"Apologize!" The artist demanded, having walked into the kitchen the moment Miko spoke up, to the second that Honey hurled a cookie towards the Japanese girl.

"Sorry." The little girl said blandly, but didn't look at her, rocking back and forth in her seat while rubbing at her elbows nervously.

"Don't tell me that throwing food is 'trying to get along'?"

"She called me cranky."

"Because you're being pretty cranky. So stop it. Now... Cranky." She gestured towards the living room, "Go introduce yourself to Raf and be nice, or it's an early bedtime."
