AN: Sorry it took so long. This chapter seemed to take more time than I wanted and then my editor was on vacation.

For quite some time now Ginny Weasley's perspective on life was skewed. As a little girl, she would listen to the bedtime stories her mother would read to her of how baby Harry defeated the dark lord with his amazing magical powers. Before they actually ever met she believed she and Harry would be together as husband and wife. He was going to be her prince and he was going to worship her. The fact that it actually happened only skewed her perspective even more. Case in point was her currant train of thought. Ginny was furious as she waked out of Gringotts. After checking her bank account she realized that Harry had at some point took half of the money in their bank account and moved it to another bank, this was unacceptable. She would be damned if he would treat her this way. He was supposed to be her loving husband. The only reason she let him stay away was to come to that realization.

She'd let this go on long enough. Perhaps far too long if her own brother could point out that there was trouble in her paradise. Harry was making her look bad. She needed to get him back under the same roof before people started talking if they weren't already. Oh Merlin. Were people already gossiping? She thought. She hoped not. It embarrassed her just thinking about it and she would be taking it out on her husband whether it was the case or not.

She made her way through Diagon Alley in the direction of The Leaky Cauldron. She knew Harry would be at work in his heroic role as Auror catching dark wizards that would be announced in the Daily Profit telling everyone of her husband's heroic exploits. But she would camp outside his door until he came back and then she would make him come home. She just wasn't sure how she was going to approach him. She was too furious to be the loving supportive wife and really there wasn't a need to be. He was the one who was in the wrong and he needed to apologize to her. She was the one who kindly let him stay away to reflect upon what he was doing.

As she continued up the alley she found him speaking with Mundungus Fletcher just outside Florean Fortescue's Ice Cream Parlor. Just the sight of her husband had made her anger flair but to see him speaking politely to that filthy thief just stoked the fire even more. He should hit that criminal with a bludgeoning hex and hale him off to Azkaban and be done with him. Better yet Harry shouldn't be seen with him at all. It was beneath him to even cart him away. He should get one of the other auror's to do it. So he could bring in the dark wizards that counted. The less people see those two together the better. The waist of wizarding garbage serves no purpose. It was because of his stupidity that they almost lost the war. Before she realized what she was doing she pulled her wand from its holster. "Mundungus Fletcher, you piece of human filth! You have no business speaking with my husband. You low life scum. Get out of here before someone gets the wrong idea and don't let me see you anywhere near my husband again."

"Ginny! What the hell has gotten into you?" Harry shouted in bewilderment as Mundungus fled the seen.

"You don't need to be seen associating with such people, Harry."

"Ginny, it's my job to associate with him. Have you never heard of an informant?" He whispered hotly.

"You should let the auror's under you get information for you so you can take care of the bigger fish."

"It doesn't work that way. What the hell are you doing here anyway?"

"You need to come home now." She said.

"Why what's happened?" He asked worried that there may have been a fire or something.

"You've been away for too long. People are starting to talk. That last article about you talking to those muggle road workers was deplorable. I can only imagine what people are saying."

"What a minute, you mean you interrupted my discussion with Fletcher for this nonsense?" He asked unbelievingly.

"Harry you are coming home… today." Ginny said without realizing what she was doing to Harry emotionally.

"Like hell I am!" He shouted startling her. "I wasn't the one who had a lesson to learn. You didn't push me out. I left so you could realize the mistakes you've been making. But I can see you haven't even begun to realize anything."

"Harry, hush people are staring." She admonished him in a growl.

"I'm not coming back…" Harry paused as he realized something. "You know what I almost called it home but it's not, it's your little make-believe world where I'm just an icon you like to boast about and show off to others. A person you feel you need to control so I don't make that false world appear less perfect. With no regard for how I feel about it. Did it ever occur to you that I don't like being controlled? Do you even remember what I went through with all the people who wanted to control me during the war? Dumbledore, Scrimgeour, Voldemort, all three of them dead and I still have issues with the way they used me or tried to."

"Harry, not so loud people are going to start to talk. Listen to me you need to stop this nonsense and come home tonight after work and everything will be okay. The house elves will be so happy to have you home as well."

Harry couldn't believe what he was hearing. Ginny hadn't listened to a word he said. It occurred to him that she was more concerned with the volume of his tone than what he was actually saying. He looked at her coldly and when he spoke it was like ice that was so cold it burned.

"I can not believe how self absorbed you are. You are in desperate need of a mind healer. You've just completely ignored everything I just said. I can see you'll not see your own short comings or how angry you've made me. Ginny I need you to listen to me. I won't be coming home. From today on we are through. Our marriage is over."

"Harry, I will forgive you one last time but you need to come home this instant. And stop all this nonsense talk. You have no intention of leaving me. This is just the way we are when we have a spat. We both say things we don't actually mean."

Harry realized to his disbelief that Ginny was now playing to the forming crowed. "I have no intention of leaving? I don't mean what I say?" He said bewildered. "Then when I say that if you don't leave this instant I will give you a spanking you won't believe, then I must be telling lies is that right?"

Ginny chuckled at that. "Of course you would never do something like that. You're my husband and Harry Potter would never be so brutish."

Harry put his hand out to her. Ginny believing she had won the argument put out her hand to reach for his when all of the sudden Harry grabbed her by the wrist and pulled her close to look into her eyes and asked.

"What do the words etched on the back of my left hand by a blood quill read Ginny? "

She looked back into his eye before replying. "I must not tell lies, but…"

Harry pulled her to one of the outdoor table sets in front of Florean Fortescue's Ice Cream Parlor and sat down pulling her across his knee. Ginny was so shocked that she couldn't comprehend what was happening until Harry's hand came down firmly upon her backside. Even then it took two or three blows to realize that this was really happening… and in public too. She began to scream with indignation which soon turned into humiliation.

Arthur Weasley and his son George were walking back from lunch when they saw the crowd. They moved in to get a closer look to find out what was going on only to find the show Harry and Ginny were putting on. George turned to his father and asked.

"Shouldn't we try to stop this?"

"Are you kidding? Do you know how many times I wanted to discipline your sister over the years when you were all growing up at the burrow? Your mother would never let me nor would she ever raise a hand to her because your sister could never do any wrong. So, you boys always took the blame and punishment for her doings. This has been a long time in coming. I'm sure that whatever she's been doing for Harry to become this upset to take this action is well deserved."

"You're the best father ever. You know that?" George announced.

Arthur looked to his son with a smile.

"And I know exactly what I'm getting the family for Christmas."

Arthur wondered why his son would make such a jump in conversation before asking. "Oh, what is that?"

"A pensive so Bill, Charlie Ron and Percy can enjoy watching this spectacle."

Arthur chuckled before saying. "Then I better move to the other side of the crowed so we can have a view from two different perspectives."

"Ah, I see I've succeeded in corrupting my own father. My brothers will be so proud."

After spanking his struggling wife till his arm got tired Harry let her up. She was sobbing as her face burned with shame. Harry looked at her and said.

"Go home and don't come looking for me again. I might not be so nice next time."

He then made his way through the crowd and to the leaky caldron. People began clapping now that they knew the show was over Ginny began hearing all the gossip and comments about her. She was mortified. But then the mortification began to turn into a raging anger before she took off after her husband.

"Ut-oh, we better follow her before she does something stupid. Your mother would never forgive me if she ended up in Azkaban." Arthur said.

Harry had just waked into the leaky caldron and ordered a fire whisky to calm himself down. Tom was just bringing it to him when the back door was kicked open so hard most of the patrons jumped. Harry had been half expecting it however and had his wand in his hand for what he knew was coming next. Ginny started to let jinxes and hexes fly, including her favorite bat boogie hex. But to her indignation Harry found his opening as he let his shield drop and cast the disarming spell. Ginny watched with some panic in her eyes as her wand flew through the air and into Harry's hand. He then cast a jelly leg curse upon her. She found she couldn't get away now that her leg wouldn't respond in the correct manor. And she desperately wanted to be far away from Harry at this moment as he came towards her. Once again she found herself across his lap as she was getting spanked again. However since Harry's arm was still sore from the last time, the spanking didn't last as long. Instead he let her up and let her watch as he took her wand and threw it into the fireplace along with some floo powder and yelled "The Burrow." He then turned to Ginny and said.

Go home to your mother Ginny and don't come looking for me any more. He said tiredly as he took off the jelly leg curse. She got off the floor and started to sob loudly once more as she made her walk of shame to the fire place. As she stood there within the hearth it took a moment to get herself under control enough to yell the name of her family home.

Once she was gone people began congratulating him on a job well done which was something he really wasn't in the mood to hear. He finished his drink and paid his tab before walking to the fire place and leaving by floo powder to the abode he had been living with Ginny.

After Harry left Arthur and George dropped the Disillusionment Charm they had put themselves under to get a closer look at what was going on.

"Well I think the honeymoon is over." George commented.

"So is the marriage." Arthur agreed.

"Should we go after one of them?"

"No, your sister has gone home to your mother. That's not something I wish to get involved in at the moment and Harry just need some time alone."

/Scene Break/

Harry stepped out of the Hearth in the living room of the dwelling dubbed Potter house. As he did so several of the house elves popped in to serve him.

"Master Potter sir, It is good to have you back sir." The lead house elf Grendy said.

"I'm not back. I'm only visiting. I'm here to get my things." Harry said.

The house elves ears drooped at hearing this.

"Kreature!" Harry called. Making the elf in question appear.

"Yes, master Harry sir. How can Kreature be of serves?"

Then one of the other House elves became excited.

"Kreature is not aloud in Potter house!" It exclaimed and began throwing elf magic at Kreature. Kreature in turn protected himself by erecting shield magic.

"No! wait! Stop!" Harry shouted. When that didn't work he threw a bludgeoning hex toward the elf. The elf found himself thrown across the room, hard.

"What the hell do you think you're doing? When I command you to do something I expect it done."

"Forgive him Master Harry. He is young and doesn't know better. He made a mistake." The older house elf said.

"But Grendy, Lady Ginny Potter does not ever want Kreature to dirty her home with himself being in Potter house. She hired us and gave us a home and all this wonderful work." Said the small house elf.

"Issy, yous don't be having any idea hows wizards and witches be working. You disobeyed the Master's orders. Yous is in danger of losing your magic and your life if the master feels betrayed by your actions."

"I don't understand." Issy said in confusion.

"What she means is that Lady Potter may have hired you and may give you the majority of work but she defers to me." Harry explained to Issy with anger in his voice. "She got the surname Potter from me. This house also carries my name. Which means, within the wizarding world I am the Master of the house and my orders supersedes my wife's because in the end I can expel all of you and my wife from my house."

Harry tried to calm himself. The Elves looked frightened that they were going to be given clothes and told to leave. It was then Harry had an Idea.

"You know what? My wife doesn't deserve house elves." He said moving to the desk and taking a peace of parchment and a quill to write a short note and now the house elves looked truly terrified.

"If you want a place to stay and work I know just the place where you'll get plenty. All of you will report to the headmistress of Hogwarts. Grendy you will give her this note. You will follow the headmistress's commands while you're there. From now on none of you are to do anything Lady Potter says, none of you are to come to my wife's call only to mine. You are to leave now."

Issy looked worried while Grendy looked relieved. "Yes sir. Thank you sir." Grendy said looking at him as if he were the greatest master in the world. With that, they all disappeared leaving only Harry and Kreature left in the living room.

"Why does everything have to be so difficult?" He said with a sigh. He then turned toward Kreature. "Kreature, I need you to pack all of my things. There are two expandable trunks in the hall closet, fill them up and send them to the Leaky Caldron in Diagon Alley and make sure you get everything because we won't be comeing back. As a matter of fact I want you to help me put up some house elf repellent wards so my wife cant bring any more onto this property."

"Yes sir, however, if I help, I'll be the only house elf that will be able to come back."

"Yes and there's no chance that Ginny will call you. So, from now on she'll have to fend for herself. Harry said with a smile."

/Scene Break/

In the Hogwarts library Professor McGonagall and Hermione were still hard at work teaching Willow and Dawn transfiguration spells Minerva was quite impressed at how fast they were coming along. Hermione how ever realized that they weren't doing as well as they usually do. She figured it was because of the conversation about Willow being gay that was bothering them. But she would only partially right. They were also holding back so as not to upset Hermione by being better prodigies then she was in front of her mentor Professor McGonagall.

They were turning animals into goblets when six house elves appeared. This startled Dawn and to a lesser degree Willow because they had never seen anything like them before. But the Professor and Hermione didn't seem to be worried about them.

"Yes, can I help you?" Minerva inquired knowing they weren't Hogwarts House elves.

"This is being for you Head Mistress. It is from our master Harry Potter." Gendy announced.

"Harry?" Hermione questioned.

"Indeed Miss." Gendy replied.

Minerva read the note and nodded her head. "I see, very well, you can go to the kitchen and ask the head house elf Waldo for your assignment."

With that the elves left.

"What was that about Professor?" Hermione asked.

"It would seem Mr. Potter has seen fit to relive his wife of her servants. He has sent them here to work."

"Oh, I see that their marriage is moving further down into the pits. Perhaps I should visit him later today."

"Perhaps you should but I wouldn't be in such a hurry. The way that note was scratched out I can tell he'd be in no mood for company too soon."

"Okay, I guess I'll make some arrangements to see him for a late supper. He should have calmed down by then. However, I think we've accomplished enough for today." Turning to Dawn and Willow she said. "You both have almost completed second year studies. If everything goes as planned we should be moving on to the third year in a couple of lessons."

"I'm simply astonished at how fast you both have excelled through what you've both learned today." Minerva complemented.

"It's all because of Hermione's teaching ability." Dawn said.

Hermione looked a bit embarrassed at the praise before saying. "I just have a pretty good idea of how you both assimilate information which allows me to forgo repetition because it would simply hinder you both. In a larger class it wouldn't be possible."

"Being teachers ourselves, I think we can both relate." Willow replied before turning to Professor McGonagall. "Before we go we have a few questions about our previous studies that we had hoped you might be able to answer. We wrote them down in this notebook. After some extensive study we were able to answer some of them but there are still many left unanswered. Hermione suggested you might be able to fill in the blanks and if you agree we'll leave the notes with you so that you can look them over before we see you again."

"Something you three are unable to answer must surly be intriguing. I shall endeavor to fill in the blanks, as you say." Minerva responded.

"It's been a pleasure meeting you." Dawn, Willow and Minerva said in unison which caused them all to laugh.

"You are both welcome here whenever you wish to study or use the library." Minerva replied.

"Thank you Professor." They said and began packing up their things.

Minerva walked them to the gate at the edge of the wards and with one last goodbye the disappeared.

/Scene Break/

Once they were back at the Guardian Council they went to the magic practicing room and began unpacking their things. Willow and Dawn worked silently as Hermione wrung her hands trying to sort out what it was that she wanted to say. Both women were able to see she was warring with her thoughts and if they left her to it Hermione would probable have an aneurism. To circumvent this, they decided to force the issue.

"Hermione, you seemed to have some sort of problem with Willow being gay. Would you care to explain why?" Dawn asked trying to keep any emotion out of her voice.

"Yes, well… it's not me who has the problem per say as it… oh how do I say this?"

Dawn and Willow looked at each other then back to Hermione before Dawn said. "Just say it."

Hermione closed her eyes and took a cleansing breath.

"It's not me it's the wizarding government."

This shocked both women. "Do you mean to tell me that it's against the law to be gay?" Willow asked.

"Well, no, not in so many words. It's more like that there are laws put in place that would make a gay woman want to hide the fact that she likes girls. The government put these laws in place to make sure magic would survive regardless of blood status or so they say. It's ironic, with so many blood-purest in the government forcing the issue on muggel born lesbians as well as pure bloods."

"What do you mean Hermione?" Dawn asked appalled.

"The government first law is that a married woman is to have at least one child. This was put into place for two reasons. It would make sure a lesbian wasn't marrying someone to cover that she was gay. And secondly regardless of whether it was a boy or girl the wizard was assured to have a child and couldn't complain that he didn't get the son he wanted when she produced a girl or visa versa, and that his wife would get nothing if she left him for anyone else whether it was a man or woman because the money would go to the wizard's offspring.

Another law is that known lesbians are required to have at least three to five children or be subjected to memory modification."

"What!" Willow and Dawn said in unison.

"That's not the worst of it because, you see, if they determent that gay woman's children have inferior magic like a squib, she may be required to have more."

"What do you mean by memory modification? What does it entail?"

"From what I've heard, it never ends well. They will not just make them forget they're lesbians but also every woman they ever had affections for which sometimes made them forget their own mother and sisters. They would try to adjust their sexual preference while at the same time they put compulsion charms on them to be attracted to men and since the compulsion is never pointed towards a specific man they want all men, never getting enough."

Both women looked shocked. In fact they were too shocked to speak.

"Willow, Dawn, I know you both now feel that you should never have become involved with the wizarding world but you must remember that in a few months all these horrible laws will be washed away. As a matter of fact when you come to think of it… We could very well be the new wizarding law in the new land." Hermione said shocking herself with that realization.

This didn't make their anger subside, but knowing they would out live these backward law makers only to take their place to make the world better gave them some solace.

"If it weren't for that fact, I'd walk into that ministry of yours and rip them a new one." Willow growled.

"And I'd help." Dawn added.

"Yes. Well, the less attention we bring upon ourselves the better. We need to be able to move around without their notice so we can accomplish what needs to get done before the cleansing, which is much more important than any vendetta you're both thinking about. You are still willing to help aren't you?" Hermione wondered hopefully.

Willow's anger deflated when she realized that Hermione didn't know her well enough to realize that her help would always be give to her friends.

"Hermione, of course I'll help. I know for a fact that you didn't have anything to do with such disgusting laws since a muggle born cant get a job in that level of government to make or change laws."

"I have a question. What about single women like you and me?"

"Well as long as I'm dating or in a heterosexual relationship I think I'm safe. But it hardly ever comes up. You two should be safe if you tell them you're new to the wizarding world. Claiming ignorance of the law might bide you time. I guess I'll have to bide my time by dating someone. She said already trying to think of someone to date."

At the same time the same thought came to both Willow and Dawn as the said in unison. "Dibs on Xander."

"I'm not one to hide behind my friends but, come on Dawn, Xander is to old for you. Besides, since I'm older, the wizards will want to see me married off first."

"Willow's right. But do you think you can get him to play along?"

"I love Xander. He was going to be my first boyfriend but stuff got in the way. He'll play along if I asked him to."

"Dawn, If you want Luna and I could introduce you to some nice wizards we went to school with."

"I'd rather go in and start taking heads. Yes, I'd like a boyfriend but I don't want to have to have a boyfriend for the sake of having one. When have we ever backed down from a fight?"

"No Dawn, Hermione's right. If we make waves now they'll know at least one of us is a lesbian and will be keeping an eye on us. This would bring attention to our friends as well. Most of which happen to be women, and we need to be able to do what needs to be done before the cleansing without anyone else knowing. Not to mention we wouldn't be able to do what needs to be done in the magical world so you could kiss all those centaurs and unicorns goodbye. If we push new legislation for gay rights now it could take more time than we have to get it passed but even if it's only a few months the lesbians of the wizarding world would only enjoy their new freedom for only a handful of months which would come to an abrupt end."

"Alright, I guess, if it becomes a problem with the ministry I'll worry about it then. Besides I might want my boyfriend to be a non-wizard too."

"Alright then, I need to be leaving. I have to send a letter off to Harry, then get some rest and then get ready to meet up with him. He'll need to know about the safe land, because of that escaped prisoner I told you about. He'll probably make up a story about an informant seeing him in Africa so he can go chasing after him. Are you sure everything is okay now?"

"That depends. How do you think Harry will react to Willow being gay? Dawn asked hotly." Willow would have reprimanded Dawn, but she found she wanted the answer to that question as well so she knew where she stood in his eyes.

"Honestly, I don't think he'll have a problem with it. He's not one to throw stones. He's accepting of everyone. But I'll ask him if you wish."

"No, that's probably not a good Idea. He works for the government and you said they keep an eye on him already and had tried to read his mind in the past. I mean sure, if he finds out then he finds out but I don't want to risk his not being okay with it, or the ministry gleaning the information from his mind."

Hermione opened her mouth to protest that the government wasn't that bad but closed it once she realized that she didn't know that for sure. It may not be as corrupt as it was before Voldemort, but she couldn't be certain that some practices weren't still going on. Just then an owl came to the window.

"The evening paper is here." Dawn announced.

Willow went to the window and let the bird in. As she took the paper Hermione was gathering her things to get ready to leave.

"Um…Hermione? I think your going to want to see this." Willow said.

There on the front cover of the prophet was Harry with his wife over his lap as he spanked her. The headlines read: Harry Potter and the angry wife. Married couples spat or spanking fantasy come true? Find out inside.

"Oh that's…that's… I don't know what to say about that. I guess I'll have to get the information straight from the source because I rarely believe anything that paper says. Luna will be disappointed however. If you see her tell her I'll see if I can't get him to give her and exclusive interview." After a small contemplative pause she continued.

"I really need to be going. I guess since we no longer have to research the safe zone at the great library we can concentrate more on your magic lessons but I think I'm going to take tomorrow off now. With the research off my mind, maybe I can get a descent nights sleep."

"Amen." Dawn agreed.

"Bye." Willow and Dawn said

"So long." Hermione replied and headed to the teleportation room.

/Scene Break/

Later that night after Harry had finished cleaning up his small dining table in his apartment at the leaky caldron. He had expected Hermione to come over to confront him after he saw the front page of the Daily Prophet. He told her he'd been reading over some law books when he found that publicly spanking your wife had been acceptable since the sixteen hundreds, and that while the practice may have fallen out of fashion over the years there were laws still in the books protecting the wizard from penalties of doing so. Harry had thought it was barbaric when he read it and knew that if this happened in the muggle world he might have been arrested. But when he had that confrontation with Ginny in the alley some part of his mind must have locked onto that bit of trivia because the next thing he knew Ginny was across his lap. He had apologized to Hermione for his action as he was now quite embarrassed about it. She easily forgave him knowing what Ginny's been like for so long now. Now he would have to see Luna at some point within the next twenty four hours for an interview. However, the information Hermione dumped on him about the safe land had thrown him for a loop. Somewhere in the back of his mind he supposed that they wouldn't find it in time, yet because of this information he now had another task to complete. One that took a half an hour to plan out, therefore it wasn't very in depth but it would have to do. He left his room and moved several doors down the hall. When he came to one particular door he stopped. After a moment of indecision he knocked. There were some sounds of scrambling before the occupant was heard approaching the door. The door opened to reveal Draco Malfoy.

"Harry? What do you want?"

Harry hesitated a moment when he realized that the last time he saw Ron, Ron had called him Potter and now Draco was calling him by his first name. In his opinion there was no doubt the world had to be coming to an end.

"I need to talk to you."

Draco moved to the side to let him in and Harry walked passed him into the small sitting room.

"You know muggle London has some really fine five star hotels you might be more comfortable in."

"I'm not looking for comfort. I doubt I'll find comfort ever again."

Harry sighed. Draco continued.

"As per my mothers last request I've been at the bank most of the day transferring the Malfoy funds into the Black vault and did a blood ritual to make me a Black. It was her idea to keep the bastard from his money. Your looking at the last of the of the Black's and head of house Black."

Harry was shocked at this information. "Umm. Draco, did they actually say that you were the head of the Black family or that you were now part of the Black family."

"What's the difference? I'm the only living Black left so, that makes me the head."

"Umm… actually Sirius, being the last head of the Black family had bequeathed that title to his godson."

"Godson?… but who's?…Nooo!" He said, horror etched on his face

"I'm afraid so. I'm officially known as Harry Potter Black. I just don't use it often."

"No, no, no. I put all my money in the Black account."

"Don't worry Draco; I'm not going to keep it. I'm not like the friends you had in the past. We'll straighten it out tomorrow and put what went in, into a separate vault. It's all yours."

Draco calmed a bit. It was a cold reminder of how Crabbe and Goyle had turned on him when his family had been disgraced in Voldemort's eyes. They would have kept his money.

"Well it's bad enough I owe you a life debt but now you're my head of house."

"I told you before that I'd forgo the life debt thing."

"Yeah, but it is what it is. You can't change it. I'm honor bound by wizard tradition and magic itself."

"Right", Harry said awkwardly. "But that's not what I came to talk to you about. I have a question. I just don't know how to ask it."

"Just come out with it. I'm sure nether of us want to dance around whatever issue you're going to try and convey."

Harry took a deep breath and asked. "Do you believe in demons?"

Draco was stunned. Of all the questions Harry could have asked, that had been the last one he thought he would ask. "How did you find out about that?"

Now Harry was stunned. "You mean you do know about them?"

Draco took a deep cleansing breath and said. "Back when Voldemort took over my family's home he housed a demon in our dungeons. He said that to look upon the creature would allow the death-eaters an explosion of new thoughts and ideas. He was disappointed that it didn't seem to do much if anything to them. He didn't understand why his mind flourished upon seeing the beast but none of the others. It was only there a couple of weeks when it killed two of its guards. After that Voldemort ordered it killed and disposed of. But why are you asking about it now?"

Now Harry was even more stunned. Did Voldemort know about document zero. He thought not because he didn't know why it didn't unlock the others minds. Unless.

"Draco, is that what Voldemort called it, did he call it a demon?"

"No, he called it the creature. I guess I'm the one that though it to be a demon. I mean it looked like one to me. I believe that everyone else thought it to be some type of magical creature."

"But you knew it was a demon." Harry asked wanting to be sure.

"I still believe that what I saw was a demon. It scared the hell out of me and when I was forced to look at it behind the bars I could tell what kind of savage carnage it had planed if it ever got free. It wasn't just going to kill, it was going to torture every last one of us before it did that. There was some type of intelligences behind those eyes after all."

"Draco, what I'm about to tell you is probably going to be hard to believe but here it goes. There is a secret document hidden in the bowels of the ministry in a secret room filled with all kinds of hidden dangers to protect it. The document was the first document created that established the whole wizarding world not just the one in the U.K. It was made by demons and signed by wizards and states that the demons would not attack us as long as we stayed separate from the muggles." Harry explained.

"Why are you telling me about this? Should I know this?" Draco asked nervously.

"'I' shouldn't know about this Draco; unspeakables would come after us if they knew that we knew anything about the document or demons for that matter and then they would erase everything we knew about them." Harry confirmed.

"Terrific, then why the bloody hell are you telling me about it?" Draco asked, Harry replied; "because no one should sign any contract that a demon had a hand in creating. There were hidden clauses in that document. Ones that said by signing it, we agreed to keep ourselves from progressing at the same rate as the rest of the world. We are centuries behind in what we could have been. And the only way to break the enchantments is if you see and believe in demons."

Draco stood there stunned. After a moment in the silence Draco broke it by saying. "Bloody hell."

"Voldemort must have come across the creature and believed it to be a demon but wouldn't admit it to the deatheaters. His mind must have been freed but the deatheaters believing it to be a magical creature stayed the same."

"Again, why are you telling me this?"

Harry sighed before saying. "Because the document also talked about the world ending at the end of 2012 and hinted at what part of the world that would remain safe. Today I found out where that spot would be."

"You're thinking that's where my father is." Draco stated.

"If the prophecy he heard led him to the same place then yes. My only problem is that I don't have any jurisdiction there. I mean we will all end up there in the end but until then, I can't go running after him in the name of the ministry. But if someone were to go there and lay the ground work in finding the sod then they could call in reinforcements when they did to take him down."

"What do you mean; we will all end up there in the end?"

"I mean we're going to discreetly try to save as many people as we can. There are other people that have brought this to our attention and we've been working with them."

"Who do you mean when you say we?"

"Myself, Hermione, and Arthur Weasley but he doesn't believe in demons yet. We've been working with a powerful organization called the Guardian Council. We're going to gather as many people from the magical community as we can. Educate them as to what's going on and send them to stay in the safe zone."

"Well, where is it then? Where is my father? Where is the filthy bastard?"

'First, I want your word that you won't do anything stupid and you'll come to me when you find out where he is before you make any contact with him. He's too dangerous. I'm sure he wouldn't hesitate to use the same spells on you that he has planed on using on the Auror sent to bring him in."

"He killed my mother."

"And I'm sure she never wanted you to die trying to avenge her death."

Draco looked haunted when he said it. His mother had begged him for that very thing. He nodded in agreement.

"I want a weekly report. Send a Patronus with your location on Saturday evenings around seven pm London time to let me know you're alive. I'll be sure to be alone. Send me an owl Wednesdays with a report about what you've been up to."

"Agreed. Do you actually believe the world is going to end?"

"It's already happening Draco. If my new friends were here they could show you proof. We just aren't seeing the effects yet."

"What is happening, a plague of dragon pox, a new ice age, what?"

"It's something the sun did. The earth's core is heating up to a point that the continents will shift and sink into the oceans."

"Bloody hell and you believe this?"

"The muggels have measured the heat in the earths crust and it is heating up. They're taking action. They're building arks."

"Arks? Like Noah's ark."

"Yes, only theirs are made of steel."

"Don't they know about the safe land?"

"They wouldn't believe in prophecy even if they found it. They are just going by their science to get them through it and it will probably work."

After a deep breath Draco asked. "So, where am I headed?"

"Africa."

"Right, I'll start packing."

Harry half expected him to apparate the moment the location came out of his mouth. "Shouldn't we straighten out the bank situation tomorrow?"

Draco paused in thought. "I really want to be on my way. It would be quicker for you as head of house to set me up with an expense account. You can do that without me being there."

This surprised Harry. "You mean you trust me with your money?"

Draco, snorted at him. "Dumbledore's golden boy robbing someone? He would be rolling in his grave if you did that."

After some thought Harry replied; "You're probably right." He would. I guess I'll have to start the process of getting the goblin's to move the Black vault to the Egyptian branch of Gringotts tomorrow." Harry said

I'll have to go to Switzerland to move mine as well. He thought to himself.

"Stay safe Draco." He said out loud.

"You too Harry." Draco replied.

Hearing Draco use his first name once again was so unnerving. Harry began to think he did it on purpose as he left his room.
