crap crap crap crap crap! how do I escape? there's gotta be a way to get out of this, right?

"miss Fujioka, its time to choose one." one of the maids say to me, prodding at my clothes. I pull away.

"yeah, about that, i wont be swimming today."

"and why exactly is that?" she raises an eyebrow.

"because im not comfortable with wearing a swimsuit in front of all of them." i lie.

"why not, its just a little skin?" she's really making this difficult.

"its more than a little, it shows my entire back!"

"well then just wear a swim shirt over the top" i sigh. how can i get out of this now?

"but i-" suddenly she pulls off my clothes and shoves me in a black bikini, somehow missing the fact that i have wings. i back up until my back is touching the wall. "h-how did you do that so fast?! and where's the sim shirt?!" she throws something towards my face and i catch it with one hand before it makes contact. i look at it to see that its a shirt. i slip it on and then walk out with a sigh.

"nice work ladies" the twins praise the maids and i roll my eyes. Haruhi walks out in a pink two piece suit with a weird hat thing. Tamaki also walks over and looks at us, his face turning red. he looks away to hide his face and holds out two sweatshirts.

"here, its improper for ladies to show that much skin before they're married." Haruhi takes one and i push the other away.

"no thanks, its pretty hot out here plus, I'm already wearing it, so i might as well keep it on." i say as i walk past him. i start towards the chairs when Honey runs over and clings to my arm.

"Homu-chan! you wanna share some coconut juice with me, or do you wanna piece of the mango cake?!"

"yeah sure, why not?" he spins me around then runs off. i look over at Mori who is watching a bird fly into the forest.

"hey Homura, wanna go check out the water slide?" i hear Kaoru ask behind me, i turn to look at them.

"sorry, im not swimming today. i'm only wearing this because its hot here and i had no choice."

"oh really, is that so?" they step towards me smirking.

"oh no" i turn and start to sprint. after a minute their footprints stop. i turn around to see their gone. "wha-" they appear behind me and next thing i know they're holding me over their heads and running towards the pool. this is bad. they stop towards the edge.

"are you ready, were gonna throw you."

"no! im not swimming!" they take another step forward.

"one..."

what do i do?!

"two..."

"no please?!"

"thre-"

"i cant swim!" i yell, interrupting them. they immediately freeze. they put me down in front of them and stare at me.

"why didn't you say something sooner" Hikaru asks.

"..."

"how come you never learned?"

"well, i guess i never really gave it much thought." that's not true, since i have wings, i cant wear a swimsuit in public, and we cant afford a private place to go swimming, so i never learned how.

"if you want we cant teach you."

"no thats ok, i think ill just sit this one out" its not like it would do me any good to know how to swim.

"then its settled, were going to teach you how to swim!" they yell, ignoring what i said.

"w-what?! if you were just gonna teach me anyways then why did you say 'if i want'?!" they also ignored that. they grab my arms and drag me to the shallow end of the pool.

about an hour later...

"ok Homura, its time to test your newly found swimming skills!"

"i don't think im ready! what if I cant make it all the way to the end?!"

"then we'll help you out, then continue with your training!" I walk over and sit by the edge of the deep end, letting my feet touch the water. in order to test my new skills I half to swim from one side of the deep end to the other side. they run to the other side.

"are you ready!?"

"i guess!"

"then... go!" I push off the edge and into the water, swimming as fast as I can. while i'm swimming I count how long I can hold my breath. apparently I cant hold my breath for almost a minute, which is also about how long it takes me to get to the other side. as soon as im there, they pull me out and spin me around like a kid.

"that was great!"

"you really are a fast learner!" I give a half smile.

"thanks, but don't give me all the credit. if it weren't for you two, I wouldn't even know how to swim." they smile and Honey runs over to me.

"Homu-chan! you wanna go swimming in the current pool with me now that you know how to swim?!"

"maybe a little later, k?" Haruhi walks over with a annoyed look and he runs up to her.

"what about you Haru-chan?!"

"no thanks, i'm not swimming today. hold on, you know how to swim, do you still need that float?" he was wearing a pink float that went around his waist and had light pink bunnies on it. he shakes his head.

"no, it just looks cuter this way!" he twirls around then starts skipping to the current pool.

"your right, those bunnies are cute." Haruhi agrees.

"he's so innocent." the twins and I say in unison.

"no way! you've got it all wrong!" I hear a familiar female voice say, followed by the loud sound of a motor and her signature laugh.

"no way, it cant be..." I say, looking around. a beach house thing splits in half and moves to the sides, allowing Renge and he platform to come up out of the ground. we all stare at her.

"how does she do that?! its like the rig follows us!" I yell, and she hops down.

"that outfits pretty impressive." Hikaru states.

"what's with the tattoo?" Kaoru adds, tilting his head. she smiles.

"you don't recognize it, im cosplaying!"

"yeah, as who?"

"la la!" she sings.

"la la? you mean like the manga magazine?" Kaoru guesses.

"her petite and slender frame! her blue eyes that light up young mens faces! her singing voice, laa! I am... Quon kisaragi!" she yells. I don't think she realizes how different they look. she stated that Quon has blue eyes, and she has hazel eyes for starters, not to mention the hair.

"I wouldn't have guessed!" Haruhi states, thinking the same thing.

"I certainly didn't know who you were!" Tamaki says. she starts posing while the twins and Tamaki talk about who knows what. after a minute she stops and points at us.

"listen up boys and girl! you obviously need help understanding Honey senpai's hidden motives! look!" she points at Honey, who jumps into the current pool yelling Mori's name. he looks over and watches Honey wave to him laughing.

"what are you talking about?!" Tamaki asks.

"think about what he said to you earlier, hes not being as cute and innocent as you think!"

"I agree," Kyoya adds, pushing up his glasses, "try putting the word 'i' at the beginning of that sentence." we all stop and think about it.

'just looks cuter this way...I just look cuter this way... what?!

"he planned that!" we all figure it out at the same time.

"that's Haninozuka for you! the other day, he felt threatened by another loli-boy type so he's taken steps to keep his rank. I should give him more credit, he's a lot smarter than I thought." she steps back onto her platform and slowly sinks down into the depths of wherever she stays down there as we all sit there in disbelief.

"hey look everybody!" we hear Honey yell, and we look towards the current pool to see him on Mori's back while he swims against the current. "even though we're swimming really fast we never go any farther than we are now!"

"could he really be that smart?" I hear Haruhi say just before Hikaru sprays Tamaki in the face with a water gun.

"come on boss, lets go! lets have a water gun fight!" Kaoru proposes.

"it'll be me and Kaoru against you, if you get it in the face you lose, what do you say?!" Hikaru adds.

"forget it! why would I want to subject myself to a childish game like that?" an evil grin appears on each twins' face, and Hikaru walks up to me. he spins me around and then dips me, his face just inches away from mine. I feel my face heat up at the sudden closeness. oh god! please don't be red!

"Homura I think its time that we got married." he says, and I nearly choke on my breath. I look in the corner of my eye to see Kaoru wrap his arm around Haruhi.

"yeah, and then me and you can get married Haruhi!"

"we can have a double wedding and then honeymoon in Ottawa!" Hikaru proposes. I catch him glance over at Tamaki who is trying his hardest not to freak out. Hikaru smiles and leans in closer so I can feel his breath on my lips. oh god! what is happening?! is this a joke?! he's not a bout to kiss me is he?! what do I do?!

"do you really think id ever let them marry you guys?" Tamaki says. Hikaru stops, his smile growing wider. "daddy says no!" Hikaru lets go of me and runs off with Kaoru. that was too close. I let out a breath I was apparently holding. Honey calls out to me.

"Homura, you wanna come swim in the current pool now?!" I walk over.

"sure why not, I need to get my mind off of what just happened." his face immediately lights up. i jump in and try to swim against the current like Mori, but just end up getting dragged around the current pool. it takes me in a big circle, then when i get back to where Honey is i stop myself by the edge.

"Mori makes that look easy, its a lot harder than it loo- what?!" i stare at Honey in disbelief as he swims against the current without even trying. ok Homura, if he can do it, so can you! you half avian for crap sake, this is a piece of cake! i tell myself in my head. i swim next to Honey then start to swim against the current. it takes a minute, but eventually i am able to do it. Honey notices this and smiles at me.

"you did it!"

"yeah! i'm gonna take a break for a bit, k?!" he nods and i swim over to the edge. i'm about to hop out i hear a rapid sound. i look ahead of us to see a huge wave just feet away. i try to jump back over to Honey so i can try to pull him out with me, but someone catches me and pulls me back. the wave crashes over Honey and i struggle to get away from whoever is holding me.

"Honey senpai! let go of me, he needs help!" i turn around in their arms to try to push off their stomach, but stop when i see who it is.

"Mori! please, someone have to go after him!"

"and we'll all go after him together" Tamaki says to me, then he throws his fist in the air, "ok everyone, we're going after Honey senpai! that pool looks like the quickest way, charge!" we all run towards the current pool.

"wait! i wouldn't go-" Kyoya starts, but we learn the hard way.

"there are alligators in there!" we yell, running back.

"ok, so, we cant use that pool! then lets try this way next!" he points towards the forest, but we are greeted once again by alligators. we try a bunch of different ways but each time there are alligators. i try another spot by the forest but, of course, theres an alligator. it snaps at me and i grab a giant tree branch. "do you want to do this buddy, or are you gonna get the hell out of my way?!" it snaps again.

"fine!" i lift up the branch, but before i can hit the alligator, the twins pull me back and i drop it.

"are you insane?!"

"yes!" i try to pick up the branch, but they pull me farther away from it.

"you cant fight that thing!"

"why no-" Haruhi puts a hand on my shoulder.

"were going to go get him, don't worry."

"but-" i cut myself off. i cant lose another friend... i cant... even if this is a different situation... i cant lose someone else. i take a deep breath. "alright. so how do we save him without doing something stupid."

after discussing where we are and where we need to go...

"wow, this is almost like a real jungle!" Tamaki exclaims.

"yeah, and i keep hearing all these really strange animal calls." Haruhi agrees. they start to talk about Kyoya's family and the possibility of the animal calls belonging to the real thing. i look at Mori, his face as straight as ever. even though he's being calm right now, i have a feeling he's seriously worried. as if on cue, Mori slips on a banana.

"Mori senpai is..."

"acting as clumsy as you do boss!" Kaoru finishes his brothers sentence.

"shut up!" Tamaki glares daggers at them. the sky suddenly gets dark and Kyoya looks at his watch.

"oh, its almost time for the squall." its starts to pour and we sprint to a small rest area. luckily it has a roof. i sit down on the floor and pull my knees to my chest, resting my chin on them. they talk about how Honey and Mori are cousins by marriage, but i don't pay much attention. im too focused on how to stop shivering. I close my eyes and just sit. suddenly I feel arms around me and my eyes snap open. Hikaru and Kaoru are on my sides, Hikaru to my right and Kaoru on my left.

"w-what are y-you doing?" my teeth chatter, making my words shake.

"your cold aren't you?" Kaoru reminds me.

"so, were helping you warm up." Hikaru adds. I try to scoot away, but they scoot closer to me and hug me tighter.

"stay!" I do as I'm told, my muscles tense. after a minute I start to relax and actually warm up. Tamaki notices our situation and freaks.

"what do you two think you're doing to my daughter?!" he pulls me away. "how dare you touch her like that! daddy wont stand for it!" I smack his hand.

"shut up! I was cold so they were helping me, unlike you, and I've already got a dad I don't need another one!" he runs to a corner and sulks. I sigh and look over to see Mori and Haruhi walking in the opposite direction of where Honey went. I run over to them.

"hey, guys! Honey senpai went the opposite direction!" they stop and look at me.

"that's what I said, but he insists that he went this way, so im going with him." Haruhi states and I cross my arms.

"well then, im coming along too!"

"no Homura its dangero-" I walk past her and continue walking into the forest. she sighs and soon were all walking through the forest. Mori ends up carrying Haruhi 'cause she kept running into difficult obstacles. suddenly Mori stops walking and I bump into him.

"what's wro-" my question was interrupted by a bunch of soldier men dropping out of the sky. "what the hell?!"

"target confirmed! the target has been captured by a suspicious man, and it looks like he's captured a young lady as well. we'll take the target into custody, as well as the girl." one of the states, then they all point the guns at us. "you there! put the boy down immediately and let the girl go. if you refuse we'll have to take them by force!" one of them grabs Haruhi's arm and Mori kicks him in the face. holy crap!

another one tries to pull me away. "oh hell no!" I kick him right where the sun doesn't shine. he cowers and I stand in front of Haruhi. the men look at each other.

"it seems that the girl is siding with the suspect and both are resisting, prepare to fire warning shots!"

"Takashi, Haru-chan, Homu-chan, out of the way!" I hear a familiar childish voice yell, followed by a battle cry. Honey comes crashing down on a vine and kicks one of the soldiers in the face, flipping in the air before landing perfectly on his feet. the men aim at him, and in less then five seconds, Honey's flipped them and is pointing a finger at them. woah! Lolita-boy can fight!

"picking on my friends is bad, got it?!"

"Haruhi! Homura!" Haruhi and I turn around, only to be smashed into by Tamaki. "i was so worried." the twins kneel down and poke the soldiers.

"im not sure what happened here but at least they're still alive."

"its pretty amazing that this is Honey senpai's work, he must have really been holding back!" I pinch Tamaki's hand and he immediately lets go.

"what do you mean he was holding back?!" Haruhi asks.

"you mean you don't know.."

".. about senpai? the Haninozukas are famous for their martial arts. not only have they helped train the police and SDF forces, but they've also worked with several over seas militaries."

"well of course we didn't know, we just joined your club." I point out and they shrug.

"Honey in particular has been called the dread not of the Haninozuka family. by the time he was in middle school he had become the national champion in both karate and judo." Kyoya adds. Haruhi and I sit there, dumbfounded. so not only is he super smart, but he kicks ass too?!

"Mori senpai's no slouch either, he won the national championship in kendo when he was just in middle school!" Tamaki continues to add more surprising news. moving on from that subject, the twins turn to Honey.

"so, how did you find us?"

"it wasn't hard. it didn't take me long to reach the end of the current pool, so I decided to look for you guys." he states, matter of factly. I notice all of the soldiers bowing down to Honey. watching this I cant help but burst into laughter. this probably shouldn't be all that funny, but not to long ago they were acting like the kings of the world, and now they're bowing down! not that I blame them, the sight is just amusing to me. next to me, Haruhi falls back a little and I snap out of my laughter, catching her.

"you alright?"

"yeah, just overwhelmed." I laugh and push up so she's standing straight.

later...

"maybe we should go to the beach next." Hikaru suggest as we're leaving.

"yeah, the beach would be fun!" Kaoru agrees.

"you idiots! the girls don't wanna go to anything like that!"

"actually I like the beach! I may not be into this silly water park, but I like the ocean, it would be nice to go to the beach." Haruhi states, looking at the sunset.

"and now that I know how to swim, I wouldn't mind!"

"yeah, alright! then that's where were going next time!" Tamaki suddenly has a change of heart.

"we're all gonna go to the beach Tama-chan?! that sounds like fun, right Takashi?!"

"yeah"
