Ladies and Gentlemen, im finally back! Despite the massive time since I last updated, my passion for writing has been rekindled by writing duels for another story, and this tale is back under way!
I decided to move away from some of the previous plot elements and names. All chapters should be up to date after the re write, so you may want a re-read if you have already been reading up to now. If there are any omisssions, please send me a PM.

Machina Dino's Strike Part 2 - Be Revived The Duelist's Soul!
Kaiser 6500 Leo 5300
The clash of the Besaid Champion Kaiser and Kilika Champion Leo was in full swing. Leo drew his next card to start his move, and a grin was appearing across his face.
"Lets start with Pot of Greed for two extra cards" He spoke while drawing. "Then I'll special summon Gilasaurus with its own effect, and no doubt your Cyber Dragon will make another appearance" He said.
"It shall" I said.
Curious to what he was up to, the small dinosaur monster appeared back on the field with a roar while one of my Cyber Dragons rejoined its kin with a shriek.
"Then I'll swap out Gilasaurus with Black Stego in attack mode while giving you some burn damage courtesy of my Dinoroid cards!" He said.
Bracing myself once again as I shield myself from the Blaster damage, I sneer.
"That all you got!?" I challenge with a shout.
Kaiser 6000 Leo 5300
"Find out! Since im special summoning Gilasaurus again!" Leo declared.
Again the dino monster appeared on the field roaring with the Black Stego. Leo next held a card high in the air.
"Now I tribute both monsters to summon Ultimate Tyranno!"
In a shower of pyreflies a new dino was appearing. This one was a T-Rex that had cleary spent several millenium in the gym. Clad in black scales that were as hard as diamonds in armor and claws that could cut through steel, it roared in anticipation.
Ultimate Tyranno 3000/2200
"That dino can attack all my monsters!" I think. "But fortunately Cyber Barrier has an edge..."
"I activate Dinoroid Dominance!" Leo declares. "When equipped to a Dino monster or a Roid monster, it negates monster effects it battles!"
"Say what?!" I gasp.
"Im not stupid" Leo says, his eyes becoming feral. "Your Cyber Barrier Dragon's name is a clue to its effect! So now Ultimate Tyranno can wipe out all your monsters as I promised! Go Tyranno!"
The Tyranno charged forward slashing widely with its claws, and in four quick strikes all four Cyber monsters were destroyed! In the ensuing explosion, I was thrown back clean off my feet to land in a heap on the ground.

"Ouch" Tara winced at the devlopments.
"That was brutal!" Tidus said almost wincing in similar pain.
"And I thought taking a blitzball to the head was bad" Wakka sighed.
"He was doing so well too" Yuna said sadly.
"Do not count him out yet" Lulu said, her arms folded. "Its unlikely that despite this setback he will fall easily"
"What did I tell you?!" Orion laughed having appeared back on the scene.
"I cant say I didnt enjoy that" Alessa smirked.
"He's getting up Orion" Bickson said unsure.
"Now that was painful" I say getting back to my feet slowly. "I think I put my back out" I say with a pained expression.
"Well you did provoke me after all" Leo replies with an expression that was mixed with satisfaction and playfullness. "So what was your Barrier Dragons effect? Something about protecting I guessed?"
"It would have negated your first attack" I say nodding. "That way more than likley you would have attacked it first, and I would have had it on the field in subsequent rounds"
"Not that it matters since I destroyed it" Leo winked.
"That you did! But now its my draw! Excellent! Ill play my own Pot of Greed!" I say drawing extra. "I summon Cyber Valley!"
Kaiser's new monster was a smaller version of Cyber Dragon, with a more shark like jagged jaw line and teeth with red orbs dotted around its lower serpent body.

"A zero points monster? What could you do with that?" Leo asked.
"Well first of all I'll play Machine Duplication, summoning two more from my deck"
Within seconds two more copies of the monster had appeared on the field, each giving a shriek of arrival.

"Now as you asked, Cyber Valley has an effect, banishing one and another monster I draw two cards"
As two of the Cyber Valley's errupted in a shower of pyreflies, I drew my cards.
"Oh dear, it appears the weather is turning! Go Heavy Storm! All spell's and traps on the field are destroyed!"
A massive tornado began to form in the centre of the dueling field, and in seconds Leo's cards were being sucked up into it. With a loud bang they were all destroyed while Leo was shielding himself from the torrent.
"My Dinoroid cards!" Leo sneers.
"I end my turn" I say.
"I draw!" Leo said before jabbing a finger forward "Tyranno! Take the win and attack his monster!"
The massive dino roared and charged towards its next victim, while Cyber Valley did not move... until the last second as it whipped up its tail and swatted away the Tyranno's attack! A second later it had dissappeared into pyrefiles.
"What happened?" Leo said puzzled.
"During the battle phase" I explained. "When you declare an attack, I banish Cyber Valley, end the battle phase and draw a card" I say doing just that.
"Tch" Leo tutted. "Then ill set a card and end my turn!"
"Then I draw!" I say. "Time for something new! I activate Laser / Barrier Invocation! Since I have Cyber Barrier Dragon in my graveyard, I can now summon Cyber Laser Dragon directly from my deck!"
Cyber Laser Dragon was a sleeker version of Cyber Dragon, with a pulsating blue line running down its body to its tail. Which was also of note, it appeared to be some form of cannon!

"However, in the turn that I use this, I cannot summon any more monsters" I finish.
"Not that it can destroy my Tyranno" Leo replied.
"Well thats the thing you see... Cyber Laser Dragon each turn destroys a monster with either higher attack or defence points than its own" I smirk.
"Oh boy" Leo sweatdrops.
"Destructive Light! Photon Xtra Termination!" I say jabbing my fist into the air.
Cyber Laser Dragon opened its tail cannon and fired a blue lightning bolt at Ultimate Tyranno, piercing the Dino's chest as it exploded into pyreflies!
"Cyber Laser Dragon!" I declared jabbing my hand towards Leo. "Direct attack! Evolution Laser Shot!"
Laser Dragon this time attack with a lightning energy strike from its mouth, Leo brought his arms up to defend as he took the attack direct in the chest, making the Kilika champion skid backwards along the floor, but still remain on his feet.

"Thats the way to go!" Tara said pumping a fist in the air.
"He's back in the game ya?!" Wakka added.
"His strategy... its most interesting" Lulu said with a raised eyebrow.
"Whys that Lulu?" Yuna asked.
"His Cyber monsters, they keep changing and adapting to his needs"
"Im lost already" Tidus muttered.
Counting on her fingers, she began to count off her logic.
"His Cyber Dragons, they evolve into new beings. Barrier Dragon would have normally protected him from attacks. Laser Dragon destroys stronger monsters. And while Valley is not an original monster, it appears to be a pre evolved version, allowing the possibility of drawing to fuel Kaiser's deck... Very interesting indeed"
The group seemed to process this information for a moment until Tidus spoke.
"Still lost" He muttered.
There was a collective moan from the group about Tidus's cluelessness as Lulu shook her head before speaking.
"Just keep watching" She said simply.
"Oh for fucks sake" Orion spat in fury.
"Cheap bastard destroying it with an effect" Alessa added.
"Well... it was impressive" Bickson said, realising what he had said.
"You really dont want your kneecaps do you?" Orion snarled, causing Bickson to step back.
"You could have at least fallen so I dont look as bad" I say smirking and setting two cards. "End turn"
"What can I say?" Leo said drawing. "Im made of tough stuff! I play Dinoroid Draw! Now by banishing Dinoroid cards in my graveyard, I can draw cards equal to that number, so removing the three you destroyed, I draw three times!" He said while drawing and pocketing the cards.
Examining his new cards, Leo's eyes went feral once more as he began his move
"I activate Ultra Evolution! Banishing Gyroid and Black Petra from my graveyard and summoning Super Conductor Tyranno from my deck!"
In a massive cloud of pyreflies, a new huge Dino was emerging. It had green skin on its body and face, while the rest of its body was covered in silver armor. A massive tail was whipping around currents of electricty powered by purple orbs along the length. Blood red eyes and viscious claws were more than enough to show this beast was formidable.

"Awww come on!" I complain. "These Dinoroids dont give up!"
"With good reason! Now Tyranno! Attack Cyber Laser Dragon! Lightning Blaster!"
Charging up electricty from its tail to its mouth, Conductor fired off a lightning attack at Cyber Laser Dragon that was hit dead in the head as it shrieked in pain before exploding. The remaining electricty then headed straight towards me.
"Do it... Enjoy it"
Gritting my teeth and pushing the thoughts out of my head, I bring my hand straight down onto my deck.
"Trap card open! Power Wall!" I say, before throwing a fist full of cards from my deck into the air.
The cards formed a spherical shield that deflected the energy strike away... Unbeknownst to Kaiser at the time... his eyes went black for a moment, that did not go unoticed by some of the crowd.
"Oh no..." Yuna breathed.
"Its back to Besaid all over again..." Tara echoed.
"Hey!" Tidus exclaimed. "It only happened for a second! He's fighting it!"
"That logic is correct" Lulu said the voice of reason.
"Power Wall... by discarding cards from my deck, I can negate your damage equal to the cards sent multipled by one hundred. By sending nine to the graveyard, I negate it entirely"
Leo was actually suprised I noticed, as he raised an eyebrow before speaking.
"That card... I know what its used for" Leo said solemly.
Raising my arm out, the cards that had been thrown flew back towards my Duel Disk to enter the graveyard. I noticed there were at least two Hunter Dragons and Cyber Pheonix's among them, and much to my relief, all three Cyberdark monsters.
"That monster... will not be making an appearance" I say.
"Good to know" Leo said, still rather unsure. "I end my turn" He says.
"I draw!" I declare.
"Set your rage free"
Shaking my head in frustration once again as the voice was now plaguing me while I was awake, I look at my hand and begin my move.
"I activate Oppressive Chimera! Now I can fill up your field with Chimera Tokens!"
Appearing now on Leo's field were four very small monsters. They looked like mini Octupus's with four heads on each spherical body.

"What the?!" Leo gasped. "Why would you give me such powerful monsters?"
"I dont have a choice" I replied. "Each one I summon gains eight hundred attack per other one. So with four multipled by eight hundred gives thier score"
"There is gonna be a catch" Leo says.
"There is, for if I destroy them in battle, at the end of the battle phase I can draw a card for each one destroyed"
"Well you given yourself Gagazet to climb since they are so strong! That and my Tyranno!" Leo retorts.
"Lets find out I play Overload Fusion! Now by banishing fusion material monsters in my graveyard, I can summon a Dark attribute Fusion monster! I remove my three Cyber Dragons, Cyber Laser Dragon and Cyber Barrier Dragon to summon Chimeratech Overdragon!"
The larger version of the tokens was now appearing on Kaiser's side of the field. With five heads, and its body connected to a central 'hub' it hissed and roared at the tokens and monster before it.

"Whoa" Leo gasped.
"Overdragon works like the tokens. Gaining eight hundred attack points for each material I used. Normally I can remove as many as I like, but since I play Oppressive Chimera, Im limited to using only four others than the base Cyber Dragon, which is equal to the tokens summoned" I explain.
"Im still failing to see the point of all this" Leo said.
"The point is... Chimeratech can attack monsters on your field equal to its fusion materials!"
"WHAT?!" Leo said gasping realising what was happening.
"Attack all his monsters Chimera! Evolution Resort Burst!"
The massive dragon charged up energy blasts in every mouth and fired them all off together at Leo's side of the field, first oblitering all the tokens before finally destroying the Tyranno. Leo's field was covered in different explosions and was quickly hidden from view with the aftermath. A few moments later as the dust cleared, Leo could be seen. A card face up on his field. I gasped as I saw what it was.
"That was a good time to use it... thanks Life Force" Leo says.
Kaiser 1100 Leo 900
"How appropriate" I say. "By paying four hundred life points per attack, you prevent battle damage"
"Well since that attack would have wiped out my life points, it was worth it" Leo smiles.
"Well either way, I now draw four cards since I destroyed all those tokens" I say drawing. "One of those is Mystical Space Typhoon which I now use to destroy your Life Force" I say.
As a small torrent of wind shot across the field, Life Force quickly exploded into pyreflies.
"Well it saved me, so was enough" Leo said sighing.
"I set three cards and end my turn" I say.
"Wow" Tara said. "A sweet monster!"
"Its just a pity he played that card first" Yuna said. "Otherwise he would have won"
"He would not have" Lulu said. "Leo could always have countered with Life Force. This way Kaiser ensured he had a plan regardless of the outcome, and now he is in a better postion"
"I get that this time" Tidus said, before looking at Leo. "But why do I feel Leo is gonna take it up a notch?"
"Do we have to watch this Orion?" Alessa asked sighing.
"Yes we do" Orion said flatly.
"But he's winning!" Bickson exclaimed.
"Shut up both of you! This isnt over" Orion said. "Because I've seen Leo's strongest monster before... and ive a feeling he's been pushed to that level"
"Then I draw!" Leo said.
As he drew, the very air in the temple seemed to turn red hot for a moment, as Leo's eyes went feral once again, his whole demeanor seemingley changing!
"I feel it... its coming... his soul monster" I think.
"I summon Dinoroid Oni!" Leo declared.
The Dinoroid was nothing more than a small spherical orb. It was clear in colour, but was radiating a white light that was pulsating inside.

"Zero points is never good" I say.
"I activate its effect!" Leo said not listening. "By sending it to the graveyard, I can summon from my Graveyard Super Conductor Tyranno and Super Vehicroid Stealth Union from my Extra Deck!"
"What in Sin?!" I gasp.
All of a sudden the small orb seemed to explode as the Tyranno once again appeared on the field along with the Vehicroid monster! To my eye, it almost looked like Optimus Prime, a bidpedial massive robot.

"They cannot attack this turn, and thier effects are negated" Leo said without me even asking for an explantion.
He then held a card high in the air and what appeared to be a thunder clap echoed across the temple. As he turned the card around, I saw exactly what it was and felt my heart jump into my throat.
"Behold the card that gives my machina's indomitable strength! Its time for the magic of Power Bond!"
As he spoke a bright light errupted from Power Bond, as the sky itself seemed to darken as two lightning bolts struck Leo's monsters, pulling them into the air in a vortext of fusion.
"When the ancient beasts of the past come together with the machina of the future, they will join together to form a beast like no other!" Leo chanted.
In a thunderclap once again, the monsters dissappeared as a new huge beast was descending onto the field.
"Descend! Monster of my soul! Omega Dinoroid Beast!" Leo invoked.
Leo's Dinoroid beast made me actually step back in fear for a moment. It was a goliath for even the most hardened duelist. A massive brown skinned dino that was heavily muscled that was clad in head to toe with futuristic black armor. As it touched down, it roared that actually shook the temple and even made Chimeratech flinch.

"Due to the effect of Power Bond, its attack points double"

"Omega!" Leo shouted jabbing a fist foward. "Attack! Omega Destroyer!"
The massive dino didnt even need to move to launch its attack it was that big, curling up a clawed fist, it let out a right cross straight at Chimeratech.
"I activate Dimensional Induced Explosion!" I declare in a panic. "By sending Chimera back to my Extra Deck I can special summon banished monsters!"
Chimeratech quickly dissolved into pyreflies as its form changed to three more monsters, three Cyber Dragons and two Cyber Valleys.

Leo's eyes turned back to normal after this event, and he nodded at the field.
"Impressive you had that planned" Leo said. "But im not gonna give you a free draw by attacking! Ill instead activate my Dinoroid's effect! Each turn it deals you fifteen hundred points of damage!"
"WHAT?!" I gasp once more horrified.
"Omega Shockwave!" Leo shouted.
The Dinoroid this time formed a dark energy ball in its hands, that in a second had charged and was flung directly at me!
"I activate Fusion Guard!" I say. "I send a fusion mosnter from my extra deck to the graveyard to negate the damage!"
Plucking a card from my Extra Deck, I gasp for a moment seeing its Cyberdark Dragon, but I quickly send it to the graveyard. As I do the black energy ball heading towards me starts to dissapate, and evaporates entirely before it hits me. However Leo begins to snarl as his eyes turn feral once again.
"My Beast will not be denied! I activate its second effect! During a turn that it declared an attack and fails to destroy a monster, it automatically destroys all other monsters on the field! Omega Catastrophe!"
Feeling my heart leap once again as the Beast roared, I quickly play another trap.
"I activate Cybernetic Sacrifice! By tributing a Cyber monster on my field, I prevent all others being destroyed by effects!"
As the massive beast launched another punch at my monsters, a disembodied spirit of the Cyber Valley I tributed appeared before it and took the attack head on, punching the poor spirit hard, but protecting the rest.
"To think you could avoid all my monsters effects" Leo said, his eyes normal once again. "I set a card and end my turn, then I banish Dinoroid Oni from my graveyard, and in return, I take no damage this turn. Meaning Power Bond will not strip me of my life points with its risk effect"
"Holy Yevon that was close!" Wakka exclaimed throwing his hands in the air.
"Leo has effectively backed Kaiser into a very tight corner" Lulu said. "It will be difficult to overcome such odds"
"Difficult but not impossible!" Tidus said not loosing hope.
"He's going to win" Tara said simply.
"How can he though?" Yuna asked. "I want him to win, but how can he?"
"Look at the monsters on his field" Tara said. "Thats why"
As the full group understood her meaning, even Tidus spoke up.
"Ooohhhhh. Is that the only way?" Tidus said.
"Yea it is" Tara said. "Its like the whole duel has been leading up to this point for him"
"Just like I said!" Orion said in triumph. "That bastard cant win now!"
"He has no cards left" Bickson left. "It will take a miracle to get out of this!"
"Dont say shit like that" Alessa said. "Spira works in strange ways"
Panting heavily, I feel my arms turning to lead after such a long and tiring duel.
"He's incredible" I think. "Everything I do he's turned back around on me... and I used up all my cards just trying to survive his Dinoroid. Its simply too strong to beat..." I think as I draw. "I summon Hunter Dragon!"
The small black dragon with a scythe like tail appeared on the field with the only free spot I had.

"Now I banish it and Cyber Valley to draw two cards!" I declare.
As the monsters dissappeared into Pyreflies, I place my hand on my deck and close my eyes.
"This is it" I think. "My final draws, if I dont get something now to beat that Dinoroid ill be finished next turn with either an attack or its effect. Please, Zane... Kaiba... Heart of the Cards... anyone thats listening, give me one of those God draws that everyone else gets to win!"
Feeling of rush of energy begin to flow up my arm, my eyes snap wide open as I draw.
"DRAW!" I say with a flourish.
Breathing heavily, I fail to hear the shrieks and shouts from the assembled crowd for a moment, but as soon as I do I see why as Leo had gone quite pale across the field.
"Kai... Kaiser! Look at yourself!" He stammered.
I feel a strange sensation all of a sudden on my back as I notice my wings have returned again. More than that, the cards that I had draw were crackling with electricity that was running along my arm. It didnt hurt, but felt rather inviting and warm. A few moments later I feel my wings retracting towards my back until they dissappeared entirely.
"It was a sign from my soul monster..." I say slowly.
There were murmours and whispers among the assembled crowd to my statement, while Leo's brain seemed to be whirring.
"Tell me..." He said. "What soul monster is it?"
I could see in his eyes that despite asking a question, he was already pretty much aware of the answer. I couldnt meet his gaze for much longer as I looked towards Tidus and the others...
"He's so cool" Tara smiled.
"But why is he looking at us like that?" Yuna asked.
"Because he does not dare tell them the truth" Lulu said.
"Why not Lu?" Wakka asked.
"Think about it Wakka" She said sighing. "To declare having the Blue-Eyes White Dragon as a soul monster would draw unwanted attention"
"Thats not his fault!" Tidus said defending his friend. "People should be happy!" He said.
"I agree" Lulu said. "However, people do not always react in the same way"
"I hope he does" Tidus said before noticing Kaiser looking at him. "Tell them" He mouthed silently.
"The bastards some kind of fiend!" Orion declared.
"Ive seen a lot of things... but I aint seen nothing like that!" Bickson declared.
"Stupid wings wont make him win this match thought" Alessa sniggered.
"You know it" Orion added.
"It was the Blue-Eyes White Dragon" I say quietly.
The cries and shouts from the assembled crowd was more than enough for me to know I'd struck quite a nerve with that statement. Many were claiming it was pure blasphemy, and Leo eventually put up a hand to silence the crowd.
"He has no reason to lie" Leo said. "He comes to us as a Champion of a Temple that has not declared one fit for a thousand years. For that to happen he must posess a special quality... so let his duel be his truth!" Leo declared.
The silenced crowd remained silent for a few moments, until one person began to clap, then another and another. Finally cheers errupted as the crowd made thier feelings known after considering Leo's words. Smiling across the field at Leo, I realise he has a true duelist heart as I mouth towards him the only words that I could.
"Thank you" I breathe.
Leo across the field saw Kaiser's words of thanks, but did not respond.
"Donna and Bartello would kill me for even thinking this" He thought. "But I hope you win Kaiser The Dark Warrior... Saviour of Spira"
Looking down, I still see the electricty running up my arm from the cards I had drawn. Turning them over, I smile.
"Thank you Blue-Eyes" I think.
"The pleasure is mine..."
Across the field, Leo was stood watching Kaiser intently.
"I feel that power... its exactly like mine... I know what card he is going to play" Leo thinks.
"Magic card! Power Bond activate!" I declare.
"I finally get to see the strongest Cyber!" Leo shouts in glee.
"Oh wow!" Tara squealed.
"Thats my boy!" Tidus said punching the air.
"Unbelieveable!" Yuna smiled.
"NO FUCKING WAY!" Orion cried out.
"How does he have the same card?!" Alessa spat.
The skys once again darkened as the three Cyber Dragons were engulphed in lightning being pulled towards a fusion vortex.
"Remember what happened last time you used this monster" The voice said.
Vision of my Cyber End Dragon being consumed in fire haunted my vision as I hear it shriek in pain begging to be saved. I felt my will faulter for a moment...
"Surrender... you cannot win" The voice said.
"Maybe you should say that to yourself" I reply.
"You should not be able to resist me in your waking state" The voice said unwavering.
"Im just thankful ive a soul monster backing me up now to stop you, NOW GET THE FUCK OUT OF MY HEAD!" I retort.
Now able to strike the thoughts from my mind, the fusion Vortex errupted in a blinding light as my monster appeared.
"Now arise my favourite monster! Cyber End Dragon!"
The might machine appeared on the field, spreading its wings and roaring loudly as it crackled with electrical energy.

"Thats so cool!" Leo beams.
But I wasnt listening, Id already turned round to look back at my monster... Its three heads looking back at me.
"You are without a doubt, absolutely perfect. Its good to see you again" I say.
"Im only as perfect as you make me master... always remember what you were told, you have limitless potential, and I will evolve along with you..."
Suddenly I felt my mind beginning to go hazy, as my vision dimmed...
"Dandy! Can I open some too?" Joji said.
"Course you can" I say setting the box down. "Just be careful. Its a new set"
"Yay!" He squealed.
It was my birthday some years ago. My little brother Joji, he was only a kid... well that wasnt his name, but it was more of a pet name id called him from being a baby. Same as how he called me Dandy really, it was something I was quite fond of actually. That day I'd bought myself a box of Cybernetic Revolution for my birthday and Joji wanted to help me open them. Opening the box, I hand him a booster to start with, while he looked at the picture on the front.
"Dandy. Do you think we can get that monster on the front?" He asked.
"Id love to get one" I say. "But its Ultra Rare, so I might not get it"
"Awwwww!" He said. "Well ill make sure I get one for you!" He said.
Smiling, I start to open a packet and check its contents. I smiled as I saw id infact pulled Power Bond from the booster. Looking up, I see Joji had opened his packet by literally mutilating the packet and was beaming with delight. Reaching over, he handed me a card.
"Happy birthday big brother" Two voices said.
Reaching out to take it, I realise something is wrong. It was then I realised that I was in some sort of dream or memory. But things were... different. For a start Joji never called me big brother... and then there was a second voice. Looking up I gasp as I see Tidus sitting next to him, both of them holding one side of the card to me smiling. Tidus for his part looked the same age as my brother, but I knew it was him... Then there was the card they were holding.
It was Cyber End Dragon.
My mind clicked back to the situation at hand as I was standing in Kilika Temple in the duel.
"What the hell was that?" I think. "I remember that birthday like it was yesterday, but Tidus certainly didnt make a guest appearance!"
For a moment I look over and stare at the blitzer, but I knew thinking about it wouldnt do me any good right now. Jabbing a hand forward I shout out.
"Cyber End Dragon attack! Eternal Evolution Burst!"
Cyber End Dragon roared before charging up its signtaure attack...
"I activate Dinoroid Shield! This protects a Dinoroid monster one a turn from being destroyed and reduces battle damage to zero!"
Cyber End Dragon let loose its torrent as a massive silver shield appeared in Omega Dinoroid Beast's hands as it quickly hid behind it to survive the onslaught.
"I must reduce its attack by five hundred points after each use and also pay the same in life points" Leo continued.

I gasped in horror, this wasnt meant to happen! The final attack from Cyber End Dragon had been my only hope, and it had failed! I felt my hand lower as I couldnt believe id lost, I felt my head follow it as my hair now obscured my eyes.
"Surrender to your darkness" The voice said.
"Leave me alone" I say.
"You misunderstand me... you can win... in the way you want to" The voice said.
It was at that point that I realised the voice was not the same one from before. True I could feel the pure darkness coming from it, but it was not the same malevolent feeling that I had felt before. In my minds eye I could see the second card in my hand...
"Now you see the truth... surrender to it... to me... embrace it"
"Finally!" A voice echoed across the field.
All eyes except Kaiser's turned to see that Orion had strolled casually onto the middle of the dueling field and was laughing while pointing at Kaiser.
"Finally the so called big man falls flat on his ass! All the smoke and mirrors earlier with those wings! Now he stands like there as the looser he is! Your pathetic Kasier!" He spat.
The crowd started errupt in shouts at Orion's interfeerance in the duel, while Leo shouted over the din.
"This is an official temple duel! You have no right to interfeer Orion!" He declared as Dinoroid Beast roared in agreement with its Master.
"Keep out of this Leo! This is between me and him!" Orion said with a spit before turning back towards Kaiser.
"What say you Kaiser? Why dont you get on your knees and surrender like the punk you are! You know you've lost!"
The crowd had gone oddly silent, and despite a sound of a scuffle as Tidus and Tara were being restrained by Yuna and Wakka from going and clocking Orion in the face, it was eeriely quiet... until a nose broke the silence. It was Kaiser, and he was laughing! Lifting his head up, the laugh coming from Kaiser was enough to send shivers down the spine as his eyes had not turned completely black! Drawing his sword in a fluid motion, he flung it at Orion like a spear, where it landed and embedded in the ground, milimeters away from Orions foot.
"Be thankful Orion!" I declare. "For today you escape with a warning! Next time I will relieve you of your head!" I roar.
Orions previous courage left him as he scampered away in fear and fled the temple with Alessa and Bickson in tow. The entire assembled crowd went into uproar at this new development, while I simply looked into the crowd at one person in particular... Locking eyes I stare for a few moments before moving.
"May we live and duel forever! Activate Quick Play Spell! Cyber Ying Yan Formation! Cyber End Dragon is banished!"
Cyber End Dragon roared as it errupted in pyreflies, as they started to twist into a new form.
"Why?" Leo gasped. "Why would you eliminate your favourite monster?"
"Cyber Ying Yan Formation" I say not listening. "Now brings a monster back from my graveyard... the one you feared earlier!" I say.
"Now arise Gaikoku Ryu!" I declare not listening. "Cyberdark Dragon!"
As the parasetic mesh of a dragon appeared on the field with a roar, even Dinoroid Beast was uncertain of this new development.
Cyberdark Dragon 1000/1000
"Due to Cyber Ying Yan Formation, It gains four thousand from Cyber End Dragon"
Cyberdark Dragon 5000/1000
"Further, for every monster in my graveyard, it gains one hundred extra points!"
Cyberdark Dragon 6100/1000
"Its time for the end!" I roar punching a fist out.
"Oh no" Yuna breathed.
"Why is this happening again?" Wakka exclaimed. "Shouldnt his Blue-Eyes be stopping this?!"
"Evidentally not" Lulu said.
Tidus had not spoken, he was merely looking at Kaiser in disbelief.
"But why... you promised me" He said downtrodden.
"Leave him" Tara said holding an arm out to the group. "There is nothing wrong with him"
Everyone looked puzzled for a moment until Wakka spoke.
"Can you not see whats happening?!"
"I can, and I know whats happening... let him do this" She said.
"Cyberdark Dragon! Bring us victory! FULL DARKNESS BURST!"
Cyberdark Dragon roared and unleashed its clear energy shockwave, the Dinoroid Beast moaning in pain as it suffered from the attack. A moment later there was a massive shockwave energy blast that covered the field in dust... Moments later as the dust settled, both Leo and the Dinoroid Beast were infact still there! On the other side of the field, so was Kaiser, his eyes still black and Cyberdark Dragon still looking menacing.
Kaiser 600 Leo 0
"Why?" Leo asked looking up puzzled at his soul monster. "Why wasnt he destroyed?" He questioned
All eyes in the entire temple then seemed to fall upon Kaiser as he then spoke, his eyes still as black as night.
"Because I have no desire to hurt you, or your Beast Leo" I say. "My Cyberdark may be the embodiment of my darkness... but I have tempered it into a force for good. It is mine to command, and I will not hurt anyone with it... not again" I say dropping my face for a moment.
The entire crowd began to murmor for a moment... then there was a sound. It was Leo clapping... followed by others, then more... until the entire assembled crowd was cheering at the conclusion of the duel. Until Leo raised a hand for silence once again.
"The winner of this duel! Kaiser! Champion of Besaid Temple!"
The crowd errupted in cheers once again as the two monsters finally faded from view at the conclusion of the duel. Taking my Cyberdark Dragon from my Duel Disk I smile at it, finding a new found respect for my parasetic dragon.
"Thank you darkness of my heart... Cyberdark Dragon" I think
"Thanks are not neccassary Kaiser... my darkness pales in comparision to your own... yet I respect that you accept me now in your heart... Know that whatever is plaguing your dreams will not succeed as long as I am here to shield your darkness with my own ... I am, and forever will be, your willing servant... Master"
