Celestia gave the two permission to show their friends the palace, Harry took Ron, while Michi took Hermione.
"I believe I know somewhere you would die to see." Michi states, as she walked with a certain grace that she never shown at Hogwarts. She looked at Hermione.
Hermione's eyes were wide especially once they got to the hall of stained glass windows showing many major events in equestrian history. "Oh my goodness, just from these murals i could put the magical world on its ear with my theories."
"I told you Equestria was vastly different." Michi comments
"I know you did but this this is incredible and what are these ghost beings"
Michi quickly explained the legend of the windigo and the story of the first hearth warming. "Which is why Friendship is the main source of keeping our world intact, just like Ponyville, as all sorts, pegasi, Earth pony, and unicorn living together, and some that are not even ponies."
"Oh wow thats amazing." Hermione suddenly looks pensive and follows her to the royal archives.
"This is the Royal Archive, where all magical scrolls are sealed." Michi explains
"Oh My Goodness this is " the girl couldn't finish she was so shocked by the size of the archive.
"Bigger then the school library, huh?" Michi questions, as she explained about each section, ones Hermione noticed that had gated locks on them.
"What's in there why are those sections blocked off?"
"Because that is Star-Swirl, The Bearded section of the Archive. His spell scrolls are old, and some must be protected from hooves. Only a select few have access to the gate-spell." Michi explains
Hermione looked down at the thought of not being able to read those scroll, she pulls one of the scroll out to read it over and found she couldn't read the words. "Huh What language is this, Michi?"
"Ancient Equestrian." Michi answers as she looked at the scroll. "Most of the spell-work were translated into modern Equestrian."
"Oh my, I didn't think your languages evolved so much I got to study this."
"Its going to take a lot more then two weeks to puzzle out the ancient ones' language." Michi answers
"Hmm, We'll just see about that." Hermione grins with the same look as RD has before a race.
"Hermione, I'm older then you, and it took me three years to decipher that tongue." Michi states, "Its hard to do." she grinned "Its harder then gaining your Cutie Mark."
"Hmm we'll see about that ." She opens the scroll once more and starts to try reading.
Michi sighed "I'll check on you in about an hour." she walked out of the archive.
The girl barely waves at her.
At the same time, Harry was taking Ron around the royal gardens and lead him to the strangest statue, he ever saw. "What the bloody hell is that suppose to be?"
A Draconequus." Harry answers, "That one is Discord, the Spirit of Chaos and Disharmony, Aunt Celestia and Luna defeated him years ago with the Elements of Harmony."
"He looks like something out of a nightmare so this is a statue of him right."
Harry shook his head, "I'm afraid not, but lets get out of here, that guy gives me the creeps."
"What the hell you mean by that."
Harry walked off, as Ron followed. "I mean that is Discord, he's imprisoned in stone."
"No way, Harry. How did that happen that level of spell is near impossible Bill said so."
"It wasn't a spell, I told you before it was the Elements of Harmony." Harry answers, "just drop it, before he awakens." Harry switched to his Alicorn form. "I am living proof that not everything you know is true, I am a hybrid myself."
Ron looks back and gulps and picks up the pace. "Lets go see the guard house that will be fun didn't you say you wanted to be one?"
"I don't know what I want to be anymore." Harry answers, as he hovers in the air, liking the feeling of being able to fly now that he wasn't afraid. "Besides I'm not allowed without permission. If I sneak in again, I'm going to be polishing armor for the rest of my life."
"Well then where should we go next and why would you be banned from the guard house, you're a prince here."
"Did that a couple of times, scared the crap out of the guards, so Michi said if I did it again, I would be polishing armor." Harry answers "I am not a true Prince, if you haven't noticed my flank is blank, I won't get a crown until my Cutie Mark appears."
"Well then if you say so i don't know about any of that kind of that stuff." Just then Harry saw he dear cousin 'Blueblood' "We if it isn't the little blank flank and what's this a hairless ape as a pet now."
"How about a mud bath?" Harry questions, as he shook himself off, splashing mud onto his idiot cousin.
"You bore, uncivilized brute, I always knew you were a commoner." Blueblood huffed as he tries to clean the mud off of him.
"Yeah, I might just outgrow that, but you will forever be a jerk, with no chance of the throne unlike me, seeing as I have one thing you don't." Harry replies
"As if you'll ever amount to any thing." Ron sneered at the albino unicorn and reached into his robe pocket. "Harry, did i tell you my brothers left me some of there pranks" and showed him some dung bombs.
"No thanks, I wouldn't able to get that stink about of the carpet, Aunt Celestia would have my tail as a new banner.." Harry replies
"Not even for the this mule's rear of a featherbrain." Ron remembering some insults Harry taught him.
"Nope. Just splashing mud on him was fun, now he'll use most of the hot water in Canterlot getting clean." Harry answers "Don't insult mules, they are decent."
"I guess you're right can't insult decent folk now came we."
"Nope, but I better take a bath before I get in sight of Michi." Harry states, as he trotted off.
Ron nods and just heads back to the main hall, he wanted to get a better looks at some of the glass there.
Michi found him, "The History of Equestria, in stained glass." she walked down to one "This one has to be my personal favorite."
"Never care much for history myself but i just like the look of the glass the way the light plays off of it." Ron seems almost thoughtful as he spoke.
"Maybe you should care more for History as to never repeat it." Michi replies
"Now you sound like mum but i do try I'm just not the brightest like Harry and Hermione those two will get O's faster than me."
"Maybe, its my way of coping with the fact that I do not have a mum or dad anymore." Michi replies "Or did you forget?"
"No I didn't forget. Hmmm i wonder. He reached into his robe and pulls out a box "Here Michi I know its early but mum wanted you to have this."
"She said you're part of our family now as well as Harry."
"If this is a sweater, I wonder how she got the wings holes in it?" Michi questions, "But we're leaving soon, If you would tell Harry, I have some last minute Hearth Warming Gifts to buy."
"Sure as soon as i see him."
Michi left, and went into the shopping district of Canterlot.
Ron wanders around the castle some more till he found himself in the throne room once more just as the day court was ending for the day.
"Good Evening, young one." Luna greeted as she came out from a shadowed corner.
Ron looks up in surprise "Your highness, its good to see you, i thought you would still be busy with court matters." Ron gives a clumsy bow trying not to embarrassed himself.
"I was sleeping, I am the Princess of the Night." Luna answers
"I hope I didn't walk somewhere I'm not supposed to be."
Luna shook her head, "I am unused to being around anypony, I hope, I didn't frighten you. It has been awhile since my banishment."
"Oh no you surprised me but you didn't scare me, actually I was hoping to see you raise the moon since Harry and Michi told us how you control the moon and dreams"
A tiny smile appeared on Luna's muzzle. "Very well, I think I will see if I can get the other one to watch as well, I heard she was having a hard time, with the old language."
Ron gave a chuckle "That sounds like Hermione, I'll go and get her, I know she'll be mad if she missed this."
Luna nods as Celestia walked into the room, "Big Sister."
Ron finds Hermione and all but drags her out the room telling her she's about to miss seeing the moon rise
Celestia had the doors to the balcony open, as she looked at her sun, she was the Sun priestess, who its light didn't bother her.
The two humans step out side with the two elder alicorns and watched them in silence.
Celestia lowered the sun, a second later Luna raised the moon.
"You should try to be here for the Summer Sun Celebration." Celestia suggests, "its more of party."
"Bloody hell that was amazing I mean Harry said you did it but i thought is was more ceremonial than actually moving them."
Hermione just stared gobsmacked able to say anything.
Celestia smiled at Hermione's expression. "I believe I wore the same expression once many years ago."
Luna just chuckles " Ah to be young and so full of wonder."
"I believe her dreams would be an interest to you, Luna." Celestia surmised.
"I suspect as much but our young nephew's dreams are interesting to watch as well."
Michi looked in on the two humans. "We need to be catching the train soon."
The two human sadly nods but got ready.
Michi lead the way, picking up Harry on the way. "I want to get back to Ponyville before the weather team moves in snow clouds."
"Sure Michi" Harry hugs Celestia and Luna and trots over to to the others.
Both Day and Night Alicorns walked their guests to the doors, and watched them as they went the Canterlot station.
"Well harry have to say that was interesting, your aunts didn't act like how I thought princesses would act."
"Cousin Blueblood is the prime example of how Royalty should act." Michi commented, as she looked out in the distance to watch the weather team bring in snow clouds.
Hermione looks up "Oh my goodness, they really move clouds, i can't believe it."
"Yep. Everything is controlled here. It makes life simple." Michi replies
"Except in the Everfree Forest." Ron said as he remembers.
"Correct." Michi agrees
"What Ron actually remembered something beside food." Harry teases
"What do you remember of the past term?" Michi questions
Harry told her about his lessons from turning a match to a needle to having to deal with Snape.
"You three think Severus Snape is up to something?" Michi questions
The trio look at each other but then decide to tell her every thing they found out.
"Severus is many things but a traitor, he is not. I know him a little better then you do." Michi replied
Harry crossed his hooves in front of him looking annoyed "Fine but there is something going on I'm willing to bet my best set of shoes on it."
"You look like James, so he takes his frustration out on you, I will speak with him." Michi replies
"Fine but you know what let's not ruin our vacation and it's time to get back to it." Harry replies
Michi nods
The trip back was swift and they were met by the Crusaders all dress up for the Hearthwarming day pageant.
"Good evening, my little ponies." Michi greets, "Please no bowing."
"That's all right but you can help us with some thing please.' as they unleashed their fatal weapon.
"What is it?" Michi questions
"Help us get ready for the pageant, we can't remember our parts." Sweetie Bell pleads
Michi sighed "Alright. let's go to the town hall, out of the cold, shall we?"
"Cutie Mark Crusaders Actors YAY!" The four fillies slam their hooves together and rush off to the town hall. Ron looks at them confused "They're mad, where do they get all that ..." He couldn't finish as he was tackled by Pinkie Pie.
