TO ANYONE WHO'S STILL READING THIS, I'D LIKE TO SAY THAT I'M SORRY FOR UPDATING FOR MORE THAN A YEAR! I WAS REALLY BUSY WITH SCHOOL AND MUSIC STUFF AND ULTIMATE FRISBEE! (I PLAY THAT NOW! I LOVE IT! VERY OFF TOPIC). BUT IN ONE OF MY A/N'S I SAID, "BUT DO NOT FEAR, BECAUSE I WON'T JUST NOT FINISH THIS! (BECAUSE THE REASON I STARTED WRITING STORIES IS/WAS BECAUSE PEOPLE WEREN'T FINISHING THEIRS!) AND I SHALL FINISH THIS!" SO I WILL TRY TO FINISH THIS AND MY OTHER STORY OVER THE SUMMER!

ROBERT'S POV

"Hey, Ms. Hayes and Nadia, we'll find you a place to stay right now, so you can rest for a bit," said Isobel.

We walked them up to the desk in the front, where a lady took the mother and daughter to find a room.

Isobel, Cassia and I went to meet our friends in the cafeteria.

"So, how'd everything go?" I asked.

"It was pretty good. We joined negotiations and tried to come up with ways to get the Factionless to cooperate with us," said Joy.

"Did you come up with anything?" aced Cassia.

"Well... kind of. But none of us are Factionless, so I'm not sure if it would ever work," said Joy. "We would try and compromise. Create a system that wasn't oppressing anyone at all."

"Wait what's with all of this stuff?" Isobel asked.

"We all have jobs. Cassia's recruiting people to join, Verity and Stella are learning to negotiate with people so that we can act diplomatically and peacefully towards the Factionless. Joy and I are doing propaganda," said Madi.

"That's cool. I wish I could do something, but I have to take care of Nadia. But tell me about this new system. What's that like?" asked Isobel.

"Well, first off, we wouldn't have factions. The Factionless wouldn't ever agree to reinstating them. For the government it would elect four qualified representatives from each Faction and from the Factionless. There would be people from varying age groups. The selection would involve a lot of tests and psychoanalysis that I won't get into. And then from those representatives, there will be an election to choose who would act as the "main" representative, who's basically just speaking various decisions of the group to the public and acting as a sort of leader. We're hoping that after a while, people will have mixed and there wouldn't be any need to choose from each faction. We'd just elect twenty-four people to run the government every few years," said Joy.

"Woah. That'd be epic," said Isobel.

"People who were part of Dauntless talk so funny. You use words like 'epic and 'cool' to describe things. And also 'pansycake'," said Marco.

"Well, we're a funny bunch," said Isobel, shrugging. "I hope the Factionless listen to you on your whole government plan."

"Yeah," said Madi. "We all do."

SORRY THIS WAS SO SHORT! I HAD TO READ THE PAST CHAPTERS OF THIS STORY AND MY OTHER ONE TO REMEMBER WHAT EXACTLY I WAS WRITING ABOUT! SO THAT TOOK QUITE A WHIE AND IT'S ALMOST THREE AM RIGHT NOW! IF ANY OF YOU ARE STILL HERE, PLEASE REVEIW! IT'S MUCH APPRECIATED!
