Okay guys! It's two in the morning and I'm having a sugar rush and I decided to focus on Riku again! Yay!

This installment is essentially Riku's thoughts on Shiki's flirting. It's very short and I have to say knight is said a lot. Takes place during DDD. No spoilers, just knights. In shining armor.

It literally took me five minutes to write this. That's all that was put into it. Yay.

Disclaimer: I have literally nothing to extend this with so, I don't own KH!

"If it's dangerous, how can you just leave me here? Aren't you my knight in shining armor? Well?" She winked. Winked. At him.

What?

Knight?

In shining armor?

Riku certainly hadn't expected that.

"Kn-knight?"

This couldn't be right. Riku was far from a knight. Really, he was just doing what anyone would have done. She was in danger, so he helped her. Simple.

Nothing worthy of giving him such a title.

Knight.

In shining armor.

Even if he was a knight his armor probably wouldn't be shiny. Actually, if he was a knight, he wouldn't wear armor – at least, not the clunky heavy-weight metal kind, the kind that needs to be polished to become "shiny." Cloth and chainmail would be enough, right?

Then again, he didn't know anything about armor...

"You've got the wrong idea."

There was no way he could be a knight. Not him. Not Riku.

"Omigosh, I was so just kidding." She looked away before turning back and tilting her head to the side. "You get out much?"

Riku let out a small sound of exasperation, crossing his arms.

Knight?

In shining armor?

Riku certainly hadn't expected that... even if it was a joke.

Short, sweet, and to the point! Riku's (not) a knight in shining armor! According to him, he's not, at least.

I have some feeling I'm gonna look at this installment with pure regret later on in life. Oh well.
