Alice's POV:
It's been two days since the Cullen's moved to LA. I've been so depressed lately I haven't got out of bed since last night.
"Alice will you tie my shoes?" Bella asked
"Bella go ask Mom! I'm sad!" I said and put the covers over my head
"Why? You said Saturday was your favorite day!"
"I miss Jasper. Don't you miss Edward at school?" I asked and pulled my covers off my head
Bella shrugged "I guess so"
I sighed "When your twelve going on thirteen you'll understand"
"Tie my shoes!" Bella yelled
"No!" I yelled
"Now!"
"No!"
"Now!"
"No-" Rosalie stared crying and stood up in her crib.
Then I heard loud footsteps coming towards our room.
Dad came running into our room shirtless.
I covered my eyes "Oh Dad that's not a pretty sight!" I said
"Shut the fuck up! All of you shut the fuck up!" He screamed Rosalie continued to cry. Dad picked her up shook her "Shut up!"
Rose started screaming "I'll give you something to cry and scream about!" Dad said and stood Rose on the floor and spanked her. Mom came running inside "Stop! Charlie stop it!" She said and picked Rosalie up as she continued to cry and scream.
Mom started to rock Rosalie back and fourth as she calmed down. "What the hell is going on?" she asked
"They were in here screaming their asses off and then she started crying for no reason!" Dad said
"She was crying because you scared her!"Bella yelled
SMACK!
Dad slapped Bella onto the floor "You don't yell at me and she was crying because you and Alice were screaming!" He yelled
Bella began to cry "She wouldn't tie my shoes" Bella said pointing at me
"Alice why didn't you tie her shoes? She got a splinter yesterday and I told her to wear shoes today!" Mom said
"You've been in bed since you got home yesterday!"
"I'm not feeling well" I said
"Why? Because your boyfriend left?" Dad asked.
I shrugged
"Give me a break! Go downstairs and make breakfast!" He barked
"No!" I yelled
"I've heard that way to many times! Go downstairs or I'm going to spank you so hard-"
"Yeah a spanking will make me get up! Can you guys get out? Everyone leave!" I yelled
My Dad walked towards the bed, pulled the covers off me, and carried me over his shoulders. "Put me down!" I screamed as he took me out the room
My mother barely noticed me because she was tying Bella's shoes. Dad took me into my parents bedroom and threw me onto the bed. I tried to move but my he pushed my head onto the bed and pulled my pajama pants down.
"No!" I said as I struggled against him "I'm sorry Dad!" I screamed
"To late" he screamed and pulled my underwear down and then started spanking me with his belt I started crying "Dad please stop-"
DING DONG!
Dad stopped spanking me. "Irina who is it?" He said as I pulled my pants up and turn around My mom came in holding Rosalie and Bella on her hips.
"It's a social worker and child protective services" She said
Irina's POV:
I quickly carried the girls to their room with Alice and Charlie following me. I put Bella on the bed.
"Bella stay here and be a good girl okay. Sit here with your sister" I said She nodded. I gave Rosalie her pacifier and put her head on my shoulder.
Charlie turned to me "How could this happen?" He asked
"Maybe they heard us yelling. It may not be as bad as we think" I said I put Rose down, put my hair up and brushed my teeth.
I put Rosalie on my hip and then Charlie and I went downstairs. They will have to respect that the reason were all still in pajamas is because it's eight in the morning.
I turned to Charlie "Big smiles" I said. He nodded
I opened the door
"Good morning" I said smiling brightly
"Are you Irina Swan?" A woman about Tanya's age asked me
"Yes" I said. She turned to Charlie
"Are you Charlie Swan?" She asked
"Yes" he said.
"I'm Senna Marin and my team and I received an anonymous report of abuse"
"May I ask who sent out this report?" I asked
"After the inspection and interviews. May we come in?" She asked
I nodded and stepped aside.
Three members of the team went upstairs towards the girl's room Charlie stopped them "Hey Hey! Where are do you all think your going?" He said Senna stood I front of him
"Sir they're going to inspect the house and talk to the other two children. If you resist we can take this to my office" She said
I shook my head "Go ahead" I said "Now I would like to speak to you two is there somewhere we can sit?"
Alice's POV:
Two ladies came into our room. I smiled. Were going to get out of this house.
"Hello girls! I'm Zafrina and this is Sinoban and that's Tia" She said
"What's she doing?" Bella said pointing at Tia who was looking through our things "She's just looking at your pretty things. Can we ask you a few questions?" I nodded as they sat down onto the floor.
"Now we got some complaints about your parents. About what they've been doing to all of you"
"Are we in trouble?" Bella asked "No sweetie you two are fine we just have a few questions. Is that okay?" We nodded
"Do your parents hit you or hurt you?" She asked
"Yes" I said "They hit us and slap us. Did you see my baby sister's cheek? My father punched her. You see how red Bella's cheek is? He slapped her! He burned my shoulder with an iron. And my father just spanked me with his belt before you all got here!" It felt so good to let that out
"Now when he spanks you is it because he just wants to spank you? Or-"
"He's usually drunk when it happens but sometimes he's just so mad that he needs someone to take that anger out on and that's usually us and our mom" I said
"He hits your mother?" Sinoban asked
"Yes in front of us and he even made my sisters kneel in salt. He used to make me do it too" "What about your mother? Does she hit you?"
"Mommy's nicer then Daddy. But she hits Rosie" Bella said
"Your baby sister? She hits her?" I nodded
"She hits her the most but she's slapped me a few times" I said
"Out of the three of you who does your father hit the most?" Senna asked
"Me" I said "Or Rosalie on his worst nights because she's the youngest and the easiest to scare" "And this has been going on since you were the only child?" Senna asked I nodded
"Okay well you all definitely won't be living here for long. Were going to arrest your parents-"
"No! Not my Mommy!" Bella cried "
Honey your mother is guilty as well and she needs to go to the office-" Senna was interrupted by screaming from downstairs.
It was Mom
"No! No! Get off of me! Don't touch my baby! Stop!" I picked Bella up and ran downstairs. "No girls don't interfere!"Senna said running behind me
Dad wasn't there.
My mother was being held back by two police men as a women held Rosalie who was screaming and crying as she reached for Mom. "Mommy! I want Mommy!" She cried
I turned to Senna. This wasn't supposed to happen
"Make them stop! Let my mother go!" "Honey-"
"No! Let my mother go! She has sickle cell anemia...she's sick. She needs treatment that we can't afford!"
Senna told the police officers to let Mom go. "You have five minutes to say goodbye for now" she said
Mom took Rosalie and then ran to us. "Mom we don't want to leave you" I said "I know baby. I will see you all soon. Daddy's gone okay? I'm so sorry okay? Go with the ladies and be good" Tears rolled down my cheeks. I just wanted my Dad gone. I put Bella down and took Rosalie from my Mom.
Mom kissed our foreheads. "I love you my babies" Mom left with the police officers after they put her in handcuffs

The court scene wasn't in this chapter because I want you guys to help decide what happens to the girls and what happens to Charlie and Irina. I have seen a lot of comments about the girls moving in with the Cullen's but because there will be original couples soon I don't want them all in the same house. Please don't hate me.
