Jasper's POV

Renee, Felix, Carlisle and I spent the next couple of days going over plans. Everyone had been taught to fight including all of the kids, but we were hoping to be able to not have an actual battle. With kids involved none of us wanted to see them having to go up against full adult sized vampires.

They would be brought down, but hopefully without any actual fight. No, it was our plan to use our gifts to keep the three brothers helpless. We would have a trial, where witnesses would be able to tell everyone the horrors that the brothers had done to them.

The main problem would be those guard members who would stay loyal and try to stop us. We would have to fight our way inside and probably all the way to the throne room. Once there it was our plan that most of those on our side would already be there with the assholes.

The kids would be kept in the middle so they would be surrounded by family and friends. It would be impossible for anyone to get through our defenses and to the kids. The kids knew that they were to stay there and walk only as the whole group moved.

We even went so far as to practice. We had split the group in half and had the kids walk in the middle as we fought our way through. They were surrounded by those who would rather die than see the Volturi continue with their sick experiments. They would also die to protect the kids.

Everyone that was there had all fallen in love with all of the kids. We had six of the seven that were the ones needed to bring down the Volturi. Tori, the girl that had taken Bia's place as belonging to Renee and Felix. She was being raised right now by some of the other hybrids. Actually she was being raised by her true parents.

She was someone that Aro and Caius were very wary of. Although the ones raising her were working for us, she at least was able to be with those who had her best interest at heart. Since she was the same age as Bia, who now appears to be about sixteen years old, she had knowledge of the plans and would be in place to meet us and join the other kids.

Tori means victorious one and she had a gift that was unstoppable. Since she had grown, her gift has grown as well and she can now push a whole crowd away from not only herself, but away from anyone she doesn't want to be touched by anyone. Although I haven't met the girl myself I felt a connection to her. She had taken my sister-in-law's place and therefore saved Bia from being turned into a monster by Aro.

The only problem was that while Renee knew who we needed on our side to take down the monsters, for some reason she couldn't tell us if we would win. All she knew for sure was that her gift told her the ones that were needed. Although she felt confident that with those on our side it was a given that we would come out victorious.

Carlisle and Eleazar were both in agreement that probably the reason Renee couldn't see the final outcome was because of Renata, Aro's personal shield. While that could be a problem it wouldn't stop us from doing what we needed to do. Chelsea also wouldn't be a problem as we had several gifts to stop her.

We planned on traveling this weekend and going in on Monday. Since our group was so large we would go in a few at a time. There was an area that wasn't guarded and it would be large enough for all of us to wait until everyone was inside before meeting up with some of the others, including Tori.

The kids had been told that they were not to use their gifts until we told them to or unless they saw a threat to any of us. We would fight and kill any who attacked us because any who we met along the way to the throne room would either be friend or foe. The latter needed to be eliminated so they couldn't become a threat later.

There were two other things that would be happening, but one Carlisle wasn't sure about and the other I didn't fucking like it one bit. We had talked it over and it was decided that Peter, Char and I as well as a good friend, Garrett, would be removing our shirts to expose our scars. Even the most seasoned of fighters would pause upon seeing them and therefore give us an opportunity to destroy them. This tactic has always worked well for us.

Although I must say that Char wouldn't actually be removing her shirt, she would just rip the sleeves off. While Garrett didn't have as many as we did he was a fighter and had gotten into many fights with other vampires. So he had a few which said, "Don't mess with me."

The part I didn't like was still very necessary and it had to be done before going to the throne room. It meant being split up for about thirty to forty minutes. With the kids waiting for us in a secluded area of the castle. We had to deal with any guard members who would be loyal to Aro, who could come in from behind and disrupt what we had to do with the brothers.

Some of the adults would be stayin' with the kids of course, but my mate wouldn't be one of them. It would be the ones who could fight and win, but weren't really fighters. Esme, Rose, Alice and a few of the nomads. If they were attacked by more than one or two vampires the kids would have to use their gifts to help.

We would split up into four groups, each group would be led by Peter, Char, Garrett and myself. Bella would be going with Peter as he was the only one I trusted to be able to protect my mate if necessary. Although her shield really made it unnecessary for her to need protection she did have one fault to it. If they touched her she couldn't use it against them. That had never changed.

Renee was confident and that made me feel a whole lot fucking better about it, yet it still didn't keep me from worrying. I had too much at stake and if I lost even one member of my family I didn't know if I could handle it. I think my lil' lady Adara could feel my worry and she stuck close by me. She always seemed to be the one to try to keep me calm, although she had no empathic abilities she had a bond to both her mama and I that even we could feel without my gift.
