Minako and Usagi woke up to a loud banging on the apartment door.

"What the fuck do you want?" Minako screamed while begrudgingly opening the front door to reveal their bright eyed friends: Rei, Makoto and Ami.

"We came to ensure that you three would make it to school on time," Rei answered

haughtily.

"Well how sweet of you but I must point out that I don't care if I'm late," Usagi screeched as she walked out of the cozy bedroom and into the living room.

"We're aware, Usagi, we just wanted to know if you had any luck stalking Tuxedo Kamen," Ami spoke up, not even bothering to conceal her excitement.

Usagi sighed, "Well he may be closer than we think…" she trailed.

Makoto perked up, "go on Usagi," she urged enthusiastically.

"Well on the sixth floor balcony I saw Mamoru sleeping in a hammock," Usagi answered calmly.

"So you think he might know Tuxedo Kamen?" Rei inquired.

"Not quite, I think he is Tuxedo Kamen," Usagi answered confidently.

"I guess it's not too far off, did you notice anything about his apartment that we could use as a tip?" Ami asked.

Usagi paused in thought for a moment. "I did actually, he has a very vibrant rose bush on his balcony, they're all blood red," she answered.

Well that's definitely worth taking note of," Ami replied softly while the group nodded in confirmation.

"Well we need to keep an eye on Mamoru, shouldn't be too hard of a task for you Usagi," Rei spoke up with a smirk.

"Well I guess I have no choice, I'll see if Motoki knows anything he wants to hang out after school today," Usagi replied starry eyed.

Makoto and Minako stared at her with mouths agape. "So you're pursuing Motoki?" Makoto asked disheartenedly.

"I'm not sure, last night I had fun but I'm not sure if it was because of Motoki or because of Mamoru," Usagi replied while she hung her head low..

"Make sure you play your cards right Usa," Rei spoke up sternly.

"Of course, it's all innocent!" Usagi answered quickly while flailing her arms around rapidly.

"Uh-huh, well you two get ready for school, I want to see Mamoru's balcony before we head out," Ami exclaimed while staring Minako and Usagi down. The two groaned and headed back to Minako's bedroom.

Usagi instantly shrieked, "I forgot to pack school clothes!"

"Calm down Usagi-chan, you can wear one of mine!" Minako reprimanded.

Usagi blushed as she stared at the short skirt and crop top Minako held out for her.

"Mina-Chan why are you handing me lingerie?" Usagi asked.

"Oh well this was my Sailor V uniform, it's also a high school uniform. Obviously I was lazy," Minako replied not realizing Usagi's sudden discomfort with the risque uniform.

"I guess," Usagi replied while slipping on the slutty uniform before putting her black hoodie over it. 'Might as well preserve some sense of dignity,' Usagi thought with a grimace as she looked at her reflection. The skirt was a little longer than her Sailor Moon outfit and it clung tightly to her body. The skirt was short but high waisted so the crop top showed little skin. She had to admit she didn't look bad. Usagi examined her hair before brushing it out, she didn't know why but her Odangos just weren't satisfying her. She grabbed her school bag and headed towards the door with Minako in tow.

"So this is the place?" Ami questioned from the back seat of Minakos car as they pulled into the apartment parking space.

"Yeah, this is where Tuxedo Kamen resides, or hides out," Minako answered.

"It's such a nice building," Makoto spoke softly.

"I wonder how Mamoru affords this," Rei spoke up admirably.

"Oh, fuck Mamoru is headed our way," Usagi shrieked while instinctively ducking her head under the window.

All the girls followed her lead and tried to act as inconspicuous as possible.

Mamoru seemed to pay them little to no attention.

The girls watched as he walked over to his car, opened the passenger door and grabbed his book bag before slinging it over his shoulder.

Mamoru locked his car door and walked out of the parking garage.

"Why is he walking when he has a car?" Minako asked.

"And a motorcycle," Rei supplied.

"Maybe we should follow him," Ami suggested.

"Let's do it!" Makoto spoke up while Usagi nodded.

Minako quietly backed out of the driveway and stalled in the road to let Mamoru get a head start.

Minako let her car idle forward a few paces behind Mamoru as they diligently observed every move he made until he made an abrupt stop at the corner.

"Why is he stopping?" Usagi asked.

"He keeps looking around the corner," Ami murmured.

"Usagi isn't that your street he keeps looking down?" Rei gasped.

"Usagi is he waiting for you?" Minako asked.

"I don't think so, I mean, we run into each other every day but he couldn't possibly… Make it intentional," Usagi ended in a whisper.

"Well Usako, you are going to go talk to him. Rei get out of the car and act as a diversion while we drop off Usagi," Minako ordered.

Rei slouched as she inconspicuously snuck out of the car and behind a bush. Minako watched her movements as she skillfully approached Mamoru before driving to Usagi's house.

"Does this mean I have to go to school?" Usagi pouted while getting out of the car.

"No we'll trail behind you," Minako reassured.

Usagi hopped out of the car and walked her usual route to school, sure enough Mamoru bumped into her.

"Watch where you're going Odango," Mamoru said harshly.

"You ran into me baka," Usagi muttered.

Mamoru was about to retort but as luck would have it he noticed Usagi's rather skimpy uniform.

"Why are you wearing that?" He asked with a hint of irritation.

"It's my school uniform you dolt," Usagi answered hotly while crossing her arms under her breast unknowingly making them push together.

Mamoru started blushing as he eyed her up and down.

"Forgot how to put clothes on? I'll give you a ride to school if you change," he stated blandly.

Usagi suddenly became very self conscious and heated.

"This is proper uniform attire, I'll be just fine thank you very much," she replied with an upturned chin and tinted cheeks.

Mamoru laughed and threw his jacket at her.

"At least hide your cleavage Usagi," he taunted and turned away.

Usagi felt her cheeks deepen in color, but couldn't resist putting the black coat on in exchange for her flimsy hoodie... It smelled nice.

Mina quickly pulled up and Lita pulled Usagi in the back seat just before Mamoru looked back down her street.

"And now he's slipped you his jacket," Ami spoke demurely.

Everyone turned their heads in shock, including Mina and her steering wheel.

Before anyone could respond to Ami's suddenly insightful outburst Mina's pretty little car crashed into a light post.

"Damnit Mina!" Rei hollered instinctively.

Makoto slapped Rei's arm and indicated towards the driver seat.

Mina, too deep in thought, was shaking with tears streaming down her eyes.

"How could I have let this happen? My parents are going to kill me… They're going to send me to boarding school in France again… They're going to make me leave," Mina drew out between harsh breathes and hiccups.

The car was silent, everyone knew the stipulations of Mina's freedom… Any wrongdoing robbed her of it all.

"Let's not panic, we can fix this… it's probably just a dent…" Usagi consoled while trying to nudge the left back door open, as luck would have it she got the brunt of the hit.

Mina's sobs grew louder. As the girls shared an awkward silence, Usagis door was pulled open.

A panting Mamoru leaned on the door frame while looking Usagi over.

"Are you alright?" He asked Usagi. As she stared at him in shock he leaned over and unbuckled her seat belt.

"Step out of the car, let me make sure you're okay," he said softly while grabbing her hands and pulling her out.

The girls all just stared in shock. He hadn't even glanced up once at any of them.

Mamoru pulled his jacket off Usagi's shoulders and examined her upper body modestly.

She had some swelling on her collar bone.

Mamoru frowned.

"Why are you frowning?" Usagi panicked.

"Try lifting your left arm," Mamoru instructed.

"What? Why… Ow!" Usagi flinched immediately lowering her arm.

"You might have a broken collar bone Odango. When the police get here you need to get examined," Mamoru told her seriously.

"Police? Why police?" Usagi went three octaves higher.

"You were just in a car wreck Odango, the cops need to be involved," Mamoru responded with a questioning eyebrow raised.

"No, no, no… You don't understand… Mina's parents can't know… They'll send her back to Europe," Usagi cried.

Mamoru put his hand on his forehead and wracked his brain for a solution. The sad look in Usagi's eyes ignited his inspiration.

"Okay, have Mina take her car to my parking garage, I'll see what I can do," Mamoru sighed.

Usagi grinned widely before sliding back into the car with instructions for Mina.

Mamoru walked a little ways a way and made a phone call.

"Hey, Haruka, it's Mamoru, do you think you could come by today and have a look at my friends car?" he asked.

"Another fender bender Mamoru?" Haruka asked, with irritation dripping through the phone line.

"It's not my fault this time, you'll thank me when you get here," Mamoru replied before rudely hanging up.
