Hello lovely readers! It's me, everyone's favorite Maniac.

Now normally I don't do chapters as Author's Notes as it's not really my style and I feel awkward doing it, however recently I've felt that I need to address something in regards to this story. Before I do that however, I want to thank everyone who has read my story, everyone who has Favorited it, and everyone who has left reviews.

Now there are just the comments I've received from the comment section, some members have chosen to send me comments through Private Messaging and I've decided not to list their names to respect their privacy. There is one comment on here that I haven't addressed which I'd like to address now; this comment - and others like it on various other sites (I've uploaded this to my Tumblr as well as other sites) - is the reason I'm adding this chapter.

AgressiveComment - I'm just going to point this out. Izumi, is actually at least fifteen or sixteen. And he's not that dumb, have you even watched the anime?

I have received numerous comments pointing the same thing out (though this is thankfully the only one of FanFiction), comments like these have also included insults as me, at my gender, and about my intelligence. Name calling and insults don't bother me - you're not going to get a rise out of me if you call me names, I'm not gonna cry about it, and I give no shits whatsoever - so if anyone reading this decides to try a be a troll by doing any of these things, I want to let you know that I'm going to do three things; I'm going to read your comment, I'm going to laugh at your comment, and then me and my friends are going to laugh and mock your comment (most likely with silly and whiny voices). Now if you leave me a constructive comment of criticism, I'm going to do three things as well; I'm going to read your comment, I'm going to reread my work and apply what you've said in your comment to it, and then I'm going to take it to heart and try to do better in my writing.

Now that that is out of the way, I want to answer AgressiveComment's comment.

Actually Izumi is 18 in both the series and the manga, his age being one of the huge factors in why Rei pushed him into doing the wedding commercial. And yes I have watched the anime, but I've also read the manga and I specified in Chapter One that this scene was from the manga. This piece of fiction is based around a scene the manga scene (which apparently hasn't been or won't be in the anime) in which Izumi and Ryouma are having a discussion about Rei and his relationship with the family and more specifically with Izumi.

Izumi at first is unsure how to explain, but eventually he ends up admitting that Rei is like his mother and Shugo is like his father (this scene actually really hits me hard because Izumi talks about how his parents were always really busy and never had time to raise him so his brother and the family manager ended up raising him which is just kind of sad really). He then talks about a day he'll never forget, "I'll never forget that time when I was nine years old . . . a stranger said he'd give me candy, so I went along with him . . .", the manga then flashes back to the past where a younger Rei screams obscenities at an older man trying to kidnap Izumi while beating him. I decided to write this story in the hopes of fleshing out that day when Rei protects and save Izumi.
