A magical mishap led to Sprig Plantar being transformed into a human, the same species as Anne. While the local witch is trying to research for a cure to turn him back to normal, Sprig has no choice but to learn how to be human, with Anne's help. The Calamity Trio for the first time in 10 years, are reuniting for Anne's Birthday, but find themselves once again fighting alongside each other, except now, it's for protection of the entire Multiverse, when LA Scientist Dr Frakes and The Trio's former Saint James Middle School classmate Cheyenne team up for a multidimensional takeover, Anne, Marcy, and Sasha must stop them.
