"And shortly after we all woke up the police arrived and arrested Ariel and her Goons and P.O.O.P.Y's practices are under investigation thanks to the evidence recovered by Sally and Althea, they also found P.O.O.P.Y's records of who they sold pills too, so they can fine the people who gave them to their kids!" Calvin told his parents happily , they had all made it back home, sans BOS, Lobo and Derrick, ,who had taken off, having woken up long before anyone else had, and Sally and Althea had been returned home

"So we don't have to worry about them anymore?" Mom asked relieved.

"No, Ariel escaped and she'll be the villain in the sequel." Belle said, rolling her eyes, her arm in a sling as she looked at Beth, who was sitting with her arms crossed and her head turned away. "They said that she was going away for a long time."

"Well," Mom began then she remembered that Ariel was Belle's sister and shut her mouth.

"it's fine," Belle said looking away sadly, however Calvin was still excited, he and Hobbes were sitting next to a standing Tracer and Stupendous Man, the remains of Williams Robot form and the canister of Dark Imagination lay as well.

"You should have seen it, Ariel and Belle were going at it like some kind of action movie , it was Chuck Norris vs Mr.T except rushed because Fanatic wants to end the story before summer starts!"

"Well to be fair, we would either become killers or have a repetitive fight that draws out the chapter and makes everyone bored." Hobbes said, his fur still singed and he was crackling a bit from when he rammed an agent into the electric fence.

Dad looked at the remains of William's Robot body and then looked at Beth. "So Both William and Beth were n on this?"

"Sort of." Hobbes said. "William had a last minute reformation, and Beth..probably still hates us and doesn't believe that William was real and was just something P.O.O.P.Y made up."

"You have no proof otherwise!" Beth spat angrily, looking down at the floor as she sniffed.

"What were you doing anyway?" Mom asked, and Beth looked up confused. "i mean I heard that you'd run away recently, I take it that you had a plan?"

"yes, I planned to rebuild my father's machine and revive him using Calvin's Imagination." Beth said.

"And the thing with the guns?"

"We needed something to allows bursts of energy and the Guns were going to be improvised to do that."

"Makes sense." Everyone said. Belle placed a hand on Beth's shoulder. "i can understand how you feel Beth, but I think your father's happy, wherever he is now."

"How do you know?" Beth asked, and then she saw Hobbes look up, and a smile appeared on his face.

"What?" Beth asked,and everyone looked toward the Tiger.

"Nothing, I'm just feeling Nostalgic for the past, I suppose that William had a reason for what he did."

"He went crazy after his life went to crap, like Susie did, speaking of which whatever happened to that plot thread?" Calvin put in, and everyone shrugged, Tracer grabbed his script and then flipped to the page that the conversation was on. "it says here Belle's supposed to say that she was returned tho the custody of her parents, and grounded."

"She was returned to the custody of her parents and grounded?, that seems light." Calvin said.

"Hey That was my line!" Belle shouted.

"Either way what does it matter, I have no way to get my revenge, no home, no family, my dad is dead-" Beth began, and she began to sniffle at the last part.

"Not from what I've seen on the news." Mom said, causing everyone to look up. "There's two people who are looking for you right now."

"they're not my family." Beth spat angrily.

"Well what else do you have?" Calvin asked, and Beth glared at him angrily. "I could have had Daddy back if you hadn't meddled!"

"Hobbes."

The Tiger looked up alarmed as he looked around, Althea noticing. "Something gotcha spooked stripes?"

"Hobbes take Beth outside to the back porch, bring her and no one else."

Hobbes blinked and stuck a finger in his ear-

"Earth to Hobbes can you hear me!?" Magine shouted via the mental thought thing.

"I hear ya, I Hear ya!" Hobbes responded and then blinked, realizing everyone was looking at him and he chuckled nervously. "Can I, uh talk with Beth for a minute?"

"I have nothing to say to your throw rug!" Beth spat.

"Hobbes, whatever is you want to-" Mom began, knowing about Hobbes past when Hobbes raised his hand. "alone, on the back porch, no following."

"Like Superman." Calvin said in a slow dull tone. causing everyone else to roll their eyes.

"Alright Hobbes, but don't eat her!" Mom said and Hobbes scrunched up his nose. "Have you smelled her, she hasn't bathed in days, DAYS!"

"Weeks to be accurate." Beth said, and then she blinked as everyone suddenly moved a foot back away from her, she sighed and hopped out her seat and began to walk over toward the tiger and then she stood in front of him and placed her hands on her hips staring up at him. "Well are you going to take me out to eat me or no?"

"If you don't finish her can I have what's left?" Altheia said, and Sally gasped.

"I'm just kidding...maybe." Altheia mumbled as Hobbes got up and left the room with Beth walking behind him.

"Well, while they're doing that scene, who's up for Polka Poker?" Belle asked.

"What's that?' Dad asked.

Belle grinned.

Hobbes opened up the backdoor to the house and led Beth outside and onto the back porch. "Okay I know you don't want- UNGH! he cried as Beth jumped up and kicked him in the chest, knocking the wind out of him and throwing Hobbes to the ground.

"You really are a stupid animal aren't you?" Beth growled, and then Hobbes grabbed her arms. "What did you honestly think I would do when you brought me out here!?" She proclaimed, kicking Hobbes in the face. The tiger held his nose an growled a bit, but held in his rage. "I was told to bring you out here."

"Yeah right!" Beth spat. Then suddenly a hand grabbed Beth by the collar off her shirt and lifted her up.

"hey, Let me go!" Beth screamed and then kicked around, she then turned her head, and found herself staring at-

"Daddy?" She gasped, and Hobbes looked, seeing William there holding Beth up, and wearing the same clothing he did when he died. "Beth, calm down and stop trying to beat up the poor tiger." he said, as Magine and Gabriel appeared next to him.

"Daddy? Your alive!?" Beth said, with an almost squee in her voice and a grin on her face which feel as William shook his head. "I'm afraid not sweetie, I-I'm going to join Mommy now."

Beth whimpered a bit and then stared at him. "But you've already seen Mom, can't you come back?"

'He didn't go to heaven, he stayed here, because we needed him to stay, for a while."

"Wait what!?" Hobbes said and then looked at Magine. "You needed him here?"

"Without him P.O.O.P.Y would have succeed in their goals one way or another and you and Calvin would have never have found them and stopped them without his help." Magine said with a smirk. "P.O.O.P.Y was the real enemy all along, and you all had a role to play..or at least you did before Fanatic rushed the ending."

"No!" Beth said aloud and hugged William. "You can't be gone Daddy, I-You were the Robot I-I I'm sorry!' She bawled into her father's leg and William gently stroked her hair, and then got down onto his knee. "Beth sweetie, look me in the eyes." He said and Beth did so and stared at him. "I know I wasn't a good father to you, I could have been less obsessed with my scheme, all of this is my fault and I have to face the consequences of my actions."

"I'll never you see again!" Beth sobbed, tears rolling down her cheeks and William hugged her. "You will one day dear, my life is over, but yours is just beginning, now I need you to promise me something okay?" Beth wiped a tear from her eyes. "O-oKay."

"Be a good girl to the people who take care of you, they mean well and have good hearts, can you promise me that you'll be good?"

Beth sniffed, and then looked down and back at her Father. "I-I-I..I Promise daddy.

"There's my little spy!" William said with a grin as he hugged Beth, tears rolling down their cheeks.

"So, this was all planned from the beginning?" Hobbes asked Magine and Gabriel who both smiled. "Well there were somethings that went awry but other then that yes."

"That usually means that you screwed up in a big way but everything's alright." Hobbes laughed.

Magine rolled his eyes and looked toward Hobbes. "You and your friends have a bright future ahead of yourselves."

"Don't tell Calvin that, He may end up trying to "improve" it and "make it better than it already is." Hobbes said with air quotes. Magine laughed and rubbed Hobbes head. "Don't even change Hobbes."

The tiger beamed. "I won't." he said and then hugged his former friend. "I'll miss ya Magine."

The angel smiled and then hugged his former friend. "Don't worry Hobbes, I'll try to visit again someday, but remember to keep Calvin out of trouble."

"We're talking about the same Calvin right?"

"...right..."

William watched this and turned to Beth and hugged her once again. "I love you daddy.' She sobbed and William rubbed her back. "I know sweetie." he said as he stood up and then looked toward Hobbes. "Make sure she gets back home safely."

Hobbes smiled and walked over to William and shook his hand. With a smile William, Magine and the angel Gabriel faded away into the night, into a small cluster of shining lights that then flew off into the stars.

Beth and Hobbes stood there for a few moments and Beth moved closer toward Hobbes who bent down and hugged her, no words were shared between them. They'ed both lost someone who had been there that night. And now both brothers were reunited, peacefully at last.

Hobbes took Beth's hand and they began to walk back toward the House and they opened the patio door-

"Alright Calvin you folded you know that that means!"

"UGH!"

The two were then greeted to the sight of everyone dressed in lederhosen and holding poker cars, and then Calvin jumped onto the table and began...playing an accordion...

Hobbes slammed the door shut. "We can't even have an emotional scene anymore can we?"

Beth looked at him. "This is Fanatic writing right?, you should know how to expect this to work now."

Hobbes smirked and rolled his eyes.

There was going to be more here but i lost it all when I came up with the bit in Lederhosen.
