"What? No!" Ash says. Luna puts a hand up to shush him. "Luna, you even said it yourself, when the demon takes over, he is unpredictable." Ash explains. "I know that," Luna said in a harsh tone.
"But I'm the only one that can put the demon down, and make his human side come up." She explains. She leaves the room and everyone goes silent. She grips a blade that she summoned and sneaks up on a sleeping Mitchell. However, she steps on something that creates a noise. A noise, that wakes up Mitchell.
He gets up and tackles Luna and grabs her throat. He speaks in a demonic voice. "I'll beat you to death." He said. He raises up a fist and brings it down on Luna's face. However, she has disappeared.
Mitchell turns around and sees Luna is about to strike him with a sword. He grabbed the blade with his hand. No blood spills from his hand. He kicks her in the gut grabs the sword.
He bends the sword until it breaks in half. Luna then starts talking. However, it is a language no one has ever heard of before. Not even Levy. Mitchell, or his demon side anyway, laughs and speaks the same language.
They keep having a conversation back and forth. Finally, Mitchell summons a sword. It is a long one with a black blade. He then has a crazy smile on his face. "Then I'll just kill you!" he screams.
He charges at Luna and tries to stab her with the sword. Luna dodges it and then grabs Mitchell's arm. He punches Luna in the face. She falls to the ground. He lifts his sword is brings it down on her. She rolls to the left and then kicks up and grabs Mitchell's neck.
She starts choking him to knock him out. However, he opens his mouth and bites down on her arm. Luna screams and unwraps her arms. Blood trickles down from the mark he left. Luna summons a sword now.
The sword is a white one, the exact opposite of Mitchell's. "This is getting interesting." Mitchell says. The stare at each other for a minute. They both then charge at each other. They disappear.
"Where did they go?" Erza asks. "Over there!" "No there!" "They're right there!" All that anyone hears is the clink of the blades together. They would see them for a moment, and then they would vanish to appear in another place.
They meet in the middle of the room in midair, both of them having their wings out. Mitchell's wing has healed. Their swords are together and they're both pushing as hard as they can. Mitchell has his evil grin. Luna has an angry look.
They release their swords and get launched back. Mitchell's sword disappears as he reaches the wall. Both of his feet are planted on the wall. "Transform!" He yells. His arms transform into blades. "Now die!" He yells. He rockets off the wall and starts spinning. His sword arms are moving so fast that they look as if they can cut through anything.
Luna plant her feet to the wall too. "Transform!" she yells. Her left arm transforms into a shield while her right arm transforms into a blade. Mitchell's spin attack gets blocked by the shield. Luna bashes Mitchell upward. He stops spinning and sticks his blades into the ceiling, and uses his momentum to lift his legs up also.
Luna drops to the ground and stands up and looks at him. He looks down at Luna and smiles. "A shield and a sword. You were always the clever one Luna." He said. Luna stays silent. "Let's see if you're clever enough to defeat me."
He takes out his sword arms and launches off the ceiling. He crosses them as he closes in on Luna. She raises her shield arm and he hits the shield. His arms are uncrossed and Luna sees the opening. She stabs at him but he flips forward and tries to slice at her neck.
Luna Covers her neck with the shield and blocks the attack. Mitchell lands and she turns to her right and swings her sword at him. He blocks it with his left sword. He spins right and tries to cut Luna, but she ducks. She sweeps his legs and trips him put he places his sword arms in the ground and does a backflip.
Mitchell takes out his sword arms from the ground and launches at Luna. She blocks it with her shield and tires to cut him down. Back and forth back and forth they fight. Eventually Mitchell gets bored.
He cuts Luna in the gut. She starts bleeding a bit. "I'm through playing games with you, time to unlock your beast." His demnic voice says. A black shadow starts to run through him.
The shadow covers up his sword arms and he starts laughing. "One cut. That's all it takes." Everyone starts to wonder what he meant.
"You won't be able to get a cut on me." Luna says coldly. "I know you're in there Mitchell, don't let him take over anymore." Mitchell stops moving for a second. His right arm turns back to normal and he places it on his head.
"Get out!" He yells in his normal voice. "Never! Kano has given us a blessing, use it!" His demon side says. "A blessing to you more like it!" he keeps arguing with himself and Luna takes the chance. She raises the white sword and is about to bring it down on him when he grabs it.
He palm strikes her and she gets sent flying back. She hits the wall and he speeds up to her and grabs her neck with one hand. He starts choking her. Natsu pounds on the door. "Mitchell what are you doing?" He screams.
Mitchell hears the noise. He pins Luna to the wall with gravity magic and goes to the door. He opens it up to find the entire guild watching him, all of them frozen with fear. "I'll deal with you idiots later." He says. He then rights a rune very fast so they can't enter. Or escape. He trapped them in a box.
He goes up to Luna and smiles. "Say goodbye to your human side, sister." He says grimly. She looks up at him, and spits blood in his face. He wipes it away with his thumb and turns his hands into claws.
He pulls his arm back, and as he is about to stab her, he is kicked in the face by someone. "Pikachu, Thunderbolt!" Ash screams. The little mouse pokémon jumps on top of Mitchell and shocks him.
Mitchell tries to get up but is paralyzed. "You son of a-" He twitches and falls down again. Ash looks at Luna and Luna can see he has red eyes and Luna is afraid he has lost his humanity too.
However, he releases Luna from the gravitational push (pull? Not sure which) and she falls to the ground. He sticks out a hand for her to grab. "Luna, we can beat him together." Ash says. Luna grabs his hand and he lifts her back up.
"Ash you're… you're controlling your demon?" Luna asked surprised. Ash nods as Pikachu runs back to him. "I don't know how, but let's make it count." Ash says. Luna nods.
Pikachu runs back on his friends shoulder. Mitchell gets up and has the evil eye on Ash. "Die!" He yells. He turns his sword arms to regular arms again and puts his four fingers together and his thumb in his palm and a bright light blinds Ash, Pikachu, and Luna.
Ash feels his head crash to the ground. When his eyes adjust he sees that Luna's head was crashed to the ground too. Mitchell's hands pushed down on both of them, and his foot was crushing Pikachu.
"See you in Hell" he says to both of them. However, Ash can feel his pokéball rustle and Fletchling pops out. Fletchling flies up and uses steel wing and then hits Mitchell in the back of the head.
He puts up his right hand to cover up the wound and this is where Ash makes his move. He turns up and punches Mitchell in the nose. Mitchell Gets up and covers his nose. Luna and Pikachu get up as well and Fletchling lands on Ash's shoulder.
"All right you two, like last time." Ash says. His pokémon nod and they all split up. "Luna, I'll distract Mitchell and you try to get him back to his normal self." Ash said to her. Luna nods and goes into the shadows. Literally.
"You can't hide from me Luna. Demonic sight!" Mitchell looks at the shadow Luna went in, looks around. He makes a fireball and throws it at a shadow and the shadow catches on fire. Luna pops out of the shadow. She creates some strong winds and blows off the fire.
"Hey over here!" Ash yells. Mitchell looks toward Ash and he was about to punch him but he dodges it. Ash then puts his other hand on his neck. Ash lifts Mitchell in the air. "Vampiric Aura: Life steal!" Ash chants.
Energy is being stolen by Mitchell. Mitchell struggles for a bit but then he goes limp. Ash lets go of him. Mitchell falls to the ground with a thump. "Luna, hurry up." Ash says.
Luna rushes to her brother. "Ash did you drain him dry?" She asked. Ash shakes his head. "No, just weakened him enough. Turn him back to normal before he gets back up."
Luna nods and pulls out the blade. She crouches down next to Mitchell and his about to stick the blade him, but he grabs her wrist, slaps her across the face and force pushes Ash to a wall. He then spin kicks Luna.
Pikachu and Fletchling attack at the same time. Mitchell creates a force field to block it. Mitchell creates a fire fist and starts punching Pikachu and Fletchling. They try to attack but Mitchell is moving too fast.
He grabs both of them and starts squeezing them. They let out squeals. "Don't worry, your trainer will join you soon." He says to the pokémon. He starts to laugh manically. Then he stops. He looks down and sees a sword right through his chest.
Mitchell looks back and sees Ash has the sword. "Repel." Ash says. A light glows on the blade and then it spreads through Mitchell. He starts screeching and then starts to kneel. He then passes out. Ash takes out the blade and then picks up Pikachu.
"You okay buddy? You're not hurt too badly?" Ash asks. Pikachu nods his head. Ash hugs him. Ash then takes out Fletchling's pokéball and returns him. "Take a rest buddy." He said.
He helps up Luna and she goes to the door to take down the rune. The guild starts rushing in and starts bombarding Luna and Ash with questions. "Why did he go insane?" "Why did you stab him?" "Is this normal?"
"ENOUGH!" Luna yells. Everyone shuts up. "That was what it is like to lose our humanity. The worst part is, that's not even the strongest form." Everyone is silent. "Why couldn't he control his demon side?" Lucy asked.
"kano." Luna said. "when he stabbed Mitchell in the wing, he used a cursed sword, that is said to make the person lose all humanity. On a normal human they just go crazy. But with a demon magic user, hell can break loose." Luna explains "Right now, Mitchell needs rest. I have to make sure it doesn't happen again anytime soon."
Luna goes over to her brother and picks him up in a fireman carry. "Luna." Makarov says. Luna was halfway out the door when she stops. "If Mitchell goes… demonic again, I don't know if we can trust you two to stay here." He says. Luna nods and heads back upstairs.
Everyone looks at each other than at Ash. "Do you trust them Ash?" Natsu asks. Ash had to think about that. Did he trust them now after that little incident? Does what he say next represent what they'll do to the siblings.
He looks to his friends and see that they are looking back at him. Clemont had an eyebrow raised, Serena had her arms crossed, and Bonnie just looked at Pikachu. "I'm not going to say what he did wasn't wrong but, if that's what can happen to me, we need them." He says.
"Alright, then once they teach you to help with your demon side, we kick them out." Gray says. "Now hang on, it was an accident that Kano caused." Natsu says. "Yeah once we met them." Elfman retorts.
The entire guild starts bickering about whether or not Mitchell and Luna were trustworthy. "All right all right settle down!" Makarov said. "We won't talk about this now. Lets do it tomorrow when everyone is rested up. We are tired and we just saw was shocking to say the least." Everyone can agree to a little rest. After all they fought Kano and his demon army, healed up, and saw Ash and Luna get nearly beaten to death by demonic Mitchell.
Everyone heads upstairs to get ready to go to sleep. However, Ash goes to Mitchell's room.
