Yui POV
Strange... I didn't bump something sharp or dangerous things on my legs why I get injured? The blood won't come off even I using soap! Even mom screaming saw my legs injured try to make bloodstains come off. Huh? I saw with my own eyes the blood suddenly vanished? Mom also confuses how did the blood suddenly come off. My legs not really hurt now... What's going on here?
Miaka POV
Ah... Finally the blood come off! Geez the bloodstains are so hard to wash up! Especially without soap... But glad my legs getting better now. Suddenly I remember again that scene when nuriko kissed tamahome, why the heck she do that!? I should be happy for found the third one but it didn't make me happy at all. It getting me jealous! Huf... Calm down miaka the only way to get back to my world is obtain the power of suzaku. To do that I have to gather seven of warrior and make friends will all of them!. I was gonna to change my clothes but tamahome suddenly call me and enter my room without a knock nor my permission. Heck!' i'm still naked! "Get Out You Pervert!" My hands covering my chest, he's getting blushed and panicked stuterring "i- i- i- i'm sorry! I- i- just- ne-ed place to hide!" Then a ribbon came out and wrapped on tamahome legs and he falling on the ground, I look the one who use the ribbon and it was nuriko. She faking smile at me and with annoying voice said "hohohoho... Sorry for intrude, this man was so shy being alone with me. Come on Tama chan we leaving." She use the ribbon take tamahome out while tamahome was fainting. I'm getting trembling not because i'm scared at her but i'm furious at her! Really! what's up with her! Now i'm thinking why I should befriend with her!? There's no way I can friends with her! No way! But...
In the end I try to talk about her what things I should do it so she can friends with me. And she told me to be her maid and never interfere her relationship with tamahome after that she can befriend with me. The heck! It's troublesome friends with you and I have to be your maid? But I didn't have a choice I have to do that for obtain the power of suzaku. Be patience miaka! You can do it!
Then she asked me to comb her hair, I gladly do it but she said it's hurting her and splash water on me. Then she ordering me to clean the floor, even if I saw the floor not dirty but okay I do it for the power of suzaku. I just have to clean it right? But while I clean the floor she deliberately put some dirt on the floor, I was just cleaning that part a few seconds ago! And she throw me a table said she lost her grip and asked tamahome for a dinner. What a behavior... I'm tired... Tamahome saw my condition scolded on her "hey! Quit picking on miaka! You know? I just don't like-" nuriko make fake tears and sad face said "you hate me!? You hate me? You like that girl more than beautiful me!?" Tamahome was take off her words "it's... I don't mean I hate you but-" nuriko cut his sentence "then you like me!? I'm So Happy!" Then she hugging tamahome tightly like he will gone away. Tamahome and you said you will protect me? Anger took over me I threw him the table nuriko throw at me. You jerk!
I was at outside room sit for calm my temper then tamahome was being tied up crawling toward me. I want to help him but i'm still mad at him for nuriko. I end up ignore him while he tries to explained to me how he feels about nuriko. I relieved cause he didn't have any feelings to nuriko, then he noticed me and said I was jealous, is true I was jealous but I don't wanna admit to him!
In night time nuriko call me and told me she dropped her earring at pond outside the palace and she not allowed to get outside . I knew she was lying but I decided to find it for her. Then she promised me if I found it she will serve me as the suzaku warrior. Glad that she said that , she told me her earring will glow at night and I quickly go outside search it. if i didn't found it I try to get something pretty for her. But I didn't know that she was grinning on me while said fool.
Narrator POV
The counselor want to hotohori consider his marriage "your highness is nineteen, it's time to consider marriage. Our public officials have gone to great trouble to gather the beautiful woman from all over the empire. Why do you ignore the women of the Royal consort?" Said the counselor. Hotohori having a trouble face answer "because... I'm far more beautiful than them!" The counselor was trouble to answer the emperor too, then he continued "that was joke, shouldn't we more concentrating on empire instead me?" "That's right but how about that nuriko?" "Nonsense! She is one of the warrior to serve miaka" then miaka suddenly startle them right in front them, the counselor was fainted, the emperor just get surprised and ask "what are you doing at this time?" She answer "sorry for startled you, I was just on my way to do a favor for nuriko" "aren't you two getting along? I can order her to be friend with you" "no, and hotohori? You can't order someone feelings to change, I amat to make friend with her with my own way, bye" and she waved at him run to find the pond. Hotohori surprised her words and his heart race on her while looking her back with loving gaze.
Miaka POV
I found the pond but is cold and dark here... But I hold it and begin search the earring. Then a seaweed caught on my feets and drag me down till my body was in underwater. I... Can't... Breath...
Yui POV
What a strange day... Was it really blood? Huh? Why my entire body wet? And there was a seaweed on my head. The heck is going around here! Suddenly I can't breath properly. What's wrong with me? Then a phone call come out, i reach the phone answer the call "this is Hong residence" it was miaka mother voice while worrying voice said "yui? Are miaka in your house?" "No mam, she's not here, what happened with miaka?" While I turn out worried too is something happens to miaka "miaka ran out and hasn't been home since two hours ago!" What?
Tamahome POV
I woke up on my sleep cause I feel like somebody calling me, miaka? I swear she was calling me. I get up from bed find miaka but I stopped cause I heard nuriko voice on her room "what a foolish girl, she went to search for nonexistent earring in that cold pond. I was restricted to the inner buildings how could I have gone near the pond in the first place?" And the other girl in her room laughing and said "she probably freezing in the cold water now" I couldn't hold the temper anymore and went inside without knock and ask "what did you said!?"
While miaka gonna drown but she didn't realize her forehead glowing, the seaweed was gone and she managed get out from the pond
I gotta find her! But nuriko grab my hand stop me from moving "let go you muscle-bound woman!" "I never let you go!" "Don't you see miaka trying her hardest just to be friends with you!?" How could she do that after all miaka done to her!? I can't believe it! I can't even move because her strength! Then she confessed "I don't like her! She's got you and the emperor! I've been in the Royal consort for a year and he never glance once at me! Then she comes out from nowhere and get royal treatment! And his majesty just be good to her like she's a princess! What's so good about her!? Just because she's from another world!? That's why I get a revenge for stealing you away from her!" Then I heard miaka voice "so... That explains you're in love with hotohori?" I turned to the direction her voice and her entire body was wet probably from the pond and I ask her if she's alright, but she didn't answer me and walk toward nuriko and give her a stone and she said "there was no earrings but I found this stone, isn't pretty? And this stone managed glowing." Nuriko looking at her while said "impossible, you fool! You really went into the pond? I was lying!" But miaka didn't annoyed nor angry still have a calm face said "I knew that, your story didn't add up, you say yourself you weren't allowed to go outside." Nuriko speeches end up slapping at her, but miaka slapping back at her. She still having calm face said "so you were jealous at me?... Don't worry there's nothing going on between hotohori and me. If you want me to help you? I can talk to hotohori" smiling generously at her. Miaka you are idiot or kind? While nuriko burst out crying while touch her cheeks but it's not because hurt but because her jealousy took over her.
Miaka POV
So she doesn't have a crush on tamahome! Glad that hehe. Then after talk to nuriko I getting change my clothes and went to hotohori room try talk to hotohori about nuriko so he can pay attention at her. But hotohori like he didn't care about it and ask me if I have someone I love? In a moment I was thinking tamahome. Why he suddenly talk about me? I didn't answer him and said not to worry about me. But before i realize it he opening his heart to me "but I have one and she is right In front of me" huh? Then he's getting closer to me until I fall in his bed and he getting on top of me.
