Harry looked at his sister, whom was wearing her very finest gown, for this proclamation. She was brushed until her coat, mane and tail was shining, she wore slippers on each hoof, she looked radiant. A very image of a Princess. Her tiara was in place, as she waited behind the stands for the crowd to silence itself, with the gossip.
Dumbledore came up to the podium and cleared his throat "Ladies and gentleman of the press and other honored beings you were all called here to day to hear an announcement from the ambassador from Equestria Princess Dimensional Rift and now I am honored to present her to you now." With that he stepped away to let the princess that over.
Michi stepped forward, each step timed perfectly, she stepped on to the podium, "Thank you, for your announcement of my presence, Headmaster Dumbledore, and allowing me to stay with in the confines of your wonderful school."
A murmur was heard through the crowd as the head master just nods his head in reply.
"I am Princess Dimensional Rift of Equestria, however, I am also serving as the Ambassador, I am more then just that, I am the daughter the first Ambassador to your world, Lily Flower, also known as Lily Potter." Michi states, loud and clearly as she was taught. "My Mother had a dream which I too now share, to build a Kingdom within Equestria, for the people here that wish to live in peace, friendship, and Harmony."
The reporters all began to bide for her attention with questions and general looks of disbelief.
"My Royal Aunts, Princess Celestia of the Shining Sun, and the Princess Luna of the Night have agreed to help me see my dream come to reality only if I get enough people to server ties to this world, and to agree to allow me to be their protector, guide, and Princess. There is one such among you, that has agreed to such an endeavor, he has agreed to swear his loyalty to me."
"Princess, your saying your offering asylum to any person that wishes to swear loyalty even some criminals? " one reporter asked wearing a load outfit and ugly glasses.
"I am not saying to allow criminals, I am never allowing traitors that killed my mother and stepfather into even my Kingdom, or any where else in Equestria, those people should be dealt with according to your own laws and customs, the wrongly convicted those that were completely innocent but judged just because of a Surname, then I will accept."
"When will this begin your highness and will this be for the wizarding world or some of the muggleborn parents and squibs as well?" Another reportee asked looking as her with distain.
"Wizards, witches, muggleborns, even squibs, they can learn to harness their own abilities, to benefit human and ponykind, if they find a suitable trade that they have the skills but no knowledge, of such tasks, I will find teachers among the ponies with similar talents to act as teachers, the Earth Ponies such as the Apple Family will be willing to teach any human wishes to learn to farm the land."
After several more questions finally on reporter ask the question on everyone's mind "And what of Harry Potter where has he been since the deaths of his parents."
"He has been under the care of blood and adoptive relatives, and that blood relative will use every ounce of magic within her to protect him." Michi answers
Several more hands came up all asking about Harry and about the family that raised him.
Michi had enough of the questions about Harry, she closed her eyes and used the Royal Canterlot Voice. "Silence! I will hear no more questions about Harry Potter!"
The pitch fell quiet most were in shock at the volume of the voice coming from such a small pony. Harry saw this and just snickered from the cloud, he hid in.
One reporter in the crowd shook his head, "You all are daft, You are speaking to Lily Potter's daughter, everyone knows that Lily Potter also had a son."
Most of the people had the decency to blush and muttered an apology.
"Well i for one simply want to know what the heir to the Potter line was doing since that night." The female reporter asked.
"Being a normal colt. Which as his big sister, wouldn't allow to attend but I suspect that he is witnessing this event from somewhere that only someone with the features of a Pegasus can reach." Michi answers, as she glanced up to see the dapple coated colt on a cloud. Michi saw that the other reporter seemed to shun her and just ignore what she said. "I asked for respect, and I wasn't given that respect when I am speaking, so Mr. Shacklebolt, would you and yours kindly remove this reporter from the pitch?"
Harry eeped and hid further in the cloud and slowly tried to drift it back towards the castle.
Michi looked around, "those of you that are not reporters and have shown that your parents taught you manners, have any questions?"
"With pleasure your highness she will be removed at once." Several large aurors came up to her and lead her away "How dare you do you know who i am, you can't do this to me." The woman protested the whole time she was lead away from the pitch and castle.
One hand came up it belong to a red head that was clearly a Weasley "Yes your highness when can those who wish to take you up on your offer begin applying? "
"Yes, as with any new village or in this case, small Kingdom, because I will not overrun the land with so many inhabitants that the land with suffer, these things take time. But first, I have a manner of business that needs to be seen too. Which I want you all to witness." Michi answers.
They all watched waiting to see what this strange princess was about to do.
Sirius Black dressed as good as an noble pureblood could, came out of the crowd and went to kneel before the Alicorn Princess.
The mummur out of the crowd rose slightly at the sight of the former criminal as he knelt before his niece and new princess.
"Do you, Sirius Black swear upon your honor to uphold the laws and combined customs of your new Kingdom as set forth by your Princess and those who she serves?" Michi questions
"I swear apon my honor and magic to uphold all the laws and customs of my new land and of my princess."
"Do you swear to protect your Princess, and those she serves with your own life if need be? Do you swear to advise her on the needs of her new subjects?"
"I swear to procect my princess with my life and to guide and advise her to the best of my ability on pain of my life and magic i swear to serve you Princess Dimensional Rift."
Michi bend and touched Sirius' shoulder with her horn, blessing him. "Then arise, and know that your Princess will try her best to serve you and to teach her own Successor to do the same."
Sirius stood and bowed to her then turned to the people gathered before them and in a clear voice spoke "Let it be known now and forever that I Sirius Orion Black now serve her highness Princess Dimensional Rift and that I am hers to loyal servant."
A man started laughing as he was sitting in the front row, "You're not a servant, you're a guard dog."
Michi looked at Sirius, "Best Prank, I ever pulled, don't you agree, Sirius?"
Sirius glared down to the man "That Remus goes with out saying ." Sirius just looked at the two of them his jaw hanging open. He then smiles and began to laugh "My dear princess, I couldn't have planned it better."
"I do believe this press conference is over, and I will be willing to speak privately with each and everyone of you in the next coming weeks." Michi states, as she motioned for Sirius to follow as she left the pitch.
The group all stood and bow to her as she walk past them.
Once she was out of the attention zone, she breathed a sigh of relief.
"Well that went better than i thought it would."
Harry came into the area, Michi looked at him with a questioning expression.
"Yes i know i shouldn't have been there but i had to see how it went." He told her.
"You thought I wouldn't see you up on that cloud?" Michi states, as she raised her leg and grabbed her brother in a headlock and nuggies him with her hoof. "Don't ever spy on my business again, am I understood?"
Michi released Harry, "Now would one of you mind checking to see if the coast is clear for me to leave and go back into the castle?"
Harry nods and goes to take a look around the pitch, he saw that there was a a few of the reporters there and some of the parents, he saw looked like an older version of Malfoy. He turns back to them. "Most of them are gone but a few are still here they seem to be talking to a grown version of Malfoy."
Michi used magic to teleport herself out of the clothing, and back into the pitch.
The people that was still there noticed her appearance and began to walk towards her while Malfoy sr. just look at her with disdain and huffed turning away from her.
"Would one of you care to include me in your discussion, seems that Mr. Malfoy, doesn't like my offers since he wouldn't like living below his level of wealth, or perhaps, he wants someone like the murderer who targeted my parents to be his Lord." Michi states
One of the reporters just look back at Malfoy. "He was simply stating how it seem all to convenient that you appeared just when young lord Potter returned to the wizarding world how he doesn't have the proper respect for our wizarding way , which i think is completely wrong."
The other two humans nod in agreement. " Personally, i have a cousin that just take you up on your offer after my paper prints this."
"First off, Mr. Malfoy is a bigot and a Pure-Blood Supremest, and doesn't understand that if you marry and produce foals-children with other pure bloods, you will not have enough magical traits to even survive into the next century, you will eventually have inbred people with no common sense to even look before crossing a road." Michi pointed out. "That is off the record by the way."
They all nod in agreement then they saw Malfoy Sr. walk up to them and with a greasy smile greeted Michi "Your highness, its a great pleasure to finally meet you, face to face. I do hope your enjoying your time in our world."
"Not when I am confronted by dark wizards, or those with closed minds." Michi responds, with grace and politeness, to the point that she wanted to gag.
"Yes so my son tells me but I'm sure there are some like that in your world as well and i was wondering how will you deal with them once your 'proposal' takes off?"
"The only one that is closed minded about everything aside from Shampoo, is my cousin Prince Blueblood." Michi states, "and I will speak with each and everyone who applies to my idea and to explain the basics of Equestrian lifestyle."
"Ah very well then I hope to hear more about your plans at a later date." With that he gave a mocking bow and turn to leave the castle.
"By Merlin's beard, i have never met such an arrogant ass in my life."
Michi watched him leave, "That man is going to bite off more then he could chew someday."
"True be told if it wasn't for the fact the Fudge is in his pocket, he would be in Azkaban with those other traitors."
"If you would add that I will conduct personal interviews by appointment, to send me a letter." Michi requests, "But I am parched, I bid you good afternoon."
"Of course, your highness. Thank you for your time." All three of the reporters bowed as Michi left.
"Moony, I know you're still here, would you care to join me and Sirius, in my quarters?" Michi questions
"I would be honored to join you, Michi flower." He teased her as the trio left to go to her rooms.
"Please do not call me Flower. I am not a flower." Michi states, as she was lead the way to her rooms, the students all watch them.
As soon as they enterer the room, they were greeted by Emerald holding a tray of snacks and drinks.
"Thank you, Emerald." Michi states, as she went and laid on the couch, she wilted then, tired of being a princess and the Ambassador, these two, she knew she could just be Michi.
"Ah but you used to love it when you were a little filly." Remus points out.
"I am not a filly, I am grown, with responsibilities now. Plus, flower was mom's second name, I am Dimensional Rift, not Flower." Michi replies
"Of course Michi I should have known better." Michi got a good look at her godfather she saw he was dressed in a rather old robe and was far to skinny to be in good health.
"Emerald, would you mind getting my personal purse?" Michi questions
"Bits or galleons" she asked as she went to the other room.
"Galleons." Michi replies
The drake returned with a small purse that had both the potter house seal on it as well as Michi's cutie mark. "Here you are."
Michi counted out the price a few good changes of clothing, and gave it to Remus, with a look that said no arguments, "I need another advisor, and I believe you are good with logical questions."
"Of course, Michi. I would be honored to be your advisor but really you giving me to much to pay for my clothes." He points out to her as Michi floated the money over to him.
"That is for a few outfits." Michi states, as she heard a knock on her door, Emerald went and came back with a note. Emerald went over to Michi with the note an hand it over for her to read.
Michi took the note and read it, perplexed as to the sender, she nods, and folds the note up and stood up. "I'm sure you two have some catching up to do. If you will excuse me."
"Of course we'll just be on our was to Hogsmeade to get Mooney his new clothes."
Michi nods, "And get him something good to eat as well." she left the room, going into the dungeon.
