Chapter 12: Girls' Night Out
It was supposed to be a quiet night out for him, to relax from his work. Instead, Phantom found himself flying up a building, with Johnny 13, a greasy haired biker Ghost with stubble on his chin and wearing a brown leather jacket and black pants and boots, right up his tail.
"Can't a guy try and relax for a minute?" he muttered as Johnny fired from his motorcycle, causing him to swerved left and right to avoid getting hit. Phantom suddenly ran on the side of the building, pulled out an Ecto-rang and spun around, throwing it towards Johnny, knocking him off the bike.
"Where's your big blob, Johnny?" Phantom called with a smirk. "Decided to ditch that ink blot-woah!"
He yelped as he was suddenly tackled by Shadow, a Ghost resembling an ink blot. He crashed on a billboard, showing the Teen Titans standing protectively in front of the city. He rubbed his head and looked at the billboard.
"When was this here?" he said to himself before Shadow grabbed him by the shirt and slammed him towards the ground. Phantom grabbed the Ghost's arms and glared as Johnny wheeled next to him.
"Well, do your worst, Johnny," Phantom said in a determined tone, waiting for a chance to free himself.
"Relax, kid," Johnny said as he motioned Shadow to let go, which it did, albeit reluctantly. "I was just blowing off some steam. Me and Kitty had a little spat. You ever got a fight with that alien chick?"
"Me and Star?" Phantom said, blushing a bit. "I never…we aren't…uh…"
He coughed to recompose himself as he noticed the deadpanned looks he was getting.
"Look, if you're not here to cause trouble, then you can stay as long as you want," Phantom said, looking serious.
"Cool," Johnny said as he turned his bike away and drove to the sky. "And thanks for the exercise, kid."
"And take your dork blot with you!" Phantom exclaimed, causing Shadow to growl at him. Shadow flew after his master, not after getting zapped on the butt by Phantom's Ghost Ray.
Once they were gone, Phantom sighed and flew back to the Tower, unaware that Skulker was watching him from behind the billboard.
"My turn," he said as he flew after him.
Ghost Zone…
"What do you mean they're gone!" Kitty exclaimed angrily as she, Ember and Spectra were glaring at Betrand, who seemed nervous.
Kitty was a green haired, red eyed biker girl, wearing a red jacket, black shirt, black skirt, black boots and a glass ring on her right hand. Ember was a rock band girl with flaming blue hair tied to a pony tail, wearing black make up and wearing black shirt that showed her belly, black pants that hugged her legs, black gloves and boots that looked like skulls. Spectra was a beautiful woman with red hair and green eyes, dressed in a red suit and skirt, wearing high heels and shades.
"Let me get this straight," Ember said as she put her hands on her hips. "Johnny and Skulker left to the Human world because me and Kitty had an argument?"
"Well what'd you expect?" Bertrand said. "You said to him that he loved his bike more than you," he said to Kitty before turning to Ember, "and you said he's a lousy hunter."
"He is," Ember said. "He couldn't even find the T.V. remote."
"So why aren't you with them?" Spectra asked her sidekick.
"Because they didn't invite me," Betrand said with a whining tone. "Why did you think I'm telling you this?"
"That greasy haired jerk!" Kitty exclaimed as her eyes glowed. "He makes me wanna-mwa!"
Surprising the two females, did a flying kiss towards Betrand, creating a big pair of transparent lips. When the lips touched Betrand, he became rigid before he disappeared.
"What happened?" Ember asked in surprise. "How'd you do that?"
"What? You think you're the only one who can drive boys away?" Kitty asked with a smirk.
"Funny," Ember said in a deadpanned tone. "So where'd he go?"
"I don't know," Kitty said in an uncaring tone. "All I know is that if he isn't back by twelve hours, he'll never come back, unless I do this."
She made a flying kiss again, towards the spot where Betrand disappeared. There was a bright flash and Betrand reappeared, looking dazed.
"Drats!" Spectra exclaimed with a snap. "We only had eleven hours and fifty-nine minutes!"
"Oh, is there a twelve-hour sale?" Betrand asked with excitement.
"No one ditches us," Ember said with a smirk. "Pucker up, Kitty. Girls, we're going to Jump City!"
The three girls started laughing, leaving a confused Betrand behind them.
The Next Day…
"You sure you can do this?" Phantom asked to Raven, Starfire and Terra.
"It's only for the weekend," Raven said in her usual monotone voice, watching Phantom and Red Bird carrying some camping gear into the Specter Speeder.
"Friend Raven is correct," Starfire said with a wide smile. "Go and enjoy your out at night with the boys."
"Boy's night out, Star," Phantom said with a grin, though he was still worried. Seeing that Red Bird was still a little tense, Phantom decided that he needed a little break from hero work, so he to go camping with him, leaving the others so they can watch over the city.
"Just go and have fun, Danny," Terra said as she placed her hands on her hips. "We can handle the city for three days."
"Okay…" Phantom said unsurely before pulling out his T-comm. "But I'll contact some help, in case you need it."
"Go on, Danny," Cyborg exclaimed as he pushed the Halfa to the Speeder. "Those fishes aren't gonna catch themselves."
"I'm going!" Phantom exclaimed as he flew towards the Speeder. "See you guys later! And don't forget to contact if something happens!"
The Titans watched their leader and temporary teammate fly away, waving and yelling at them to have a good time. They were unaware that someone was waiting outside the Tower.
"So, the whelp is taking a trip?" Skulker said with a smirk as he looked at a picture of his girlfriend. "I'll show her who's a worthless hunter."
He crushed the picture before he followed after the Specter Speeder.
Once the Speeder was out of sight, the boys went to do their own thing. Raven was about to go to her room when she was stopped by Starfire and Terra. She noticed the look in their eyes and couldn't help but feel foreboding.
Later…
"Oh right!" Cyborg cheered as he looked at the screen that said 'CYBORG WINS!', waving his butt at Beastboy, who was looking at the screen in shock. "I'm the man!"
"My turn!" Robin exclaimed as he grabbed the controller from Beastboy, who was grumbling. "Get ready to lose, Cy."
Just as they were about to start the game, the doors opened with a loud 'swoosh', startling them. The boys looked and their jaws dropped as they saw Raven with curlers on her hair and her fingernails and toenails painted red. She looked like she just escaped getting tortured.
The door opened again, revealing Starfire and Terra, who also had their hair and nails done. They also have green stuff covering their faces. In Starfire's hand was a bucket filled with green goop.
"Please stay still, friend Raven," Starfire said as she took a handle of the green goop. "Let me protect your face from the wrinkles."
"I said no!" Raven exclaimed as she flew away from Starfire, who started chasing her. Terra just watched, laughing. The boys also laughed at how funny the scene was. After a few minutes, Starfire finally caught Raven, holding her arms down to prevent her from escaping.
Terra walked towards them and took the bucket of green goop from Starfire, grinning at Raven.
"Don't fight it, just relax," Terra said as she neared the struggling empath.
Before her face was about to be covered in goop, they heard something tapping. Surprised, everyone looked at the window and saw two girls flying outside.
One was a blond, blue-eyed girl dressed in a blue shirt with a red shield with an S, a blue skirt with yellow trimmings, red boots and a small red cape. The girl next to her has black hair done in a ponytail and blue eyes, dressed in a red, one-piece dress, silver boots, a silver belt with a gold lasso attached to it, silver bracelets and star-shaped earrings.
"Supergirl? Wonder Girl?"
Meanwhile, Phantom and Red Bird were flying across a forest, listening to Humpty Dumpty. The two were currently talking about Gotham City.
"So the Bats taught you that?" Phantom said with a laugh. "He taught me that after he taught me how to hack locked files."
"He already taught me that," Red Bird said with a nod.
"Did he taught you how to disappear quietly?" Phantom asked.
"That was my favorite lesson!"
"Mine too," Phantom said with a chuckle. "Though it was kinda hard to disappear without using my powers."
"You didn't used your powers before?" Red Bird asked in a surprised tone.
"It's a long story," Phantom said before he saw their destination, a peaceful lake. "We're here."
Phantom pressed a button and the Specter Speeder stopped just above the lake. He stood up and surprised Red Bird when he transformed into Danny Fenton, who was wearing plain jeans, white shirt and a fisherman's hat with a couple of hooks attached to it.
"What? You expected to relax in your uniform?" Danny said as he saw Red Bird's gob smacked expression. "Go and change."
Red Bird reluctantly changed out of his uniform, changing into a pair of shorts, a cotton shirt and a pair of sandals. Danny nodded and pressed a button. To Jason's surprise, the Specter Speeder transformed.
It turned from a flying vehicle to a high-tech fishing boat, landing on the water with a loud splash. Jason almost fell from the landing while Danny just sat down and pulled put a fishing rod from the boat's compartment. He put a worm on the hook and threw it to the lake, then sat down and relaxed.
"Now it's time to relax," Danny said as he opened another compartment, which was filled with soda and snacks. He grabbed two cans of soda and passed the other one to Jason, who caught it. "Cheers to a relaxing weekend."
Jason blinked before he grinned, clinking the two cans before opening it. Unknown to them, Skulker was watching them from afar, smirking.
"Let the hunt begin," he said with a smirk.
Jump City…
"So Phantom called you here?" Robin asked as the two girls entered the tower and introduced themselves. They were currently in the living room, talking and introducing to each other. Raven was thankful that the curls were gone, but the manicure and pedicure were stuck.
"Yeah," Supergirl said as she sat down the sofa, looking around the place. "Gotta say, this is a nice place."
"Thanks, designed it myself," Cyborg said in a smug tone.
"So tell me, friends," Starfire said suddenly. "What is your relationship with Friend Danny?"
The boys looked confused from her sudden question while the girls knew why she asked that. Just like how they knew she asked Batgirl about her relationship with Phantom. She was a girl making sure nothing was getting to her territory, even if she didn't know that.
"Me and Phantom met through our mentors," Supergirl said with a nostalgic grin.
"Same with me," Wonder Girl said a nod. "I remembered how we met."
"Yeah," Supergirl said. "He was cute, in a dorky kind of way."
"Remember when his pants fell down?" Wonder Girl said, causing the boys to laugh. The girls giggled as Starfire's eye twitched.
"So…did Friend Danny show any…interests in any of you?" she asked with a strained smile.
"Well, he had a crush on Wonder Girl," Supergirl said as she elbowed the young Amazonian. "Like mentor, like student."
"Batman has a crush on Wonder Woman?" Beastboy said with a surprised look. "Can we tweet that?"
"Does he still have…the crush on Wonder Girl?" Starfire asked, twirling a strand of hair.
"Not from what I know," Supergirl said with a shrug.
Before she could ask something else, the alarms sounded, getting their attention. Robin rushed to the main computer and rapidly typed. On the screen, the Hive Five were attacking the park.
"Looks like the Hive are causing trouble," Robin said as he looked at the team.
"Then let's stop them," Cyborg said. "Titans, go!"
"You have a battle cry?" Supergirl said with a raised eyebrow.
"It was Phantom's idea," Raven said as she put on her hood. The Titans, plus two, rushed out the tower.
In the park, the citizens were running from the powered teens. Mammoth was ripping out trees and throwing them around. Gizmo was terrorizing the citizens with his giant spider legs. Billy Numerous was/were taking the peoples stuff. Seemore was blasting everything in sight with his one, giant eyeball. And lastly, Jinx was using her powers to blow up everything on her path.
Once the civilians were gone, Jinx crossed her arms. She was just enjoying her time when the boys suddenly dragged her to this quest of theirs.
"Okay, we're here," she said with a frown, looking at the boys. "Now what was so important that you had to drag me here?"
"Over there!" Mammoth exclaimed, pointing at something. Jinx looked and her face fell from what she saw. It was a fair filled with greasy, fried food. The air was filled with grease and other unpleasant smell. "It's the All-You-Can-Eat Fair!"
The boys cheered while Jinx had a vein pulsing in her forehead.
"You dragged me out of my room to a stupid fair?" she said as her eyes glowed dangerously.
"Yup," Mammoth said before he and the others rushed towards the empty stalls, grabbing all the available food that was deep fried.
"Boys," Jinx muttered as she pinched the bridge of her nose. "Why can't there be a girl on the team."
As the boys were pigging out, another girl was walking through the park, growling angrily. Once again, she broke up with Fang, because the jerk was flirting with another girl.
She just escaped from her punishment, which was stay in her room for two months. Lucky for her, she made a hologram using her computer, cellphone and T.V., she made a hologram sitting on her bed to fool her dad.
At least she learned something from her dad.
She then went to reconcile with her ex-boyfriend, but saw that he was hanging out with a girl tied upside-down in his webs. Angered, she shouted so loudly that it got the attention of the authorities. She then left his place as the police arrested Fang, fuming mad.
First a geek used her, then Phantom had the nerve to refuse her advances and now Fang was seeing someone behind her back.
"That tears it!" Kitten exclaimed as she kicked a bench near her. "From now on, I'm done with boys! No more dating those smelly, sweaty, dirty monkeys!"
As she marched through the park, she didn't noticed Johnny 13 above her. He was still avoiding Kitty, his girlfriend, and decided to fool around for a while before going home. He spotted the blond girl and thought the girl was cute.
"Hey there, toots," he said, getting Kitten's attention. "Wanna hang out."
Kitten frowned before she stomped away, towards the fair. Johnny just smirked and followed her.
In the fair, four of the Hive Five were wrecking the place, eating whatever was in sight. Jinx was just grumbling and frowning, annoyed that her relaxation was being disturbed by boys.
"C'mon baby, just a little of your time," a voice said that caught her attention. She looked and saw a blond girl being harassed by a guy with greasy hair on a bike.
"Leave me alone, you creep!" Kitten exclaimed angrily.
Johnny suddenly noticed Jinx and smirked. He wheeled his bike towards Jinx and smoothed his hair.
"So, what's a babe like you-?"
"Save it, loser," Jinx said, not in the mood of being harassed.
"Oh come on, baby," he said as he leaned next to her. "You'll find that I'm worth your while."
"JOHNNY!" a voice exclaimed that caught his attention. A voice he recognized.
"Uh oh," he said as he turned and saw his girlfriend, who did not look please. "K-K-Kitty! Er…this isn't what it looks like."
Instead of answering, Kitty fired at Johnny, causing him to yelp as he ducked. He revved up his bike and zoomed away to safety. Kitty just growled and flew after Johnny, firing at him, not minding that she was destroying the booths.
"I like her already," Spectra said with a smirk.
"Whoa, look!" Mammoth exclaimed as he saw Ember. "It's Ember McLain!"
"No way!" Seemore exclaimed as he turned the dial on his head, turning it into a camera lens. "I'm here biggest fan!"
"No, I am!" Mammoth exclaimed as he pushed Seemore away. "I loved that song with the guitar and music and singing!"
"Shut up and listen to boy bands!" Seemore exclaimed as he eye-blasted Mammoth away.
"You promised you wouldn't tell!" Mammoth exclaimed as he punched Seemore.
The two boys glared before they started fighting, creating a dust cloud. The girls gave deadpanned expression towards the two boys.
"Are all boys this stupid?" Ember said.
Suddenly, a crowd of Billy Numerous, Gizmo, and dozens of males who returned to the park, was staring at the two Ghost girls with starry eyes. Suddenly, they started arguing and fighting each other, creating a large dust cloud. Ember groaned and Spectra face palmed.
"Can you believe these people?" Jinx said as she moved away to avoid getting caught in the fighting.
"They're going to get my clothes dirty!" Kitten exclaimed as she moved away from the dust clouds. The four girls were back to back to avoid the boys.
Meanwhile, the Teen Titans finally reached the park and heard the commotion in the park. They all rushed towards the area.
"What do you think those Hive are doing?" Beastboy suddenly asked.
"Whatever it is, we stop them," Robin said as they saw a lot of people fighting. He suddenly blinked. "Is…that girl flying?"
They watched Kitty chasing after Johnny, who was dodging the blasts she was firing. She finally managed to hit Johnny's back wheel, causing him to fly off his bike. Johnny groaned as Kitty grabbed him the jacket.
"So you left me so you can flirt with meaningless girls?" she demanded angrily.
"Aw come on, baby!" Johnny said, trying to placate his girlfriend's anger. "Y-you're the only meaningless girl for me!"
Kitty's eyes glowed angrily at his comment.
"Wait…that came out wrong," Johnny said before Kitty pushed him away. "Kitty, wait! Let me explain!"
"Explain this, you…you…man!" Kitty exclaimed angrily as she prepared her kiss.
"Will someone please get rid of these boys!" Jinx exclaimed loudly, which was only heard by the girls next to her. Ember noticed Kitty and smirked.
"Leave that to me," she said as she turned the knob on her guitar.
As Kitty blew her kiss, Ember struck her guitar. The ectoplasmic soundwaves hit the glowing lips, causing it to explode. The shockwave traveled from the park to the edge of the city. All the males in the city suddenly paused as their eyes glowed pink before they disappeared.
Starfire, Raven, Terra, Supergirl and Wonder Girl were shocked when their male teammates disappeared suddenly.
"Uh…to they do that often?" Supergirl asked in stunned shock.
"I wish," Raven said as she tried to sense them. "They're not here."
"Wow!" Kitty exclaimed as she looked at the place with her red eyes. "What'd you do?"
"I just amp up your kiss," Ember said with a smirk.
"Cool," Kitten said as she looked around the area. "I could get used to this."
"How about we share our joy with the other women?" Spectra said with a grin.
"You read my mind!" Ember said as she turned the knob on her guitar. "Time to join us ladies!"
She strummed her guitar, releasing hypnotic soundwaves. Raven noticed the soundwaves going towards them. Acting quickly, she made a black dome around them, protecting them from the soundwaves.
The hypnotic soundwaves were heard by all the females in the city, hypnotizing them. All the females' eyes glowed before they returned to normal. They suddenly stood up and took whatever weapons they have; frying pans, rolling pins, rakes, brooms, and ladles.
They all rushed to the park, like bees gathering in front of their queen. Raven, seeing that they would be outnumbered, quickly teleported away as they gathered at the park.
"I'm starting to like this," Jinx said with a grin as the five super-powered girls looked at their army.
With Danny and Jason…
"Hahahaa!" Danny laughed as Jason told him how he met Batman. "You tried to take the Batmobile's wheels? Hahahahaa!"
"It's not that funny," Jason mumbled as Danny wiped a tear.
"That takes guts," he said with a grin. "Unlike the fishes. Seriously, get the bait!"
"I think shouting frightens the fish," Jason said as Danny looked at the edge. "Are there even fishes here?"
"There should be," Danny said. "I've read this lake had some interesting fishes, despite not having a lot of fishermen."
"Why?" Jason asked with a raised eyebrow.
"Probably because of the name," Danny said with a shrug. "Lake Eerie."
"And why is it called that?" Jason asked.
"Don't know," Danny said as he felt a tug. "Hey, I got one!"
He pulled and reeled in the fish that got his bait, but it was strong. Suddenly, the boat started shaking and the next thing the two knew, they were in the middle of a cyclone.
"Woah! This is one angry fish!" Danny exclaimed as he held on the fishing rod as Jason held on the boat for dear life.
Unknown to them, Skulker was below them, using the turbine on his jetpack to make a whirlpool. He planned to destroy their boat and capture them when they're unconscious so he can lock them in a cage and make them run in the forest so he can hunt them.
As he was busy plotting, he didn't notice a fishing hook going towards the turbines. The hook got caught in the spinning and was soon tangled up.
"What the?" Skulker said as he felt his turbine shaking and making a loud rumble. Without warning, the turbines exploded, embedding Skulker to the ground. The whirlpool stopped, causing the boat to fall back to the water.
"What was that?" Jason asked as he shook the water off his head.
"Weird weather," Danny suggested until he pulled his line out the water. He blinked and saw a broken turbine on the hook. "Or it was this. Weird thing in a lake."
Danny threw it back to the water. Just as Skulker was about to stand up, the turbine landed on him, squashing him.
"So…want some spray cheese?" Danny asked as he grabbed a can of cheese spray.
Jump City…
All the women were following the orders of their new masters. With no men and Ember's hypnotic soundwaves, Jump City was under the control of Ember, Spectra, Kitty, Jinx and Kitten.
In Titan's Tower, Starfire, Raven, Terra, Wonder Girl and Supergirl were watching from the screen, seeing how the villainess split the city five ways.
"This is bad," Terra said as they saw Kitten turn her part of the city pink.
"Why?" Supergirl said as she crossed her arms. "We'll just beat them and throw them in jail. It's what we do."
"Don't get to cocky," Raven said as she typed on the keyboard. From the screen, Jinx and Kitten appeared on the screen. "Jinx is the leader of Hive Five and is a Hex mage. Her bad luck magic is bad news. Though Kitten isn't as powerful, she could still be dangerous."
"She is also a Grimplork!" Starfire exclaimed as she crossed her arms and pouted.
"A what?" Wonder Girl said with a confused expression.
"Long story," Terra said before turning to Raven. "What about those Ghosts? I've never seen one before."
"They're probably be in Phantom's files," Raven said as she clicked on the file with Phantom's logo on it. In it were a lot of other files. "Where is it?"
"What about this one?" Terra said as she noticed a file that said 'PRIVATE'. She pushed a button and the PRIVATE file was opened. In it were several pictures of Starfire.
"Oh…" Terra said, feeling a little awkward.
"Why does friend Danny have pictures of me?" Starfire asked as she saw one with her drinking mustard.
"Because he's a boy, Starfire," Supergirl said with a smirk, having another teasing material to her old friend.
"Do all boys have pictures of me?" Starfire asked with a confused expression.
"Only the weirdoes," Raven said as she exited the file and went to another file. This time, there was a list of Ghosts. "Found them."
Three pictures appeared, featuring their Ghostly guests. Reading what Phantom know about them, they were dangerous, at least, Ember and Spectra are.
"Wow, impressive," Supergirl said. "How do we beat them?"
"We should split up," Wonder Girl suggested with a calculative look. "There's five of them and five of us. We pick a target and we beat them."
"I am not sure that is a wise idea," Starfire said. "We do not know three of these female intruders."
"And they don't know us," Wonder Girl said.
"Let's give it a shot," Supergirl said with a nod. "I'll get the rock star."
The Titans were a little hesitant, but agreed and chose a target. Terra chose Kitty, Starfire went for Spectra, since Raven took Kitten and Donna was left with Jinx. After taking Phantom's Thermos from the lab, they all left to get their targets.
Terra…
"Come on, ladies!" Kitty exclaimed as she blew her whistle, dressed in gray shirt, camo pants and a camo hat. "Move faster!"
Terra, dressed like Kitty, ran through the obstacle course, using the training Phantom taught her. She easily climbed up the wooden wall, jump through the tire swings and ran over the rubber wheels on the ground.
"Hey, not bad," Kitty said as she looked at her stopwatch, not seeing Terra with a Fenton Thermos. "Maybe you can give Lily a challenge."
"Lily?" Terra said before a shadow cast over her. She looked behind her and saw an enormous woman with ginger hair. She almost mistook her for Mammoth. Lily suddenly grabbed Terra by the shirt and lifted her up.
"Lily needed some new sparring partners," Kitty explained before blowing her whistle.
Terra, not knowing what to do, aimed the thermos at Lily's face. To her shock, the woman took a bite of the thermos, chewing it and swallowing it.
"Uh…I guess that's another way of getting iron in your diet," Terra said. Lily smirked before she raised her fist.
Raven…
"I should have chosen Jinx," Raven muttered as she looked at the pink-themed area. It was so girly and sweet that it was making her feel sick in her stomach. The women in the area were dressed in girly pink makeup and girly pink dresses, looking like Barbie dolls.
"Hellooooo everyone!" a voice exclaimed that got everyone's attention. They all looked at the stage and saw Kitten dressed in her pink prom dress, plus a tiara. "Are you ladies having a wonderful time?"
The girls screeched in high-pitch voices, causing Raven to cringe. It was like Starfire, with the volume increased. She walked through the crowd, planning to sneak behind Kitten and knock her unconscious when the spot light suddenly shined on her.
Startled, she was suddenly grabbed by the arms and was dragged towards the stage, pushing her there and causing her to land on her back.
"Oh, look girls!" Kitten exclaimed as she looked at Raven. "A girl who wants to change. Go get the makeup and glitter!"
Raven's eyes widened as she saw a few girls coming towards her with makeup, hair products and glitter. Lots of glitter. She tried to stand up, but two girls restrained her arms and legs. Raven struggled, but they were surprisingly strong.
She stopped struggled when one girl removed her hood and she saw several makeup tools going towards her.
"Noooooo!"
Starfire…
Starfire was sneaking behind a camera set, holding a Fenton Thermos. In the center of the stage was Spectra, who had an apron and chef's hat on, teaching the woman how to cook with all the cameras aimed at her.
"Welcome back to 'Cooking with Penelope'," Spectra said to the cheering female audience. "In tonight's show, I'll be showing you my famous No-Man Souffle!" she showed a steaming, delicious looking soufflé to the audience, not noticing Starfire sneaking up on her. "Now I need a volunteer…Oh, we have a volunteer!"
Starfire was startled when the spotlight was aimed at her. Two women suddenly came towards her, took the Thermos from her hand placed an apron over her body. She was then pushed towards Spectra.
"Now then, what do you know about cooking?" Spectra asked. Starfire suddenly had a gleam in her eyes as she talked about the delicacies of her planet, her mission forgotten.
Wonder Girl…
"Wow, this place is…loud," she commented to herself as Goth and punk girls roamed the streets, doing whatever the heck they want. Loud music filled the air while graffiti was painted over the walls. It was like Gotham invaded Jump City.
At the center of the place was Jinx, sitting on a purple bean bag with a can of soda in her hand, looking like she was well relaxed. Around her were a bunch of punks dancing and Goths just standing there with a depressed look on their faces.
Wonder Girl was about to fly up and attack Jinx when a punk girl suddenly bumped her, sending her towards a pack of Goths, who were telling some poems.
"Darkness, darkness…and more…darkness," the Goth girl sighed as she finished her poem, causing the Goths to snap their fingers.
As she left, Wonder Girl accidentally landed on the middle of the group. She looked at them, who was looking at her with depressed eyes. She stood up, looking awkward as she rubbed the back of her head.
"Um…" she said as they kept staring at her. She took a deep breath and remembered one of the poems in her home. "…Yesterday, Kharmis, you were in our eyes, Today, we buried you."
The Goths looked at her before they all cheered. Suddenly, they grabbed Wonder Girl and dragged her away, despite her protesting.
Jinx didn't even realize that there was someone who was going to capture her as she increased the volume of the music.
Supergirl…
In the park, a lot of the females were all cheering at the girl band, which was led by Ember. She was strumming her guitar as the drummer and bass player got in tune. The four backup singers were moving with the music, except for one.
Suoergirl was dressed in a purple tank top, black pants and boots. She sneaked up on the chorus singers to get closer to Ember and bag her with the Thermos. She decided to do this instead of charging, since she was worried that civilians might get hurt.
"Hey girls!" Ember sang. "It's girls' night out!"
"Night out, night out, night out!" the chorus sang, except for Supergirl, who was waiting for a chance.
"Wooooaaaahh!" Ember sang. "Come on, girls! Let's do this! Whoo! All right! Come on!
Hey girls, we're a lot of fun!"
"Doo wap wap!"
"We'll show all of you lil' schoolboy's how it's done!"
"Doo wap wap!" the chorus snapped their fingers and swung their hips.
"We've got the looks that you're all after! We got the move that make you cry!" Ember spun in place before she stopped.
"Make you cry!" the chorus stepped in as they sashayed their shoulders.
"If there's a chance of causing laughter! You wanna kiss, baby, don't even trrrry!" Ember sang before she gestured at her backup singers.
"Trrry!"
"Trrry!"
"Trrry!"
When it got to Supergirl, she was about to activate the Thermos and suck Ember in. In her panic, she quickly grabbed the mic and sang.
"Trrriii-eeaaay!"
At least, she tried to sing.
The music and cheering stopped as everyone looked at Supergirl before they glared at her.
"Boooo!" the crowed exclaimed as they started throwing garbage at her.
"You're all just jealous!" Supergirl exclaimed before she was buried in a pile of garbage.
Titan's Tower…
The girls were back in the Ops Room and we're not looking happy, except for one. Terra was holding an ice pack on her head. Raven was dressed in pink and glitters with her hair done in pigtails and covered in lipstick and eyeliner. Wonder Girl was dressed in black and had some heavy makeup on. Supergirl was covered in scum and pieces of trash, and Starfire was wearing a chef hat, reading the book that said 'Cooking with Penelope', with Spectra winking in the cover.
"This feels uncomfortable," Raven said as she rubbed the makeup off her face.
"You feel uncomfortable?" Terra said before she winced. "Ow! I think my organs are loose."
"I need a bath!" Supergirl said as she removed a banana peel hanging on her shoulder.
"I don't understand how people could wear such dark outfits," Wonder Girl said as she removed the spiked choker.
"I did not realized tentacles could be cooked in such a way!" Starfire exclaimed as she turned the page.
"At least one of us had fun," Terra said with a wince.
Suddenly, the giant screen activated. It showed the five villains they tried to stop.
"Are you girls enjoying yourselves out there!" Ember exclaimed, causing the women to cheer.
"Well better get used to it," Spectra said as she lowered her shades. "Because in an hour, it's gonna be permanent!"
"Jump City is going to the gals!" Kitty exclaimed. The superheroine's eyes widened before they stood up.
"We have to stop them!" Wonder Girl exclaimed. Suddenly, her nose wrinkled, causing her to cover it. "Ugh…but first, someone needs a bath."
"Gee, thanks Donna," Supergirl said with a deadpanned expression.
After everyone cleaned up and changed back to their proper uniforms, they were back in Phantom's lab, looking for something that could help them.
"Isn't there something that could help us?" Supergirl exclaimed as she rummaged through the shelves.
"Maybe we should just take whatever weapons in here and give a full frontal assault," Wonder Girl said.
"Your previous plan has failed, so I do not believe your second plan will succeed," Starfire said with a frown. "And we should also focus on how to get the males back."
"Well I don't here you saying some ideas," Wonder Girl snapped back.
"Woah, let's calm down, you guys!" Terra said, getting in between the two girls. "We're just a little stress out from all the failures."
"Hey!" Supergirl exclaimed as she held a backpack with two speakers sticking from the side. "What's this?"
"Seems to be some kind of speaker," Raven said as she pressed a button. She was suddenly blasted by the sounds of the pack, sending her to the desk.
"Woah!" Supergirl exclaimed as she put the pack down. "You okay there, Raven."
"I'm fine," Raven said as she rubbed her head.
"Guys," Terra said as she grinned at them. "I think I've got a plan."
"What is it?" Wonder Girl asked as Terra picked up the pack.
"Why use this stereo pack to get the boys back," Terra said. "We just need to get Kitty to throw another and have Ember amp it up."
"But how can we get her to throw another kiss?" Raven asked as she crossed her arms.
"We must trick her into thinking there are some boys left," Starfire suggested.
"One of us should dressed up as a guy to fool them," Wonder Girl said.
As one, Starfire, Supergirl, Terra and Wonder Girl looked at Raven. She noticed their looks and growled.
"Over my dead body,"
Lake Eerie…
Danny and Jason were still waiting for the fish to bite. They managed to capture three fishes, but an accident caused them to lose the fishes.
"I thought fishing was supposed to be fun," Jason said with a sigh as he pulled the line up.
"Don't worry, I'm sure it'll get exciting soon," Danny said, though he was feeling bored as well. Suddenly, his Ghost Sense activated. "Uh oh. Me and my big mouth."
He heard some engines in the air, causing him and Jason to look up. Skulker was staring down at them, smirking evilly at them.
"Skulker!" Danny exclaimed as he and Jason readied themselves for a fight. "What are you doing here!"
"My girlfriend said I'm a lousy hunter, but I think she'll change her mind once I have your pelts on my fireplace!" Skulker exclaimed as he aimed a blaster at them.
"Woah," Danny said with a startled expression.
"Finally afraid of me?" Skulker said with a smirk.
"No," Danny said. "I'm surprised you have a girlfriend."
"Okay, now that just hurts," Skulker said with a frown.
"Not as much as this!" Danny exclaimed as he threw the fishing line, the hook attaching to the blaster. With a strong tug, he ripped the arm off, surprising Skulker. Danny then threw the line again, hitting Skulker with the severe arm.
The robotic Ghost hunter fell to the water, creating a huge splash. Jason looked at the water before at Danny, who threw the arm in the water as the fishing line reeled back in the rod.
"How'd you do that?" Jason asked in awe.
"The Fenton Fisher," Danny replied as he spun the rod. "Used to hook any Ghost like a fish."
Suddenly, the boat shook a bit before the water below it exploded, sending it tumbling. The two went splashing to the water before they emerged, their hair flat because of the water. The two looked and saw Skulker riding on a red, giant lake monster with green eyes, large teeth and big horns.
"Prepare to meet your doom, Whelp!" Skulker exclaimed as the monster roared.
"So, is this your girlfriend?" Danny exclaimed as he prepared to go Ghost.
"You'd be surprised on what I find in my hunts!" Skulker exclaimed as he made the monster charge at them. It went to Jason, swallowing the boy whole.
"Jason!" Danny exclaimed as he looked at the beast. He then saw the Fenton Fisher floating towards him. With a growl, he grabbed it before throwing the fishing line. It got caught in the scales just as the beast started moving, pulling Danny with it.
Soon, Danny was skiing on the water, without the skis. He saw the can of cheese spray on the water and went to grab it. With the cheese in hand, he prepared to fight the monster. With a strong tug, he pulled himself to the sky, going towards Skulker.
He surprised Skulker as he kicked him off the beast, sending him to the water. Danny then held on by the horns as the beast roared and tried to shake him off.
"This ain't my first rodeo, buddy!" Danny exclaimed as he held on. He then aimed the cheese spray to the monster's right eye. "Hope you like cheese!"
He sprayed the eye with cheese, causing the monster to roar in pain. It started trashing around before it swam to shore, right towards the rocky hill wall. It slammed head first, knocking it out. It fell to the ground with its mouth open.
Jason fell out the mouth, landing on the sand and rocks. Danny jumped off the beast and ran towards and helped the kid up.
"That…was disturbing," he said as he shivered in disgust. "Now I know how sushi feels."
"This isn't over!" Skulker exclaimed as he flew towards the two boys.
Danny suddenly turned around, throwing an Ecto-rang that he hid in his sleeves. He threw it and the weapon hit Skulker on the forehead. The projectile blinked before it exploded, knocking the head off.
Skulker's robotic head landed between Danny and Jason, with stubby green legs sticking from the neck. Jason picked it up and pulled the green legs out. With a pop, the real Skulker was being held by Jason, dangling him upside down.
"Put me down!" Skulker ordered. "I am the Ghost Zone's Greatest Hunter! So fear me!"
"I think he's too small," Danny said as a black glove with a green gem appeared on his hand. "We should put him back."
He raised his hand and created a small Ghost Portal. Jason, with a grin, tossed Skulker back to the portal. The portal then closed as the glove disappeared.
"That was awesome!" Jason exclaimed with a grin. "Best fishing trip ever!"
"Glad you liked it, Jay," Danny said as he placed his arms over the boy's shoulders. "Now come on, help me get the Speeder out the water."
Jump City…
In the park, on top of the stage the mind-controlled citizens made, the five villainess were counting down the minutes. They were unaware of the fiver heroines outside the park, preparing for the plan.
"Are you guys ready for the plan?" Terra asked through the T-comm as she was floating on a slab of concrete, wearing the pack.
"Yes."
"Uh-huh."
"Affirmative."
"I'm going to kill you guys."
"Okay, let's do this," Terra said as she put on her goggles.
In the park, 'Robin' was standing outside the group of girls, 'his' purple hair all spiked up and 'his' chest bind by bandages.
"I'm going to need years of meditation to get over this," 'Robin' said as 'he' looked at his clothes.
"You look good, Raven," Terra said through the communicator. "Now don't forget to act like a guy. Flirt with them, and if they don't believe you, then burp, a really loud one! Remember all the soda you drank."
Raven felt her eye twitch before she closed the T-comm and started walking to the stage, where they were chanting.
"Give me a 'no'!"
"Give me a 'men'!"
"What does that spell?"
"NO MEN!"
The five villainesses started feeling like queens as they drank in the cheers of their subjects. In just a few minutes, all the boys would be gone for good. And after that, Jump City will be theirs to rule.
Nothing could possibly ruin this moment.
"Hey, ladies!" a voice exclaimed that stopped them dead. All eyes went to the one who shouted and were shocked to see 'Robin' leaning on the stage, "How's it…uh…chilling?"
The five villainess were too in shock as 'Robin' climbed and threw 'his' arms to Jinx and Kitty's shoulders.
"You ladies interested in…uh…making out with me?" 'he' said with a smirk that looked forced.
"Kitty, I thought your kiss got rid of all the boys!" Jinx exclaimed as she removed the arm off her.
"Don't blame me," Kitty exclaimed, pushing 'Robin' away. "I only directed my kiss at Johnny. She's the one that messed it up," she pointed at Ember.
"Excuse me?" Ember said, her eyes glowing menacingly.
"Geez, as much as I want you girls see beat each other in a pool, I need to go to uh…burping contest," 'Robin' said as 'he' winked at the girls before he walked off the stage.
"Kitty, throw another kiss," Spectra ordered as she glared at 'Robin'. "And this time, get it right."
"Better amp it up in case you missed any other boys,' Kitty said to Ember, who glared at her as she turned on the knob on her guitar.
Ember got in position as Kitty blew a kiss. The glowing lips flew to the sky as Ember was about to struck on the guitar.
"Now!" Terra exclaimed as she activated the stereo backpack. Two speakers poked out the pack and pressed the button that activates it. Soundwaves fired towards the kiss. The two soundwaves hit the kiss at the same time.
The kiss exploded, sending soundwaves all over the city. In a flash, all the males that disappeared reappeared back to where they were before and the women who were mind controlled were finally free.
At the center of the group of armed women, Robin, Cyborg, Beastboy, Johnny, Mammoth, Gizmo, Seemore and Billy Numerous. They were blinking in confusion as they all looked at the women.
"Uh…why are these women armed?" Beastboy asked with a hint of fear.
"What's going on!?" Kitten exclaimed in shock as she looked at the males. "I see…boys!"
"Look!" Spectra exclaimed, pointing at 'Robin'. 'He' removed the mask, showing amethyst eyes. 'He' then fixed the spikey hair, making it long. The other heroines jumped around Raven, looking ready to fight.
"Titans, go!" Terra exclaimed as they charged.
"We've been duped!" Spectra exclaimed angrily as the villainesses stood next to her, looking ready to fight. "Kitty, blow another kiss!"
Suddenly, Starfire, who was wearing the Ghost Gauntlets, tackled Kitty to the ground. A gold lasso wrapped around Kitten, causing her to be yanked up to the air by Wonder Girl. The remaining villainesses growled before they charged.
Raven went to fight Spectra, her hands glowing with black energy, Terra charged at Kitten and Supergirl flew towards Ember.
Starfire, after tackling Kitty, flew behind the Ghost and blasted her with a Starbolt. Kitty was flying towards Wonder Girl and Kitten, which the Amazonian noticed. She suddenly pulled Kitten towards her before she pushed her back towards the Ghost.
The two cat-named girls slammed into each other painfully. They fell to the ground, groaning in pain. Wonder Girl landed next to Starfire and the two girls grinned, high-fiving each other.
"Azarath, Metrion, Zinthos!" Raven exclaimed as she fired at Spectra.
"You think your demon magic can stop me?" Spectra exclaimed as she fired back, blocking her attack.
"No, but it'll distract you," Raven said. Spectra blinked, not noticing Ember flying towards her. The two Ghost girls collided painfully. Before they could recover, two boulders slammed each other with the two of them in between.
The two boulders separated, revealing a bruised and beaten Ember and Spectra. The two females fell to the ground as Terra pointed a Thermos on them, capturing the two Ghosts.
Their victory was short lived when Supergirl flew past them by a blast of purple magic. The two heroines were also blasted by Hex spells. Jinx, seeing that she was the only one left, readied herself to fight her way through.
Suddenly, she felt someone tap her shoulder. Surprised, she looked and saw Wonder Girl smiling at her before pointing back to the girls. Confused, she looked back and saw Supergirl flying towards her. With a strong punch, Jinx was sent towards a tree. She groaned before passing out.
"Nice job, gals," Supergirl said with a grin before noticing the male villains. "You guys might want to surrender."
The guys, seeing that they were outnumbered, and surrounded with the male heroes behind them, raised their arms in surrender.
As the authorities took the Hive Five away, the boys turned to the girls.
"What happened?" Cyborg asked with a confused expression.
"Did we miss anything?" Beastboy asked.
"Is that my uniform?" Robin said with a raised eyebrow, noticing Raven wearing his uniform.
"We do not speak of this, again," Raven said with a death glare that shut them up.
The girls just giggled before Terra slapped Raven on the back. Without warning, she released a loud burp. She blushed as she covered her mouth and all the girls laughed while the boys looked shocked.
The Next Day…
"They're back!" Cyborg exclaimed as he and the boys were waiting for the Specter Speeder. They saw the flying vehicle fly in and landed in front of them.
"Dudes, did you guys get anything?" Beastboy asked with a grin as the Speeder's door opened. Danny and Jason fell out the Speeder, followed by a giant, red monster.
"Only a sea monster the size of Kansas," Danny said with a grin as he stood up. "Did something happened while we were away?"
"Uh…" the boys said as they looked at each other before looking up.
In the Ops Center, the girls were bonding. Instead of doing their nails, face and hair while gossiping, they were on the couch, watching wrestling.
"Yeah! Kill him!" Terra exclaimed.
"This sport is very violent, yet strangely entertaining," Starfire commented.
"Reminds me of my days wrestling," Wonder Girl said with nostalgia.
"You gonna share that?" Raven asked Supergirl, who was holding a bucket of popcorn. The female Kryptonian passed the bucket to her. Raven used her powers to float some for her.
"It was…interesting," Robin said to Danny, who just shrugged.
"So, who wants sushi?"
Meanwhile…
Jinx was sitting on the ground, looking at the glass cage she was in, her hands cuffed with special handcuffs so she couldn't use her powers. She sighed as she waited for her parole to be over, or a massive jailbreak, whichever comes first.
"You wanna get out of here?"
Surprised, she stood up, turned her head and saw two figures hiding in the shadows.
"Who are you?" Jinx asked with narrowed eyes. One figure stepped forward, revealing a skull mask.
"The name's Red X," Red X said. "Me and my boss were wondering if you want to join us."
"And who's us?"
"The Teen Tyrants," the other figure said, still hiding in the shadows. "See, we're impressed by your performance and want you part of it."
"Whaddya say?" Red X said with a smirk behind his mask. "It beats hanging out here."
Jinx thought about it before she nodded, smirking a bit. Red X slashed at the glass cage, breaking it. He then slashed at the handcuffs, freeing Jinx. The Hex villain rubbed her wrist before walking towards her two new teammates.
"Welcome to the Teen Tyrants," the shadowy figure said as he moved a bit, revealing white eye mask.
And boom! New chapter. Supergirl and Wonder Girl made their debut appearance and the Teen Tyrants found a new teammate. As you can see, the mystery recruiter wears a mask with white eyes. I know last chapter, you thought Red X was the mysterious recruiter, but it's not. Sorry for misleading you guys.
