Jasper's POV:
TWO WEEKS AFTER COURT:
"Alice why didn't you tell me? Or my parents!" I asked Alice
"I just told you why!"
"You not wanting to lose your mother is not a reason! What if they killed you all!"
"They wouldn't do that! I didn't want us to be a burden!" She cried
"And you been in LA for two weeks? You couldn't call me or try to see me? I have to find out by my sobbing mother that you and your sisters have been abused all your life!" I yelled
"I'm not talking to my aunt. I didn't ask her for anything...she doesn't even know I'm here!"
"Why weren't you talking to her?" I asked
"She agreed for Rosalie to be in primary custody with my other aunt Kate. Rose is separated from Bella and I because of her! She's three! She doesn't even understand what's happening! She just thinks were not coming back! And my aunt won't let me see her!"
Alice started crying "I miss her! I want my mom!"
I wrapped my arms around her. "I'm sorry this happened to you and-"
I was cut off when my mother unlocked the basement door with a young blonde woman at her side.
"Jasper you have no idea how worried we were about you two! Alice isn't allowed outside by herself!"
"Thank you Esme, but don't blame him. Alice knows the rules right now and she chose to run away" the blonde lady said as she took Alice's hand and left.
Alice's POV:
I was silent the whole ride back to Aunt Tanya's house. She wasn't though
"Alice you know the rules! You cannot leave the house alone! I want you to stay inside the first week of spring break! It's not to hurt you it's to help you!" She yelled
"The only thing that will help me is making sure my sister is okay, and I know you know who I'm talking about. Where's Bella?" I said
"You need to watch your tone. And Bella is with your Aunt Kate" Aunt Tanya said as she pulled into her driveway
"So Bella can see Rosalie and I can't? How is that fair?"
"Rosalie isn't there she's at dance class with Garret. Gavin and Toby are over there. Rain is inside" I got out the car as she did
"Dance class?"
"She's enjoying it and it's getting her mind off everything going on. Your going to the gym with Rain tonight and your not getting out of it. Gymnastics should get your mind off things. I'm taking Bella to her piano lesson too"
Bella's been taking piano for two days...she's enjoying it as Aunt Tanya would say.
"I don't want to go to the gym! I just want to stay here!"
"No you don't if your sneaking out the house to see Jasper! How did you get out of here without Rain noticing"
I decided to tell the truth because it was going to come out
"Rain promised not to say anything"
I walked inside the house behind her Rain was seating at the couch watching T.V.
I sat down next to her as Aunt Tanya began yelling at Rain in Spanish.
Mom and her sisters are fluent in Spanish, Bella, Rose, and I don't know Spanish because every time Mom spoke to us in Spanish Dad would yell at us to stop because he couldn't speak Spanish.
"Both of you go to your rooms, be ready to go to the gym by 5:00 I'll pack a lunch bag for you two"
Charlie's POV:
It's been three days since I escaped prison. I won't go into detail of how I did. But let's just say I had help on the outside.
They've been searching for me so I stay hidden and sleep in the sewer.
I will get revenge on my wife. She betrayed me and told the court everything I did to those kids.
My ass went to jail and she went to rehab.
She'll be able to see the girls one day.
I will definitely get revenge on on her sisters who called child protective services.
Real revenge. Blood will shed and I will get my girls back.
Royce's car pulled up near the dump I was currently in. I quickly got in.
"Good news. Tanya is splitting the girls up tonight. Now you won't get Rosalie because she'll be with adults tonight-
"Dammit! She's the easiest!" I yelled
"I'm just gonna go on. Bella and Alice will each be with one of Tanya's older children. Alice at the gym and Bella at a music lesson" Royce said
Royce's team have been following the girls since I went to jail. What's in it for Royce? If he helps me get my girls back. I'll let him have one of them for a day. No rules.
"I'll get Bella. It's just her, the teacher, and the other boy right?" Royce nodded
"It's settled then. Bella's coming back"
Alice's POV:
"Bella be careful. Be good and wait for Toby during his lesson. Don't wander"
I said to my little sister
"Okay" She said as she got out the car with Toby.
When they entered the building Aunt Tanya drove us to Rain's gym.
I got out the car with Rain and sighed when Aunt Tanya left.
"Let's get this over with" I said "Oh come on!" Rain said and hooked her arm with mine "You'll have fun!"
Royce's POV:
"It's 6:39 Bella's lesson will end soon. I can get her and get out in maybe ten minutes"
Charlie nodded "Be quick. You got a gun?" I nodded
"I'll be quick. You stay down" I said as I got out the car and entered the building.
There was a lady at the front desk. She may be a problem when I try to get Bella out of here.
"Are you picking someone up?" She asked
"Yes. My niece has a lesson" I said
"What's her name?"
"Isabella" I said hoping that there was another girl here named Isabella and she wouldn't know that I was talking about my Bella
"Oh Isabella's violin lesson will be ending in ten minutes. She's on the third floor"
"Thank you" I said and left I took the steps to the second floor where Bella was. I sat on the bench there and waited for Bella to get out of her lesson.
I noticed Toby sitting on the bench next to me playing a game on his phone.
Bella stepped out the room where she was having her lesson.
She immediately recognized me.
"What are you doing here?" She asked
"I'm taking you home" I said and picked her up
She screamed "Toby! Help me!"
Toby stood up "Let her go! I'm calling the police-"
BAM!
Before he called anyone I took out my gun and shot him. He fell to the ground.
A young lady who must've heard the noise came out from the room Bella was in. I shot the ceiling and ran with Bella. Down the steps and outside.
I threw Bella into the backseat of the car and then I started driving.
"Who did you shoot?" Charlie asked as I drove "Toby" I said
"Why the fuck would you shoot the kid?" He screamed over Bella's crying in the back "He was going to call the police and you said to shoot anyone in my way!"
"Where did you shoot him?"
"I don't know! His chest or his shoulder I think!"
"You better hope it was his shoulder"
Tanya's POV:
My husband Cauis and I were driving to pick up the kids from their activities.
As soon as I saw the ambulance outside the music building my heart stopped.
No.
I got out the car and ran to the ambulance just in time to see them putting my soon on a gurney. "No! Toby!" I cried as Cauis wrapped his arms around me.
A police officer came over to us "Miss they're going to do everything they can to save your son. He was shot in the shoulder"
"By who? Why would someone want to hurt our son?" Cauis asked
"He told one of the nurses that he was trying to save Bella"
I almost forgot about her
"Bella. Where is she?" I asked looking around
"We believe she was kidnapped by this man" He said and help up a sketched picture of a man who looked just like Royce.
"That's her uncle Royce" I said
"Do you think she's in danger with him?" "Yes! I think he has something to do with her father escaping prison!"
"Miss were going to do everything we can to find Bella and bring her home"
Alice's POV:
1 DAY LATER:
"My sister is missing and your still not going to let me see the one I have left! We need to be together so I can protect her! Please let me see Rosalie!"
"Alice I said maybe you can see her in the afternoon. Now stop arguing with me, I still need to know how she's doing over there!"
"She's five blocks away!" I screamed
"Alice that's enough! This conversation is over! Eat your breakfast!"
Rosalie's POV:
I was playing with Garret and Gavin's toys downstairs in the living room. They were taking their nap upstairs.
I loved the living room because of the wall windows. Auntie Kate said that there called bay windows.
The trees looked so pretty and I can see the beach in the back. There's also a door that leads to the backyard here.
There was something moving behind one of the trees.
It was a man. I got up and stood closer to the window.
It was Daddy. He waved at me and smiled
What's he doing here?
I waved "Daddy I thought you went away" I said
He winked at me and held up my favorite pacifier from home.
Auntie Kate got me new ones but Mommy gave me that pink one.
Daddy motioned for me to come get it.
I opened the door and started running towards him.
"Rosalie Lillian! Where do you think your going?"
I turned around. It was my Auntie Katie.
I turned back to Daddy but he wasn't there anymore.
Auntie Kate grabbed my hand and brought me back inside.
She kneeled down in front of me.
"Rosalie you know your not allowed to go outside without me!"
"But Daddy had my paci!"
"What?"
"Daddy was out their and he had the paci that Mommy gave me"
"Rosalie it's not okay to lie" she said
"But I saw Daddy! He was right there!" I said pointing to the trees
"Your getting two swats. One for leaving the house and one for lying" Auntie Katie said and then turned me around and spanked me. I
started crying as she turned me to face her, picked me up and brought me upstairs.
"But I did see Daddy! He was behind the tree!"
"Your tired. It's time for your nap" Aunt Kate said and laid me down on my bed in my room.
"Daddy not gone anymore! He's outside-"
"Rosalie if you keep on lying your going to timeout after your nap during playtime. Do you understand me?"
I started to cry. I'm telling the truth and she won't listen. Alice would listen.
"I going to take that as a yes. Now let's change you and then you can go to sleep"
"I want my Alice" I said as Auntie Kate pulled my dress up and changed my pull-up
"You'll see her soon Rosalie" she said and covered me with the blankets.
She kissed my cheek. "Sweet dreams Rosie"
But I only had nightmares during my nap. Nightmares about Daddy coming back to get me.
