Sky wouldn't make it to the hospital, so here she is on a pallet in the Halliwell's basement with pillows behind her back. A dark sheet tossed over her legs, there are white candles in a circle surrounding her as Cole kneels beside her rubbing her hand comfortingly. Clark has shimmered out to get Phoebe because she is the only one who has delivered a baby before, since she delivered Wyatt on the dining room table. She is having a hard time breathing in and out, she squeezes Cole's hand when she feels anxiousness and fear. She looks up at Cole to see his blue eyes are filled with fear.
"I can feel your fear. W..what are to afraid of" she asks as she feels another contraction coming on.
"Nothing just what the Elder said" he responds.
"Oh it's a big one" she says arching her back and closing her eyes as tears roll down her cheeks.
"Just breathe in and out" he says rubbing her shoulder, Sky turns her her and presses it against his shoulder.
"That doesn't help" she whines in pain.
"Come on just think about how beautiful our little girl will be" Cole says trying to keep her calm and her breathing leveled.
"She is trying to split me in half" Sky moans in pain.
Clark appears in front of them followed by the Halliwell's and their family, Piper and Leo ushers all of the kids out of the basement and downstairs where Henry goes to watch them. Phoebe is handed a pillow by Clark and and she drops on it before rolling the sheets up to Sky's knees.
"I need to call Cassidy" Sky says.
"After honey just relax" Cole coaxes.
"You don't have an eight pound child forcing their way out of" Sky snaps at him.
"Piper get me some towels and hot water along with some scissors" Phoebe says and raises her head looking at Sky.
"You are doing great Sky, you can start pushing soon" Phoebe says.

Sky has been in labor for five hours now and she has been pushing for almost forty minutes, the baby was breached and coming our feet first so Phoebe had to twist her around with the help of Paige's orbing power which was very painful.
"Alright I got her head" Phoebe announces.
"Really" Cole asks?
"Yes dark hair" Phoebe says and Sky smiles before closing her eyes as pain tremors rock her body.
"Sky I love you so much" Cole whispers kissing her temple.
"I love you too" she says.
"I got a shoulder and another shoulder" Phoebe says as as she bends her shoulder to grip the baby carefully, Piper hands her a towel and then everything is silent.
A minute loud a loud wailing fills the room and Sky gasps as she falls back against the pillows, Cole moves down as the numbness leaves his hand. Piper hands him some scissors and Phoebe shows him to where to cut the umbilical cord before handing him his daughter, tears fill his ocean blue eyes as he looks down at his beautiful little girl. She has a soft tan colored skin with dark curls resting on top of her head, her skin right now is red and wrinkly but she is still adorable. Phoebe cleans her up and weighs her before smiling at Cole.
Clark walks over and sits down beside him, his sister is absolutely beautiful. He reaches out and places his index finger in one of her small hands, her grip is firm and strong. Her eyes open and it's like she has taken over his heart, they are hazel with blue and green flecks inside of them.
"Hello little sister" he says.
"What's her name" Paige asks?
"Camille Candice Turner" Cole says and looks up to see Sky looking at them through sleepy eyes and an a smile on her face.
"Our baby girl is finally here" Sky beams when she sees Cole face drops and she looks beside her to see Cassidy and Tron standing beside her.
"You said we had twenty years" Sky argues as Cole hands her Camille who instantly presses herself against her moms chest.
"That was before she had shown power from within the womb" Tron claims and steps forward waving his hand but freezes and turns to look at them.
"Boss what is wrong" Cassidy asks?
"Her destiny has been changed, she is no longer in the prophecy. Someone has altered it" he barks.
"That someone would be me" Cole says standing up.
"What have you done" Tron asks?
"I changed the prophecy right after our first meeting, I knew I couldn't lose another child to evil" Cole says.
"Honey what did you do" Sky asks?
Cole exhales and snaps his fingers, his clothing then changes into all black and his eyes are pure black with flames in them before going back to their blue-green ones.
"No" Sky whispers while Clark looks confused.
"You're the new Source of all evil" Paige asks?
"It was the only way I could save our daughter, now she is free to do as she pleases. Teach her that being good and evil is a choice that she has, your bloodline and family does not determine that" Cole says bending down in front of Sky and gently stroking his daughter's cheek.
"Cole please" Sky says as his other hand rests on her cheek before bringing her into a deep kiss. He pulls away and she shakes her head.
"Let me go Sky. Don't look for me, take care of our kids" Cole says.
"You're asking to forget about you and move on. To give up and I don't know how" Sky says with tears in her eyes rolling down her cheeks.
Cole walks over to Clark and places a hand on his shoulder.
"Take care of your mom and sister for me, you are the man of the house now. I trust you and know you will grow up to be a great witch" Cole says before pulling his son in for a hug. Once he is done he steps back and looks at his family.
"I won't come after any of you, please don't look for me. I will always be watching over you, this is the only way" Cole says and goes to flame out but pauses as he looks at his daughter, wife and son one more time.
"Goodbye" he says before his body disappears in flames, Tron and Cassidy disappear not too long after.

In the Underworld, Cole has just been coronated as the Source of all Evil. He now sits alone on his throne with a crystal ball in front of him, he stands up and walks over to it. Placing his hand on it, he closes his eyes and senses for his wife. The crystal ball gets foggy before revealing an image of Clark asleep in bed with the letter Cole wrote him in his hand, it then switches over to Camille who is lying asleep in her basinet with a pacifier in her mouth.
Last the ball changes to Sky, she is wearing one of his old shirts that goes past her knees along with a pair of his sweat pants. Tissue balled up in her hand as she leans against the door and looks at their bed, tears in her eyes as her heart breaks even more. She walks over to where their wedding photo rests on the dresser, pressing a kiss to her fingers and then pressing those on his face brings a sad smile to his face. He can't hear her but he makes out the words, 'I love you Cole Turner' from her lips before the crystal ball goes white again and the image disappears.
"I love you too Skylab Turner" he says and walks out of his throne room and closes the door behind him.
