Marian slowly sighed through her nose and wiped away frustrated tears as she slid inside the car, barely pulling her bare feet inside before the door slammed shut. The screen turned on, revealing the smug avatar of the alizarin crimson mech as the vehicle roared to life and peeled away from the ranch, making her clutch at her bag for security.
"I suppose that since you didn't bother to eat when I so helpfully provided for you, you aren't hungry at the moment. So, we'll skip to more important things."
"And what would that be?"
"A bath, because you reek."
