up with me, Harry, Hermione, along with all the exchange students. Leo pulled out a bucket and poured all the contents of the bags into it, his hands seemed to glow red and he put his hands on the bucket.

After a few seconds there was a loud popping noise and these white things appeared in the bucket, once all the things were popped he threw one into the air and caught it in his mouth. He then pulled out the thing Hermione called a camera, and set up so it had a nice view of the platform.

After a few minutes and Leo handing out the popcorn to Harry, Hermione, the other exchange students even Dumbledore took some.

After waiting for a bit longer the doors to the great hall busted open and in the doorway stood an older version of Annabeth, and Percy. They came and sat down next to the exchange students, they both sat next to Annabeth.

The cat one saw the camera and turned to Annabeth and said "So who else is watching"

"All of school, and I think also the ministry if uncle H got his way."

"Of course it is streaming in the council room as we speak."

"Dad must be really bored." Thalia butted in.

"Yes brother is really bored, since baseball ended early so he needs some entertainment." Then he said something in another language, that Thalia and Annabeth laughed at.

After a little while longer Percy and Draco came out in dueling robes, Draco in a green and silver robe that reflected the Slytherin colors. Percy in Gold and Bronze, that seemed to shimmer in the light.

Once they got on the platform, they met at the center and went back to back and walked ten spaces, Malfoy had the sly grin thinking he would win, so he instantly turned around and shouted "Stupify!"

The red light flew towards Percy he rolled out of the way pointed a finger at Mafloy (index) and said "Aqua erecto." And water came flying out of his hand, and Malfoy put up the shield, but he was hit with such force he went flying back.

This continued on for a while, Draco shoots a spell, Percy dodges, Percy sends more water at Draco, Draco gets soaked.

After a while, Percy was able to get water to blast Draco's wand out of his hand. Percy proceeded to stand up and pulled out a shell from the inside of his robe, and held it out in his hand.

"Beluga sevruga
Come winds of the Caspian Sea
Larengix glaucitis
Et max laryngitis
La voce to me"

It was suddenly quiet that you could hear the house elves scurry around the castle the students were split, most looked confused as in what the hell did he say, the others most muggle born had the look like they were waiting for something to happen.

Leo opened his mouth to say something but the older Percy slapped his hand on Leo's mouth and gave a look that said 'Don't say anything.'

The first sound was Malfoy laughing his head off, in between breaths he said "You expected that to do something. No wonder you have been doing…" He started to gag, and looked like he was about to puke slugs, trust me that is not fun.

All of a sudden a golden mist flowed out of Malfoys mouth, and flew to the shell in Percy's hand. Then Draco waved his wand and tried to say a spell but no sound came out of his mouth. And no spell out of his wand.

Percy had a sly grin on his face then said "since you are unable to produce any more spells I guess I win."

Dumbledore stood and said "You are right Percy, since he is unable to duel any more you are declared the winner."

Percy walked out with the shell glowing, and had the exchange students following behind him.

That is it for this chapter, one of my friends suggested referencing the little Mermaid so I could not help it. Plus I wanted Percy to do that spell.
