After a few hours, Naruto finally managed to summon Gamakichi, the toad that she had been aiming for since she had started. When he appeared out of the cloud, he saw the two Uzumaki girls and said, "Wo-oww! Two hotties. Naruto, you're really moving up in the world! Wait…" Then he saw that Naruto was nowhere to be seen, so demanded, "Naruto! Where are you hiding?"

Naruto covered her eyes and let out a sigh as Noriko tried to decide if she should feel flattered, or run the toad through. Naruto said, "Gamakichi. It's me."

"It's…" Gamakichi cocked his head as he took in Naruto's new form. He saw some vague similarities to his normal blonde summoner and hesitantly said, "Naruto?" Naruto nodded. "What the heck happened?"

"Sasuke did."

Gamakichi sighed and said, "Bet you regret letting him go now, huh?"

"Yeah," Naruto said. "I'm beginning to rethink the 'alive' clause of that promise."

"Good to hear it," Gamakichi said. "SO, why are you summoning toads?"

"This," Naruto said, indicating her body, "happened because the rate that my chakra moves was increased, so I need to get my chakra under control."

"I see. Makes sense."

"Yeah, and apparently we Uzumaki are meant to do things in reverse, so I'm starting with the Kuchiyose and then working my way down from there."

"Alright." Gamakichi smirked and said, "I bet Gamariki-san would get a real kick out of this."

Naruto shivered in disgust, imagining the…odd…toad. She said, "If you breathe a word about this to that…that…I'll never summon you again, got it?"

"Gamariki?" Noriko said. "Who's that?"

"Trust me," Naruto said, "you do not want to meet Gamariki-san."

"Yeah, no kidding," Gamakichi agreed. "He's totally weird. I mean, who doesn't like Ma's dragonfly soup?"

Sweatdrops appeared on both redhead's foreheads. Naruto sighed and said, "In any case, can you tell your old man about this? I don't need a repeat of 'that time' when I summon him in battle."

"Sure thing," Gamakichi said. "Oh. I suggest that you don't summon Gamatatsu anytime soon either. He's just gotten over a really bad cold and right now he's eating anything that he can see."

"I see. Thanks. I'm getting kind of hungry myself too, so I think I'll call it quits fro the rest of the day and see you again tomorrow Gamakichi."

"Sure thing Naruto," Gamakichi said, popping away in a cloud of smoke.

After Gamakichi was gone Naruto walked over to her cousin and said, "So, wanna eat?" extending her hand to help Noriko up.

"Sure. I don't suppose that there're any good ramen places here, are there?"

"Any…" Naruto said, her eyes widening in shock. She blinked as her cousin looked at her strangely.

Noriko waved her hands in front of Naruto's face and said, "Helo-o…Earth to Naruto…is anyone in there?"

Naruto shook her head and said, "Yeah, no. Sorry. It's just that whenever I try and get someone to go with me to get ramen, it's either choji, or I have to drag 'em kickin' 'n' screamin' dattebayo!"

"Why would you need to do that? Heck, I can't even count the number of times my mother has had to drag me from Fujisawa's Ramen Stand back home."

Naruto said, "Fujisawa's got nothin' on Ichiraku's."

"How do you know? Have you had it before?"

"Nope. Ichiraku Ramen's the best. So Fujisawa's can't be better, can it?"

"What?!" Noriko exclaimed, as astounded as she was annoyed by the logic presented. She growled, "Why you…" and started to chase after Naruto, who had grinned before hightailing it out of the training ground. After a laughter filled chase through the village streets, full of boasting about which town's ramen stand was superior, Naruto and Noriko arrived at their destination, Ichiraku Ramen Stand. They went into it and took a seat. Naruto said, "Heya ji-chan. Can I get two miso-pork ramen?"

"Ji-ch…" Teuchi said, not recognising the voice. He turned around and saw the two girls and said, "I know that I may seem old you you young'un's, but…"

Naruto almost giggled before she said, "Don't worry 'bout a thing-ttebayo!"

"Tte…" Teuchi squinted, noting vague similarities to the blonde-haired troublemaker that frequented his store. He hesitantly said, "Naruto?"

"Yeah."

"But…why?"

"Sasuke retrieval mission went balls-up dattebayo!"

"Oh. Well then, it'll be two for one for the rest of the night than."

"Alright!" Naruto said, a huge grin on her face as she looked at Noriko and said, "See, what'd I tell you?"

Ayame walked out just then, having heard Naruto's name, and blinked, not seeing the blonde haired ball of amusement. she said, "Where's Naruto?"

"Hi Ayame-nee. It's been a while," Naruto said.

Ayame squinted like her father had done and said, "Naruto?" Naruto nodded. "What the heck happened?"

"Problem on my last mission," Naruto said, more careful with her wording around Ayame.

"Oh? 'S'at so?"

"Yeah," Naruto said, not really wanting to talk about it."

"Well then, who's your friend?" Ayame asked, picking up on Naruto's reticence.

"Let me introduce you to one Uzumaki Noriko. Apparently she's my cousin."

"Your…" Ayame and Teuchi frowned. Ayame firmly said, "Look you, I don't care who you are, if you hurt Naruto-kun, we'll never forgive you. Got that?"

Noriko blinked at the words as much as the vehemence with which they were levelled at her and nodded, saying, "Uhhuh…uhh…wait! What!?" Noriko's rage started to build itself up. "Now see here you. I don't know who you think you are, or who you think you're talking to, but I would never purposefully act in such a way as to cause harm of any sort to my family members, or those that they see as family. As you clearly are. So…" Ayame and Teuchi smiled at Noriko's reaction, prompting her to blink and say, "Uhh…what're you smiling about-ttesayo?

"Tte…" Ayame started laughing. She wiped a tear from her eye as Noriko covered her mouth in embarrassment. She said, "Well, now there's little doubt as to your claim," her voice laden with her mirth.

Noriko sighed and said, "I'll take one mild-spice chicken ramen please."

"Certainly," Ayame said, smiling as she went about her work.

Meanwhile a woman with blonde hair wearing the robes and mask of an ANBU Black Ops watched from the roof of the building opposite the ramen stand. As she stood watch she thought, 'Two more redheads that I haven't seen before? This is getting annoying. But even stranger, they both have a full set of blades. Just what is going on? Did that other redhead from before have a set too? If so then…'

At the same time, at the half-destroyed training ground, Naoko dropped to the ground and thought, 'Where the hell are they?' She yelled, "Noriko, you better not be out finding the closest ramen stand already!"

Noriko, already finishing off her fifth bowl of ramen, sneezed. Naruto looked over at her cousin and said, "'Problem?"

"No. someone must have been talking about me."

"Oh. Okay," Naruto shrugged before ordering her sixth bowl.

Twenty minutes later Naoko arrived at Ichiraku's and her eyes widened, dismayed by the twenty-odd bowls of ramen that were stacked next to both redheads. She said, "Oh gods! I know that he said that you liked ramen Naruto, but I didn't think that it would be to this extent."

Naruto smiled as she turned to face her aunt and said, "Well, what can I say? It's the food of the gods!"

Noriko grinned apologetically at her mother, knowing her hatred of the food. Naoko sighed and looked at Teuchi and said, "I don't suppose that you serve anything other than ramen, do you?"

"Well," Teuchi said, "ramen does constitute a large part of my stand's menu, but we do have various dumplings on order as well as yakitori and sushi."

"I'll take some yakitori then," Naoko said, taking a seat.

"Okay," Teuchi said, moving to fill the order.

As Teuchi made her meal, Naoko said, "So, how went your training after I left?"

"About as good as can be expected under the circumstances. But I did manage to summon Gamakichi, so I'd say that I'm about a third of the way there. Next I'll be working on summoning specific toads, then try and deal with Gamabunta after that."

"Okay, how long do you think that'll take?"

"I'm not one hundred percent sure, but it's just a matter of moulding enough chakra for Gamabunta. So it shouldn't take more than three days or so."

"Okay. After that, do the control training. Once you've gotten that down pat I'll step in and start your training with 'them'."

"Oh, you mean that…what did you call them? Dar…"

"Yes, them," Naoko said, cutting Naruto off before she could say 'dyrnwyn' or something close enough.

Meanwhile, on the roof opposite, a bird came to rest on Hikari's shoulder. She looked at it, surprised that a bird would show so little fear. Then she saw its purple eyes and frowned. She said, "Panther?"

The raven said, "Yes."

"So, Danzō-sama has you tailing 'her' then?"

"Yes. Why are you here?"

"I saw two more redheads that I've never been before, so thought that I'd follow them for a bit."

"And?"

"Their interactions have been…strange."

"How so?"

"It's almost like they are on a date, but they don't seem to have any romantic intentions to each other."

"I see. Do they pose a threat?"

"I…" Hikari sighed. She said, "I'm not sure."

"Oh? That's unusual for you."

"I know. That's why it's so infuriating-ttebaya! They both possess a full set of blades, so either they're both Uzumaki, or unaware of the downsides of them, which puts them squarely in the 'threat' category. But nothing I've seen points to them possessing any ill intent towards Konoha."

"I see," Panther said, closing its eyelids, thinking on what he'd been told. "If you want to leave, I'll take over."

"Yeah. It's probably best."

"You're going to have to provide the handseal for me."

"Handseal?"

"For two Gen'ei Bunshin. I would do it myself, but…well…" Panther flapped its wings.

"Right," Hikari said, now understanding Panther's problem, as, even if it was her most practised technique, it was far from her favourite. She formed the rabbit handseal and Panther split into three identical ravens, which flapped quickly to settle on Hikari's other shoulder and on the top of her head. Setting her right eye to twitching.

In the ramen stand, Naoko's head shot up as she felt the use of chakra on the roof opposite. She looked at Noriko and Naruto and said, "Did you two feel that?"

"Yeah," Noriko said. It was probably the blonde that's been following us ever since we left the training ground."

Naruto said, "No. it wasn't her. It was a clone jutsu, but the amount of chakra used wouldn't have been enough for a human clone."

Naruto felt the dumbfounded stares levelled at her, and looked at her newfound family and said, "'S'ere somethin' on my face-ttebayo?"

Naoko blinked for a second before slapping her hand over her eyes and shaking her head. She sighed and said, "Well, if there was any doubt that we were related it's gone now, dattesane! Argh! I did it again!" red rushing to her face. She sighed and said, "Anyway," coughing into her hand, pretending that her verbal tick hadn't just reared its head, thinking, 'And here we both hoped that it wouldn't be passed down.' She said, "I'm…just confused. How could you tell what jutsu was being used given your current…difficulties?"

"Oh. Well, I make pretty extensive use of clones myself, so I guess over time I've just developed a kind of…clone sense?"

"I see. I guess that makes sense." 'For one of us anyway,' Naoko though as she felt the blonde's chakra disappear from the roof opposite.

About an hour, and ten bowls of ramen for Noriko and Naruto, later, the three redheads split up, headed to their respective places of slumber. After three streets of feeling like she was being followed, Naruto heard a voice say, 'Naruto, you're being followed,' in her mind.

She thought, 'Kyūbi? No. that's not possible. But even if it is, if it's right and I'm being followed then…' she walked over to a store nearby and started went inside. When she was inside she walked over to the window display and thought, 'Okay, so I'm being followed, but by who?' and started to observe the people walking by through the tops of her eyes. Not seeing any lurkers, she thought, 'Alright, then I must have been imagi…wait…'

She saw a raven perched on the gutter of the building opposite. 'That shouldn't still be out this time of night. If it's over there then that must be what's following me, I wonder, is it a summoning? Well, it doesn't really matter either way.' She sighed before thinking,'Okay, now I'm getting annoyed. Well, I might as well have some fun while I'm at it,' and stretched. She loudly said, "Well, it's only seven, I might as well do 'that' now," and left the store. She walked a bit away from the store before she disappeared in a whirlwind of leaves, much to the raven's dismayed annoyance.

The raven flapped its wings at the ground, rising up, well above the rooftops, wanting to get a birds-eye view in order to hopefully find its target. As it turned out, its target hadn't actually gone too far, a mere two streets over in fact. The raven's face had bits of red appear on its cheeks as it saw what shop the redhead had gone into. It was a lingerie shop. Naruto spent about an hour in there before finally settling on what she thought would be perfect for what she needed.

The raven had steam coming out of its ears when it saw Naruto go into the 'adult shop' next to it. Naruto left both stores holding nothing more than what she had gone in with, thanks to her being able to seal her purchases into a storage scroll. She then headed back home. When Naruto was about halfway to her home, the raven squawked when he saw Naruto use another shunshin. This time though, he didn't have the luxury of finding Naruto again before it felt something, or rather someone, grab its neck and squeeze tightly. It was unconscious almost immediately, its avian lungs unable to hold as much air as its normally human ones.

Earlier, after Naoko and Noriko had left Ichiraku's, they moved through the village's shopping district, curious as to what Konoha had to offer as much as to try and tire their 'guest's' patience. After multiple stops, and a few purchases, like training clothes and pyjamas, later, they decided that it was time to head to the hotel. After five minutes of walking through random streets in the general direction away from their hotel, they determined that yes, they were still being followed. Naoko sighed and said, "Do you want to skip the rest Noriko?"

"Yeah. I'm getting pretty tired. Did you mark it?"

"Heh," Naoko scoffed. "Who do you think you're talking to?"

Noriko sighed and said, "Of course you did. What was I thinking?" The two then activated all of their 'concealment seals', eliminating their presence before activating the 'flash seal' on their coats, blinding those nearby and concealing themselves with light as they made the handseal that activated the jutsu shiki for their 'teleportation seals'. The two ravens observing let out an angry caw and outstretched their wings before they dissipated into black energy, sending their memories to their owner.

The memories woke Panther up. He grunted and said, "Well damn. If that ain't the most annoying…wait! Where am I?!" only just realising that he had been captured, most likely by the target that he had been following.

Panther heard a voice say, "Oh? So, you're awake now? That's good. I was just about to give up on waiting and go to bed."

Panther looked around for the source of the voice and saw his target and couldn't help his body's immediate, and obvious reaction. He said, "So, where am I?" looking around the room for any identifiable markings. Unfortunately, Naruto had made sure to move everything other than the chair, that the man that had been following her was handcuffed to, out of the room and there was only a small window placed too high up to see anything but faintly twinkling stars.

Naruto said, "You should know that that's not how this works, right?" questioningly, crossing her arms, which bunched her breasts together, which were barely covered by the black lace flyaway babydoll that she had bought earlier. Panther grunted, looking away from her. Naruto sighed and said, "Look, we can do things the hard way," standing up. "…the easy way…" she started walking towards him. When she was standing before him, she placed her hands on his shoulders, balancing herself as she straddled his lap, bringing her arms around his neck when she was sitting on his lap. She whispered in his ear, "…or the fun way," a grin in her voice.

Panther hesitantly looked at his captor and gulped before hesitantly asking, "What's the 'fun' way?"

Naruto smiled as she thought, 'Got 'im.' She said, "Well, it starts off with you telling me what I want to know, then…well, you can imagine what comes next," grinding herself against his lap.

All sorts of sordid images leapt into Panther's head, but he sighed and said, "I wish I could, but unfortunately, that's not possible."

"Oh?" Naruto said, feigning disappointment. "Why not?"

"See this?" Panther said, poking his tongue out, showing her the seal on his tongue. "This will more or less kill me if I say who I work for, where I'm from, or what my mission is."

Naruto sighed as she thought, 'So, he's from root then. He must have been following Naoko, then been told about me 'n' Noriko by that blonde chick.' She said, "I don't suppose that you could tell me about that blonde girl that was following me either?"

"I'm sorry, but that might activate the curse mark too," Panther said, thinking, 'There's no way that I'm telling her about Hikari!'

A look unknowingly shone on her captive's face that Naruto recognised as she had a similar one when it came to protecting her friends. She thought, 'So, some of Danzō's drones can't wipe out their emotions entirely. If this guy is like this, then maybe that blonde chick is the same.' She sighed and said, "Well then, you're no use to me then."

When Naruto was done talking, panther felt something wrap around his neck. Just before he blacked out his said, "Hi…kar…E…wh…y?" But even so, he was strangely happy that the last thing that he saw before he died was the beautiful face before him

Once her captive had passed out, Naruto looked at her clone and said, "Alright, that's enough."

"Sure thing boss," the Kage Bunshin said.

As her clone disappeared, she sighed and said, "These bloody ROOT people are really getting annoying." She sighed again and thought, 'Wait, what did he say at the end? Hi…kar…e? Hi…kari…Hikari? Is that the name of that blonde? Well, with that blonde hair, I suppose she would look like a light in the darkness of ROOT.' She sighed and scratched the back of her head as she said, "Well, guess I'm not going to be getting any sleep just yet." After she got up off the guy, she headed to her room to get dressed in her shinobi clothes again, having no intention of going to the Hokage's office dressed as she was.

XXXXX

Half an hour later, Naruto hopped in through the Hokage's window, startling Tsunade awake. She said, "I'm almost done Shizune!" then she saw Naruto's grinning face and let out a relieved sigh that it wasn't her assistant. She said, "What do you want Naruto?" for some reason certain that she wouldn't like what had brought Naruto to her office at ten o'clock at night.

"Oh, not much. But I would very much appreciate it if you would take one of Danzō's goons off of my hands," pointing at the prone figure on the Hokage's office floor.

Tsunade sighed as she combed her hand through her hair. She said, "Do I even want to know?"

"I did ask him what he thought he was doing, but he told me that he has the same curse mark as Sai, so I knocked him out and brought him here. I do know for a fact though that he'd been tailing Naoko, though for how long I don't know."

"Did you check to see if he was telling the truth?"

"Didn't need to. He showed me willingly."

"He…how did you get him to do that exactly?"

Naruto grinned and said, "It was really rather easy. All I did was ask him to choose an interrogation method for me to use."

"You gave him options?"

"Yep," Naruto grinned. "The easy way, the hard way, or…" Her voice took on a sultry tone. "…the fun way."

"You…" Tsunade sighed and said, "I don't know whether I should be glad that you saved Ibiki some work, and me a political headache, or pissed that you used seduction tactics better than some fully trained kunoichi." Tsunade sighed and said, "Well, I suppose that I won't be getting anymore sleep tonight. I don't suppose that you know where Naoko and Noriko went?"

"No. If I did, I would have gone there first."

"Oh? Why's that?"

"While I was on my training trip with Ero-sennin, he told me about the Uzumaki clan and their history with jinchūriki. So I pestered him until he would tell me more about them and eventually he told me of their legendary abilities with fūinjutsu. Noriko was telling me earlier that her mother was teaching her fūinjutsu, so I figured that if anyone could find a way around Danzō's curse mark, it'd be her."

"I see," Tsunade said, thinking, 'I might need to give her a promotion to chūnin now anyway.' She said, "Well, we'll have to wait until…" then someone walked into the room. Tsunade looked past Naruto and said, "Well well well. Speak of the devil. Danzō. What do you want now?"

Danzō gruffly said, "Who is this exactly?" pointing at Naruto.

Tsunade said, "A recent recruit to the village, and none of your concern." Naruto glanced at Danzō and decided to go along with whatever game Tsunade wanted to play.

Danzō looked at 'the redhead', and said, "What's your name, girl?"

Naruto immediately felt an intense dislike for the man. She said, "Like the Hokage said, cyclops. It's none of your concern.

Danzō grunted and his lips twitched down as Tsunade suppressed a smile. Danzō found himself half inclined to kill the impertinent girl where she stood, but, given where he was, he thought it against his best interests. He instead turned back to face Tsunade and said, "I'll be taking my subordinate back now."

Tsunade said, "You'll be doing no such thing, Danzō."

"You can't stop me."

"I'm not going to be as lenient with you, or your shinobi, as sensei was, you old warhawk."

"Watch your tongue Tsunade, or I'll have to watch it for you."

Tsunade didn't rise to the bait. She calmly said, "Danzō. Your subordinate was caught spying on Konoha shinobi. That's a treasonous offence."

"Are you going to execute him?"

"That decision is up to the Hokage alone. You are dismissed," Tsunade said, telling Danzō exactly who was running things and warning him not try the same funny business with her as he had done during the Sandaime's second tenure.

Once Danzō was gone, Naruto asked, "So, what are you going to do?"

"I'm going to do exactly what you suggested. Have your aunt check his curse mark to see if she can get around it. Then I'll extract whatever information I can from him before locking him up in either Konoha Genjū Keikai Shisetsu, or Hōzuki-jō."

"That Genjū Keikai Shisetsu. That's where those two Stupid Brothers are, right?"

"Oh Yeah. You were a part of that incident, weren't you?"

"Yeah."

"Then yes. That's the place. Although…come to think of it, he might be better off in Hōzuki-jō."

"What is Hōzuki-jō?"

"It's a maximum security prison run by Kusagakure."

"I know you said that what this guy did was treason, but I don't think that he should be sent there because of following an order from his superior."

"Blind obedience is what ends up causing deaths Naruto."

"Yes. I don't disagree. But I still think that it's too steep a punishment for what he did. I mean, hell, he probably wasn't following us long enough to learn anything important anyway."

"I see. But there's a flip side to that argument too. While the correctional facility does carry a lighter sentence, the security there is really ridiculously light. It wouldn't be too difficult for an assassin to get to him. That risk is removed if I send him to Hōzuki-jō."

"I see. But surely, even 'Cyclops' wouldn't…?"

"Danzō is called 'The Shinobi of Darkness' for a reason. That's why I had to put on that display earlier, because I don't want to learn what I need to know when it's convenient for him." Tsunade sighed and said, "That's the problem with having what boils down to two separate shinobi forces under one banner."

"So why don't you join the forces together?"

Tsunade sighed and said, "I wish I could, but I won't get the chance to do that while he's still alive, because before you got me to take up 'the hat', he put in some bylaws that entrenched his position. But that's not important right now. What is, is…Itachi(1)!" Tsunade bellowed.

A kunoichi that had purple hair appeared in a cloud of smoke next to Naruto. She was kneeling towards the Hokage, her fist over her heart. She said, "Hokage-sama?" Naruto couldn't see her face through her mask, but just somehow knew that the kunoichi had her eyes shut.

Tsunade said, "Go fetch ibiki and tell him to get his best guards and come here. I've got a 'guest' for him."

"Ma'am." 'Weasel' nodded before disappearing from the room, using the Shunshin jutsu without a distraction.

Naruto said, "So, what now?"

Tsunade sighed and reclined in her chair. She said, "Go home. Get some rest. There's nothing more that you can do right now. Though if you want, you're welcome to watch the interrogation tomorrow."

"Yeah, maybe," Naruto said.

"Well, on another matter, how's 'that' going?"

"Yeah. Naoko told me that I should work on my Kuchiyose, then start do the control exercises. So I'll do them after I summon the boss-level summon," Naruto said, being purposefully vague just in case her captive was playing possum.

"So, will she take over after that, or will you work on 'that' jutsu?"

"Yeah, she will. I think that I'll work on 'that' in my free time."

"I see. That's good. Can I suggest that you might want to make it so that you don't need…assistance with it?"

"Yeah. It's probably best. But the problem is the focus."

"The focus?"

"Yeah. The 'rotation' and 'restriction', need two completely different methods, even if, in theory, they use the same base technique."

"I see," Tsunade said, sighing. "Do you mind if I try to find something that could help you with that?"

"No. I'd very much appreciate it. I don't think that using my clones to overwhelm an opponent is going to be a viable option anymore."

"Alright," Tsunade said. "Now, get out of here. Get some rest. You're going to have a long day tomorrow."

"Yeah. Thanks," Naruto said, yawning as she moved towards the window.

XXXXX

Meanwhile, in an underground base, Danzō was furious. He said, "Damn Tsunade. It looks like 'they' were right. We need to start moving more carefully. Even if our positions are secured, it doesn't mean a thing if we can't then go on and act as we must and when we must."

He thought, 'Tsunade must be removed. I can't be seen to be involved though. If I was, then even if I did manage to become Hokage, then Tsunade's faction wouldn't accept it, and there would be civil war. That would not only defeat the purpose, it would leave the village open to attack. Then there'd be no way for the shinobi world to unite and the shinobi world will continue as it is.'

He sighed and said, "Well, the first thing that I need to do is to get Uzumaki Mito's dyrnwyn under my control again." He then opened a drawer on his desk, withdrew a piece of paper and started to write. Starting to draft plans of action. He was at it for the better part of six hours before locking them behind a blood seal in a hidden compartment in his desk.

Notes

1) Itachi: in case it wasn't obvious, 'Itachi' refers to an ANBU that has a weasel representation on his mask, not Uchiha Itachi.

'Panther'/ Hikari

History

Panther and Hikari didn't undergo ROOT's 'final trial', due to Danzō's concern that it would anger Hikari, who managed to inherit a 'will of fire', though it is somewhat twisted due to her being raised by ROOT and Danzō's influence. While they were being trained, Danzō set Hikari and Panther's generation a task to develop a jutsu that can be used to counteract another ninjutsu. Hikari decided that the ninjutsu used by the Nara clan was annoying enough to use for the assignment. For the assignment Panther developed the Gen'ei Henge and Hikari developed the Gen'ei Shunshin. They taught them to each other, though they tend to use the standard variants of the other's jutsu most of the time as a form of respect to the other.

Attacks

Gen'ei Bunshin(Phantom Clone)

A derivative of the Gen'ei Tajū Shuriken, it was created by 'Panther' and Hikari, who grew up practically as brother and sister. Unlike the standard shadow clone jutsu, it uses Inton chakra to produce its effects.

Gen'ei Henge(Phantom Transformation)

An Inton jutsu, this is greater than a normal henge, actually transforming the user into whatever they picture in their mind at the casting. It can be forcefully undone, but only by someone that can also use it. When they user passes out they transform back into their human form, however they can go to sleep naturally in a transformed state. Developed to counteract sensing techniques, only the most talented sensors can detect him behind this jutsu. It is unique to Panther.

Gen'ei Shunshin(Phantom Body Flicker)

A variant of the Shunshin jutsu, the user is covered by black chakra before they disappear. Because of the time needed to cover the user in black chakra, this jutsu does take longer than other Shunshin variants. This jutsu can be used in two ways. It can be either used as a normal Shunshin, or let the user travel through shadows on the ground. Unique to Hikari.

Uzumaki Naruto

Konoha Shunshin(Leaf Body Flicker)

A variant of the Shunshin jutsu that is taught in Konoha, it uses leaves as a distraction.
