Twilight laid in her bed reading another book. She closed it with a sigh as she looked down in her lap to see Luna with her eyes glued to her every movement.

"Love, I don't think you have to have your gaze glued onto me for the entirety of this pregnancy." Twilight said.

Luna gave a low growl, "Twilight, I don't trust it. What if another bigot flank face tries to kill our baby, and ruins your body as he or she tries to put your life in danger. I will not hear of it."

Twilight smiled as she placed her hoof underneath Luna's chin and pulled her up to her. Luna leaned up and smiled as she thought she was getting a kiss.

Twilight smiled as she stuck her tongue out and used her other hoof to boop Luna's nose, "You are such a worry wart sometimes."

Luna blinked as she smirked, "Hello pot, I'm kettle. Have we met?"

Twilight continued to smile as she gave Luna the kiss she really wanted. She broke the kiss and smiled looking into Luna's eyes.

"I love you Luna."

"I love you more Twilight."

"I LOVE BOTH OF YOU!" Vesper yelled as he ran in and jumped onto the bed.

Luna and Twilight looked over at their son as they laughed at his entrance.

"Did you take your bath young colt?" Luna asked as she propped herself on her elbow.

Vesper sighed, "Yes mother I did."

"Did you wash behind your ears?" Luna asked.

"Yes mother I did." Vesper growled as he glared as his mother.

"Did you wash your mane?" Luna asked teasing him at this point.

"YES MOTHER I DID!" Vesper yelled.

Twilight chuckled as she watched Luna grab Vesper and ruffle his mane.

"I don't know, your mane doesn't feel wet enough mister." Luna smiled.

"I SURRENDER! I SURRENDER!" Vesper yelled as he tried to escape her hold.

"Alright you two time to settle down. It it almost bed time." Twilight said.

Luna nodded as she let Vesper go and he climbed further onto the bed next to Twilight.

Twilight smiles as she kisses his forehead.

"Mom? Is the my brother or sister in your tummy?" Vesper asked as he looked down.

Twilight blushed and nodded, "Yes dear, just like how your aunt has one in hers."

Vesper looked confused as he looked down at Twilight's stomach and then up at her.

"Why isn't your stomach bigger mother?" Vesper asked.

Twilight gently patted his head, "These things take time."

Vesper yawned as he laid down next to Twilight and nuzzled into her belly.

"I can't wait to be a big brother." He whispered as he slowly fell asleep.

Twilight and Luna smiled as they looked up at each other. Luna laid down next to Vesper and Twilight. Twilight rested her head on her pillow as she pulled Vesper close. Luna wrapped her hoof over both Twilight and Vesper.

"Well Ves seems excited about us having this foal." Twilight said.

Luna sighed, "I am as well dear, I am just nervous. I don't want history to repeat itself."

"Luna…"

"The look on your face, that happy aura that surrounds you. The bounce in your step. Your smile that lit up the entire castle...disappeared. If it wasn't for that stupid murderer…" Luna blinked away a few tears as the memories revisited her to haunt her.

Twilight sat up gently without moving Vesper so much.

"Luna…"

"Twilight, I wouldn't be able to live if you left me. It will be worse than banishment." Luna said.

Twilight reached over and gently placed her hoof on Luna's cheek.

"Luna, we have this conversation a lot. I am not going to leave you, or hurt you. I understand your past my love. I was there with you through it all. My friends and I changed you back, helped you reconnect with your subjects. You were there when I got my wings. When I was sick and on the brink of death. You have been there for me just as much as I have with you."

Twilight gently kissed Luna, "I understand your worry my love. I will never get tired of reminding you just how much I love you and how you are my world and my everything."

Luna chuckled, "You sound like a helpless romantic."

Twilight booped her nose, "I sound like you."

Luna pouted.

Twilight smiled as she laid back down and hugged her son close.

"Goodnight my love." She said as she yawned and drifted off to sleep.

"Goodnight my Queen." Luna said as she stayed up. She looked out of the window into the night. She smiled and the stars began to twinkle.

The next morning Twilight woke up to an empty bed. She stood up and walked over to the bathroom. She looked at her body in the mirror. She looked at the scar that was over her womb. She sighed as she gently rubbed it.

"Please stay with us, please be my little Miracle." She whispered as she turned and walks out of the bathroom and down the hallway.

Twilight's ears perked up as she heard sounds coming from the kitchen. Twilight made her way into the kitchen and saw her son and her wife covered in pancake powder.

"Mom, you are supposed to add the chocolate chips here!" Vesper said as he pointed into the bowl that Luna was mixing.

"I already set up your pancakes, this is for your mother. She likes strawberries." Luna said

"No mommy, likes chocolate chips like me" Vesper said.

Luna flicked his forehead, "I know your mother."

"I know my mommy too," Vesper said as he flicked Luna's forehead back.

"I have known her longer." Luna said sticking her tongue out.

"She likes me better." Vesper said also sticking his tongue out.

Twilight laughed at how childish they were both acting. The two heard Twilight laugh and they turned and look at her.

"Hi mommy."

"Hello my love."

Twilight shook her head as she laughed, "You two are absolutely adorable."

Vesper pouted and crossed his arms over his chest, "I am not adorable."

Luna smirked as she ruffled his mane, "Yes you are."

Vesper growled as he jumped onto Luna's back and playfully tugged on her mane.

Luna and Twilight both laughed. Vesper let go of Luna's mane and laughed with them.

"I love my family." Vesper said.

Once they finished breakfast the family went to the doctors. Luna watched the doctors every movement. Every test, every scribble on his clipboard, every breath. She didn't let anything slip past her.

Twilight sighed as she looked at her over protective wife. Vesper was sitting in a chair and nomming on a lollipop, his little legs kicking.

The doctor had beads of sweat dripping down from his forehead as his hoof shivered as he scribbled more on the clipboard.

"Soo….Princess, you vitals are all fine. It's too early to tell, but so far it is looking good. Your body is doing everything it is supposed to. So there is a higher chance that this might work. You would need to take…"

Luna stomped her hooves onto the ground and shook the entire office. Twilight and the Doctor looked over at Luna in fear. Vesper just sat in his chair and continued to eat his lollipop.

Luna's voice came out deep and distorted, "You Will Not Give Our Wife Anything. The Only Thing You Are To Do Is To Check Our Foal. If You Try To Give Our Wife Anything That Has To Enter Her Body And Potentially Harm Our Foal, We Will Have Your Head On A Stake. Do We Make Ourselves Clear!?"

The doctor gulped as he nodded, "Yes...P...Princess...L..Luna. Ummm... " The Doctor stared as his clipboard.

"Just have some fruits and vegetables, and make sure to walk at least an hour a day to keep your weight gain under control and to keep your hooves from swelling up. Be careful if you do need to fly don't overwork yourself. No work, that could stress out the baby. That is it." The Doctor said.

Twilight nodded as she understood everything. Luna continued to glare at the doctor.

"I will... get the release...f... ." The doctor said as he left the room.

Luna glared at him as he left the room.

Twilight sighed as she gently tugged on Luna's mane. Luna turned around and looked at Twilight. Her glare softened, she sighed as she walked over and nuzzled Twilight.

"How are you feeling my love?" Luna asked.

"I am fine dear, but please don't be so mean to the doctor. He is just trying to help." Twilight said.

"I understand my love but I don't trust any doctor since the last time we were in this predicament. The last thing I need is for history to repeat itself." Luna said as she gently kissed Twilight.

Twilight nodded, "I understand my love."

Luna gently rubbed her Twilight's stomach gently. She gently traced Twilight's scar. Twilight shivered every time that Luna's hoof touched her scar.

"Does that hurt my love?" Luna asked as she got worried.

Twilight shook her head as a blush crossed her face, "N...n..no my love...It...j..j..justs…"

Twilight looked over at Vesper who wasn't paying attention because he was too focused on his lollipop to listen to his parents.

Twilight used a spell to mute Vesper's ears momentarily.

"The scar is sensitive my love, it gets me...umm...bothered." Twilight whispered.

Luna blushed profusely as she flashed a smirk at her wife. She leaned in and planted a gentle kiss on her lips. Vesper looked over and the spell faded.

"Grown ups are weird." He said as he finished his lollipop.
