Tsunade's POV
Maybe I shouldn't have said that Asuma is just staring into space. I know it's hard for anybody to lose a parent shinobi or not.
"Look Asuma I'm sorry I should not have said that to you." I start "Kurenai will be just fine you just have to relax and take it easy so you don't freak out Kurenai or the baby for that matter whenever it decides to make an appearance."
Kurenai's POV
If this Medical ninja tells me to calm down one more time I'm going to punch him through a wall.
"Where's Asuma" I ask aggravated.
"He's outside talking to Lady Tsunade but they will both be in here shortly" He said trying to make me feel better but I don't care I'm ripping someone's head off today.
I look up when I hear arguing, should that be happening right then the door opens and I see Asuma's back. Right before he slams the door Lady Tsunade walks in and Asuma yells something about not naming the baby. I really have no idea especially since a huge contraction hits.
Asuma runs over and grabs my hand and says that he's there for me but everything starts to blur and I pass out.
Asuma's POV
"Is that supposed to happen" I panic asking Lady Tsunade.
"NO" Is her direct answer "We have to get her back or this is not going to work at all"
We end up going to a room at the end of the hall. Where I see them use their medical ninjutsu to bring her back to reality. Shortly after that the baby was back on course as far as I can tell.
That's when I made the biggest mistake of my life I walked in front of Kurenai and almost keeled over at the sight of the baby crowning. At least that's what I think it's called.
The door opens "Are you okay Sensei" a voice asks me.
That's when I pull myself together I can't afford to pass out in front of Ino I would never live it down. Especially since that day she found out the secret that Kurenai and I were hiding.
Flashback
This is just great the only flower shop in this part of the village belongs to her family. The one and only Ino blabber mouth Yamanaka.
"Hey Asuma Sensei What's up" she asks me smiling.
"I just came to pick up some flowers for a…friend" I said trying to relax.
"Ok, try those flowers over there they are perfect and all women love them." She points at the flowers.
I walk over and pick the ones that I think Kurenai would like the most. I pay for the flowers and try to get out of there before she says anything else.
"Have fun on your date with Kurenai Sensei" I freeze right there how could she possibly know that.
End Flashback
I'm not going to faint, I'm not going to faint repeating this mantra I walk over and grab Kurenai's hand while telling Ino I'm okay.
A few long agonizing hours later there was a loud screaming sound that made me think the windows were going to shatter.
"Congratulations guys it's a…"
Okay that's all you get, since I started writing this story before anyone knew the gender of the baby I have to think about if I'm going to go along with it. Until next time…and I will accept suggestion on what to do. ^_^ I could always flip a coin.
