In the morning Kurama was the first to wake up, feeling unusually happy, not remembering why until he saw the woman resting over his chest with a relaxed expression. He brushed her indigo locks until he uncovered the left side of her neck, where he had bitten in the previous night. Instead of having a scar left by his fangs, she had the outline of a fox in red with the writing 玖 (9) over the stomach part, and if it happened with her then the same did with him. He peered at his shoulder, only seeing an indigo line, as he would need a mirror to see the mark properly. 'It's surely a wolf.' Then he remembered the engagement ring, that was in the pocket of his pants. 'Better get ready.' He sent a clone to order some flowers while he went to take a shower, wanting to surprise Hinata. Then he saw the mate mark in the mirror, an indigo outline of a wolf with the character 拾 (10) over its torso. The sound of cloth being moved indicated that he had to rush.

Hinata woke up facing a card that had a few instructions. 'Why didn't he wait for me?' Hinata went to take a bath, but she couldn't move so fast due to her soreness. 'Ow, it's still hurting a bit, but I wouldn't change a thing last night.' She saw the mark in the mirror and touched it softly, recalling what they experienced last night. When she had finished her bath and got dressed she met Kurama in the reception, ready for departing. They had walked a good distance while Hinata got lost in thoughts. 'I really hoped that he would have something planned for today...' She was so distracted that she haven't noticed that her mate had led her to a beautiful clearing until he called for her. "Hinata, can you turn around?" When she did she couldn't hold back a gasp of surprise, Kurama was holding a bouquet of white carnations, daffodils, daisies and stocks with some ivies curled around the stems, offering it to her. "These flowers only hold a small fraction of what I feel for you." She felt tears of joy about to fall at his actions, but he didn't stop there. "Hina, we were together for just a small time, but I do want to stay by your side forever, so I want to make this official..." He got down on one knee, showing the ring to her. "Will you marry me?" Hinata couldn't hold back her tears anymore and she jumped on him, wrapping her arms around his neck, making both fall down. "Yes! I accept!" Both laughed in sheer happiness and engaged in a deep kiss. Then they felt a light drizzle but there wasn't even a cloud in the sky. "He, it seems that even the gods gave us their blessing hime."

Two goddesses watched the scene. "Aren't you abusing a little of your authority over the other gods Kami?" "Nope, they deserve it after all that shit that they had to take. And don't you remember what Inari asked for the rain god?" "At least Inari won't keep nagging about him being single anymore." Kami had an impish smirk that resembled a certain snake sannin. "And focus more on you right Ammy-tan~?" Amaterasu sputtered at the innuendo. "I-I don't know what you're talking about!" "If you say so..." Then Kami saw her thoughts and mused. 'Liar~! Haha!' Nothing escaped the ever vigilant gaze of the most powerful deity. Amaterasu could swear that she saw a cat tail waving behind the entity.

The two Kumo nin were strolling around the village, frustrated as no one would open their mouths about the Uchiha. "Damn! Everybody told us to search for his teammates, but won't tell us where they are!" "Calm down Karui, if you end blasting your vocal chords we'll need to take you to the hospital but they won't accept us as we are from another village and-" "SHUT YOUR TRAP OMOI!" The fiery redhead was holding back her urge to punch her over pessimistic friend to the next week. But her control all but snapped when he began another of his infamous speeches. "GO COMPLAIN TO THE FUCKING SHINIGAMI!"

Kushina was feeling chipper after bashing the councilmen but Minato wanted to meet his former pupil. "I need to put Kakashi back to his tracks, if you know what I mean." She followed her husband, not wanting to lose the show. He found the cyclops ninja easily, as he was standing in front of the memorial stone. "Kakashi..." The ever late man got startled by the voice and turned around quickly. "Sensei?!" Them he saw the massive tick mark on the forehead of the blond, an unusual thing, as he was one of the most patient people he knew. "H-how?! Everybody knows that you died that night!" Minato had a crooked smile and an eye that was twitching uncontrollably. "You... knew that he was my son, yet you did nothing to help him... Then when you received him in your Genin team you neglected his training, focusing on the Uchiha and even teached him the Raikiri, that he would later use several times to try to kill my son. What do you have to say in your defense?" The cyclops lowered his head in shame. "I know sensei-" He never finished as he took a kick to the chin, launching him to the air, just to be assaulted by several blows that hit every part of his body, then he took a drop kick that sent him to the unforgiving ground, only to have a fist buried to his side and crashing on a tree. "Gaah...!" Kakashi was battered and bruised, coughing a bit of blood. Minato picked him up by his shirt, a blue swirling orb on his hand. He threw his body to the air, waiting until he began falling so he could slam the Rasengan on his chest, making him destroy a boulder that was on his path. "Now I know why you and Hitomi like to go crazy." Kushina just laughed at his comment.

Hitomi had a brow raised at the outburst of her daughter. "Kaa-chan? Not okaa-san?" Hanabi recoiled, thinking that she had stepped on a landmine. "Eep! It's because nee-san said that she called you like that. Is it bad?" The older woman just gave her a mother bear hug. "No dear, I was just surprised that you called me like that." A pillow was thrown at the pair. "Nngh... Shut up... I want to sleep..." Hanabi pouted them screamed at the slumbering boy. "Wake up Konohamaru!" He jumped high from fright. "Wah! Where I am?!" The young Sarutobi looked to his side, meeting two pairs of white eyes staring at him. When he looked at the woman an unexplainable fear creeped up his spine. 'Wawawawa-' Hitomi saw the signals that indicated fear on the boy. "Don't fear, I don't bite you know, unless you give me a good reason to." Konohamaru began trembling madly, sweating so much that it made rivers down his face.

Hikari hastily gave goodbye to Samui and went searching for the little firecracker. Samui saw a glimpse of Omoi getting the daylights punched off him by Karui and sighed, but her teammate seemed to have heard something that pissed her off as she dashed in the direction of a couple. 'Pink hair? Clothes kill-me orange? Which mentally sane person would stand such bright colors? Not to say that they aren't colors fit for a ninja.' For some reason Karui began beating the shit off the couple as she saw the headbands. "Why do you support that bastard?! He killed my sensei!" Samui decided to break the fight before it spelled trouble for them. "Cool down Karui, it won't make any good, and I already got the info." The redhead had her hands on the same color as her hair, as the two 'unnamed' ninja laid battered in a bloody glob on the ground. Karui huffed as she stepped (read stomped) over them one more time before complying. At the same time Omoi was coming back to Earth again and fell over the glob, that cushioned his fall but squirted a bit of red fluid. "What is this? If they are people of the village there is a chance that they are members of a clan and if the council found about this-" Karui cleaned her throat to get his attention then slid her thumb over her neck in a beheading motion. "ZIP. IT. OMOI."

For anyone that is too lazy to search these are the meanings for the flowers that I used here= white carnation: pure love; daffodil: you're the only one, the sun is always shining when I'm with you; daisy: loyal love; ivy: wedded love; stock: bonds of affection, you will always be beautiful to me. The symbols 玖 and 拾 aren't kanji, they're a variation called daiji, I used them because I thought that they were cooler than the regular kanji XP

Hikari to Seimei=Sweet words won't heal my scarred heart... Just kidding! Kurama will have to run fast when Hitomi hears that he 'deflowered' her daughter. Could you suggest some names for the future kids?

Elizabeth=I've only seen mate marks that are just a bite, a kanji or a tattoo, so I merged the two last ones, hope that you like it. Well almost all of your wishes were granted in this chapter. The clone turned in a human, but his hair wasn't red, no it was pitch black as his eyes were a fiery red that only held hate and a burning fury, his lower body seemed to be a mix between a fox and human legs, his body was covered with red markings that ran all over his frame and his skin was dark, an intricate pattern was etched on his chest as he only wore a blood red hakama with a black fox at the side, he was all the evil bottled inside Kurama. "Now... How should I start?"
