Okay I'll say this once. Sorry if any time its says trump card it's spell Drumpf, my brother put in an extension on Chrome that changes the world trump to that. In this case it's not funny.

Now on to the chapter because I have nothing else to talk about.

Naruto sighed as he walked back into the Emperor's palace. He had just woken up from his night with Leone a few hours ago and already had to go back to his 'work' with the Jaegers. He had heard that Kurome had gone missing last night. That was something that may have worried him if not for the fact that he already knew what had happened to her. Sasuke had made his move and kidnapped Kurome. If everything went as plan they would have a new friend.

He was making his way through the halls towards the room where the Jaegers were meeting. Since Esdeath was still bedridden they had been put under the command of Budo for the time being. Naruto hadn't seen much from the general but if the rumors about him were true then he may pose an issue later on. He had felt Sasuke's chakra spike before which he assumed was during his battle with Kurome.

Arriving at the door Naruto let out a breath before opening the door only to run right into a set of pillows. Naruto looked up to see Esdeath smiling down at him with red dusting her cheeks. Naruto was surprised to see the general up and running so soon after their battle. She still had medical gaze around her forehead and covering her upper torso but seemed to be able to move by herself just find.

"Esdeath?!" Naruto called in surprise getting the attention of the remaining Jaegers. The blue haired woman hugged his head into her chest and held him tightly. Naruto almost suffocated from lack of air before he managed to pull his head out. "I thought you would be out for a few more days?" Naruto asked her.

"One of the members of a new group formed by the Minister helped heal me up rather quickly. I'm still fairly weak for now unfortunately. Honest has forbidden me from leaving on missions or hunts." She said sounding rather annoyed by the fact that she was being considered weak by her battle against Kitsune had taken a giant toll on her body. Every hit she had taken had done large amounts of damage and using her Trump Card only made it worse.

"Esdeath enough." Budo said seriously as he walked towards them. Esdeath frowned but let go of Naruto. The two blonds stared off against one another before Budo continued. "Naruto Uzumaki, you're late. I will not tolerate incompetence from you. I expect you to do just as much as everyone else now that we lost so many members." The General said much to Naruto's displeasure.

"I don't have a Teigu." the blond said earning a stern look from the muscular man who opened a chest and threw a large sword at him. The blond easily caught but felt a large shock once he had fully gripped it. "Damn it!" Naruto yelled as he dropped the sword only for it to break when it hit the ground.

Budo's eyes widened when he saw the weapons destroyed at the feet of the blond. "To have such a strange reaction to a teigu. Never before have I seen one break from mere contact with someone." Budo said to Naruto. The general crossed his arms as he stared at destroyed weapon, "I'm afraid that we can not risk you destroying another teigu on accident." Budo said as he walked over to the table. Naruto looked at Esdeath who looked intrigued by what had happened to the sword.

"So what are we going to do?" Esdeath asked her fellow general. She wanted Naruto to be able to protect himself should he be attacked by someone like night raid. He couldn't rely on his trench knives against someone like dreaded what would happen if he had to face Kitsune in battle without her around. They had already lost Kurome recently and they had no idea what had happened to her. They found remains of a large scale battle but no sign of her or her attacker.

"He will simply have to hone skills without a teigu and hope he never gets in a situation over his head." Budo said much to Esdeath's displeasure. In a way he was calling Naruto weak saying that he would die if he ever faced a strong opponent. She knew Naruto was strong, that's why she fell in love with him. After her battle with Kitsune her mind had been plagued by what the masked man had said to her.

"I think Naruto should stay behind." Bors said his option. Naruto looked over at the masked man in shock. He hadn't heard the man talk too much since he started working with the group and rare engaged in conversation with him unlike Seryu or Esdeath. "Our work is dangerous, I don't want to see him suffer a worthless death. Without a Teigu he will easily be killed." Bors said.

Budo looked over at the Jaeger before looking back at Naruto. Naruto tried to seem unnerved by the man's gaze as the general seemed to analize him. "You must pull your weight and I will make you do your job. But I will not through a sheep to the wolfs. Having you dead will only encourage our enemies to fight harder. You will act as support from now on." Budo stated. "This brings us to our next operation. We have found out where Night Raid's base is after going through the notes that left behind. We still haven't finished going through all the information he left behind and we believed he found out far more than he seemed to show." Budo explained to the group.

Naruto's eyes widened at the implications. Stylish had found out about him being Kitsune before their battle. If he had recorded information such as Night Raid's base he might have recorded who he was as well. If the empire found out about that it would be disastrous. He could be branded a traitor and who knew what Esdeath would do. He didn't know how he fully felt about her yet but Esdeath had made it clear that she loved him. Crushing that love would only lead to more hatred, something he didn't want to do. It brought his mind back to what he and Leone had talked about after their night together.

Flashback

Naruto opened his eyes to the pleasant sight of his blond lover calmly sleeping him. Both were still in the same state as the night before. The two had fallen asleep tangled together in each other's grip. Naruto caressed her face gently, much to his surprise she leaned into his hand and opened her eyes. Blue met gold as they stared into eachother's eyes for what seemed like hours. "Good morning." Naruto said but received a kiss in return. "I'll take than."

Leone sat up letting the blanket fall off her body and exposing her bust. Leone stretched a bit before noticing Naruto's stare. "Sorry big boy but I'm still a bit sore from last night." Leone said sticking her tongue out. Naruto chuckled and watched as she bent over to pick up her tube top giving him a clear view of her shapely ass.

"Hey Leone." Naruto asked the woman who stopped midway of putting her pants on. The blond assassin turned to her lover giving him her full attention. "What are we going to do about Esdeath?" the former shinobi asked Leone. It was common knowledge that the general intended to marry him.

Leone tapped her chin as she thought about the subject. "I already decided on what to do." Leone said jumping on him forcing him on his back. "I don't mind sharing if she doesn't and earns her place." Leone said leaning in next to his ear. "Just remember that I am and will always be your main." She said in a sultry tone biting his ear. She felt content when she felt him harden under her but got off him.

"Are you sure Leone?" Naruto asked her. He didn't want to hurt her if he could avoid it. However even with his initial dislike of Esdeath he could feel himself becoming closer to her even if slightly.

"I'm sure, I made up my mind of this a while ago to be honest due to some circumstances." Leone explained slightly but only served on confuse him even further. He didn't know what circumstances were or why they would convince her to even consider sharing him. Leone smiled at his confused face as she put on the rest of her clothing.

Her reason for being okay with sharing was simple, she knew that Sheele loved him just as much as she did. He had saved her life, gave her back her legs, cared for her, and retrained her body. And despite all this he asked for nothing in return from her. At first she was a bit angry that her friend was trying to take the man she claimed, but she couldn't deny Sheele her happiness and was already rather open about the possibility of sharing. Both of them had lived hard lives with only a few good moments. Letting Esdeath join the fun wasn't really a favorable choice but if Naruto could find some decency in her not only would that help the war effort but would prove for some rather 'interesting' situations. 'Maybe I can even get Akame to join in.' Leone thought unknown to Naruto.

She may be brash and she wasn't the smartest member of Night Raid, but she knew that if Esdeath really loved Naruto then taking Naruto from her would enrage her. Seeing the stuff she does casually she didn't want to think what Esdeath would do if angered. She knew that her Naruto would be able to bring out the best in her even if it was a slow processes for both of them.

Flashback end

"However because of our shortened man power, we will be unable to launch a full tactical assault until next week. We will not take any chances with this, we will destroy Night Raid in one attack. Since General Esdeath and Seryu are injured and we just lost Kurome, we are down in number." Budo said getting saddened looks from both Wave and Run. They had both had been two of the members of the empire's military who Naruto somewhat respected. He wished he had been able to speak with Run a bit more than he had been able to, but time restraints and Esdeath didn't give him an opportunity

"What happens next week?" Wave asked the general. Naruto had to admit that it was a good question on the fisherman's side. A week wasn't enough time for Esdeath to make a full recovery nor would they be able to truly replace some of their members.

"This week will be give to prepare and allow a group lead by the Minister's son to become adjusted to life in the Empire once again. They had an encounter with Taka a while back so they would be able give us some information." Budo answered the question. Naruto knew who they were talking about, Sasuke had told him about how the Lord of the Path of Peace had sent him on a mission only to find a village raped. "One of their members arrived early today and managed to heal Esdeath to a degree."

"That would be me." Naruto turned around to see a young woman standing at the door behind him. She was rather short and had blond hair with a bow in it. She wore a blue dress with an apron over it.

"Careful with her Naruto. We don't know what she can do but I sense she is far older than she looks. Her energy seems to be mixed in with hundreds of others, maybe a vampire of sorts." Gyuki warned getting sounds of agreement from his siblings.

'Another Kakuzu?' Naruto questioned himself.

"What are you looking at?" The girl seemed to snap at him. Naruto looked away and walked towards one of the chairs not wanting to start some arguement. Unfortunately this only served to insult the young looking woman who stomped her way towards him. "Don't ignore me!" She yelled getting a glare from Esdeath who was preparing to freeze her but got a glare from Budo who due to her weakened state could beat her.

"Sorry." Naruto apologized.

The woman glared at him before calming down a bit and handed him an empty blood bag. "I'm going to be serving as the doctor for now. I'm going to need blood samples from each of you to assure the best possible treatment in case of injury. And no complaining or I'll have the Prime Minister force you." She said before handing every Jaeger a bag. "My name is Dorothea try not to get killed." She said before leaving the room.

"Do I have to?" Naruto asked not really wanting to give up his blood to some insane scientist.

Budo glared at him which put everyone on nerve except for him and Esdeath. "Unless you have a valid reason not to then yes you have to." he answered before narrowing his eyes on him. "Unless you have something to hide?" He asked making a threat.

Naruto frowned but knew that if he didn't comply he would become the subject of suspicion in the empire. If he were to be attacked by all sides by the empire in their home base, many of those ignorant to the Empire's crimes would see him as the bad guy. This would also set back the revolution since many would associate his retaliation with them. "Fine."

"Now while we wait for for our allies, we have a a threat to deal with. A number of danger beasts have been seen attacking the people of villages near the capital. It is safe to assume that they may try to attack the city directly soon and despite their low level they may cause some damage. We will be eliminating them as soon as possible. We will separate into groups of two. Run and Wave will survey the nearby forest, Bors and I will survey the area around the walls of the city, Esdeath and Naruto will survey the mountains." Budo ordered earning nods from the group. Esdeath placed a hand on Naruto's shoulder and smiled at him. It was clear that she was happy being paired with him for the mission. "Then prepare to move out by tonight."

"Let's go!" Esdeath said taking his right arm in her cleavage before dragging him away out of the room. Budo glared at them for a bit before sighing and turning his attention back to the the destroyed Teigu.

"Esdeath I have to do something before tonight!" Naruto said giving a few tugs to pull his arm out of her grip.

Esdeath smiled, "I'll just come with you then." the general said much to the blond's dismay. Much to her word Esdeath followed him out of the palace and into the city. As they walked they drew in many looks of awe and jealousy from the people of the capital. Naruto was a bit embarrassed when they passed by Lubbock's book store which was being cleared by said man.

"Hey Lubbock." Naruto said to his green haired friend. The hidden assassin waved at the couple and walked over to them. "Have you met General Esdeath?" Naruto asked awkwardly as he motioned to the woman holding his arm.

"I'm afraid I've never had the pleasure." Lubbock said bowing deeply before them. "It's an honor to meet you General." the green haired man said to Esdeath. Naruto felt terrible since it must have been terrible for him to say that to one of his group's main enemies. The green haired man rose back up and smiled nervously.

"The honor is mine." Esdeath said smiling slightly. "Any friend of my love is a friend of mine as well." Esdeath said to the assassin who was growling at her on the inside. He still remembered how the blue haired general had shattered the arm and destroyed the eye of the object of his affection. "How about we look inside the store?" She asked Naruto.

"Sorry Esdeath but I really need to talk to a friend of mine before we leave. Maybe Lubbock here can show you a bit about his business while I find my associate?" Naruto asked earning him a betrayed look from the green haired bookkeeper.

"Nope." Esdeath said to the blond before dragging him away waving at the assassin who waved back. Once she turned around Lubbock's cheerful expression turned into a glare. His eyes concentrated on the woman who was walking away with the blond. He was a bit happy that Esdeath had refused Naruto's suggestion, he didn't know how long he could keep his cool around her.

'I don't know how you can stand her Naruto, but I hope you know what you're doing.' Lubbock thought before returning to his shop to finish cleaning.

Naruto and Esdeath arrived at the bar that he ran before he was taken by Esdeath. Naruto gasped as he saw how popular it had become since he was last there. Looking around he saw Air, Luna, and Fal acting as the waitresses while Sasuke ran the bar counter. Naruto sweatdropped when he saw his best friend growling as he pushed away some of the drunken female customers.

"Oi Sasuke!" Naruto yelled getting the Uchiha's attention. The former avenger glared at his friend before releasing his killing intent frightening the woman into a mini coma. Esdeath nodded at the display while Naruto shook his head as they sat in two of the now vacant seats. "Was that necessary teme?" Naruto asked Sasuke. "Either way we need to talk." Naruto said before turning to Esdeath. "In private."

Sasuke nodded and walked to the back room. Naruto stood up walked over to the door only to be stopped when Esdeath grabbed his arm. "What's so important that I can't find out?" Esdeath questioned him. The two stared into eachother's eyes in a battle of wills. The three girl's Sasuke had saved before looked on in fear that Esdeath might discover Naruto's identity as Kitsune.

"Esdeath, this is very personal. Just this one thing." Naruto begged.

"Fine. You have two minutes." Esdeath said letting Naruto go through the door. From the other side the blond could hear her counting down from one hundred and twenty.

Naruto laughed a bit before going deeper into the bar's back until he reached a dead end at the end of the hallway. The blonde placed his hand on the wooden floor and lightly pulsed his chakra into the wood. Within seconds the floor vanished in front of him revealing a staircase, with a wide smirk on his face Naruto stood up and walked down into a large room with stone walls.

"Care to tell me what you were thinking bring Esdeath here?" the reincarnation of Indra asked his 'brother'. When Sasuke saw the blond walk in with Esdeath he almost wanted to kill the dobe and ended up knocking out some of the annoying fangirls with his KI. "Nevermind. What is it?" the Uchiha asked Naruto.

"When Stylish died he left behind a huge amount of data for the Empire including things he had kept a secret until his death. He already discovered where Night Raid is based but never informed the rest of the Jaegers, we are preparing an attack around next week. However he also discovered that I was Kitsune and no doubt left that in his notes should he have failed to kill me." Naruto explained to Sasuke who bit his lip. This was a bad situation and not really one he wanted to be in.

"Do you know where that information is being held?" Sasuke asked earning a head shake from the blond. "I'm guessing Esdeath is trying to spend as much time with you as possible so you probably will not get a chance to do the job." Sasuke said as he stood up and summoned a mask and cloaked. "I'll have it done soon." Sasuke said dressing up like Taka. Next to him a clone of his original appearance appeared.

"Thanks Sasuke." Naruto said before he heard Esdeath calling his name, "Got to go. I'll leave my window open for you to enter easily." Naruto said before running back to the general who was waiting for him at the bar above. The Uchiha watched his friend run before turning around smiling slightly before going to do his work.

In front of the palace (Night Time)

Sasuke sat crouched on the ledge of one of the roofs near the wall that separated the city from the palace where the Emperor lived. The Uchiha leaped over the wall and landed softly on the ground on the other side. "Meisaikagure" Sasuke muttered. His image distorted for a moment before he disappeared completely.

The masked Uchiha walked towards the massive building that housed the Empire's royalty. Despite the large amount of guard around the front none of they were able to see past his jutsu. Looking up he saw an open window where Naruto and Esdeath's room was. 'This is easy...to easy.' Sasuke thought as he walked up the wall towards the open window. He almost felt bad being able to enter this easily despite the security.

Making it into the room the Uchiha looked around for a bit before exiting the room. As he walked through the halls he couldn't comprehend how the royalty could have such funds to waste on useless things yet how severe the poverty was outside. He didn't feel a bit of regret at thought of the people he had killed.

After wandering around the endless halls of the castle he found a man wearing a lab coat carrying a huge stack of papers. 'He will do.' Sasuke thought as he shadowed the man until he was close enough to grab on to his head. The man froze as he felt the hand on his head.

"What's going on?!" He asked as he looked back only to see no one behind him but he could feel someone's hand on his head. Before he could scream for help his soul was ripped out of him. Sasuke absorbed the soul while the now soulless body fell to the ground.

Sasuke scowled as he saw some of the man's memories. While many of Orochimaru's experiments were worse than the majority, the Empire had it's moments when it surpassed even the sannin. But that didn't matter at the moment, he had other things to do. With his destination in mind he made his way towards the lab where Stylish's data was being analized.

Inside the room Sasuke found about a dozen or so men and woman looking through the hundreds of files left behind by the former Jaeger. Sasuke pulled out a kunai and attached an explosive tag to the end.

"I just fou-" One of the men started before the kunai flew into his throat. Panic filled the room as the scientists scrambled away for the door before the tag detonated. Everyone in the palace heard and felt the rumbles of the explosion. Sasuke walked away from the room what was little more than a crater filled with mangled bodies and destroyed computers.

"Stop villain!" Sasuke heard up the hall. His eyes narrowed as he saw an orange haired woman running towards him. He recognized her to a degree from the information Naruto had given him in the past about the Jaegers. She was Seryu Ubiquitous. She was moderately different from what Naruto described. Her entire body with the exception of her head was covered in dark gray and black mechanical armor. Her jaw was covered in a metal mask and he could see a glowing red line running down her face over her eye. It was clear to him that her skin had been replaced with some kind of synthetic material. The iris in her eyes looked cybernetic, zooming and focusing on him.

'It seems like after being beaten so quickly by Naruto she upgraded her body.' Sasuke mused to himself. He had to admit she looked much more intimidating now compared to what she looked like before the battle against Naruto. "Leave now, you wouldn't get a second chance to run girl." Sasuke warned drawing his sword. The cybernetic woman narrowed her eyes on the sword that now had sparks of electricity dancing on the blade.

"You think I would just run away from someone like you? Someone who defies justice! Kitsune humiliated me when he attacked us. He nearly killed me that night, but everything's different now Taka. I'm stronger than before and thanks to Dorothea and the data Stylish left behind I have been reborn into the ultimate weapon of justice!" Seryu claimed before she ran at Sasuke.

The Uchiha's eyes widened slightly when he saw how fast the soldier had become. A blade extended out of the top of her arm as she swung her arm at him. Sasuke blocked the attack frowning as he felt a good amount of force behind it. "It seems like you are stronger." Sasuke said before forcing his blade up knocking her off balance. "But I'm still stronger." Taka said slashing down on her.

Surprise filled him when Seryu was able to catch his sword with her free hand. Seryu growled as she tried to hold back the sword. Sparks flew as the current running through the sword grinded against her metal skin. "Don't underestimate me Taka!" Seryu yelled clenching her hand around the blade. Much to the Uchiha's surprise she was able to shatter the weapon with her shear strength.

"Just goes to show how bad the quality of this country's weapons are." Sasuke muttered as he jumped back away from the cyborg. Unlike his old sword which he had lost in the battle against Kaguya this one wasn't made to handle chakra and were naturally weaker. "I guess I'll have to really try this time." Sasuke said drawing two kunai.

"Die!" Seryu yelled as she pointed her palms at him. The center of her palms opened allowing a gun barrel to come out of each palm. Sasuke's Sharingan spun slowly as it prepared for the incoming attack. Bullets flew out of the barrels at the masked Shinobi who smirked under his mask. Sasuke deflected every bullet that came towards him with ease, to him the bullets were moving in slow motion thanks to his eyes.

"Not bad." Sasuke said before concentrating on one of the statues behind Seryu. 'Amenotejikara'. Sasuke disappeared in an instant from the Jaeger's sight and replaced with statue. Before she could register what had happened she saw her right arm separate from her body. Sasuke stabbed her through where her heart was and streamed lightning chakra through his kunai and into Seryu's body.

"Idiot." Seryu said smirking as she thrusted her elbow back into Sasuke's stomach. Sasuke grunted a bit a jumped away from her. "Do you really think that would work?" Seryu asked grinning creepily. The former guard grabbed the kunai in her back and pulled it out with her left arm. The wound sealed itself within seconds, Sasuke also noted that she was regenerating the arm he had severed moments ago. "Not only was my strength and speed enhanced beyond anything in the past, but my body was merged with Koro making me immortal." Seryu said grinning revealing her rows of razor sharp teeth.

"You talk too much." Sasuke said igniting his left hand in black lightning. Seryu couldn't even react as Sasuke plunged his hand through her chest. Sasuke ripped his hand out letting Seryu stagger back before he kicked her in the head launching her back into the wall on the other side of the hall. "You're body may be tougher but you're still a worm before me." Sasuke said glaring at her.

Seryu pulled herself out of the wall as the damage done to her chest regenerated rapidly. Her eyes glowed red as she narrowed her sights on Sasuke.

"Aaaarrrrrggg!" She roared as she charged at the Uchiha. A blade extended out of each arm like before leaving cut marks on the floor as she neared took in a deep breath before breathing out massive ball of fire. Seryu didn't stop her charge and ran straight into the attack. The fireball exploded when it made contact with seryu but she ran through the blaze at the Uchiha.

"You're really annoying." Sasuke said as he vanished from his spot. Seryu turned around expecting him to be there only to find him nowhere near here.

"You're not getting away from me!" Seryu yelled as her right eye turned green. Her vision changed so that everything was the same color but could now see through every wall and living beings being signaled out as red. The Jaeger scanned the building catching sight of Taka jumping over the wall separating the palace from the rest of the city. "Got yoooUUUU!" She said before being hit in the back of the head.

"What do you think you're doing!" Budo yelled as he glared at the downed girl. "There is no fighting within these walls for the safety of the Emperor!" Budo yelled as he berated the cyborg for fighting inside the home of the empire's leader. He had rushed back when he saw the explosions during the hunt. "We'll deal with Taka but we will not endanger the Emperor's life."

With Dorothea

Dorothea sat in the lab she was given by Honest with the packs full of blood from the Jaegers. The young looking woman picked up the blood pack she had gotten from Naruto. It was by far the most interesting of the batch. Many of the poison's she tried mixing in to see what the effects were destroyed by the blood.

"How interesting. Despite being separated from the host this blood can fight back even my strongest poison." Dorothea said to herself as she brought the pack of blood to her nose and took a sniff. She couldn't help it. Her curiosity had gotten the better of her as she bit into the bag. Her Teigu started to absorb the blood into her body.

She only meant to drink a bit of the blood-maybe a sip or two-but before she knew it she was chugging it down with fervor. Her body felt weak as she tasted how rich the blond's blood was. Her face went red as she drank every last drop of the blood. As weak as she felt she could feel power swelling inside of her body as her teigu absorbed the blood.

Dorothea let the bag drop to the floor as she relaxed in her chair panting. There was a small wet spot on the upholstery of her chair. Her entire body felt warm as Naruto's blood was integrated into it. Her eyes were half lit as her mind was becoming clouded. The last thing she saw before blacking out the slight changes on her face. Each cheek had two faint line slowly etched onto her skin. She then fainted with a fulfilled smile on her face.

And there you go. I don't think I'll be starting any new stories any times soon given the fact that well...I barely have time for the ones I have. And yes to the people wondering I will be buffing some characters up given the fact that I need something to write about.
