Girl Falls Into One Piece
Chapter 21
When I woke up, everything was hot. That was the first thing. I looked at the melting wax around me and coughing, putting my arm over my nose. I hurriedly pulled Nami out of the melting wax and tightened my grip on her, I almost threw her and that would piss her off. I jumped away from the melting wax and let go of Nami, crashing to my knees. The pain in my legs came back! Take a deep breath, I stood. Nami took her shirt off and I was still feeling hot, but had no idea why.
Nami was only in a bra and her eyes widened. "Mace! You're on fire". I smirked.
"Why, thank you". She slapped me and before I could snap at her (I did save her life), she pointed.
"Seriously, look"! She was pointing at my stomach and I looked to see my shirt in shreds and flames licking it. Oh, that's ok-wait what?! I started slapping my upper body, but it didn't work, just ruin the shirt. I took a rip in my shirt and tore, ripping it off me in pieces, bandages wrapping my chest. Why do I keep on losing my shirt? The whole area by the wax machine thing was flaming. Usopp and Carou were back.
Vivi and Zoro were away from the wax, Nami eyes widened in horror, now that I noticed Usopp was getting beat up. By that Lemon lady, I smirked. Vivi and Nami actually took care of it, I smiled with pride more at Nami than Vivi (since I don't know her long), Nami is getting stronger. I noticed that that painting brat was trying to make a run for it in the forest. I growled and ran ahead, happy I left my hat on my dresser. It would have gotten wax all over it and then wax melted into it.
I grabbed the brat by the back of the shirt and glared in her eyes. She looked plenty nervous now, before she was blank faced, but now she had fear in her eyes. What, did she think I was going to kill her? I don't kill kids! I gave her an evil grin and made a fist and punched her hard on the head, kind of like Grandpa does. She fell on the ground, eyes swirly.
I also made a less deep version of his laugh that made me a bit weirded out, his personality is contagious. I turned back around, my skin searing. Zoro was done with Mr. 5 red coat and the flames were about to go out. I walked back toward everyone else. Broggy was standing up, I was relieved he was okay. Zoro said.
"Hey there, glad to see you made it out alive". I smirked at the Broggy and he smirked too. Zoro raised his eyebrows at me.
"You made it too; you froze a bit quicker than we did". Not that he said it, my lungs are a bit tight, but I ignored it. I just grinned at Zoro and shrugged lazily.
"Eh, I'm fine". I smirked at my attitude and dropped it. It's a code thing, he was not actually going to ask if I was okay, so that his way of saying it. Hey, I know I have too much pride, it's not like I'm going to admit it. I looked around, Usopp was okay, he just looked hurt a bit, bruising and blood here and there.
As I gave him a once over, I didn't see any serious injuries or broken bones. Broggy was sitting and I looked at my legs, they were till bleeding and not I brought attention to them, they, I'll have to stitch them up when I get back, I'll defiantly need a bottle of Sake, one for numbing the pain and another for the after. Broggy said.
"We only have enemies left"! No matter how quiet he was, his voice was booming, I was too busy to notice it before. I scratched my head and plopped my ass on the ground and asked.
"Where's Luffy"? Broggy said.
"He went in the forest with that duck". I didn't know why because I just got up like 0 to 15 minutes ago so I shrugged it off as the brat that I knocked out was still knocked out, she can't force him to do anything. I looked at the girl and yes, she was out cold, except the swirls were getting a lot slower, in experience, she should be waking up soon. I suddenly had a thought.
"Hey, we all ended up here right"? Seeing their nods, I continued. "Where the hell is Sanji"? Nami blinked like she forgotten, I think we all did. The giant looked confused and Zoro rolled his eyes.
"Who cares about that Ero-cook"? Nami rolled her eyes and Vivi looked worried.
"Do you think he's okay? What if something happened"? I grinned lazily and leaned back on my hands.
"Nah, nothing like that. Sanji's a strong guy; he can handle himself, since we had all the agents here anyway. Zoro don't snort, you know it's true". Broggy asked me.
"Who's Sanji" I smiled, no matter how much he annoys me with my gender, he still Nakama.
"Sanji's our cook and he makes the best food, he's our Nakama, Luffy found him". Ignoring Zoro snort at the food part (even though he knew it was true), I looked at the sky wondering where and how far Luffy and Sanji were. I started to day dream a bit.
I seriously don't know why, but lately since we have been sailing, Ace has been on my mind. What is going on? You would just think it is a brother thing, but I know Luffy don't think about Ace this much. Did something happen? I don't think so, Ace can take care of himself, hell he can kick me and Luffy asses. Just as we got stronger, I know he did too. I've read the newspapers that Dadan gets. So what is this feeling? I know sometime we are going to meet him on the sea, Luffy loud and reckless; it's bound to be on the news and knowing Ace, at some point he will want to see us. If he does, I hope I get a bounty, but then.
Luffy came stumbling out of the woods with Carou behind him and I chuckled, he was dirty, still shirtless (though I was too) and a bit lost. He look at him without his vest is funny. He is thin with some muscle, but still scrawny. Luffy came over grinning and then Broggy started crying and my eyes widened at the noise, damn he's loud! He kept on going and I looked to see the rest of them doing the same. Luffy yelled.
"Look! His crying is making a rainbow"! I crushed my hands tighter to my ears and cringed, curling my back. I moved my hands suddenly when he stopped and that other giant I don't know the name of woke from the dead?
"Dorry! You're alive"! Well, I guess I know his name now. Dorry said in a rumbling voice.
"I must have lost consciousness". I shared a look with Zoro who was smirking; I guess miracles really do happen. They had some kind of shocking moment and Nami broke up.
"How are you alive"? Dorry explained it by saying that since they were fighting for 100 years, there weapons were dulled. I blinked in shock.
"A hundred years"?! Zoro, Usopp and Nami just stared at me.
"You just noticed now"? I nodded.
"Well yeah, I felt the shaking, but thought it was the volcano".Usopp asked.
"What did you do anyway"? I frowned and replied.
"Well first I was walking around and met some dinosaurs-". Usopp and Nami stopped me.
"DINOSAURS"?! I nodded and Vivi didn't look surprised, which shocked me a bit. I nodded my head.
"Yeah, anyway. I killed another tiger and ate lunch after climbing on the dinosaurs and then took a nap. Then I got caught". The giants were laughing and Dorry asked me.
"You climbed on dinosaurs"? I grinned at him and nodded; not feeling scared with the giants there, more like comfortable.
"Yeah, it was fun". Dorry laughed again and said.
"That strawhat human was doing the same"! I tilted my head to the side.
"Luffy? He's my brother". After that I closed my eyes and sighed, relaxing as they talked about their fight of 100 years. I noticed Luffy came back and stared at him.
"Where did you get back, Luffy"?
"HE'S BEEN HERE THE WHOLE TIME"! Damn, the stupid ADHD! I hate when that happens. Luffy just waved it off and laughed, listening to the giants. They were still talking about their weapons and I stood up on my feet walking to them, they ignored me. My legs were stiff. The bleeding stopped though. I sat near the weapons and examined them. They had chips in the metal, dirt and they overall ruined. The horror if my sword ever looked like that!
They started crying all over each other and laughing to pushing each other and standing ready to fight in under two minutes. I'm guessing Luffy's cheering is not helping at all. Especially the thing he was creaming over and over was "Duel"! I stayed where I was, but leaned back on my hands, watching lazily. Almost dying by wax is tiring. Nami screamed.
"YOU TWO ARE FIGHTING AGAIN, ALREADY"?! I grinned, well Nami got over it quickly. They calmed down and started laughing once Vivi asked about the whole bounty thing that was apparently on their heads.
"We've been fighting for so long, we forgot about the bounties that were put on our heads"! I stood up as Luffy and Usopp went in a corner and ate rice crackers, I smirked. Grandpa had a weird obsession with those and donuts. Luffy wanted a rice cracker party. I walked by them and took a couple, munching on them. Luffy and Usopp said.
"Hey"! I laughed and sat back down and groaned. "Man, I need to stitch up my legs". Nami snapped.
"You didn't need to cut them in the first place, you idiot"! I sighed, annoyed.
"We been through this already, it was needed". Her face reddened and she opened her mouth, but Vivi put a hand on her shoulder and she took a deep breath. I should stop before she really loses her temper. Usopp and Luffy started wrestling and Nami was depressed about the log pose being broken. Luffy asked the giants.
"Maybe you could do something about our log pose". Giants told us they couldn't help us with that, but they would with anything else. Well, that's a downer! Suddenly I heard a scream that sounded familiar.
"Nami Dear! Vivi, my love! Mace Darling! And the rest of you". I twitched, knowing who it was. He seemed fine, looks like he ran into no trouble. Usopp snapped at Sanji as Luffy said Hi and even the duck looked pissed. I was a bit light headed from blood loss and bored out of my mind, so I did one thing I could think of at the moment, I fell back and fell asleep.
"Ack! S-sorry! Ace! Off of me"! I was currently in a tight headlock by my 14 year old brother and his grip was getting tighter. Luffy was trying to get to me, but was kept at bay by Ace's foot in his face. I pulled on his arms.
"You're an idiot"! Ace growled under his breath. The three of us went down to Edge Town to steal some supplies and other stuff because we can and Luffy was hungry too. Luffy bumped into me (getting excited) and I bumped into Ace, getting us caught. I forgot to mention we were doing this in the road, he just tackled me.
I dug my elbow into his side, making him curse and making lose his hold on me and punched him hard in the stomach, making him lose his breath. I smirked and rolled away before he could grab me. I jumped to my feet and bared my fist. Luffy got up and did the same. I flickered my eyes around and tensed to see people watching us. I heard a shout.
"Hey"! I looked to see a couple of policemen running at us and Ace saw it too.
"Shit, run"! I nodded and ran after him, grabbing Luffy wrist so he didn't get left behind. He was laughing and I shook my head, he's insane sometimes. Once we got back home, Ace forgot what happened and I was not going to remind him. Luffy whined.
"I'm hungry! Why didn't we get food"? Ace stared at me, glaring. I twitched with hunched shoulders, damn, I was so close…
"Mace…" He said my name slowly and drug out the 'a'. I grinned at him as he stepped closer and waved my hand.
"Hey. Ace, uh, bye now"! I then ran off, him cursing and chasing me and Luffy's laughter…
/ / / / / / / / / / / / / / / / / / / / / /
I woke up to Luffy shaking me with a grin, eyes excited and I smiled fondly, still waking from the memory I just had. "Hey, Mace! We can leave now, wake up"! I blinked at him, I was sleeping for not very long, what happened to the years staying on the island thing?
"How"? Nami grinned at me as I stood up.
"Sanji, got a eternal pose for Alabasta". My eyes widened and my own grin appeared.
"Huh, really"?! Luffy was already running ahead and Nami said.
"Come on, we have to hurry, times wasting". I nodded and ran after her, into the forest with the others. I spun back around and ran at the same time.
"Bye"! I waved at Dorry and Broggy. They waved back and Broggy said.
"Bye, sharp human! You got guts"! I grinned at him back and said.
"Thanks! You too"! I yelped as I felt a harsh pull on my ear. I glared at Nami and yanked my head in the opposite direction, making her let me go. "Why'd you do that"?! She huffed, glaring back at me as we followed the crew.
"Hurry up"! I dropped it. When we got to the boat, Sanji and Zoro were in each other's faces, yelling about 'meat being bigger'. My eyes widened in horror.
"They better not be fighting about what I think they are". Vivi looked at me with horror.
"Mace"! Her face bright red and I felt my own ears get hot and Nami just stared at me and rolled her eyes; even if she was a little bit pink herself.
"They had a contest to see who could kill the biggest animal". I nodded in understanding. I looked ahead and actually saw two big animals, one rhino and one dinosaur. I mumbled.
"Ah, I see". Nami gave me a dry look, but said nothing. Zoro yelled at Sanji.
"My rhino is obviously bigger than your stupid lizard is". I laughed, this was just too funny! Luffy said.
"I doesn't really matter, they both look yummy". They screamed at him to shut up and I sighed, shaking my head.
"I'll see ya on the ship". I walked around the oversized animals and climbed up the ship and threw a leg on the railing. I walked in the Galley as they dealt with the animal issue and grabbed 2 bottles of Sake. I walked in the Girl's room and placed them by my bed. I figured since we'd be sailing for a bit on our way to Alabasta, I could see that time to heal my legs and stitch them up.
I figured we would be leaving soon, Nami would just punch them and end it, and she was way too violent sometimes! I heard the others get on the ship and Nami scream at them to hurry up, I grinned to myself, called it! I grabbed a wooden bucket in the corner (don't ask why it's there) and walked back out, my legs throbbing slightly. I walked back out to help sail the ship. We finished and started sailing out of here. Luffy pointed ahead. "Look it's the giants! They came to say goodbye"!
I looked ahead, it was not hard to miss, you know, being giant and everything. I leaned against the left side of the figurehead. Broggy said.
"There is still a great danger ahead of you". Dorry finished for him.
"There is an obstacle that has always been here". They were stand on each side of the entrance, like guards or something. I didn't like the sound of what they were saying. "Trying to prevent people from leaving the next island. Everyone one of you fought to protect the pride of our duel". Broggy continued.
"And because you did that, we will never let them destroy your pride". Broggy said.
"No matter what go straight, GOT THAT"?! Luffy agreed and I did too, we helped them. They had no reason to try and hurt us. Plus if worst comes to worst, we could always fight whatever it is. Zoro asked.
"What was that about"? Usopp asked.
"What did he say"? I shrugged.
"We'll be fine, go with the flow". Zoro seemed to agree with me, though Usopp gave me a fearful look. We kept on sailing and Luffy said.
"No matter what happens, we go straight"! I nodded, putting most of my weight on the railing.
"Aye, what the captain said". They both said goodbye and I lazily waved back. A bit wave was above us and I leaned my head back to look. My eyes widened and Broggy said.
"You will leave a path, in the name of Elbalf"! I don't know what that was, but it must be something important. I was looking at a giant goldfish! Like one that Usopp talked about in his stories when I first met him. I put a hand on the hilt of my sword, grimacing at the melting cold wax on the hilt. I'll have to clean that later.
I watched in awe as their weapons began to glow. The screams snapped me out of it. I called to Usopp.
"Hey, Usopp! You talked about defeating a giant goldfish before, you wanna do it again"? I grinned at the loud disbelieving laughs I got from Zoro and Sanji. Usopp screamed at me.
"That's not even funny"! Nami told him to use the rudder, but said we had to go straight. I grinned in agreement. Don't get me wrong, I was freaked out, but I had faith. Luffy climbed on the figurehead next to me. Nami screamed as we neared it mouth.
"Luffy, don't be an idiot! This is nothing like with Laboon"! Luffy replied.
"Yeah, I know. Here, have the last rice cracker". I raised my eyebrows, impressed with him.
"That was nice of to give him the last one". He looked proud of himself and I had to chuckle at the look. Carou ran off in a cabin. We were in his mouth and Sanji yelled as I gripped the railing and sat on it.
"Can we really trust these pals of yours"? Luffy said we could. I was getting worried a bit as the others freaked out and we were swallowed. This happens way too much. Luffy yelled as Nami and Usopp panicked.
"KEEP GOING STRAIGHT"! I sent him a look and he shook his head. Suddenly, I felt this blast behind me and my eyes widened, my head snapping behind me when I felt the wind and smelt the sea. I grinned.
"AWESOME"! Power like that sometimes just amazes me and I didn't get to see them fight before. Luffy laughed at me and I knew my eyes were brightened. We were then sailing again and I jumped from the railing, walking back to where I dropped my bucked and climbed down the side, clinging to the rope on the side, the handle of the bucket between my teeth. I heard shouts and I let on hand go and scooped water into it and held it tightly to my chest, both my feet and one arm pulling me up onto the boat, swinging my leg over. No one seemed to notice me, so I walk in my room, grabbed a rag out of the bathing stiff closet thing and walked back in my room. I set the bucket by my bed and sighed.
I hate doing this, but this is how we stitched and cleaned wounds back home. Especially me and Luffy. I was about to grab her sewing kit thing like I did with my hat, but Nami came in and asked.
"What are you doing"? I sent her a blank look.
"Sewing up my leg". Her eyes widened.
"By yourself"? I nodded.
"Yeah, why"? She sighed, rolling her eyes and grabbed a white bot and sat across from me. She said.
"I'll do it". My eyes widened.
"I'm not giving you money, witch". I saw her jaw grind, most likely her teeth.
"You saved me so I'm helping you". I nodded and grabbed the Sake bottle closest to me and popped the cork, chugging down a decent swig and swallowed, trying to get a little drunk to numb the pain. She grabbed the rag, dunking it into the water and put it on my right ankle. I slammed my eyes shut, the stinging and burning of the salt water. I blindly took another drink, feeling it halfway gone already. It dulled my senses when she cleaned the other leg.
Clenching my teeth, I grabbed my hat from the shelf and put it on my face, breathing deeply. Lifting my hat, to drink every once in a while when the pain got bad. Soon she was done and grabbed bandages around my legs. She looked like she was thinking about something and now that I noticed it, tired. I asked.
"You okay"? She blinked at me and nodded.
"Yeah, fine". I leaned back, hat still in my face.
"Don't do that again or I'll put you in debt". I grumbled under my breath and she was at the door, map under her arm. She went to leave and I called out with a smile.
"Hey, Nami"? She looked at me.
"Yeah"? I still just smiled and said.
"Thanks". She gave me a smile and walked out. My head was buzzing a bit since I opened up the second bottle a little bit adding the blood loss, I was tired. I leaned back on the bed, turned to my side and fell asleep.
I woke with a groan and swung my legs off the bed. I walked out and fixed the hat that was on my face, on my head. I woke to Usopp and Luffy cheering about Elbaf on the railing. I grinned and walked around. I so stand corrected about Little Garden being no problem. You know what they say, sometimes names mean nothing.
Nami was sitting on the deck and I frowned, looking at her closer. She was pale.
"Nami? You okay"? Her eyebrows pulled together and she nodded slowly.
"Yeah…fine". I nodded back at her, letting it go. Vivi and Nami were talking and I laughed at Luffy as he almost fell off the boat with Usopp. I then remembered I was not wearing a shirt so I slipped one on when I got in my room and grabbed cloth and a sharpening stone for my sword. I walked back to hear Sanji said.
"You'll get back, don't worry about it". He had a tray of food in one hand. My stomach grumbled, I was a bit hungry. I walked forward, I need food right now. While Sanji gave them some and told the guys to get theirs in the kitchen, I grabbed a couple and ate them tilting my head to the side. I heard a clanging noise and walked around the boat to see what it. It was Zoro and I heard him said.
"…606. I need to get stronger, to be able to cut wax at any stance". My eyes hardened. I remembered what I said to Nickolas when he died. I'll get stronger. I need to get stronger, staying there in that wax made me hopeless and I could not help save my Nakama! I won't let that happen, I need to train, train till I can't move anymore.
I walked off and climbed up the crow's nest and grabbed a 120 pound weight. Grunting at the weight, I lifted over my head and then at my chest. I then did this over and over, counting in my head. 1,5,25,30.. I was grunting them out.
"40,41,42…" I need to get stronger, that was the motivation I need, I won't let people die under my watch. I don't care, no matter what I have to do! I lifted to my chest at the hundred mark and was about to do 101, but dropped it when I heard Vivi scream. My shirt was stuck to me and I breathed deeply, jumping down and I heard Vivi yell.
"Nami, has a fever"! My eyes widened, I knew something was the matter! Sanji screamed.
"WHAT! NAMI'S SICK"?! He burst from the kitchen with Usopp, Carou and Luffy. Zoro came from his work out too. I growled under my breath and walked over to her, kneeling down. Vivi said.
"Mace, be careful". I nodded as I gently slid my hands under her and lifted her up and I stood up, holding her to my chest. I said.
"Well, go get sick stuff". They looked at me blankly.
"Like what"? I blinked.
"I don't know something. I'm gonna bring Nami to the girl's room". I walked with her to our room and kicked the door open, laying her on the bed. The others were behind me. I looked at her worriedly, at her labored breathing. Sanji was crying and I sighed, that's not going to help at all. Vivi actually had some water, as she laid a cold cloth on Nami head and said.
"It's most likely the climate. You see, sailors in the Grand Line aren't used to the strange weather and can become quite ill. There are countless stories of tough nitrous pirates that suddenly died. Their immune systems were attacked and ravaged by cold and fever. Ignoring the symptoms can make the slightest cold deadly". Sanji started sobbing Nami's name and I sighed, scratching the back of my head.
"Ah, you didn't help much with that explanation, princess". She sent me a look and asked.
"Is there anyone on this ship that has any type of medical experience"? They pointed at her and I replied.
"We don't have a doctor, so no". Luffy piped up.
"Or a musician". Usopp smacked him.
"Not the time, Luffy". I agreed with him for once. We had to take her somewhere to an island, which meant we had to make a stop and then go to Alabasta. I crossed my arms over my chest with a frown. Luffy said.
"When you're sick, meat helps, right Sanji"? I snorted, that's a Luffy answer. Sanji stopped sobbing and said.
"Well, meat is protein and that does give the body power to operate properly. I can cook some foods to boast your energy, but there is no knowing if it will work, I'm not a doctor". Sanji then told them he gives rotten to them and good to her. I chuckled as Usopp snapped and Luffy laughed. Sanji said.
"To the point, as long as I'm this ships cook, nobody is going to feed her better in terms of nutrition". Like I was thinking, we might need a doctor. I never gotten sick like that neither has Ace, Luffy or Sabo. Sure the bandits did, but not us. Vivi flipped out.
"Oh no! 104 degrees"! My eyes widened and I walked over, leaning closer. When I lived with my other family, my brother had something similar to that, he almost died, it was one of the scariest things I had to deal with ever. The fear is coming up on me now, though I could control it better, when I was 12, I was screaming and angry. Ussop asked about doctors from her own country and Vivi said.
"At least a week and that's too long"! I growled under my breath.
"There is no doubt at what we have to do then". Vivi said it was possible she could die and I face palmed, 3,2,1..
"Ah! SHE GONNA DIE"?! I leaned against the wall, watching the scene as Vivi screamed at them to shut up. They were quiet when Nami got their attention.
"Go in my desk, second drawer". They were frozen and I shook my head, moving to it and opened it. A folded newspaper was there. I opened it and my eyes widened at what I read. Well, things just got more serious. I walked out after handing Vivi the paper and saw Zoro sitting on the railing, lifting his weights with one arm and looking out at the sea. Sighing to myself, I hopped up on the railing and sat. It was quiet and Zoro asked.
"News"? I frowned and ran a hand through my hair, making my hat fall off and hang by the string.
"She's real sick, life threatening". I looked to see his eyes harden and then it was quiet. I said.
"We can't defeat a cold and fever like we do a enemy". His reply was quiet.
"I know". I jumped off the railing and climbing back up the crow's nest, grabbing the weight from before, pulling it my chest roughly and continuing in the same manner. I heard Zoro yell a little while later.
"Hey! Get your butts out here"! I sighed and put the weight down, can I get any training done at all?! I jumped down and ran over to them. Sanji, Usopp and Luffy were looking at Nami.
"The wind". Sanji echoed her and waited for what she would say. Isn't she supposed to be resting? I was about to say something, but she beat me to it.
"The wind, it's heading right this way". Luffy climbed up put a hand on her forehead. Looks like he was confused too. He then let go, saying her head was on fire. My eyes widened, if the heat was effecting Luffy that much…
"Leave me alone, I'm fine! This is my normal temperature"! I doubt that. Usopp and Sanji were trying to get her to rest and I sighed, shaking my head. She yelled at them and she had to sag against the railing. I said.
"It's fine, we'll do what Nami says, and she's the Navigator. Then she will lay down and rest". I sent her a look like she better not argue. I walked in the cabin with Usopp and Carou and helped pull the rudder, feeling the boat move the other way like Nami wanted.
"Thanks, Mace". I shrugged.
"No problem". I knew the rest of them would be done. I came out and heard Vivi say.
"I have to ask you all a favor. As a passenger of this ship, it's not my place to ask this, but I have no choice. My homeland is in jeopardy of being destroyed. So I'd really appreciate it if we could move even faster. Every minute I'm out here puts move of my people in danger of losing their lives. We need to head to Alabasta at full speed". I crossed my arms over my chest and leaned against the railing so I could looked at Vivi and Nami. What she was asking was risky. To ignore Nami's health. If that was the case we could ignore hear request and go to another island and that would be it. I raised my eyebrow and scowled, watching the princess.
I could tell the others felt the same way, with the tension in the air. Nami said.
"Of Course, just like we said we will". It was quiet as we stared at her and then Vivi said.
"So let's set sail for an island with a doctor right away. First things first, we need to go to an island and get Nami healthy first. Then we head for Alabasta. After all we need her at the helm to get at top speed". I grinned, just like I thought, Luffy grinned too and said.
"Great, no one moves this ship like Nami". I threw my hat back on my head, forgetting it was on the string the whole time. I heard a loud crack behind us and jumped as Luffy yelled.
"What is that"?! My eyes bulged at what I was looking at. It looked like a huge, no, gigantic water tornado! Vivi called.
"It's a Cyclone"! Man that was close! Luffy voice what I said. That was the same direction we were going, how did Nami know that? Sanji helped bring Nami inside, Carou and Vivi followed them. Zoro decided to look out on the crow's nest and then it started snowing. I grinned and let the snow fall in my hands, I love snow. I ignored the cold when it hit my body and hands as Usopp grabbed a blanket. All I was wearing was a sweat soaked t-shirt and pants with my boots.
It was not too bad, so I ignored it. Luffy called.
"Hey! You see any doctors"?! Usopp called him stupid and I had to agree.
"Yeah Luffy, where would you find a doctor in the middle of the ocean"? He shrugged and Zoro called.
"What do you think of people standing on top of water"? I looked up at him confused, what is he talking about? Luffy asked.
"What do I think it's possible"? Usopp said.
"What kind of question is that? It's impossible of course". I shrugged.
"I don't know, why"? Zoro said.
"Well then, what's that"? I looked at what Zoro was looking at and my eyes widened.
"What the hell"?! I felt Usopp and Luffy turn around next to me. Some guy that looked like a jester, but double the size of one was standing on the ocean and staring at us. I moved the brim of the hat away from my eyes and squinted, but it was some guy standing with his feet on the water. I muttered.
"Devil Fruit"? Even as I asked this, I knew it wasn't. Luffy asked.
"Is he a doctor". I sighed and smacked my face with my palm and sighed.
"I don't think so". The three of us stared at him and him back at us, waiting to she what will happen or who will react first.

There it is! I don't know when my next update will be since I also reached my goal and got to Drum Kingdom like I planned on since my break will be over of the 6th and I still have to finish my English project
Happy Birthday to Portgas D. Ace and even though you are gone, we will never forget you for who you were as a free pirate, not just the son of Gol D. Roger himself (even if he is badass himself). Happy late birthday to Gol D. Roger, the first Pirate King!
