I don't own Shugo Chara. The rating has changed to M.

I turned around as Tadase came over. He looked dissapointed and for some reason that made me angry. "Amu you shouldn't hang around with them. They can't be trusted."

He sounded sad when he said that. Rima hissed and I pictured her as a bristling cat right then. "I do believe you have it the other way around you selfish bastard!" It came out almost sounding like a growl.

"You guys want to use her yet you won't even tell her anything! You would rather leave her blind." She said. Tadase eyes narrowed as he glared at her.

Yet she had a point so far she is the only one willing to tell me anything. Regardless of what she was and he was right now she was the only one trying to explain anything. Instead of continuing to stand there I decided to instead grab Rima's hand and simply walk off. This seemed to surprise Tadase as he probably expected me to listen to him.

I was learning that "angels" weren't exactly what stories said they were. Had it not been for the fact that I'd seen things I'd be scoffing at the idea still.

I saw the pet store come into view and my pace picked up. I was eager to get some more answers. I pulled the door open maybe a little to hard as the little bell that alerted Nagi of customers, on the door fell off. Nagi luckilly waved it off and simply put it back on the hook that held it in place.

"I don't really need it I can hear people miles away." He explained when I had apologized. "So what are you exactly?" I asked.

I blushed realizing I must have sounded rude. He waved it off. "Me well I'm a vampire." He said as if it was normal.

This however had me gaping like an idiot. "I thought you were a demon." I finally said after getting over the shock that vampires were real. I mean if angels and demons were surely vampires and other things could exist.

"I am, vampires are considered part of the demon race. Angels and demons aren't exactly what people picture them... well most aren't there are a few that are." His voice sounded as if he was lost in thought. Then he blinked and the distant look In his eyes was gone as if it had never been there.

"So can you guys tell me what exactly is going on?" I asked. Rima jumped up on the counter ignoring Nagi's protest. She studied me for a moment before nodding.

"Long ago there was a demon king and a witch." She started I was completely confused but kept quiet. Deciding to listen. She seemed to see that so she continued.

"The witch could see the future at times because she had made a deal with the three destinies. She gave them her eyes in exchange for the power. So this witch was captured by the demon king as he wished to know of his future. He made a deal with her in exchange for reading his future he would grant her one wish."

"The witch agreed as she wanted her freedom back. And so she looked into his future. The king listened as the witch went into her trance. She told him that one day a girl would be born."

"This girl would be someone that the very heavens needed, but she would also be wanted by Hell itself. The king asked how this pertained to his future, but the witch continued on in her trance state. She will be the key to ending the wars but only if she's used the right way. The king found out all he could about this girl."

Rima stopped and I couldn't hold back any more. "But that has nothing to do with what I asked." I pointed out. She raised a brow, "Ah contraire it has everything to do with what you asked." She said Nagi nodded.

"You see Amu that event triggered everything. The hunt for the key that could end the long war between angels and demons. Depending on the girl everything could end but the outcome of the end is still unknown. That witch was unable to tell in what way it would end."

"But she did say that it would have to be the girls choosing." Rima said. Here I thought I'd get straight forward answers but I was left with useless info that had nothing to do with me. "And why exactly am I involved?"

I finally asked. Rima looked at me as if I was stupid. Nagi looked at me as if I had missed something. "What?"
I asked frustrated and annoyed. She sighed, "were you not listening?" She asked. "I was I heared it all the witch, the king, the key, ending the war, blah blah blah."

I said wanting them to just get to the point. "Amu you..." She was cut off as the door banged opened. I Jumped at the loud impact. Turning I was surprised to find Ikuto.

He looked pissed. "I do believe the king would not like to hear that two of his subjects were about to break a certain code." He said harshly. Rima hissed and suddenly she and Nagi were in front of me.

"Why don't you stay out of it!" Nagi yelled. Ikuto's face turned into a smirk. "Look at the lowly demons growing a spine. I'm not here to fight you though I'd enjoy tearing you both apart."

"I came because you have what's mine. And so I will be fetching her and with that I'll leave." Ikuto said sarcastically. Before I could blink he dissapeared I looked around confused.

"Where..." I didn't get to finish as arm wrapped around me from behind pulling me against a familiar chest. Both Rima and Nagi turned around. Rima reached out for me but suddenly everything dissapeared.

I was dropped on a bed.

I looked around wildly and confused. Where the hell was I. Ikuto watched me. I stood up intending to go for the door but he stepped in front of my path. I glared at him which only seemed to amuse him.

"Let me leave!" I spat. "Nope don't think so strawberry your way to much of a handful. So I decided the easiest thing to do is to keep you with me."

He said in a bored tone. "Ikuto this isn't funny I want to go home!" I couldn't keep the panic out of my voice. I tried to go around him but I was grabbed and dropped back onto the bed.

"This isn't a joke and you won't be leaving. I told you I will be keeping you with me." My heart raced as I realized he was indeed serious. I bit my trembling lip not wanting to cry.

"You cant just keep me here." I whispered. That was a mistake as his face seemed to contort with anger. He was in front of me in a flash.

"I'm sorry but last I checked you were in no position to tell me what I can and can't do! Open your damned eyes your mine and if you can't see that I'll show you!" He yelled. My eyes widened as he pushed me back roughly.

He straddled my hips and pinned my hands above my head. I struggled despite knowing it would do no good. His lips came down roughly upon mine. The tears I held in sprung free as he roughly bit my lip.

His grip tight on my wrist as his free hand roughly fondled my breast through my clothing. I was scared.
