Chapter 6: Date with Disaster

In a dark room, surrounded by glowing red eyes inside a glass case, a humanoid-like creature with white fur, black scales, antennas, wings, and a moth-like face, was pacing around the room.

"Patience, my children," the creature said to the eyes behind the glass. "Soon you shall wreak the havoc you craved. Soon, I shall have the power I deserved. Soon, my mortal foe will fall before the greatness of Killer Moth!"

Killer Moth then started laughing maniacally in the air, his wings buzzing around loudly until…

"Daddy!" a voice shouted.

Killer Moth instantly stopped laughing and looked up, growling slightly. He exited his lab, which was also the basement, walking through the normal looking living room, up the stairs and towards a door, which he slammed it open. He entered the room, which was covered in pink from top to bottom. On the pink bed, dressed in pink PJs was a blond girl with blue eyes.

"Daddy's busy, Kitten!" he said to the girl. "Can't it wait till-?"

"No it can't!" Kitten shouted as she started pacing around her dad. "My stupid boyfriend broke up with me! He broke up with me! And now I don't have a date in the prom! Waah!" she then jump on her bed and started crying, making the moth-themed villain feel awkward.

"Uh…there, there," he said, patting her back. "I'm sure you can find a date before-."

"Prom's tomorrow, Daddy," Kitten said as she stood up and looked at her dad. "I don't have time to find one, so you'll have to find one for me!"

"Now Kitty, be reasonable!" Killer Moth said, standing up. "You can't really think-."

"And I don't just want any date," Kitten said, ignoring her dad as she had an evil look on her face. "I want someone cool, someone handsome, someone popular, someone no other girl could get…Someone that could make Fang rage with jealousy…I want…!"

Downtown…

Danny was jumping from rooftop to rooftop, following their thief, a guy with a giant spider for a head. Cyborg and Beastboy was following the thief through the T-car, Robin was on his R-cycle, and the girls were on the air.

"Get that arachnid!" Phantom shouted as he threw an ecto-rang at the thief, who jumped towards ceiling, using the spider legs to climb the wall.

"That is so wrong, dude," Beastboy commented as he watched the spider head jump from roof to roof.

"But this isn't!" Cyborg exclaimed as he looked out the window and pointed his sonic cannon at the thief, firing at him, only for the thief to jump very high, landing on the other roof. He then fired a glob of web in front of the T-car, blinding them.

"He did not just did what I think he just did!" Cyborg exclaimed as the T-car started swerving uncontrollably. The T-car then hit a fire hydrant, stopping it. "Aw man, my car!"

Terra tried to block his path by throwing flat rocks on the roof, but it kept dodging before he fired at Terra, knocking her off the rock she was using and tying her up with web. She landed in a crate full of vegetables.

"Ugh…" she said as she spat out a cabbage. "This is why I don't like salads."

Robin speed up his bike to catch up with the thief. He threw birdarang after birdarang, but the spider head just kept dodging it. He kept dodging until he used his web to grab the birdarang and threw it back at Robin, hitting the wheel.

"Oh crap!" Robin shouted as the bike broke down, throwing him towards an open dump truck.

Raven used her magic grab the thief with magic tentacles, but he was too agile. After jumping towards another roof, he spat at Raven, webbing her to the wall.

"Well this is just great," she said as she was glued to the wall.

Phantom flew towards the spider-headed thief, using his intangibility to dodge the web shoots. He followed the thief towards the building.

"You're mine, spider head!" he shouted as he went to grab him.

The spider replied by shouting a stunning ray at Danny, hitting him in the chest.

Instantly, his entire body froze and he lose the feeling in his limbs. With a frozen expression, he started falling towards the ground. Starfire saw this and quickly rushed in to save him. She managed to grab his legs before he hit the ground.

"Are you unharmed?" she asked.

"Aside…from…not…feeling…my…toes…I'm…okay…" he said through unmovable lips. Soon the others managed to catch up with them. Terra was covered with vegetable bits, Robin stink, and Raven had some bits of webs on her.

"Is…everyone…okay…?" Danny asked as Starfire placed him on the ground.

"We should be asking you that question," Terra asked. "Where did bug head go?"

"Don't…know…" Danny replied as he tried to get the feeling back in his legs. "We…have…to…find…him…"

"You mean 'we' have to find him," Raven said as she got the web goo off her cloak. "You'll only get in the way."

"Yeah, you're practically useless the way you are," Terra added.

"You'll only hold us back," Robin finished.

If Danny could move, he would have been sulking in a corner with a rain cloud over his head. Instead, the rain cloud was over his immobilize body.

"Fine…be…careful…" he said.

"Dude, he's just a guy with spider for a head," Beastboy said. "I think we can handle it."

"Yeah, all we need is some bug spray," Cyborg said.

Titan's Tower…

Starfire decided to go with Danny back to the tower to give him a Tamaranean massage to help with his paralysis. Instantly, Danny prefer being paralyzed instead of taking the massage. Starfire started turning his body into a human pretzel, twisting it into unhuman shapes. Even Batman's flexible exercises weren't that painful.

After almost splitting him in half and twisting his ankles, Danny managed to get the feeling back in his body.

"Better?" Starfire asked, looking at Phantom, who was busy holding back the tears.

"Actually, yeah," Danny admitted. It was painful, but he was better now. "Thanks, Star."

"I welcome you," she said with a smile. "There are few that Tamaranean Acupuncture cannot fix."

"Now we need to fix our other problem," Danny said as he got on his feet and pulled out his communicator. "Any news on our little thief?"

"Um…we have bigger problems," Robin replied as he pressed a button.

City Bridge…

The screen in Titan's Tower suddenly turned on, showing the two Titans what the situation was. Their eyes widened when they saw the suspension bridge being attacked by giant moths with sharp teeth. They watched as the citizens on the bridge abandoned their cars and ran off the bridge as the moths started eating the suspension cords.

One of the wires fell towards Cyborg, who jumped away to avoid it.

"Titans, go!" he shouted as they charged towards the horde of moths.

Beastboy turned into a pterodactyl and flew towards the moths as Raven made two platforms for Cyborg and Robin. Terra stayed on the ground to throw giant concrete slabs on the moths. Cyborg hop off the platform towards the cords where the moths were eating, firing at them with his cannon. After blasting them off, he started reconnecting the cords with his blowtorch.

Robin jumped off the platform and landed on one of the moths, grabbing its antennas and using it as a bumper car. Raven levitated the cars and throwing them at the moths, providing cover for Cyborg as he reattached the suspension cords.

"Done!" Cyborg shouted as he jumped off the now fixed chord, landing on the ground. "Booya-!" he stopped when another, larger horde of moths appeared. Everyone stopped and stared at the horde with disbelief.

"Um…we could use some help here," Robin said through the communicator.

Titan's Tower…

"We're on our way!" Phantom shouted as he and Starfire started rushing towards the exit.

"I don't think so," a voice said behind them, stopping the heroes from their tracks. They turned around and saw their screen showing some moth-like person. "It's been awhile, hasn't it, Phantom?"

"Uh…do I know you?" Danny asked, looking confused.

"What!? How can you forget one of your archenemies!" the moth shouted.

"I have a lot of them," Phantom said with a shrug.

"It's me, the terror of Gotham City! Killer Moth!"

"Mothy?" Danny said with a surprised expression. "Wow, you look different."

"Anyway," Killer Moth continued, getting back on track. "Even if you defeated a few of my children, it won't stop me from releasing the entire swarm!"

He gestured to the hundreds of moths flying behind him. Danny narrowed his eyes as Starfire looked worried.

"And unless you want the city reduced to a moth-eaten wasteland, you will do exactly what I say."

"Okay, Mothy, what do you want?" Phantom asked.

"My requests are simple, Ghost Boy," Killer Moth said. "I want the city to declare me ruler, the Teen Titans to surrender, and Phantom…"

Danny prepared himself to hear what Killer Moth. No matter what it is, he can handle it!

"Er…I want you to go out with this lovely young lady to her Junior Prom," Killer Moth finished as another screen appeared next to him. A girl wearing pink with blond hair appeared.

"Hi, Dannypoo!" she said with a sickly sweet tone.

Whatever Danny was expecting, it was seriously not this.

"…Can you repeat the last one?"

"Danny…" Starfire said with a suspicious tone. "Who is this girl…and why did she call you 'poo?'"

At that moment, Danny wanted to crawl under a rock and never come out.

"Her name is Kitten, and you will bring her to prom!" Killer Moth demanded as Kitten made kissey faces to Danny.

"…Is this payback for the time I trapped you using a light bulb and a couple of sweaters?" Danny asked, hoping this was some cruel joke.

"That never happened!" Killer Moth shouted. "And no, you will take Kitten to prom!"

"This 'prom' is some sort of duel, yes?" Starfire said as she flew in front of the screen and taking off her glove. "Friend Danny eagerly accepts!" And, defying all laws of physics, she slapped Kitten on the face with the glove, earning her a glare from the blond.

"Uh…it's not a duel, Star," Danny said, though his tone made him wish it was a duel. "It's a date."

Starfire gasped as her entire mind blew off as she heard the word 'date.'

"He does not accept!" she shouted as she floated in front of the screen, her eyes glowing with fury. "You hear me!? He DOES NOT ACCEPT!"

Danny sighed and grabbed Starfire by the leg, pulling her towards the door.

"We need to talk about this," he said as the doors closed.

The moment he let go, Starfire started pacing in front him, steam coming off her as her eyes glowed.

"Odium! Scandal! Atrocity!" she spat angrily. "These demands must not be met!"

As she kept on spewing any mean words she can think of, Danny pulled out his communicator and contacted Robin.

"How's it going?" Danny asked as he watched Robin wrestle with a moth, using his Bo staff.

"It's going bad!" Robin shouted as he pushed the moth off him, only to have another one tackle him. "If you're going to do something, do it fast!"

With that, Robin ended the communicator, leaving Danny with his thoughts. The team needed time to find Killer Moth and stop his swarm of mutated moths. And there's only one way he can buy them enough sigh.

With a heavy sigh, he turned to look at Starfire, who was still ranting.

"They are ludicrous if they think you will accept-!"

"I have to accept," Danny said, causing Starfire to freeze and stare at him with disbelief.

"WHAT!?" she shouted, almost knocking Danny off his feet.

"I have no other choice," Danny said with a heavy sigh.

"But…but…" Starfire said with a puppy sad expression.

"I have to this, Star, even if I don't want to," Danny said as the doors opened, revealing the screen still on. Danny then looked at Kitten. "And I seriously don't want to."

Taking a deep breath, Danny walked forward with Starfire following behind him.

"Well?" Killer Moth asked as Danny walked forward.

"I'll take the girl to prom," Danny said in a serious tone, showing he was not happy about this.

"Don't ask me, ask her," Killer Moth said, gesturing at Kitten.

"You have got to be-"

"Do it!"

Controlling his anger, Danny slowly turned his head to the girl.

"Kitten, was it?" he said, forcing the words out of his mouth.

"Meow!" she replied, acting like a cat.

"Will…you…go with me…to…the prom?" he said, forcing the words out of his mouth. Behind him, Starfire seemed to be surrounded by fire, grinding her teeth. She never felt like this before. It was almost like when she met Batgirl, only a hundred times stronger.

"Oh Dannypoo! I would love to go the prom with you!" she exclaimed happily.

Danny's eye just twitched.

City Bridge…

"There's too many of them!" Cyborg shouted as he and the rest of the team were surrounded and outnumber a hundred to one. "We're not gonna…make it?"

They were all surprised when the moths started flying away. The all stared at the moths with a confused expression.

"What just happened?" Beastboy asked.

"I have no idea," Terra said.

Suddenly, Raven's communicator activated. She pulled it out and answered as the others got behind her. When the screen turned on, they saw Danny's face.

"I got you guys some time," he said as he showed a picture of Killer Moth. "Killer Moth, an old friend of mine. He's controlling the mutated moths. Find him and stop him." The picture was replaced by Kitten. "Start your search with her."

"Who's that?" Robin asked.

"She is a manipulative Grimplork not worthy of Friend Danny's time!" Starfire shouted, crossing her arms.

"Name's Kitten," Danny replied, ignoring Starfire. "She has some kind of connection with Killer Moth. Find her and I bet you find our bug problem…Starfire will help you with the search," he added, causing Starfire to snort angrily.

"Wait, how come you're not joining us?" Terra asked as Danny suddenly became depress.

"I have a…date…to go to," he said, causing the others to look at him weirdly.

Later…

In the docks, students were getting on the boat where the prom 'Date with Destiny' is being held on a cruise ship. Suddenly, the people who were about to board the ship stopped when they saw the Phantom Cycle stop in front of them.

Danny got off his cycle and removed his helmet. He was wearing a black tuxedo, though he looks like he wants to be somewhere else than here.

"I really hope she doesn't show," he muttered, hoping the Box Ghost would come out right now. He then felt someone tapping on his shoulder. He slowly turned around and his eyes widened.

In front of him was Starfire, wearing a purple prom dress. The light of the moon was behind her, giving her a beautiful glow.

"S-S-Starfire?" he stammered, trying hard not to drool.

"I believe it is customary to wear a dead plant?" she asked as she put a white corsage.

"What are you doing here?" he asked, though deep down he was glad she was here. "I thought I told you help the others."

"Your exact orders were to search of this Kitten," Starfire said with a sly look in her eyes. "I intend to search her closely. Besides, you might need my help. This Kitten could be a mud monster in disguise! She is certainly ugly like a monster, correct?"

Before Danny could react, something pink caught his eye. He and Starfire turned and saw a pink limousine stopping in front of the ship. The door opened and Kitten stepped out, wearing a pink, strapless dress with a pink corsage. She looked around and saw her date.

"Yoohoo! Danny poo!" she shouted. "Your Kitten has arrived, meow!"

"On second thought, I could use some help," Danny said as he dragged his feet towards Kitten, leaving a jealous Starfire.

When he got there, Kitten threw her arms around him.

"Oh, Danny! My date, Danny!" she said as she pinched his cheeks. "Don't you look handsome!"

She then whispered, "Compliment me in my dress."

"No," he whispered back.

"Do it, or else!" she whispered back.

"…Nice dress," he said.

"Oh Danny!" she gasped loud enough for everyone to look at them. "You are such a gentleman! So much better than MY WORHTLESS EX-BOYFRIEND, FANG!"

Danny took a deep breath as Kitten showed her arm to him.

"Now take my arm and lead me in," she said as Danny reluctantly grab the arm. "And would it kill you to smile!?"

Danny forced his lips to go up, looking more demented than the Joker.

"…Maybe," he said as he dragged Kitten to the boat, hoping this day to be over.

Starfire was dragging her heels to the ground as she watched Danny walked away, grinding her teeth. She punched the pink limo, causing it to go up a bit, scaring the two couples near her.

A soon as they got there, Danny let go and immediately sat down, waiting for the night be over. Kitten just stared at him dreamily. After a few minutes, Kitten got bored and saw the other couples dancing.

"Ask me to dance," she whispered to him.

"I don't dance," Danny said, not looking at her.

"Come on, Dannypoo!" she exclaimed as she stood up and walked in front of him. "You've never danced before?" as she said that, she tried to get him off his seat, but it was like he was glued on it.

"Tried it once, worst time I ever had," he said with a stern expression.

"Fine," she said as she pulled out her phone. "Then I'll have the whole city destroyed! Or we could skip to the kissing."

Danny was weighing his options; dance or accept the consequences of a mutant moth invasion. He really wanted the second option, but the citizens could get hurt.

"Want to dance?" he sighed in defeat.

Suddenly, he was pulled out of his seat and towards the dance floor.

"Oh Danny, of course I wanna dance with you!" she declared for all to hear as she practically carried Danny away.

In the punch bowl, Starfire's hand, which was holding the ladle, started glowing, boiling the fruit punch.

"Uh…can we have some punch," a guy asked, leading her date towards the bowl.

They both ran off when Starfire growled at them, her eyes glowing menacingly.

After a few minutes of torture-er-dancing, the music finally stopped.

"Okay, that's over," Danny said as he removed Kitten's arm and quickly walked away, only to have another song take over.

"Oh goody! Another slow dance!" she said as she grabbed Danny again, much to his disappointment.

"Great…" he said sarcastically.

As they started slowly spinning around, Danny looked at Starfire, who was raging with jealousy. He suddenly wished that she was the one he was dancing with, not this blond haired lunatic.

"From now on, this is our song," Kitten suddenly said, wrapping her arms on his neck.

Danny couldn't take it anymore. He quickly pulled out his communicator and activated it.

"Please tell me you found Killer Moth," he whispered, his tone filled with desperation.

Kitten's House…

"Not yet," Cyborg whispered as he and the others were snooping around the living room. "But we found your girlfriend's address.

Danny's head suddenly went through the screen, glaring at Cyborg.

"She is not my-!"

A startled shout got their attention. They turned and saw Terra pushing a small horse statue away, opening a hidden entrance below them.

"Well that's not suspicious," Raven commented sarcastically.

"Oh yeah, hidden basements are completely normal," Robin said as he led the others downstairs.

It was dark for one thing. The team stumbled around the room, looking for the light switch. Beastboy suddenly screamed when he felt something metal on his face, only to see that it was a light switch. With a sigh, he pulled on the switch, causing the lights to turn on.

They were greeted with glass cages filled with mutated moths flying in it, glaring at them with glowing eyes.

"…Found them," they all said with a deadpanned expression.

"Yes, you did," a voice said from somewhere. "But you're going to wish you hadn't!"

They all looked up and saw Killer Moth hanging on the light bulbs, falling towards them.

Prom…

Kitten separated from Danny and gave him a loving smile.

"Kiss me," she said as she leaned in, only for Danny to stop her.

"Sorry, but I don't like you like that," he said with a smirk. "In fact, I don't like you at all."

Starfire heard him and quietly smile.

"WHAT!?" Kitten shouted to the smirking Ghost Boy.

"My friends are taking down Killer Moth as we speak," Danny said as she pocketed his T-comm. "We're done here."

He then started walking away until Kitten grabbed her corsage and stomping her feet, getting Danny's attention.

"No we are not, Dannypoo!" she shouted as the petals from the corsage fell, revealing it to be a trigger. "Daddy's not calling the shots here. I am!"

"Daddy!?" Danny exclaimed in shock. He wasn't concerned that the girl was the mastermind, he was surprised that Killer Moth had a kid.

"And unless you want me to let those nasty bugs out for a late night snack," she threatened as she grabbed Danny by the shirt. "You better pucker up!"

Starfire gasped as Danny started inching away from the red lips to Kitten, who suddenly looked like a puppet with bad make up. She stopped when she felt a finger on her lips.

"Not even for a billion dollars!" Danny exclaimed as he went for the trigger.

The two started a tug of war with the controller. Kitten lose her balance, causing Danny to catch her and grabbed he trigger. Kitten suddenly gasped.

"Fang?" she said with a smile. Danny turned and his eyes widened, not noticing Kitten grabbing the trigger from him.

"That's your boyfriend?" he said as he dropped Kitten and got into a fighting form.

Walking towards them was the spider-headed thief, his eight eyes glaring at Danny.

"Get your hands off my girl!" he shouted as he used his spider legs to swat Danny away. Fang then walked towards Kitten, only to be blasted by Starfire.

"Keep your legs off my boy!" she shouted as Danny stood up. "Danny, are you injured?"

"Best I felt all night," Danny said with a grin as he burned his suit away, revealing him in his uniform.

"Fangypoo!" Kitten shouted as she ran towards the spider guy, helping him up his feet.

"Let's never fight again, baby," Fang said as he suddenly gave the jewels he stole to Kitten, who gasped happily.

The two then shared a kiss…if you call spider fangs touching lips a kiss.

"Ew…you guys were made for each other," Danny commented as he and Starfire readied themselves to fight.

Kitten's House…

Killer Moth grabbed Robin and used him to swat Terra away before he threw the Boy Wonder towards Cyborg, who fired his sonic cannon at him. Raven flew up and used her magic to throw sacks of moth food at Killer Moth, who just scratch them away from him.

He then jumped up, grabbed Raven by the shoulders and used the ceiling to propel himself to the ground, throwing Raven away. Beastboy charged at him as wolf. He grabbed the changeling as he snarled at him. Beastboy then quieted down as Killer Moth gave a louder snarl before throwing the wolf towards Robin and Cyborg, who were standing up.

"Ugh…dude, for a weirdo who lives in his basement, he's pretty tough," he commented to others as Killer Moth charged at them again.

Prom…

Fang fired his webs at the two heroes, who quickly jumped away. He managed to hit Starfire on the face, but Danny was too fast for him. Frustrated, Fang started shunning stunners at Danny, and accidentally hit a couple who didn't notice the fighting.

"Sorry!" Danny shouted as he kept dodging until his back on the rail. Fang finally had enough and charged.

Danny blocked and dodged the fists, feet, and spider legs. Angered, Fang tried to pierce Danny with all four legs, but the Ghost Boy managed to catch the legs and threw him overboard. Phantom looked over the boat and his eyes widened when he saw Fang climbing back up using his spider legs.

Danny jumped back as Fang climbed up on deck. The spider than jumped and spun his spider legs like a propeller. Danny crossed his arms to block it, but a foot caught him on the jaw.

"That's it," Danny said as his fists glowed. "No more Mr. Nice Ghost!"

He fire at Fang, hitting his gut and knocking him off his feet. With a groan, he opened his eyes and saw Danny on top of him, fist raised. He quickly used his spider legs and started a midair fight with Danny.

Meanwhile, Kitten was watching the fight while Starfire got the web off his face.

"Isn't this romantic?" she sighed. "They're fighting over me!"

"They are not fighting over you!" Starfire retorted, glaring at Kitten.

Without warning, Kitten pounced at Starfire and the two ended up rolling on the food table. Starfire was on top of Kitten and she tried to grab the trigger, only to have a face full of custard pie, courtesy of Kitten, who flipped so she ended up on top.

Kitten suddenly jumped back with the custard pie was obliterated, through Starfire's eyebeams. Starfire stood up with a growl, scaring Kitten. She then grabbed the blond and threw her across the food table. With a shout, she jumped towards Kitten, who quickly stopped Starfire with her feet and threw her face first in the punch bowl, intending to drown her.

Not to be outsmarted, Starfire wrapped her legs around Kitten's waist and threw her face first into a chocolate cake and off the table. When Starfire removed her head from the punch bowl, she saw Kitten looking at her dress than at her with rage.

"You RUINED MY DRESS!" Kitten shouted as she pressed the trigger.

Kitten's House…

Killer Moth was in a headlock, courtesy of Cyborg.

"All right, talk!" Robin demanded, looking at their enemy. "How do you contr-?"

He suddenly stopped when the alarms rang and the cages opened, releasing the mutated moths.

"We have to get out of here!" Beastboy shouted as he made his way to the exit, only for Raven to close it with her magic.

"No! We have to contain them, make sure they don't get out!" Raven said. They nodded and started closing all the exits they could see; Beastboy turned into a jellyfish and covered the windows, Robin threw some foam grenades at the air vents, closing them, and Terra used her powers to make a stone wall on the door they went in.

The moths were trapped. And so were they.

The Titans stood back to back as they faced of the swarm of moths.

Prom…

Danny jumped towards Fang and gave him a strong kick to the jaw. Fang staggered a bit before he looked at Danny. He then fell crumpled to the floor.

Kitten tried to grab Starfire, who just jumped aside and blasted the trigger off her hand, much to her dismay. The trigger slid towards Danny, who stopped it with his feet.

"Consider yourself dump," he said as he smashed the trigger to bits.

"NOOOOO!" Kitten shouted as her plan was ruined, and so was her prom night.

Kitten's House…

The Titans were on their last leg as the swarm were beginning to overwhelm them, when suddenly…

"Huh?" Beastboy commented as the moths suddenly turned to worm like creatures.

"What just happened?" Robin asked as he looked at the slimy, yet cute, worms.

"Aww, they're so cute!" Terra said as she picked one up and started petting it.

"That is one weird pet," Cyborg commented as he handcuffed Killer Moth.

Prom…

The Teen Titans watched as Fang and Kitten was escorted towards the police truck. When Fang saw Killer Moth on it, they both sighed.

"No one dumps Kitten!" Kitten shouted as she looked at Danny. "You will pay for this, Dannypoo! You hear me!? You will pay!"

The Titans watched as Kitten was forced in the truck.

"So…no second dates?" Robin asked, looking at Danny.

"Not at this or any other lifetime," Danny said with a smirk.

"You know, this little fella is kinda cute when it's a mutated moth," Terra commented as she tickled the larvae's belly.

"You are not talking that home," Raven said, causing Terra to stick out her tongue.

"You're not the boss of me," she said.

As the two argued, Danny and Stafire walked towards the paralyzed couple.

"Uh…sorry about…you know…ruining your prom night," Danny said, rubbing the back of his neck.

"Are you kidding? This was the best prom ever!" the guy said with a grin.

"Even if I still can't feel my legs!" the girl agreed as the two troopers pushed them away.

"It'll wear off," Danny said with a chuckle.

Suddenly, the lights went off, startling the two teens.

"And now, for the moment you've all been waiting for, this year's prom king and queen are…" Danny and Starfire were suddenly surrounded by spotlights. "Danny Phantom and Starfire!"

The two teens shared a look of disbelief until the music started playing. Danny looked at Starfire before he gave a smile.

"Well…I guess another dance won't kill me," he said as he offered a hand to Starfire, which she took. He then led her to the dance floor.

"Hey…wanna dance?" Robin asked to Terra, not noticing the look Raven gave him.

"Sure," she said as she handed the worm to Raven and grabbed Robin's hand as they walked towards the dance floor.

Raven suddenly gave Beastboy the worm and walked towards the two dancers.

"Mind if I cut," she said as she suddenly appeared in front of Robin, surprising them. Soon, the two girls started bickering with Robin in the middle.

"Dude…how come they always get the girls," Beastboy asked as he watched two of his male friends dancing.

"It's got to be the mask," Cyborg said. "It's a chick magnet."
