Carlisle's POV:
Esme and Edward left to the park I think they'll be gone all day so it's just me and the twins.
I went into Rosalie's room where she's just waking up. I smiled "Hey baby girl! Did you miss me?" I asked as I picked her up "I missed you so much"
"I missed you. I wanna see Jasper"
"Give me a kiss first" I said puckering my lips to her
Rosalie smacked our lips together before I carried her to Jasper's room where he's just getting out the bathroom.
"Rosie Rosie!" Jasper yelled before running to us. I put Rosalie down before she hugged Jasper.
"My Jasper! My Jasper!" Rosalie cried "Come see the puppies! Their names are Nahla and Simba!"
As they played with the dogs I made French toast hoping they would like mine as much as Esme's.
"Rosalie! Jasper!" I called "Come eat!"
"You made French toast Daddy?" Jasper asked
"Yeah tell me if you like it" I said
The twins took one bite and then looked at me like I'm crazy. "What? Is it that bad?" I asked
"It's not yummy like Mommy's" Jasper said "Where's Mommy?"
"She's with Edward making up for missing his show" I said as I prepared cereal for them
"What do guys want to do today? Want to go outside?"
"Yeah!" Jasper said
"Okay after breakfast get dressed and we'll go" I said as a I helped myself to my cereal before my phone started ringing
"Hello?" I said into the phone
"Hi Carlisle its Charlotte" our lawyer
"Hi Charlotte is something wrong?" I asked
"I'm not sure actually James's grandparents are in town and they want to see Rosalie. They also want Rosalie to visit James" she said
I sighed "I don't think that's a good idea but I think it's ultimately Rosalie's decision so I'll talk to her and get back to you"
"Okay have a nice day"
"You too Charlotte" I said before hanging up
"Am I in trouble Daddy?" Rosalie asked
"No honey you aren't in trouble" I said "Go upstairs and get dressed okay?"
"Okay"
I got dressed and prepared some snacks for the twins before getting the double stroller. I know Rosalie's jet lag will catch up to her soon and Jasper will get tired too.
"What're you doing princess?" I said when I saw Rosalie sitting at Esme's vanity putting a headband in her hair
"Getting beautiful Daddy"' she said as she walked over to me
"You're beautiful honey you don't need to worry about that, Hey listen" I said as I picked her up "Your grandparents on James's side want to see you"
"Who's James?" Rosalie asked "You mean my other Daddy?"
I wanted to scold her for calling him that but I don't want to make her upset "Yeah he wants to see you. Do you want to see him?"
Rosalie nodded
"Really?"
"I'm not scared anymore" Rosalie said "And Babushka and Dedushka will be there"
"Okay. I'm going to see if Emmett and Alice can come with us today okay?"
"Yay!" Rosalie said as I put her down "Can I sit in the stroller? I'm tired"
"Yes go ahead. Jasper you can sit too" I said as I made sure we have snacks and everything before walking to the grocery store.
"This isn't fun" Jasper said as I pushed the stroller into the store, Rosalie is fast asleep.
"After we get some food we're going to Emmett's house they're having a potluck today. Mommy just texted me she and your brother are over there already" I said as I looked at some platters.
"Okay" Jasper said
I grabbed fruit and cheese plates before getting some snacks for the kids.
"Daddy I want to walk" Jasper said as I paid for our items
"Okay buddy hold on"
The clerk smiled at us "Twins?" She asked
"Yes" I said
"They're adorable how old?"
"They're three" I said as paid "And a handful"
"I have four at home" I said
"Wow I could imagine that we have an older son as well. Good for you though, have a good day" I said before leaving
Jasper walked the rest of the way to the house while Rosalie slept in the stroller.
"Aw Rosie's sleeping" Emmett said when we came inside
"Yeah she's still tired from her trip but she should be up soon" I said as I pushed the stroller in
"Let's go play!" Jasper said as he ran upstairs with Esme
I left Rosalie downstairs on the couch before joining everyone in the kitchen.
"Hi honey" I said to Esme before kissing her cheek "How's Edward?"
"He's great we went to a classical music performance in the park" Esme said
"Carlisle you came just in time we're talking about preschools" Aro said
"Oh yeah it's almost that time for the little ones"
"That New Generations preschool is accepting three year olds now" Kate said "I want to apply but I'm going to be really pissed if Alice doesn't get in and I don't want her to see that so I think the Sunny preschool is fine. She doesn't learn as fast as Bella did probably, because I went back to work earlier with her"
"Yeah I did the same thing with Jasper after what happened with Rosalie" Esme said
New Generations is the preschool attached to the private school Bella and Edward attend New Generations School for the Gifted.
"The kids that usually get accepted know all their numbers and letters, they can write and spell their name and close relatives names and maybe speak another language. The students will learn based off of those skills and they will learn French" Aro paraphrased from a pamphlet
"That's what they're supposed to learn in preschool" Garret said
"Yeah that's true" I said "But Rosalie knows all that stuff and she's fluent in Russian you don't see that everyday"
"But Jasper can't write" Esme said "I don't want think it would be good to separate her from her friends"
"Well we're applying Emmett so maybe they'll both get in"
"Yeah and Jasper and Alice can go to Sunny" Kate said
"I feel like Jasper will get upset" Esme said
"We'll apply him when he's five" I said "One of them should go-"
I'm cut off when Rosalie starts crying downstairs "Daddy!" She cried
"Excuse me" I said before running downstairs "Hey princess you're okay I'm right here and Mommy's upstairs"
I picked Rosalie up and wiped her tears before rubbing circles into her back as I brought her upstairs.
"Oh Carlisle she has you wrapped around her finger" Kate said with a laugh
"Yes she does I feel invisible sometimes. Hi baby" Esme said before taking Rosalie from me and kissing her hair. Rosalie started crying again and reached for me. "I want Daddy!"
"Hey hey you want to see Emmett?" Esme asked as she put Rosalie on her hip
"Yeah" Rosalie sniffed
"Okay let's go see him" Eame said as she carried Rosalie out of the kitchen
Esme's POV:
After about an hour of the us talking and the kids playing we sat down together to eat.
"Daddy can I sleep over at Alice's house?" Jasper asked
I looked at Kate for confirmation. Jasper's been good without me these past few days so he can spend time with his friend.
"Sure buddy I'll bring your sleeping stuff later" I said when Kate nodded.
"Papa I want Rosalie to stay the night too" Emmett said as he turned to Eleazar
Eleazar answered Emmett in Spanish and Emmett smiled before turning to me. "Can Rosalie sleepover please?"
"Sure why don't you ask her" I said
"Rosalie do you want to stay the night?" Emmett asked
"Yeah" Rosalie said
"I want to give her a kiss on the cheek" Emmett said
"Go ahead ask her first though" Aro said with a laugh
I smiled as I watched Emmett lean into Rosalie to kiss her on the cheek and she moved away
"Rosalie Emmett wants to give you a kiss" I said
Rosalie moved away from Emmett a little and Emmett moved his chair closer to her.
"Are you going to give Emmett a kiss?" Aro asked Rosalie
"Nooo" Rosalie whined
"Please?" Emmett asked sweetly
Rosalie turned to Emmett who's already leaning into her with his lips puckered and kissed him smack on the lips before turning back to her cupcake
Carlisles face was priceless "Rosalie only on the cheek okay?" He said as the rest of us laughed
Jasper then leaned into Alice and kissed her on the cheek before giving her a hug. "You guys are so cute!" Kate said as she took pictures
Bella blushed and ran to Garret before Edward could even try anything.
"Thats my girl no kissing" Garrett said as he picked up Bella
