What Came First the Chicken or the Ed?
Ed once again goes after Rolfs Chickens. But actions have consequences, and Ed may have to learn that the hard way. Will the forces set in motion result in tragedy, and will this mean that Ed may never get to see the chickens again?

Breaking the Barrier
Morning came and the Ed's returned to the woods to finish working on the Edopoly boards. They had gone out early this day, to make sure that they had them done in time to sell to the Kids. A complex set up of machines, built be Double D, were at work, shaping the boards, printing the images and cards, and molding the figurines. Double D was sitting at the control desk, while Ed was feeding material into the machines, and Eddy was pacing around thinking of all the money he hoped to get.
"This is going to be gold guys" Eddy said grinning and rubbing his hands together, "once we've got this done, they'll be lining up to give us their cash".
"I'd have to agree Eddy, this plan seems to have a high probability of success" Double D added.
"Yah and once we got their cash: Jaw Breakers!" Eddy said, practically drooling at the thought.
They are interrupted by sounds of sputtering from some of the machines. Double D goes to the machines to check on them.
"The processing units are under lubricated" Double D said as he was looking into one of the machines.
"Great" Eddy replied
"Furthermore, it seems at this rate we'll need more material if we want to get our intended number of games" Double D added.
"Ok Sockhead" Eddy said in a calmer fashion "You go get the parts, Ed will get the stuff, and I'll watch things here"
"Very well" Double D said as he prepared to head off
"On it boss" Ed said as he saluted and walked off
In the area of the Cul-De-Sac Ed is walking by carrying a pile of supplies. He walks by Rolf's house and sees the chickens out in the yard. "Must not touch chickens" he thought to himself as he tried to exercise his will power. He keeps his eyes on the chickens as he walks past the area. He makes it past the area and walks a bit by it. Then he thinks "maybe just a little petting", and then rushes at the invisible fence.
Zzzaap, "ouch"
Eddy is sitting in a lawn chair by the set up as Double D returns. Double D puts the machines back in order. After a while of waiting they came to wonder about Edd.
"What's taking Lumpy so long" Eddy states
"He should have been back by now, maybe he he's been held some somehow" Double D says while making his concerned gestures.
"Come on lets go find him" Eddy says as he moves Double D along to go off to look for Ed.
The trailer park in the early morning cast and ominous glow, as a figure in a coat walks up to the Kankers home. A knock on the door is met with the response of an annoyed Lee "whose banging on our door!" Lee sees the figure. Hey girls we got a visitor".
The two other sisters show up at the door.
"Oh looks we got another admirer" Marie says coming from behind one of lees shoulders.
"I hope he knows how to fix the TV" May says as she props herself on Lee's other shoulder.
The figure lifts the hood of his coat and tips his red hat, "No, I'm here with a business offer"
"What kind of offer?" Lee replies
"The kind where you get something to help you get your dork boyfriends"
"I'm listinin"
Ed Continues rushing at the fence and is continuously shocked and repulsed.
"La la la la la la la la" Jimmy sings as he walks by. He stops to see Ed. "hi Ed" he says while friendly waving.
Ed looks back and forth between Jimmy and the fence. "Wait my brain is working"
"What, Jimmy hastily says before Ed grabs him.
Ed charges at the fence with Jimmy in front of him. Jimmy's retainer connect the fence and Ed's collar.
The fence is left to short out and Ed is able to rush in.
Eddy and Double D make their way into the Cul-de-sac
After hearing the sound of the chickens, they made their way to Rolf's house and saw Ed inside with them.
"Ed, what in Sam hill are you doing" Double D exclaims as he and Eddy make it into the yard
"I tried Double D, honest" Ed pleads
Double D puts his hand on his face, "very well Ed. But you need to make a better effort from now on"
"Yah, now let's get out of here before stretch comes out" Eddy says as he turns to walk and shortly thereafter notices the door to Rolf's house opening and Rolf stepping out.
The Eds stand in fear, awaiting Rolf's response. They expect to face his outrage and his initial posture seems to indicate he will. But his physical posture relaxes itself and turns into a sadder look.
"What is this for Rolf? Ed boy will not leave the chickens be. Go on Ed boy, ravage Rolf's chickens. Rolf is tired".
Rolf walks off, with a posture of defeat, into his house. Ed looks upon him, with a sense of sadness.
The Eds leave Rolf's yard and head off. They move on to their collection of materials, and return to work. The Eds complete the production of the games, and return to the Cul-de-sac to set up their stand.
The Ed's arrive into the Cul-de-sac with their supplies.
"Finally, we can get this show on the road" Eddy exclaimed.
A series of load noises began to fill the air. The sound of panicked animals and smashing wood mixed with indiscernible shouts.
"My, what a commotion?" Double D comments.
"Who cares" Eddy responds, as he and Ed begin unpacking for the stand.
As they are setting up, a wooden chicken coup flies out at them. They manage to avoid harm, but their stand is smashed.
"Ggggrrrrrrrrraaahhh" Eddy shouts in outrage. "Can't I ever have anything go right!"
Eddy begins marching off to face whoever hit his stand. Double and Ed follow suit. Eddy made his way to the outside of Rolf's house. The place was in case, with stuff smashed apart, things flying apart, and scared animals running everywhere. Eddy's rage quickly vanished into terror, when he saw the cause of the disturbance; the Kanker Sisters.
The Kanker Sisters had tied up Rolf and were in the process of subduing Victor. They loaded Victor into Rolf's wagon, and drove off in it.
Double D moved to assist in untying Rolf.
"Oh my Rolf, what happened?" Double asked in a concerned tone
"Those Valkyries have assaulted Rolf's land. They struck Rolf down and battled with Victor. They struck down Victor and have taken him prisoner".
"Fear not, I shall save him!" Ed shouts, as he raises his arm into the air.
"Ed are you nuts!" Eddy exclaims.
"Charge!" Ed shouts, as he begins to run off in the direction the Kankers had gone.
