"Hello, Everyone!" I begin with my hands clasped in front of me. "You're watching 'Question Corner', and I'm your host Kale." Being dressed in a green tank-top and jeans, I shuffled the deck of 'Question Corner' cards in my hands as I smiled and said, "Tonight we have with us a woman who is not only a distinguished Mandalorian, but also a sibling to Duchess Satine. She's survived the battle on Kalevala and now she's here with us tonight to answer some of our questions. Please put your hands together for...Bo-katan!"

The red haired, fair skinned woman went up the steps and onto the platform. Being dressed in her traditional Mandalorian armor with blue and gray metallic plates, Bo-katan strode across the platform with everyone cheering beside her with an air of dignity and pride. She took her helmet off and tucked in underneath her arm as I came to greet her.

"Welcome to 'Question Corner, Bo-katan," I began with a smile, "It's a pleasure having you here." and, confidently, I extended my hand out to her. It had been a while since I'd interviewed a Mandalorian, so I was unsure whether or not she'd refuse to shake my hand like almost every other villain I'd interviewed. With my luck, I wouldn't be surprised.

Luckily, that didn't happen. She snatched my hand in hers without hesitation, and (While I was glad for this) I was in for a surprise when her firm grip painfully crunched all of my fingers together in one tight squeeze. My smile suddenly becoming more strained and when she released me, I casually flexed my fingers in an attempt to shake off the aching pain, but it made little difference. With my hand feeling like a crumbled up sandwich, I was contemplating whether or not I would have been better off not shaking her hand.

"Well, thank you for the invitation." Bo-katan said with a stern nod.

"Please," I began, with less confidence, as I gestured to the chair beside my own, "take a seat." When we did sit down, Bo-katan rested her ankle of her knee and placed her helmet on the armrests before laying her arm across the crown of it.

"Okay," I quickly chose a card from the deck, "We'll start off with a question from 'ErinKenobi2893'. Who asks, 'What is it like in Death Watch?"

Bo-katan replied, "Death Watch, being an organization filled with warriors that'll bleed to return Mandalor back to its true form, is easy to feel apart of the culture. We're loyal and hardworking. And..." She shrugged, "it's a good place to be when you want to let off steams. Fights are prevalent, even encouraged, with true Mandalorians."

"Wait a second..." Slowly, I felt myself start to sink into my seat, "You're not angry now, right?"

"No," She half chuckled, "you're safe, trust me."

With appreciation, I nodded and I wiped my brow with the back of my arm, "Good; because it wasn't like I would've put up much of a fight anyway. Alright, here's a question from, 'Jedi-TARDIS-Chick101' who asks, 'If you didn't like how Satine was running Mandalore then how did you think Death Watch would run it?'"

"Mandalorians could never be the pacifists Duchess Satine tried to morph them into. Fighting is in our blood and no other race is like us. We have no need for lords or leaders, so no one can destroy our command, we've learned to survive without technology so we'll fight anyone with our bare hands, and we have no distinguished bloodline, so we can rebuild our race with others that want to join us. On simpler terms, Death Watch wants to make Mandalorians strong again. Teach them that we fight our enemies with fists not with puny words."

"We also have an easy question from 'Pronker'. Who asks, 'Was there anything going on between you and Pre Viszla before he died?'"

The typical reaction to the question probably would have been shock, but in the end Bo-katan just looked mad and confused. "How is that an easy question?" She glared.

I forced myself not to smile. "Whether or not it's easy or hard is up to you, Bo-katan."

"Then I'll make it easy. Give me a different question."

"But, you have to answer it."

She shook her head, "You're really going to force a Mandalorian to do something she doesn't want to do, Miss Kale? I refuse to speak of my deceased colleague in such a way. He had my total respect in whole and such a breach in the Mandalorian command ranks wouldn't have been so casually pushed aside. Next question."

Glumly, I switched questions, "'KrestelRaven9' asks, 'What was your childhood like with Satine?'"

She raised a brow at this. "I'm here to answer political questions, not family matters."

"Hey, you can't skip out on this one." I casually warned, "It's just part of the process, we're not asking you to paint a large picture, just enough to give us an idea. For instance, were you and Satine always enemies?"

"Hardly. But, we often quarreled a lot as kids." She answered with a resigned shrug, "From how un-lady like I dressed, to how high her head piece could be, and it didn't help that the royal way wasn't for me."

"Wait...would that mean you're true title is actually Duchess Bo-katan?..." I chuckled, but suddenly felt my heartbeat stop when the Mandalorian gave me a scowl not even my own mother could've produced, "Then again, maybe not. Uh...did your parents ever worry about you?"

"My parents?" She pursed her lips, "Before it came to our political differences, it was our parents that set us apart when we became teenagers. She'd go to social dinners while I snuck out the window before it came time to leave and it was because of that, that I got sent off to finishing school to learn some manners."

"Wait, I'm confused." Adjusting myself in my seat, I crossed one leg over the other as I asked, "What happened when you guys were done with school?"

"Assuming I finished school? Either way, by the time we saw each other, Satine and I had already begun to take different paths." Blinking twice at me; she asked, "Is that enough of a picture for you?"

"Perfectly." I beamed as I changed the cards out, "I'm starting to feel like I know you already."

"I hope not."

"Ignoring that hurtful statement, here's a gift from 'KrestelRaven9'." I picked up a small jewelry box fro the side of my chair and handed it to her. When she opened it, a small smile crept onto her lips as she said, "Wow, I didn't even know you gave gifts." She eyed the pretty black widow charm on a silver chain resting in its case and added, "It's very beautiful, thank you so much."

"Well, usually we wait until Christmas, but today just felt like a special day for gifts." Changing out the cards, I then read, "Our next question is from "'Pronker'. Who asks, 'was it difficult learning to use a jetpack?'"

"At the beginning, yes, but you adjust after a while. It's like driving a ship for your first time, only without the seatbelts." Gesturing to her helmet resting on her lap, she added, "The only hard parts were balance and controlling your movements through issued commands in the helmet."

"Did it take a long time before you could really start getting the hang of it?" I asked.

"Well, considering that most models only carry enough fuel for about twenty bursts of thrusts, you couldn't afford not to learn quickly." She answered, smartly, "Time was money and you were frowned upon if you were going and wasting it."

"The Frugal Mandalorians. I kind of like that. Okay, our next question is from, ''Captainrexbest35' who asks, 'Did you help Obi-Wan Kenobi because he was your sister's friend or because you wanted revenge for your sister's death?'"

"I helped him return to his ship; because he could speak on our behalf to the Republic. Despite the difficulties that would put us in, we needed Maul dead. Did he help assist Duchess Satine before her unfortunate death? Yes, and I am forever in his debt for this, but don't read too much into it. Death is frequent in my line of work."

With a solemn nod, I noted the warning look in her eyes telling me to find a different question soon or else she'd show me just how mad a Mandalorian could get. So, crossing one leg over the other, I leaned to the side of my chair and picked up a long, thin case and handed it to her; saying, "This is also from 'Captainrexbest35'."

With the item in her hands, Bo-Katan opened the casing and found inside a blue rose with no thorns. "Wow," She gaped with appreciation, "It's like a true Mandalorian rose. Thank you."

And with this, I changed to the next question and read, "'Darth Tyron' asks, 'Did you ever find out what happened to Darth Maul and Savage Oppress?'"

With a hint of vengefulness creeping in her voice, Bo-katan said with distaste as she placed her gifts off to the side, "All I know is that we found Darth Maul's apprentice in the front steps of Sundari's palace with saber wounds in his abdomen, and Maul was no where to be seen."

"What do you think happened?"

"My guess is that in the midst the all the chaos, Maul made the decision to get rid of his apprentice and run. For whatever reason I don't know, but Savage certainly didn't stab himself."

"That's very possible." Scratching the side of my cheek, I read, "'Ahsokatano191' asks, 'Why were you and Satine on different sides?'"

"Because, while Satine fully upheld our parents belief in that the old Mandalorian ways were to be forgotten, I felt like they should be exercised in their own right. That's why."

"Was it hard when you two grew apart?"

She observed me through half-lided eyes as she was utterly un-amused at my attempt to prolong the question. "What happened, happened. Satine and I were beyond polar opposites. She was a timid spirit who strived to be a pacifists, I was a prickly thorn that was itching for a fight. Nothing in the world could have changed it."

"So..." I subconsciously gnawed at my lower lips. Wondering whether or not there was a better way to word this. "Then do you miss her?" And, in that moment, several awkward second fell into place, and I started to feel the sweat collecting on my forehead. The last thing I wanted to tick off was a Mandalorian. Especially Bo-katan.

But, in that moment Bo-katan's face, for just a millisecond, dropped into a saddened frown before she schooled her features into submission. Being the hard warrior she truly was, she only gazed at the flooring as she asked, "Is that all of the questions, then?"

"Uh-no. We have a few more." Sheepishly, I lift up a smaller stack of cards for reference and quickly picked out a card from the deck to read, "'Jedi-TARDIS-Chick101' asks, 'If you had to pick a side for Mandalore in the Clone Wars, would you pick the Republic or Separatists?'"

"Separatists."

"Why's that?"

"True Mandalorians don't mix with Jedi and the Jedi have aligned themselves with the Republic." As though the last question was never asked, she raised her head with un-resigned pride, "Given-if there's mutual gain and we'd have to in order to survive then yes, but as far as I'm concerned it would be Separatists."

"Okay, then 'Weathergirl17248' asks, 'What made you choose the bounty hunter life?'"

"Yeah, speaking of which, what did make me decide to become a bounty hunter, Miss Kale?" Smiling, she casually tapped her fingers against her helmet as she added, "You said I was one in the last guest announcement, and I didn't know whether or not to be offended or to put it down on my next resume."

"Uh..." Embarrassed, I scratched the back of my head as I casted Ashley, our scheduler, a worried glance, but she could only shrug in return. Meekly, I said as I raised my hands in the air, "Typos can happen?"

"You're just lucky I have a sense of humor." She grinned, like a cat letting the mouse go.

"That I am," I quickly searched for the next question, "'Drmethilon' asks, 'Why did you decide to join Death Watch? Was it because of something that happened in your childhood?'"

"I merely believe in upholding Mandalor for what it really is. Nothing more, nothing less."

Judging but her curt tone, I felt like she was starting to close off from the personal questions, and I couldn't blame her for not wanting to speak about the past. It was amazing, for a Mandalorian, to get personal at all. "So, now we have two questions left. One is from, 'KrestelRaven9' who asks, 'If you had the chance to kill Maul, would you?'"

"Never." She grinned, "I'd rather watch that monster rot in jail for the rest of his life."

"With the occasional torture day, I presume?"

Bo-katan, smiled, "You're thinking more like a Mandalorian every minute, Miss Kale."

"Thank you...I think. Okay, and the last one is from 'ErinKenobi2893' and he asks, 'Was Pre Viszla a good leader?'"

"Yes." She nodded, "He was what got us to Mandalore in the first place. Viszla respected his soldiers and his soldiers respect him, and Death Watch will never be the same without him leading, but we have to continue on the legacy. It's what he would have wanted."

Standing up, I extended my hand out to her fearfully. I for once didn't want a handshake and was truly praying that she'd just ignore me and leave, but (Curse my luck) she did and it felt twice as painful this time. With the phalanges in my hand wanting to break, I began to wonder whether or not I should change this whole handshaking rule. Seems to be painful for me most of the time.

"It was a pleasure having you on the Show, Bo-katan," I said as I winced, "Hope to see you again soon."

Releasing me from her grip, she placed her helmet back on; Saying, "Don't worry, you'll probably see me somewhere along the line. I mean, I am a bounty hunter after all."

Scowling at her as I carefully laced my hands behind my back, cautious not to move my throbbing hand, I shook my head. "Do try not to make me look forward to you leaving, Bo-katan."

Laughing outright, she casually saluted by flicking two fingers to and from her helmet as she turned and left. The audience cheered for her until she was gone and it was then that I turned towards them and announced, "Well, that was another week of 'Banite Sith'. Our next guest will be Doctor Nuvo Vindi, but you'll all probably better remember him as the man who created the Blue Shadow Virus. It took a long time to get this guy to accept an invitation, so choose your questions wisely and remember our rules: No M-rated questions, 2 questions per person, and check our reviews to make sure your question hasn't already been asked."
