A/N: FINALLY! Hey Guys, long time no update, am I right? I want to apologize to each and everyone of you because I barely update as it is and then to leave for like 2 weeks and not even give you guys an update is cruel. So, as we all know the Holidays are here, so as my late Hannukah (if you celebrate it), Christmas and Kwanza gift to you is an update tonight and 2 updates tomorrow. I'm gonna try my hardest, because I'm spending time with my family this holiday, by that I mean I'm in a car with all 6 of my siblings and my parents and we're on a a "roadtrip"(if this classifies as one) to Denver from Phoenix, but we made a little Detour in Abq for the river of lights tonight, it was pretty cool and fun, since that's basically what I look forward to every winter, and we don't live in Albuquerque anymore so we can't...Wow, I talk alot...lets do review replies and then on the new chapter!

WritermeAL: I agree. We did a dance to Payphone in show choir and I did a solo in Dance to die in your arms so I learned to like both songs. Honestly, I had a final in every class (core classes) and one in theatre (I go to a performing arts school) SO, I really had to work on my monologue and core basics, because my parenst will make me leave if I cant maintain A's and B's. Austin Pov,
My adrenaline is pumping as half-time nears. Football season is over for the schoolyear, but we always do a fundraiser game for prom.
The refs blow their whistles signaling halftime. I run off the field as the cheerleaders come out for the half-time show. I look over my ashoulder at were Ally, Alyssa and my sister are sitting and walk over to them.
"Daddy!You Play good," Alyssa tells me once I'm standing infront of them.
I take off my tight helmet and kiss Alyssa's forehead, "Thanks munchkin!" I say.
"I was kind of hoping to see you get tackled...not narrowly missing being tackled." Halston pipes up I glare at her.
"Die in a hole." I mumble.
Ally stares at us amused, and I turn my full attention to her. "I have a suprise for you!" I say.
"Should I be worried?" she asks. I ponder this for a moment, before answering.
"No...maybe...yeah, I don't know," I answer.
"Not the reassurance I was looking for," Ally says, I give her a cheeky smile.
"Come with me," I say and reach for her hand. once Ally's standing on the field with me, I turn to my sister."Halston, watch my baby. When I say watch I mean watch. Not what you used to do when mom made you baby sit me. I swear to God, if I come back and she's hurt or missing I'll strangle you to death," I warn her.
"Got it." She says, before turning her attention to Ally. " I'm assuming it's Austin's time of the month. Those mood swings can take a real toll on other people."
She earns a chorus of approving laughter from an amused Ally. I glare at her and stick my tongue out at her, turning and leading Ally onto the middle of the field.
"Austin, What the hell are you doing?" She asks.
I smirk and look at her. "Just relax and enjoy the show babe!" I kiss her cheek and the Cheerleaders start the routine we rehearsed earlier.
Ally Pov,
The Cheerleaders break out into routine but not their normal routine. They Start Cheering and Karen the head cheerleader starts, "Manatees, Ok!" (They don't really do that in cheer, I'm pretty positive, maybe sometimes but not always)
"Do You know how you make me feel? Warm Inside, its so surreal. Never before, and never again; It's better than I ever imagined. How You Make me feel, Is magical." I've never heard this cheer before and...I think I have an idea who's responsible. (sorry I couldn't find any rhyming love letters. I found this on the internet, so kudos to whoever wrote because they own it and I don't :/) That's my smilely face!)
"Oh My God! Austin!? Did You-" I turn to see that he's disappeared from side. I'm confused now, and the crowd is starting to cheer about something. I turn my attention back to the cheerleaders, To see Austin on One Knee, and the cheerleaders in pyramid formation behind him.
My hands fly up to mouth and happy tears start streaming from my eyes as he speaks his next words. He grabs both of my hands in his and looks up into my eyes.
"Ally, for the last 2 and 1/2 years, I've dreamed of the moment I'd get to spoil you and make you mine. when they told me you died my whole world crashed I knew I couldn't go on, without you...The day that you came back...Before you found me... I had had it... Life just wasn't worth going forward if you weren't by my side... I decided my only way to be whole was to be with you again" He whispers the next 7 words. "I decided I'd take my own life. When you walked through that door I was whole again. I like that feeling...I want you to know that I have a big goal for you and me... I was wondering if you'd make me one step closer to that goal for our future...(I'm pretty positive you guys have an idea what's coming next, but, throw that all out the window now!Because your dead wrong. The moment you've all been waiting for...) and go to prom with me?" Austin says looking up at me.
"I should've worn waterproof mascara...better yet everyday for the rest of my life, because you know how to make me cry." I say earning a laugh and smile from Austin.
I barely even Noticed that the Kira on the top of the pyramid was holding a sign that said Prom Ally? that would've given it away though...
I nod my head, "Yes, Yes, akajillion times yes!" I say jumping into his arms. I kncok him over on his back, considering the fact that I caught him off guard while he was balanced on one knee. "You're the best Austin!" I say giving him a passionate kiss.
He stands up bringing me up with him, "You bring out the best in me," He says kissing the tip of my nose. " I wanted to get you the flower in a to-go box (courtesy of Jessie) , make it more romantic, but Hallie said they'd die before prom." He says.
I wrap my arms around his neck and give him a quick peck," This was perfect. Suddenly my surroundings came back into view seeing as it was only me and Austin for the past 10 minutes. "As much as I'm enjoying this moment babe, you have a game to finish and I think I might just be holding it up." I say looking at all the disinterested waiting fans.
"Never." he replies to me holding up the game, He sighs before saying the next part. "Alright, but tonight its just you and me ok?" he says.
I smile and let go of his hand walking back to the bleachers. As I walk back to my seat, lot's of students from our school and other random weirdo's who come to these games because they live near here or just love football that much to see a highschool football game, congradulate me.
"Wow, if that's what he does for prom, then what's he gonna do for your engagement?" Halston fake wonders aloud as a way to tease me. I take my seat again and Alyssa crawls into my lap.
"Hi baby," i say kissing her forehead as I stand up carrying her.
"Mommy, what's a prom?" She asks cocking her head to the side in curiousity.
"It's a...dance, the one that you look forward to during 8th grade and all throughout Freshman and sophmore year. You'll buy a fancy dress, and...it's perfect," I say in a breathy whisper.
She nods. "Will I get to go to prom with Chase?" She asks.
Chase is a 3 year old boy she met at her pre-school, they've become pretty good friends, and, their, so cute. He's like her brother, they hold hands when they walk down the sidewalk towards the park with either Chase's parents or Austin and I close in tow.
Honestly, I think that it's ironic when Austin goes protective daddy mode when I say there gonna grow up and date in highschool and get married and have our grandkids. Because, that's exactly how we were when we were little...and look at us now.
"I'm not sure baby, but when it's time we'll know," I say kissing her forehead.
Time Lapse-1hourlater
Austin runs into the end zone scoring the winning touchdown. The bleachers erupt with cheers and a sleeping Alyssa stirs in my arms. The team shuffles off the field to change back into the clothes they came in.
"God. She looks like my brother when she's asleep!" Halston says smiling.
"That's not fair!I did all the work!" I give a fake pout to express my sadness.
She laughs as Austin reaches us,"Did all the work for what?"He asks.
"I did all the work, I carried Alyssa around for 9 months, gained weight, ate disgusting and weird combinations of food to satisfy my cravings! Then I went through 12 hours of labor, because she was waiting for who know what, I pee a little when I laugh now, and after all that she looks like you," I say fake glaring at him.
He gives me a cheeky grin, "I'm sorry?" He asks, clearly not sorry at all.
"Yeah, you should be," I say.
"In my defense, it was my sperm that started the whole process." He says raising an eyebrow at me, smirking.
"You guys are so weird." Halston says, breaking our silent conversation.
"Did she miss my winning touchdown?" Austin asks refering to Alyssa.
"Yup. I don't think she really cares though. It's 8:55 and she's used to going to bed at 7:45 and this is way passed her tolerance level of sleep deprivation(if that wasn't a word it is now,)" I say as we walk to the parking lot.
He hums in response."Damn. I'm sore," He mumbles.
"I might be able to fix that for you," I whisper he smirks in response.
"Look, I'm gonna go guys. This is honestly a little awkward, and I don't wanna risk hearing anything that I wont be able to unhear later on. Listening to...whatever you guys call that," She makes a gesture with her hands that is directed at the general are Austin and I are standing in. "I also need to get home because, there's no doubt in my mind that that asshole Dallas isn't driving mom crazy."
Austin nods." Later Hal, thanks for coming. It means a lot." Halston walks over to give her brother a hug.
"Anytime Aus," She says.
"Bye Alls! We're still on for the weekend right?" Halston asks.
"I'll meet you at your house so, I can drop Alyssa off," I say giving her a side hug seeing as my arms were full with a sleeping Alyssa.
"Ok, cool. We'll talk about the prom plans then. Alright, I really gotta jett! Later guys," Halston says walking in the direction of were she parked.
Austin grabs my hand and leads me to our car. "So, did you enjoy the game?" Austin asks me as he laces our fingers together.
"Yeah, it's fun to watch my guy out there on the field, scoring touchdown after touchdown after touchdown. Although, my favorite part was the halftime show. I can't believe you did all that for me." I say beaming at him.
"I'd do anything for you babe! I'd stop dancing, I'd live in a box, I'd cut out my vocal chords and never sing again...hell,I'd never eat another golden delicious pancake!" He says as he unlocks the car.
I roll my eyes as I try to buckle Alyssa into her carseat without waking her up. I clos her door lightly after I fulfill my task and slide into the car.
"Glad i'm more improtant that your breakfast," I say as Austin puts the car in drive.
"Only you baby!" He says with his million dollar smile. I can't help but smile because he's contagious...in a good way.
The 30 minute ride home is fillid with a comfortable silence, except for Alyssa's light snores and the sound of Adele playing in the background.
"Here," Austin says handing me the keys to the house. "I'll get her," he says.
I nod and walk to the front door and unlock it leaving it open for Austin who probably isn't far behind.
"Alright, Alyssa is bathed and asleep so it's just you and me baby," Austin says.
I smile looking up at him from my seat on the couch. "Watch a movie with me?"I ask.
He comes and lies down next to me on the couch, his head in my lap. "What're we watching?" he asks.
"Les Mise'rables..." I say.
"Is that the french one?" He asks.
"Yes.." I say as the movie starts.
NO ONE POV,
The happy couple stayed like that. Ally sat running her fingers through Austin's platinum blonde toussels, which slowly lulled him to sleep. She soon followed suit and they both slept on the couch. Neither one of them noticed the dark figure standing outside their window watching them... he watched forming a plan, one that would punish them both and remove him from his permanent 2nd place position to Austin Moon. Ally would pay...she would.
