Over a couple days, Humphrey had to take care for his little sister. After eating a horrible pizza, she throws up and had a stomach ache. Heather can hardly hold it but it was too much.

Right now, Heather start feeling better after that day. For Humphrey, he is sleeping. Everyone is sleeping. Then, his phone began to ring. He look at his clock and it was 6:40 am. Humphrey pick up his phone and it was Kate.

"Hey Katiepie" Humphrey answered his phone cheerfully. "Hey Hummy" said Kate sounding upset. "Hey, you okay" he asked starting to get worried.

"No not really but can you come and pick me up" she asked. "Sure" Humphrey replied. "I really miss you though" said Kate. "I miss you too" he said. "Is your sister feeling better" Kate asked. "Yeah" said Humphrey getting up from his bed. "That's awesome" she said.

"Okay I'll see you when I get there" he said. "Okay" said Kate disappointed but a hint of fear. "Love you" he said hiding his worried tone. "Love you too" said Kate then hung up.

'What's wrong with her. She's never been this scared since she had a nightmare about me getting killed in a car crash' he thought in his mind.

Humphrey began walking out of his room, grabbed his keys and phone, then to his car. While he was driving, he was thinking what's going on with Kate. It could be yesterday or before that. He arrived at Kate's house. Humphrey was about to text Kate but the door open and Kate got in panting. "Okay Kate, tell me what happen" Humphrey asked worriedly. Kate look out the window then back at Humphrey.

Kate take off of her shirt and Humphrey widen his eyes. There were bruises on her shoulders, all the way down to her elbow.

Humphrey look in her eyes. "Who did this" he asked rolling his fingers into a fist. "Max" Kate answered. 'This guy doesn't get it huh. Well he is dead' Humphrey thought. "Kate go grab your stuff. You're coming with me to school" he said sternly. Kate nodded and got out of his car.

Humphrey's teeth were interlocking. This was the first time Humphrey got this mad. He felt like he is going to kill someone. Kate jumped in the car with her backpack, tablet, charger, and a phone.

Humphrey started the car and the drove off to his house at full speed. He began to slow down then enter the driveway. Humphrey close the door as Kate went to the living room. She sat on the couch, rubbing her right arm. Humphrey open the fridge and grab the ice pack and some water for Kate. Humphrey walk towards her and give it to her.

Humphrey sat next to her. Kate lean and softly cry on his shoulder. "It's okay Kate, I'll protect you, don't worry" said Humphrey softly. 'Fuck you pizza..or cooker' he thought.

(Time skip: School)

Humphrey park his car next to Garth's and Flare's. Kate began to squeeze Humphrey's arm.

Humphrey began to stroke her hair. "It's okay Kate, it's okay" he said as he kiss her head. He then spotted Max and Mark's group but no sign of Mark.

Humphrey jumped out of his car and start charging towards Max. He jumped and pulled his arm back, ready to punch. Humphrey punch the side of his face.

Max collapsed to the ground and look at Humphrey. "What's wrong with you" asked Humphrey angrily. "What the hell did I do" he asked. "You beat the shit out of my girlfriend. I mean what the hell is your problem" Humphrey asked as Max got up. "I want revenge. Didn't she tell you that she broke up with me for no reason, she's a slut. She just want to find a perfect man to pleasure her" explained Max.

Humphrey snarled loudly and furiously, getting attention from everyone. "She's not a slut. Kate broke up with you for good reason. You didn't hang out with her, you always disagree on everything that she offered, you always, always ignore her, and now you want her back. Fuck no she doesn't love you anymore, especially you fucking beat her up" snapped Humphrey.

"Pfft whatever, you're just a sex slave for her because you like her body" he said. When Max said that, Humphrey punch him on the nose.

He stumbled back then glared at him. "Wanna go" he asked. "Yeah, for what you have done to my girl" said Humphrey.

"Oh you will lose in this fight" said Max. "Dude I always win in a fight" Humphrey confessed.

(Flashback)

"GARTH I HAD ENOUGH YOUR A FUCKING DEAD MAN" Humphrey shouted as he punch the side of his face.

Humphrey grab Kyle but he tried to punch him. "Woah" Humphrey squealed as he duck and trip Kyle as he landed hard on the ground.

Humphrey growled furiously walked up to them. Kate and the others notice this and began to follow him. They walked out from the detention room and was about to head out but all six of them slammed to the wall by Humphrey, using his right side.

In a blink of an eye, Humphrey did a roundhouse kick to his head with his right foot.

(End of Flashback)

"That's why" said Humphrey. "Well then" said Max as he pulled out...a pistol. He cocked it then aimed at Humphrey. Kate screamed in terror and start charging towards Max.

Max saw this and aim at her. "Humphrey" said Garth. Humphrey look at Garth as he pulled out the same knife that he stabbed Humphrey.

Humphrey caught it then throw it towards the gun. Max pulled the trigger but the knife blade block the bullet. Humphrey punch the side of his face, knocking his gun off.

Max landed on the ground and look at his gun. He began crawled towards it but Humphrey stepped on his hand. He look at Kate who was standing there in fear. He saw her bruises then look back at Max.

"I'm going to do the same thing you did to Kate" said Humphrey coldly. He kicked both of his shoulders then stepped his biceps.

Humphrey kept kicking him but then heard a voice. "Okay Humphrey that's enough" said the principal. Humphrey stopped kicking then walked towards his girlfriend.

Kate ran for his embrace and give him a death grip. Her boyfriend began to rub her back with his hands. "It's okay Kate, he's gone" said Humphrey.

Kate lifted her head up and stared at his eyes. She leaned in and kiss Humphrey on the lips. "I love you Humphrey" said Kate. "I love you too Kate" he replied stroking her hair.
