Esme's POV:

Nikolina? Where are you? Where's Rosalie?" I asked

"Rosalie is with us at the hotel. She's spending the night"

"Excuse me?" I said angrily "Bring my daughter back right now! She has school tomorrow"

"We will bring her in the morning. Why can't she spend time with her grandparents?"

"If you don't bring Rosalie back right now you won't ever see her again I promise you that" I said before hanging up

That's the last time I let Rosalie see them. I thought as I went upstairs to start dinner. I made pasta with red sauce and meat.

"Jasper come on it's time for dinner!"

"What about Rosie?" Jasper asked

"She's coming soon honey. She already ate" I said

"I miss Daddy" Jasper said

"He'll be back in two days baby. We're going to do a lot of fun stuff too" I said as I sat down at the table

Nikolina called me again five minutes into our dinner. "Oh your sister should be here" I said before answering the phone "Hello?"

"Esme please Rosalie is tired and the drive back to your house is very long. Let her stay"

I sighed. It is getting late and Rose has had a long day. "I want to meet you at her school tomorrow at 8:15 no later" I said before hanging up. Rosalie is never going back to them unless I come too. They should've brought her back after they left the prison.

"Come on Jasper it's bath time" I said as I took our plates

"But what about Rosie?"

"She's staying with her grandparents. You can stay in Mommy and Daddy's room tonight" I said as I put him on my hip and kissed his cheek

"I don't want to be alone I want Rosie" Jasper said

"I know baby you'll see her tomorrow" I said as I took him upstairs to the bathroom

After Jasper's bath we cuddled in bed and watched Aladdin.

"Tomorrow we'll go see a movie or something after your soccer. Your sister has modeling" I said as I rubbed Jasper's back

"Can Alice come?" Jasper asked

"Of course she can" I said

MORNING:

"There's your sister" I said indifferently as I pulled into Rosalie's school driveway. Rosalie has a braid in her hair and she's wearing her uniform. Her grandmother is holding her in her arms.

"Jasper baby mommy's going to speak to Rose's grandparents I'll be right back" I said as I got out the car

"Hi Mommy" Rosalie said as I walked over to them

"Hi baby. Did you have fun?"

"Yeah I had fun" Rosalie said

"Listen it's almost time to go inside so say goodbye" I said

"Call us my love we'll see you soon" Nikolina said before kissing Rosalie's cheeks a few times then handed her to her husband.

When they finished their goodbyes I picked Rosalie up and put her in the car with Jasper.

"What you two did yesterday was inappropriate. You crossed a big line by keeping her. I'm sorry but as of right now she cannot be alone with you. You are welcome to come to the house" I said

"We lost track of time Esme. She was tired and it was late when we started getting her stuff together by then she wanted some more time with us. You let her see Victoria and her mother why not us?"

"Victoria's mother respects my wishes and brings Rosalie back on time. Rosalie also has a very special connection to Victoria and I can't rip them apart"

"But you can rip her away from our son?"

"I'm not saying that. Until Rosalie expresses the same desire to see James as she does with Victoria I don't want her seeing him again. She isn't speaking to my husband that's probably why yesterday went well" I said "I have to take my daughter to school. Have a good day"

I need to call my mother and have her spend time with us for a few days. Rosalie needs to get use to her biological grandparents.

Carlisle's POV:

Garrett and I arranged for Bella and Edward to meet some of the musicians that performed at Lincoln Center today.

"Maybe the pianist will let me play for her!" Edward said as he and Bella walked hand in hand backstage.

"Well hello. You two must be our mini musicians!" The pianist said "My name is Emma and our cellist here is Cameron"

"Do you two play duets?" Cameron asked

"Yes" Bella said shyly

"Well I have a cello that fits you, would you guys like to play something for us?"

"Okay" Edward said

Garrett and I watched as Edward walked to his piano and Bella got settled with her cello.

They began to play Bella's lullaby and the musical group looked so impressed.

We all clapped when they finished.

"You two are very talented where are you from?" Cameron asked

"Forks Washington" Bella said

"I went to a music school not too far from Port Angeles you two should really audition. It's a private school" he said

"We'll definitely look into it" I said before taking Edward's hand

"I can't wait to tell Mommy I played for professionals!" Edward said happily smiling ear to ear
