"Last class of the day finally" Flynn Rider said sliding into his seat. "I know the school day lasts way too long. His friend Aladdin said as him and Genie sat down next to him. Soon Abu, Kida, and Mulan walked in and took their seats. "Mulan do you really think you can do it?" Kida asked eyeing the Chinese girl. The boys looked back and forth between the girls. "Care to fill us in ladies?" Genie said opening his math book. "I'm going to try out for the boys soccer team." Mulan said nonchalantly. As the boys' jaws dropped Merida walked in. "What's with them?" She asked causing Mulan to repeat her announcement. As weird as it sounded to have a girl try out for the boys team Mulan was good. Her father was a hall of fame soccer coach and had taught Mulan everything he knew. Sadly she couldn't join the girls team. Why you may ask, because there is no girls team. "That's great Mulan maybe we can finally beat those Syracuse Dragons this year." The two high fived with the boys still frozen. "One" Mulan said. "Two" Kida said as the girls got ready. "Three" Merida says as Mulan hit Abu, Merida hit Genie and Kida hit Aladdin and Flynn's heads together. "OW!" The boys whined. All the boys looked at Mulan. "That's great Mulan maybe we can finally beat those Syracuse Dragons this year." As he said this the trio of girls burst into laughter. "Have you told Shang yet?" Abu asked and watched as Mulan's smiled turned into a frown. Oh no Shang her very best friend. He always thought she shouldn't play soccer with boys just in case she got hurt. What would he say if she told him she was going to play alongside him the captain of the team. Mr. Jafar chose that moment to walk in. "Miss Fa please sit so we can begin work on implied numbers." The class groaned as Mulan sat down biting her lip. 'oh no Shang is going to hate me for this.
Ariel was tapping her pen anxiously. She had two more minutes before class ended. Her best friend's Gabriella and Urchin were sitting next to her in Mr. Merlin's marie bio class. Ariel usually loved this class and hated for it to end but she had a swim meet today and she was pumped. The best part was that her boyfriend Eric was coming to watch her. Then he was going to take her out to eat. "It will be so perfect." She said out loud as Gabriella and Urchin turned around to laugh at her. "What?" The redhead asked looking at her laughing best friends. "You are daydreaming about him again" Gabriella signed as her friend blushed almost as red as her hair. "Yeah Ari you need to stop and get your head in the game" Urchin said ruffling her hair "Sorry you're right" Ariel sighed just as the bell rang signaling the end of the day. Ariel bounced out of her seat and ran out. "She's crazy in love" Gabriella signed. "And you're not" Urchin signed back at her. The young girl smiled as he placed his arm around and kissed her cheek. She nodded as Mr. Melin walked up interrupting their moment. "You two better hurry along now. You meet starts in half an hour." Urchin grabbed both of their bags. "We're leaving Mr. M have a good day." With that the two love birds went to the pool.
Ariel had been practically sprinting to Eric's locker. When she finally got there he was hanging with two boys she didn't know the names of. "Aw there's my little mermaid." Eric said as he hugged her kissing her forehead. "Ariel this is Shang and Flynn they're on the soccer team." Ariel mumbled a small hello. "Eric I have to go warm up but, I'll see you at my meet right?" Eric's face fell as he remembered about the meet. "I'm sorry Ariel the guys want me to try out for the team and tryouts are today but, I'll make it to the next one I promise. He kissed her gently and left with Shang and Flynn. The redhead was on the verge of tears as she turned and ran to the pool. Since she wasn't looking where she was going she ran right into a hard surface. Before she could fall however, two hands grabbed her arms to steady her. "Ariel? Ariel what's the matter" She looked up and say one of her friends Jim Hawkins. "Eric's not coming to my swim meet today after he promised. Jim's face went red with anger as he pulled his friend into a hug. Just then a member of the space club Buzz walked by. "Buzz will you tell Dr. Dropplar I won't be there today." He smiled and looked at the redhead. "I have a swim meet to go to." When Ariel heard this she smiled and hugged him tightly. "Thank you Jim" He held her tight. "Anything for you Ariel." He said. "Now go warm up I'll be there soon" She smiled as she skipped off. "Now I just got to get you to see I'm the guy for you." He whispered as he follows her.
