A/N: Last time, the Runners noticed that something's wrong with one of the geniuses in Nova FunLand while Jerry and Amica got captured by mysterious men! Is Black Tundra behind this? Find out as we get online to last part of Theme Park Travesties for my birthday!
Theme Park Travesties: Part 2
Back at the hotel, on the floor of Jerry's suite, a figure wearing a black trenchcoat, hat, sunglasses and ski mask quietly snuck up the hall to the door of the said suite. Seeing the door was wide open, the figure peeked inside and found it empty. Before it could investigate further, it heard someone coming up the elevator. Quickly it slipped into the room and swung the door mostly closed, just as the elevator opened and Tina and the Runners exited it and walked down the hall, talking about what happened at the arcade.
"And then he just started acting like he was a spaceship, like a child in fact," Kani said. "It was just so strange."
"Yeah, if you ask me, there's something strange going on here," Jordan said.
"Most likely," Tina said. "You'd best do some snooping around here to see what's up."
"But first let's check on Jerry and Amica," Itzal said.
However when they come across Jerry's suite, they noticed that the door to it is slightly opened.
"That's odd," Jordan spoke up.
"What's odd? It's just a hotel housekeeper cleaning his room," Bren casually said.
"If there is hotel housekeeper inside, why the cart containing clean blankets, towels, and cleaning stuff aren't near the door?" Calla asked as she pointed out what's wrong in this picture.
"Uh, maybe she left it at another room?"
"I think I know why," Tina said as she quickly opens the door, to her shock along with others, she saw that Jerry's not in his suite.
"Jerry's gone!" Jordan declared in shock.
"And so does Amica!" Kani said as she approaches her Faunia's unfinished meal. "She doesn't leave her favorite meal unfinished like that!"
"Okay, so the old spy guy and the furball disappeared, big deal. But before you two hit me for those comments, I say this isn't a break in," Bren said to the girls.
"How can you tell?" Layla asked.
Bren approaches some kind of pawprints near the door and answers, "Look at these pawprints. They made their way out through the door."
"Uh, how come those pawprints are visible?" Calla asked in confusion.
"Before we found this suite empty, I stopped by my suite and saw that Amica is messing with my favorite watch again," Bren answered in a dull and annoyed tone.
"She must have brought it to Jerry's suite. She does have a habit on bringing stuff she likes," Kani mentioned.
"Okay, so we can confirm that Amica got out of the suite with Jerry chasing her. But why did she run off like that in the first place?" Jordan wondered.
"It may be risky, but I'll try to hack into the security cameras through this room and this floor's hallway to see what happened earlier," Andre suggested.
"Hack into what?! Andre, isn't that a little bit too far?" Calla asked in shock.
"That's our only option," Itzal said. "My boss is missing, not to mention injured. And we have to find before he gets captured by the Bla-"
However, he stopped in mid-sentence when he and his friends heard a rustling sound somewhere in the suite and when they turned around, they saw a closet shaking all of the sudden.
"W-what's in there?," Kani said nervously.
"Maybe it's Jerry and Amica playing a trick on us," Calla said.
"Or it could be a…a ghost," Bren said as Zeus approached the door.
"Or a poltergeist," Andre agreed.
Zeus just shrug off Bren and Andre's ghost theory as he prepares to open the closet. But before he do, he suddenly have another vision through his -Battle Premonition-, revealing in his vision that when he opens the closet, he was hit by a lotion-like substance of some sorts, turning him into stone of some sorts. When the vision ends, he quickly shouts out to his friends, "Guys, duck!"
Following his order, everyone ducked as Zeus opens the closet, which the same lotion-like substance from his vision was fired at him, but managed to dodge it by the second.
"What the heck?!," Jordan said as everyone looked at the wall which was now stone. Suddenly, the figure from before dashed out of the closet.
"Hold it right there, intruder!" Tina shouted at the shadowed figure, but it ignores her warnings as it continues to escape. "Runners, capture him!"
Jordan and Layla tried to grab for the figure only for it to leap into the air and front-flip over them.'
Bren and Andre then lounged at it from two directions, but it ducked, causing them to crash into each other. Calla then grabbed her by the waist, but the figure grabbed her and propelled her into Zeus and Kani, knocking them both down. Finally, Itzal then tried a special WOOHP move, only for the figure to use the counter that move and kick him to the floor. It then made a run for the door.
"Oh no, you don't! Crystal Grenades!" Jordan shouted as she throws her newly created crystalized bombs at the intruder, which it exploded and froze it's legs together.
"Sweet throw, cuz!" Bren said in an impressed tone.
"Thanks. I knew my pretend Pokeball throws would come in handy someday."
"Now let's see who you really are!" Itzal said as removed the intruder's hat, mask, and glasses, but was froze in shock when he saw that the intruder is actually...
"SAM?!"
The intruder turns out to be a teenage girl with red hair and green eyes and wears a green catsuit and a pink backpack, which Jordan is also shocked, knowing her as well.
"Sam?! As in Sam from Totally Spies?!" she exclaimed in shock. "But, what is she doing here?!"
"Wait, don't tell me..."
Itzal turns to Sam and asks, "Sam, did you escaped from WOOHP and Beverly Hills from that crazy cult called Black Tundra?"
"Well yeah, but..." Sam answered when she realized something. "Hang on, how did you two know my name and WOOHP?"
Itzal only answered by transforming back into his real-life form, much to Sam's shock.
"Does this answer your question?"
"Tony Clark?! What are you doing here?"
"I know you have more questions about us, but we'll explain later," Jordan said to Sam. "How did you got here in the first place? And what happened to Alex and Clover?"
"Well, I..."
Sam starts to cry upon remembering that fateful day.
Flashback: In Beverly Hills sometime prior, just outside WOOHP, Sam was with Clover and Alex, using their WOOHP training and gadgets to fend off the soldiers.
Sam: (narration) I was with Alex and Clover outside of the WOOHP trying to prevent those Tundra creeps from overrunning the place.
Despite the girl's best efforts, it wasn't enough. The soldiers eventually over powered and seized Alex and Clover.
"Sam!," they both cried as they were seized. Sam turned and saw her friends.
"Guys!," she cried.
"Run Sam, run!," Alex shouted.
"Leave them alone," Jerry said as he threw smokebombs at them.
"Jerry!," Sam exclaimed, surprised to see him.
"Get out of here, Sam, get to safety," he said as he pointed at her. As he did, a green portal formed behind her, to her shock. Suddenly, two BT soldiers jumped at her. In shock, Sam quickly jumped into the portal which closed up right before the soldiers could follow her.
Sam: (narration) I fell through the portal for who knows how long, and landed here in this world.
"Dang. I can't believe those Black Jerks forced you to separate your best friends," Bren said in sympathy. "I won't forgive them for this!"
"When I arrived, I saw some guys in red and black jumpsuits wandering around the park and I thought I need to investigate them. You know, to see if they have connections to Black Tundra," Sam finished explaining.
"Which explains the figure I saw back at Extreme Bumper Battle. That was you!" Zeus said.
"Yeah. I heard that Jerry might've been here, and I managed to track t him down to this room. But when I arrived, the door was wide open and he wasn't here."
"Don't worry, we'll find him!" Jordan said in a determined tone. "And BTW, I'm Jordan Waters, Runner extraordinaire! This is my cousin, Bren Revie, my best friend, Calla Gale, and my friends, Calla's cousin, Kani Kimura, Zeus Starr, Andre Renald, and Layla Song!"
"I know you already know me, but in this world, I'm known as Itzal Kurosawa," Tony said. "So I suggest you better use that name whenever I'm in my other form."
"And my name is Tina Reyheart. And I promise, we'll rescue your friends and your hometown after this," Tina said to Sam.
"Thanks, but how are we gonna find Jerry?," Sam asked.
"Leave that to me and my hacking skills," Andre said.
"I got a better idea than hacking," Tina said as she heads straight to the security camera room, much to the others' confusion as they followed her.
When they made it to the security camera room, they encountered a security guard just came out of the room, which he noticed the others.
"Hey! Authorized personal only!" he shouted to the heroes.
However, as Tina is unfazed by his warning, she then says, "It's okay. I'm only here to..."
"Show me the footage."
"Yes, ma'am," the guard said as his eyes turned black and he stood aside. Tina and the Runners then entered the security room.
"How'd you do that?," Jordan asked.
"My -Hypnotic Shadows- ability," Tina said. "It allows me to plant a shadow on the target and can brainwash them into obeying me. And if it's another avatar I can enhance the target's stats with my spell cards."
"Cool!," Andre said.
"Sweet!," Itzal said.
"Creepy," Kani said.
At the security footage screens they start scrolling back the footage to find what happened to them.
"Hey, I got something," Layla said as she saw on one of the cameras the footage of the man in black and red entering Jerry's suite. Everyone came to her to see this.
"That looks like the rude guy I ran into earlier," Zeus said as they watch him phase into the room and then run back out with Amica and then Jerry running after him. "And he looks like one of the Tundra's guys."
"Check the other camera's footage," Sam said as the Runners did just that. They found the chase went on down several floors and end with the two cornering the man, the BT soldiers emerging, Jerry fighting them off, and he and Amica being surrounded by them.
"Oh-no, the Tundra's got them both!," Kani said in a panic. "What are we gonna do?!"
However, Jordan only take a closer look at the footage, causing her to say, "You're only half-correct on that mark, Kani."
"Huh? Why's that?"
"You said you saw some red and black suited men sneaking around the theme park, right Sam?" Jordan asked.
"Yeah?" Sam answered.
"The BT soldiers we fought are black and dark blue, not red and black. And check out the red and black suited guys are holding near the BT soldiers," Jordan explained as she pointed at the weapons the mentioned men just holding to surround Jerry and Amica. "These look like rod-like tasers, with red electricity coming out of them."
Sam takes a closer look at the footage and realized that she's right.
"You're right. They look like the men from earlier. One of them are holding the same weapon as this footage."
"So you're telling us that BT got help with other goons?!" Bren asked to his cousin.
"Exactly," Jordan confirmed.
"Hey! I think I saw somebody else!" Calla said as she pointed at the footage, which Jordan, Bren, and Sam managed to return on watching it. But when they did, Jordan's eyes widened in horror as she saw the person suddenly appearing on the footage is...
"No way... SHEGO?!"
"You know that villain, Jordan?" Itzal asked.
"Uh-huh."
"But wait a minute, the girls and I never met her before," Sam told to the others.
"That's because she isn't in your world, but another one," Jordan explained. "Shego is formerly a superhero who is now working as an assistant to a mad scientist named Dr. Drakken. However, several times, they both got thwarted by a crime-fighter named Kim Possible and her sidekick and best friend, Ron Stoppable."
"Kim Possible?"
"Yeah, she's a lot like you and your friends: fashionable, athletic, great with gadgets, only she works independently."
"Wow, I'd sure like to meet her."
"But what are her archenemies doing with those cold-hearted Tundra creeps?," Andre asked.
"I'm guessing they made a deal with the devil with Black Tundra," Zeus guessed.
"My thoughts exactly," Jordan said. "Which also explains the strangeness going on with the NASA physicist we recently met just now."
Meanwhile at some sort of dungeon ride in Nova FunLand, Jerry and Amica are being forced into a jail cell, which the BT soldier locked it after they went inside.
"You creeps won't get away with this," Jerry said. "Some friends of ours will come and rescue us."
"We're counting on it," Drakken said as he approached the cell. "You see, our new friends here warned us about your friends. And when they come, we'll trap them as well."
Just then he saw Amica and put his hand out to pet her as he continued, "And I'll turn them all over to the Tundra in exchange for them helping me become the biggest genius mind in the world."
Upon hearing this, Amica angrily bit Drakken's hand, causing him to recoil in pain.
"Ow!," he cried clutching his hand. "Little furball!"
Suddenly, Drakken's phone rang in his pocket as he picks it up and asks, "What is it? Huh? Punkers? What do you mean punkers?
He hands the phone to Shego, as he said, "You're street-wise. Could you tell me what's going on?"
Shego took the phone and listened to the goon's words.
"Hmm, uh-huh. Yeah," she said. Then an evil grin crept across her face. "Looks like we got a bunch of punkers!"
"What does that mean?!," Drakken said.
Later at the Nova FunLand, Jordan runs around the theme park as her friends, along with Tina and Sam following her.
"So you think that this Dr. Drakken guy is behind this?" Itzal asked to his friend.
"His original plan in one of Kim Possible episodes is very similar to the situation we just saw. I don't know why he's using that plan again and how will Black Tundra will use it to their advantage, but I bet it's something to do with those geniuses," Jordan explained as she continues to run.
"How did you knew about that villain, Jordan?" Sam asked.
"As with your world and your adventures with Clover and Alex treated as a TV show, Totally Spies, I watched many episodes involving Dr. Drakken and Shego," Jordan answered. "Plus, I'm a big fan of anything cartoons, anime, and video games."
"I see. So you must have a lot of knowledge of many of the other worlds based off of TV shows."
"Yep."
Just then they got the middle of the park, and they all stopped running to see many of the geniuses running around, making faces and noises, imitating vehicles and animals, saying dumb things, and just acting like plain idiots.
"You know I always knew most geniuses might crack from the pressure someday, but this is ridiculous," Bren said.
"Hey you!"
Everyone turns around to see the red and black suited man spotted them as he shouts out to the other men, "We found them! Get them!"
"Oh no you don't!" Jordan said in anger as she readies her RunCom. "Let's teach them not to mess with the Runners!"
"Agreed. Runners, ready?" Tina asked to the Runners as she readied hers.
"Ready!" Itzal, Zeus, Calla, Kani, and Tina responded as they ready their RunComs and activates their secret apps.
"RUN CONVERSION! LOG IN!"
With the flash of their signature colored lights enveloping them, they transformed into their Runner forms with their weapons in hand, much to Sam's shock.
"Wow, we never had things like that at WOOHP," she said.
"Well, you should talk to Tina about it later," Jordan said.
Suddenly, more red and black suited men are surrounding them with their rod weapons as the Black Tundra footsoldiers assisting them. However, two of them back off to let Shego approached the Runners.
"Well, well, well," she said. "What have we here?"
"Hello, Shego," Jordan said.
"How do you know my name?"
"I know quite a lot about you, including your superhero past, and your supervillain present. And now I'm gonna take you down."
"Bring it on, Water-spout!"
"Runners, let's get online!" Jordan cried and charged at the men as the Runners followed suite.
Drakken's thugs and the BT footsoldiers charged in return and soon the sides were in engaged in battle, with Jordan taking Shego and the other Runners, plus Layla, Andre, and Sam taking the men. The battle raged on, as each side clashed weapons and powers. For a while, it seemed like the Runners would win as the soldiers and goons continued to fall like flies. But then, Shego let out a whistle and even more goons and soldiers appeared to fight the Runners, who were becoming tired and worn down. The new larger wave of soldiers took the Runners and company by surprise, and despite their best attempts, they were soon overpowered and seized by the men. Back with Jordan and Shego, the two girls were still fighting and equal fight.
"You're pretty good for a kid, I'm impressed," Shego said as she pointed behind her. "Too bad I can't say the same for your friends."
Jordan turned and looked to see all of her friends captured and restrained by the BT footsoldiers and Drakken's men.
"Guys!," she cried. Taking this opportunity, Shego used her green energy hands to knock Jordan's sword out of her hands kicked her down and restrained her.
"Just like Kim, way too concerned with your friends to pay attention to the bad guy," she cackled.
Back in the dungeon, Jerry is sitting on the floor while petting a sad Amica, worried that they might not get out of here. However, the silence is broken when he heard some voices and steps coming towards the dungeon. He takes a closer look, shocked that he saw not only Tony handcuffed by BT soldiers and red and black suited men, but also the rest of the Runners (with Bren trying to hide something from them), including Sam.
As they are forced into the same cell as Jerry, he saw that their RunComs are gone. However, Bren was about to enter the jail cell, until one of them stops him and snapped, "Hey, this brat's trying to hide his RunCom!"
"RunCom? What RunCom? I don't see any RunCom! Do you?" Bren sheepishly says in a hasty manner, trying to deny it. But the henchman grabbed his left arm, revealing his RunCom is still attached to it. Defeated, he hung his head as he gives up his RunCom and silently entered the cell, which the henchman closed it and locked the cell.
"Well, well, so you're the infamous Runners I've heard so much about," Drakken said as she approached.
"And you're the infamous Dr. Drakken, who I've watched fail against Kim Possible so many times before," Jordan quipped.
"But not this time. Not with my new friends assisting me!"
"You made a deal with the Black Tundra. No wonder you keep getting rejected by the genius societies."
"Oh yeah, well once I…"
"Make all of this world's geniuses look stupid again, and you'll be free to be the biggest most recognized genius in the world…again. You seriously gotta come up with some new schemes."
"GRRRRRRAAAAAAHHH! You're no Kim Possible, but you're more annoying than her!" Drakken said in anger.
"Glad I can amuse you," Jordan quipped with a mischievous smile, much to Drakken's irritation as he, Shego, the BT soldiers, and his henchmen left the dungeon.
As they left, Jordan sheepishly approaches Sam and Jerry and says, "I am so sorry I got you two over this mess. It's my fault everyone got captured."
"Don't blame yourself, Jordan. You did your best, especially your friends," Sam comforted Jordan.
"Yeah, besides, we've gotten out of stickier situations before," Itzal reminded her.
"Well I dunno how we're gonna get out of this one," Andre said. "Especially considering they took all of our RunComs."
"Well think guys, what can we do?," Calla wondered.
Then seeing the strange machine in front them, Tina approaches Jordan, Sam, Zeus, and Jerry and says, "I think I got an idea to get us out of here and recover our RunComs. Zeus, can you create a portal in here?"
"Uh, how? I can't since the cult disabled my ability again," Zeus said as he tries to create a portal, but can't as it only leaves a little spark.
"True. But they didn't found the Data Core yet. In fact, their objective isn't to find this world's Core this time," Tina explained. "Besides, they want this world to be it's last one to claim."
"Then what is it?," Layla said.
"Well considering the scheme that Drakken's reusing and his alliance with the Tundra," Jordan said. "Maybe he's also planning to hand over those geniuses to the Tundra for their own nefarious purposes."
Everyone gasped, especially Kani.
"We can't let it happen," Kani said. She then saw the keys hanging on a hook nearby. "And we're not gonna. Amica, go get those keys!"
Hearing those words, Amica squeezed through the bars, hopped onto a stool and jumped up trying to get the keys. While that happened, Jordan started plotting a second plan.
"Even Kani made a great idea, I doubt it would be a success," Jordan whispered to Zeus, Tina, Sam, and Jerry. "We need to find a way to disable that portal creation machine."
Sam thinks for a minute until she gets one as she pulls out some kind of mood ring.
"I have the Frequency Modulator Mood Ring I managed to salvaged back at WOOHP," Sam explained.
"Great thinking, Sam. But we need a little distraction in case Drakken, Shego, and their goons along with Black Tundra returns," Jordan said.
"Actually, we got two," Tina spoke up.
"Two?"
"One where Kani and the others will do the same as Kim's friend did in the past and one I planted early just for this situation."
"Planted?" Zeus asked in confusion.
"You'll see."
Eventually with one big leap, Amica managed to grab the keys.
"Alright, Amica," Andre said.
"Nice work, little furball," Bren said. However, they spoke too soon, as the hook which was a hidden lever, suddenly drooped down setting off an alarm, causing Drakken and his guards to rush back into the room. The villain took the keys back, picked up Amica by the scruff of her neck and tossed her back into the cell.
"Nice try," Drakken said. "But I had a feeling you might fall for the old keys on the hook gag."
"Great, now what?," Bren whined. Zeus then turned to Jerry.
"Listen, I need you to concentrate and help me make a portal behind those two to ambush them," he said pointing at Drakken and Shego.
"But you said the machine's blocking that power for us," Jerry said.
"We'll do it as soon as they stop that machine. Okay?"
"Alright, if you insist."
"Are you done yet, Sam?!" Jordan asked in panic.
"Almost done!" Sam said as she's about to activate her mood ring, but her hand grabbed by Shego.
"I'll take that," she said as she removed the ring from Sam's finger. "The Black Tundra told me about you possibly having gadgets like this."
"Hey!," Sam said in protest.
"Sorry, but you lose, kiddies."
At that moment, a voice said, "Excuse me."
Everyone turned to see a man in a business suit enter the dungeon.
"Uh, I was given a message by my boss to come here."
"Who is he and what is he doing here?," Shego said.
Then Tina spoke up, "Don't worry, he's just here to..."
"Eliminate the machine blocking the portal creation ability!"
At that moment, the man suddenly did some quick gymnastics moves to leap over to the machine and with one swift kick, he smashed it, destroying it.
"What the?!," Shego said in shock. As soon as the machine was down, Zeus said, "NOW!"
With that, he and Jerry opened up one portal in the cell and a second portal behind Drakken and Shego and leapt through one and out the other, tackling both of them to the floor.
"Everyone, the portal!," Zeus called out. As soon as he did he did all the others quickly jump through and out of the cell. Jordan then saw the gang's RunComs on a nearby table, and taking this chance, ran towards them. Shego, however saw this and quickly broke free and jumped in front of her, cutting her off.
"Uh-uh-uh," Shego said, wagging her finger tauntingly.
"Get out of the way, Shego, or I'll…," Jordan said.
"Do what? Beat me up, oh I'm so scared. Please! Without those fancy bracelets, you're nothing!"
"That's where you're wrong," Jordan snapped. She then grabbed Shego's arm and flipped her into several of the goons and soldiers. Shego quickly recovered and, now peeved off, ignited her energy fists.
"You shouldn't have done that, Water-spout!," she growled.
"Bring it, Ms. Hero-to-Zero!," Jordan snapped back. With that the two engaged in a full-on martial arts brawl, filled with punching, kicking, ducking and dodging. Finally, Jordan did a backflip to the table with the RunComs, grabbed her own and kicked the rest to the other heroes.
"Guys, heads up!," she called out. The rest of the gang, who'd been fighting the goons and soldiers, took notice and caught their RunComs.
"Yes, I miss you, my love!" Bren said as he cuddles his own RunCom as his puts it on.
"Then why can you beat those cult creeps down to defend your Runner love?" Jordan said as she puts on her RunCom.
"Very funny, but you're speaking my language!"
"Agree. Let's get what we came for, Runners!" Tina said to them.
"Got it!" the other Runners said in determination.
"RUN CONVERSION! LOG IN!"
With lights covering them, they transformed into their avatar forms again, preparing for battle.
"I'll take on Shego, the rest of you get the footsoldiers and Drakken's henchmen," Jordan said to her friends.
"Got it!" her friends replied in determination.
"Be careful, Jordan!" Itzal said to Jordan before he joined with his friends. Jordan then drew her -Ice Crystal Blade- and jumped in front of Shego.
"Well I gotta admit, kiddo, you're even more of a pain in the butt than Kimmie-Cub," Shego said.
"Thanks, if I ever meet her, I'll give her my compliments," Jordan retorted.
"Oh, you won't have the chance once I'm done with you," Shego said as she ignited her energy fists.
"Bring it on," Jordan as she readied her sword. With that the two engaged in a battle of icy slashes, energized punches, and gymnasitic and martial artist moves from both sides. Eventually their fight spilled outside on to the rest of the fair, causing the people all around to run for cover as they continued their fight. They pushed each other, forcing each other back until eventually, they reached the Zero Gravity Round Up ride. At that moment, Shego grabbed the wrist of Jordan's sword hand with one hand and then grabbed her throat with the other, before pinning her down and slowly inching her own blade closer to her neck.
"Game over, kid," Shego said. "You lose."
"Think again," Jordan gasped. "This calls for overtime."
With that, she kicked Shego in the back, knocking her off of her. Before the villainess could recover, she whipped out her -Water Wave Staff- and cried, "Aqua Freeze Blast!"
Together her sword and staff created a beam of water and ice that blasted Shego into the seat of the ride, freezing her to it. As the villainess struggled to get out, Jordan quipped with a smile, "Now that's just cold!"
Meanwhile, the other Runners start fighting the henchmen and the footsoldiers. However, Andre joins in as he says, "Alright, Black Tundra losers! Face the wrath of Andre Renald, non-Runner fighter!"
He charges at the henchmen until he was stopped by Layla, which she says to him, "Yeah, except it's emphasis on "non-Runner"! Let me handle this."
"But you're not a Runner, too!" Andre reminded Layla.
However, Layla only pressed her RunCom. When she did, light starts to envelop her arm and when it disappears, Andre was shocked that she's now holding a big black steampunk-modern-mixed-designed cannon barrel with the size of the tree, namely her cannon from her ULO avatar. As he watched in astonishment, she used the cannon to blast away the henchmen and the footsoldiers approaching.
"How the heck did you do that if you're not a Runner?!," Andre asked.
"Weapon and Skill Conversion App, you should ask Ms. Reyheart for one," Layla casually said as her cannon disappeared in data.
Meanwhile, the Runners were fighting off the henchmen and the footsoldiers with their own weapons, and seemed to be holding their own in the fight for the time being. Sam and Jerry were fighting too, using their gadgets and martial arts skills to combat them.
"Well, Sam, this seems to be reminiscent of our Beverly Hills days," Jerry said as he blasted away a henchman away with the Laser Fountain Pen.
"Yep, just like back home, Jer," Sam answered as she used the Wind Tunnel 3000 Tornado Blast Hair Dryer, to blast several footsoldiers away.
The henchman and footsoldiers just kept coming and coming in large numbers, and soon, the Runners and company once again found themselves getting overwhelmed. Layla seeing they needed help, activated her weapon and Weapon and Skill Conversion App again.
"Time for a powerboost!," she said as she cried, "Remix Aid!"
A large musical-theme dice appeared in her hand, which she rolled. After a few moments, it landed on G clef and a half note, which boost the Runners attack by 45%. The Runners, now reinvigorated, went back on the attack, plowing through the henchmen and footsoldiers at mega-speed and strength. Soon they emerged from the dungeon ride to find that only a few cronies were left and they not wanting to face the power of the warriors, all ran off in retreat.
"Yeah, just keep running you cowards!," Bren screamed. "Well, that takes care of all of them."
"Not quite," Calla said as she pointed at Drakken, who was running away in retreat as well. A short distance away, she saw Jordan having frozen Shego, giving her an idea.
"Vortex Palm!," she screamed as she created a tornado with her hand, which blew over, picked up Drakken and blew him over to the Zero Gravity Round Up ride, where Jordan quickly froze him to it next to Shego. Jordan then manned the ride's controls as the rest of the Runners rejoined her.
"NOO!, Another plan ruined," Drakken said as he and Shego struggled in their icy bonds. He then saw the soldiers of the Black Tundra escaping through a red portal with the Enforcer-in-charge watching them. "Kozai, old buddy, old pal. Mind lending a hand here?"
"Sorry, Doctor, but we can't risk getting caught by those Runner scum," Kozai said. "You're on your own."
"What! You can't just leave us like this!," Shego protested.
"Relax, if we ever need your assistance again, we will be back to free you. Until then, farewell!"
Kozai then stepped into the portal and it closed up, leaving the two behind. As they did, Jordan started up the ride, which started spinning and swirling rapidly as she cranked up the speed. Drakken and Shego soon looked like they were gonna hurl.
"I'm gonna be sick!," Drakken screamed.
"Not on me you're not!," Shego said. "Okay, okay, we give up, we surrender!"
"Alright Jordan," Tina said. "I think they've had enough."
"Oh, alright!," Jordan said as she shut down the ride which slowed and then stopped. Drakken and Shego, both green (greener in Shego's case), both groaned just before they threw up, much to everyone's disgust.
"Well, not what I imagined, but we got a win again!" Jordan said.
But Kani spoke up, "Not yet, Jordan. I still need to do one more thing."
Later, the geniuses are still acting like idiots in some kind of stable-like attraction, until a voice shouts out, "Amica, Tiger Claw!"
With her claws glowing with a green aura, Amica slashed at the hats destroying them all and returning the geniuses back to normal.
"Huh, where are we?," Dr. Layne asked in confusion.
"What happened?," asked Dr. Young
"What are we doing?," Dr. Robinson said.
"Great job on recovering the geniuses, Kani," Tina said as she and the Runners and spies watched the events. "The Crowd Control Runners will take care the rest. Hopefully, they'll make sure that they have no memory about Drakken's machinations."
Then they saw Drakken and Shego being carried by the CodeX United employees and Runners as the mad scientist shouts at them, "You think you Runners are all that! But you're not!"
"Speaking of which, what's going to happen to him and Shego now?" Itzal asked.
"They'll be sent back to their world to be arrested at a special containment facility," Tina explained. "Even if we erase their memories of what was happened in here, I'm afraid Black Tundra will still have connections to them and try everything to recover their memories."
"Well we'll just have to make sure that doesn't happen then," Layla said.
However, upon seeing Jerry and Sam and remembering the fate of their home, Jordan asked to Tina, "But what will happen to Jerry and Sam now? Since their home is invaded by that evil cult."
"Well, maybe they can stay at Southdale with me and my sibs?" Itzal suggested.
"It would be a great idea. But this is Black Tundra we're talking about, I doubt they will be safe there," Zeus said.
"He's right. They will do anything to capture everyone in that invaded world," Tina explained. "Letting them stay at your hometown in the same world is too risky."
"So what do you suggest, Ms. Reyheart?" Layla asked in worry.
"Well, I have some connections in real estate," Tina said as she turned to Jerry and Sam. "I can talk to them and have you each set up with a nice condo or penthouse in the area. Does that sound nice?"
"Why of course," Jerry said.
"I suppose so," Sam said.
"And as for you Jerry, staying in our world may be too boring for, so I was wondering if you can help CodeX United with your talents. Both for ULO and for the Runners in future missions."
"EHHHH?!" Jordan and Itzal shouted in shock. "YOU'RE SERIOUS ABOUT THAT?!"
Layla then spoke up, "Now that I think about it, you said we need a few technical help for the compa-"
But she stopped in mid-sentence as Zeus elbowed her and says, "Not so loud, Layla!"
"What's going on," Jordan asked. "What are you hiding?"
"It's top secret company stuff, Jordan," Zeus said. "We can't let anyone know."
"Not even me?"
"Sorry."
"Well anyhow guys, we still have the rest of today here at the park, plus another day until we go home," Itzal said. "So what do you say we go and enjoy the rest of our time here?"
"Yeah!," the gang all shouted at once.
"Then what are we standing here waiting for? Let's get going!," Jordan said. With that, the eight kids all ran around the park to enjoy the rest of their field trip at Nova FunLand.
