Esme's POV:
SUMMER
Our summer has been very very busy. Its only July and Fly has been made an international company so we now have industries in Shanghai, Paris, Thailand and New York City. So I've been very busy with my work and on top of that I'm juggling all the kids activities.
Edward is in a music camp with Bella every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. He's playing the piano and Bella is playing the cello. Every Thursday and Friday Edward does a small baseball camp. He's doing really well with it.
Jasper is in soccer camp with Emmett every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Every other day he's in a fun gymboree program with Rosalie, Alice, and Emmett. It just lets them play and tire themselves out.
Rosalie does gymnastics every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. She does ballet every Saturday and she loves the gymboree. She and Jasper are really close now and she adores Edward even if he yells at her every now and then.
Carlisle has been really busy with work. He comes home really late but we're making it work. He's already at work.
"Tia I can't just drop everything and go to Shanghai and Thailand! I have three children!" I said to my travelling and media director on the phone
"Esme this is really important unless you want to lose your position you need to be on that jet Friday!"
"My daughter has her first gymnastics show on Friday and my son has a soccer game I need to be there" I said
"There will be many shows Esme.." I trailed off when Edward and the twins walked in. Edward's dressed in a plain white top and jeans with converse and the twins are still in pajamas.
"Why aren't you two dressed?" I whispered before kissing everyone's foreheads
"We want to stay home" Jasper said
I pointed to the cereal and milk I put on the table before running upstairs to get the twins clothes.
"Tia do you have kids?" I asked
"Yes I have a son he's four" she said
"And don't you think it important to be there for him especially when he's so young?" I asked as grabbed Japer's navy blue adidas track suit and Rosalie's pink one along with her leotard and both of their backpacks.
"Esme I bring him with me most of the time and he understands I have to work to put food on the table. He's father is blind and can't work" Tia said
"I'm sorry to hear that but I can't come to Asia"
"Well I hope you change that answer if you want to keep your position" she said before hanging up
"Jasper come here put these on you too Rosalie we have to go" I said as I took Jasper's shirt off as he whined "Mommy has to work you have to go to soccer" I said before handing him a pair of boxers
"Rosalie put your clothes on does Mommy have to come dress you like a baby?" I asked as I stood up
Rosalie frowned but began to get dressed "I don't wanna go" she whined when she finished getting dressed
"Why not you like gymnastics?" I said as I put her on her chair and began to brush her hair.
"Ow!" Rosalie yelled before beginning to cry "I don't wanna brush my hair!"
"Boys go downstairs and put your shoes on" I said as I began to put two French braids in her hair over her crying
"I want Daddy" she whined
"Daddy is going to pick you up today" I said as I picked her up and kissed her cheek before wiping her eyes "All done" I said before running down the stairs and putting on her shoes
"Hey if everyone gets out in fifteen seconds we can go get doughnuts" I said as I grabbed my briefcase.
That shuffled everyone out the door before getting everyone in the car. "Edward buckle them in for me please" I said as I put my seatbelt on
"Mommy can I have an allowance? Bella gets one for helping with Alice" Edward said
"Baby what do you need money for? Mommy and Daddy will buy you what you need" I said
"But I want an allowance so I can buy things myself" Edward said
"We'll talk about it later" I said as we went to the drive by
"You always say that" Edward said "I'll ask Daddy"
"Edward believe me your father will say no. You're too young for an allowance, I'm willing to discuss it further" I said
After we got doughnuts I drove to Edward's camp. "Bye baby have fun I love you" I said before kissing his cheek
"Edward kiss and hug" Rosalie and Jasper said to him
Carlisle texted me as I pulled into the driveway of Jasper's soccer
My mom and dad will be at the house at four when I come home after I get the kids. I'm going to order dinner.
Carlisle's mother Karen always has something to say about my parenting, they're visiting all the way from London. I love Carlisle's father though he's so sweet. They've never met Rosalie before. I know they'll have plenty to say about me not cooking.
"Okay Jasper lets get you to soccer" I said Rosalie's gymnastics is right next door to the soccer
"I don't want to go" Rosalie whined as she got out the car. I picked her up trying to avoid a tantrum at the door.
"Honey you're going to have fun" I said "Okay Jasper give me a kiss" I said before kissing him "I love you"
"Love you" Jasper said before running inside when he saw Emmett
"Okay big girl" I said as I put Rosalie down "Daddy's going to pick you up. Have fun okay? Your friends are all there and you have to get ready for the show"
"Okay" Rosalie said
"I love you baby" I said before kissing her
"Love you"
At work we discussed that because Rosalie is one of the three top models for the toddler line at Fly that she should come with me on Friday with one of the kids because we need two toddlers and only one other child can make it.
I would love for Rose to come with me but that isn't very fair to Jasper because I'd miss his game and be with Rose. I don't know I think I should talk to Rosalie and Carlisle about it.
I'm on my way home now and I know Carlisle's parents are at the house.
Everyone one was in the longue watching a movie when I came inside. "Oh Esme you're here its about time!" Karen said as she stood up with Jasper in her arms.
"Hello Karen. Hi baby" I said as I kissed Jasper's cheek before hugging her.
"I just ordered Chinese food" Carlisle said before he kissed me
"It's a shame you couldn't cook" Karen said
"Fly has been very busy I haven't had time but the kids love their father's cooking" I said
"Carlisle's very busy working eight to five everyday" she said
"And I work nine to six almost everyday. Don't assume that-"
"Mom Fly is an international company now not every woman is going to be a stay at home mom like you were" Carlisle said
"And you are an amazing dancer and your sister is going to be a judge soon. She's visiting tomorrow with her kids"
"Oh is she doing better?" I asked. Jane's been going through a rough time lately she found out she can't have more children and her husband left her three months later so know its just her and three year old Alec.
"Esme I didn't know she spoke Russian you know I worked their for three years" Caleb said as he picked up Rosalie "She likes me" he said before speaking to her in Russian
Rosalie giggled and said, "Da" which means yes
"She doesn't like me" Karen said "It'll take time"
"Oh the food must be here. Come on Edward" Carlisle said as he got up and went downstairs to the kitchen.
"So my babies how was camp today?" I asked as we ate in the dining room
"I made a new song with Bella today" Edward said as he put rice on Rosalie's plate for her
"That's nice baby I can't wait to hear it at your recital" I said
"Oh are we invited to that as well?" Karen asked
"Of course" I said "Its next week. Jasper how was soccer"
"Our game got canceled because its going to storm" Jasper said sadly
"Oh that's too bad. Rosalie how was gymnastics did you have fun?"
"Yeah" she said "But I don't want to do my show"
"Why not?" Carlisle asked
"I'm scared" she said
"Well what could be so scary? You're three isn't that type of gymnastics just jumping around and some rolls with the teacher?" Karen asked
"No actually Rosalie's very advanced for her age she can already do cartwheels and a round off" Carlisle said "Honey you don't have to do it if you don't want to"
"Okay" Rosalie said
"Mommy has to go to China on Friday and then I'm going to Thailand" I said
"Where's China?" Jasper said
"All the way in Asia" I said "I'll be back Thursday morning okay?"
"Okay" Jasper said "Will you bring us things?"
"Of course I will"
"But my recital is on Thursday" Edward said
"I'll be back in the morning just in time I promise" I said "Rose you remember when you came to work with Mommy and took pictures?"
"Yeah" she said
"Well it turns out that your friend Akira you remember him from Japan. He can't come and we need two models to go so Mommy wanted to know if you want to come and model with Senna?" I asked "You can call everyone every morning"
"Can I bring my elephant too?"
"Of course baby you can bring whatever you want to make you comfortable and Mommy will be with you the whole time" I said "Senna will be there to play with you too"
"I'll go" Rosalie said
"You all are taking a private jet right?" Carlisle asked
"Yes and the hotel are very nice. We'll be fine" I said
"How come Rosalie can go and not the rest of us? That's not fair" Jasper whined. He still has his jealously moments every now and then.
"Baby Rosalie has to work as a model if you did modeling too you'd be going" I said "Do you want Mommy to sign you up?"
"No" Jasper said "But I want to go"
"Grandma and Grandpa will take you to a lot of places we promise" Karen said
"Yeah we can go to the beach" Caleb said "Could they possibly come over a few times and spend the night? Our house is very comfy"
"Of course" Carlisle said "I think it should just be the boys for now though I want Rose to get use to both of you first not just Dad"
"Oh we'll settle that tonight" Karen said
I rolled my eyes. Carlisle's mother is so ignorant.
As Carlisle's gave the boys a bath and Caleb helped Karen came in to help me get Rose ready for bed. "I've got night clothes for her Caleb and I bought them in London" Karen said as she walked into the bathroom as I wrapped Rosalie in a towel.
"Wow look Rosalie isn't that pretty?" I asked as I picked her up to show her the Elsa pajamas Karen bought her. It even has the cape.
"Thank you" Rosalie said
"You're very welcome honey come lets put it on" Karen said as she took Rosalie from me. I surprised she's warmed up to Karen already it took her a jail visit to see me. Karen dressed Rosalie in the pajamas after slipping some underwear on her.
"Let put your hair in a pretty braid like Elsa" Karen said as she brushed Rose's hair "Her hair is so long Esme do you brush it everyday?" she asked
"Yes she cries through it but she won't let me cut it. Just trims" I said
"Oh don't cut her hair it's a gift. Look at Jasper's friend what's her name Ali? Jasper has the same amount of hair as her"
"Alice likes her short hair she doesn't like it in her face. When it starts to grow she has tantrums until its cut. Sure it drives Kate crazy sometimes but every kid is different. And my hair grew the same way until my mom shaved it off" I said
"Well she's very blessed with this long hair when she just turned three" Karen said as she braided Rosalie's hair back "Now let Grandma take a picture of you" Karen said as she took her phone out
Rosalie smiled for the picture. "So pretty okay lets go see your brothers. Esme do they have to go to bed now or can they watch a movie with Caleb and I downstairs?"
"If you don't mind carrying them up to their rooms then its fine. Carlisle and I have to wake up really early tomorrow and I need to start preparing for our trip. Baby Mommy's going to bed okay? I love you" I said before bending down and kissing Rosalie.
"Good night Mommy" she said
"Come sweetie lets get your brothers" Karen said as she lifted Rosalie onto her hip
We walked to Edward's room where Carlisle and Caleb are just finished getting the boys dressed in their pajamas.
"Boys Grandma and Grandpa are going to have movie time with you two while Mommy and Daddy go to bed" I said before kissing both of them
"Goodnight Mommy" Edward and Jasper said
Carlisle's POV:
THREE DAYS LATER:
This morning Esme and Rosalie are going to China. I've already planned a lot of fun things for the boys to do. Edward doesn't really care he's been very focused on piano but Jasper is very upset Esme is just taking Rosalie. Even though my mother and father have plans to take him and my younger sister Jane's son Alec to their house for the weekend. They plan to do a lot of fun things.
Rosalie is actually very excited to go. Esme dressed her in a pink pair of sweat pants shorts with a matching sweater and she has on her little backpack with things to occupy her. She has her elephant in her hands.
"Rosalie let Daddy do something with your hair" I said as I grab a hair tie
"No I don't want to do my hair" Rosalie said as she moved away from me
"Its going to be all over the place honey" I said as put her hair up in a ponytail as she squirmed around "Are you going to miss me?" I asked as I lifted her up and brought her downstairs where everyone is in the living room
"Yeah I'm going to miss my Jasper" Rosalie said "And Edward…oh and Emmett and Alice"
"What about me?" I asked before tickling her "You won't miss me?"
"Yes I will!" she giggled as I put her down near Esme who's packing some snacks in her large purse. Their suitcases are already inside the car.
"I want to go on a airplane" Jasper said as Caleb picked him up. They're about to leave as well.
"You've been on a airplane before buddy. On your birthday and when we went to the Bahamas" I said
"I don't remember that trip so I only went once. Rosie's been on a hundred planes" Jasper whined
"I have not" Rosalie said as she reached for Jasper and Caleb put him down. "I give you kiss" Rosalie said before kissing Jasper on the lips and hugging him. Jasper hugged Rosalie back he's really going to miss her.
"Bye Edward" Rosalie said before hugging him "Have fun Rosie" Edward said
"Okay you ready baby?" Esme asked as she picked up Rosalie with her free hand. Rosalie nodded before reaching for me.
"I'm going to miss you" I said before peppering her cheek with kisses "You be good and call me when you land"
"I love you" Rosalie said
"I love you too kitty" I said before giving her to Esme
"I'll keep in touch. I love you" Esme said before kissing me
"I love you too"
"Jasper give me a kiss" Esme said as she crouched down to his level. Jasper frowned and hid behind my father's leg.
"Hey give me a kiss" Esme said "Mommy's going to miss you"
"That's not nice Jasper" I said
"Bye Mommy" Edward said before hugging Esme "I love you"
"I love you too. I'll be back just in time for your recital don't worry" Esme said before leaving
"Jasper go sit in timeout" I said as I closed the door "Right now you hurt Mommy's feelings how would you like it if she wouldn't saw goodbye to you?"
"I don't care!" Jasper yelled angrily. He cares he's just mad because Rosalie's leaving him along with Esme and he still doesn't know how to use his words correctly.
"Go to timeout!" I said sternly as I watched him walk to the corner of the living room
"Dad he needs to sit there for ten minutes before you guys leave. He's going to cry his eyes out and beg for you to let him out, ignore him. He regresses when he's upset" I said before taking Edward's hand "Come on lets get you to camp buddy"
