"I finally found you, mister! do you have any idea how long I've been looking for you?!" she says frowning at ash
after a few seconds ash realizes who the girl is.
"oh, it's you. you're may!" says ash
hearing this may's frown quickly turned to a bright smile. she stands up straight putting her hands together.
"I knew you'd remember me. aaaaaaash!" says may jogging over to him
"ah, it is you may!" he says
"oh ash, it's been so long. I really missed you" says may hugging ash tightly
"I missed you too may. how have you been?" says ash hugging her back
"I've been great, how've you been ash?" says may as they pull apart
"oh fine, just fine heh" says ash
"I see, and you've grown quite a bit since we parted ways heehee" says may
"oh er, yeah I guess I have" ash says scratching his head
"buuut... so have I" she says backing up a few steps
she then puts her left hand behind her head, her right hand on her hip and lifts her leg up bending her knees slightly doing a sexy pose for ash.
"well what do you think ash?" she says with one eye open looking at him
"oh.. well.. you look pretty good" says ash shyly looking away and blushing a bit
"eh? pretty good? that's all you have to say?!" says may getting in ashs face
"well er, yeah.. I mean.. you look very, very good" he says still looking away
may sighs, hanging her head down looking disappointed. after a second she looks at ash again.
"oh well ha. hey, congratulations on winning a pokemon league. I always knew you could do it ash" says may smiling
"oh yeah thanks may. I finally did it heh. so may, you came to pallet to say that to me and enjoy the festival, right?" says ash
"that and..." says may
"and what?" says ash
"well um, actually... I wanted to see you ash.. and confess something to you so um.." says may pressing her fingers together shyly
"hmmm?" says ash curiously
"oh come on, this is the day you tell him. you've waited so long for this, do it!" may thinks to herself then faces ash
"well the thing is.. I wanted to say.. that I.. huh?"
just then someone comes up from behind ash putting their hands over his eyes.
"huh? wha?" says ash a bit surprised as the person behind him giggles
"guess who ash, tee-hee" the girl says
"huh? well you sound familiar. umm... someone I traveled with?" says ash
"hehe yep. well see for yourself" she says removing her hands and steps back
ash turns around and gets a good look at the girl, recognizing her right away.
"ah, dawn!" says ash
"yup it's me, haha" says dawn who then goes to ash and hugs him wrapping her arms around his neck
"oh it's felt like forever since I've seen you ash. its great to finally be near you again" says dawn
"whoa, yeah it has dawn, and likewise heh..heh.." says ash blushing a bit as may looks on growling softly
"so then ash.." dawn says releasing her grip and stepping back a bit
"how do you like my new clothes? I'm pretty cute, aren't I?" she says twirling around once then winking at him
"well um.. y-yeah you are, kinda.." says ash looking away shyly
"tch... doesn't look that cute to me..." says may under her breath
"oh, I heard about your winning the indigo league. that's great, you're such an amazing trainer ash" says dawn smiling
"yeah and thanks dawn. there's still things I must do before becoming a master though haha" says ash
"right, but for now.. let's celebrate.. together, ash. you and me" says dawn holding ashs hand and gazing into his eyes
"I uh.." says ash looking back
"wait a minute dawn!" says may walking up to them
"I was kinda in the middle of something with ash. do you mind?"
"oh may, I didn't realize you were here" says dawn
"argh, of course you didn't! look, I was telling ash something important. some privacy please?" says may
"oh I see. actually I have something I wanna tell ash too so mind if I go first?" says dawn
"no, I was here with ash first!" says may
"yeah, but I'm the one he likes the most!" says dawn
"wha? where did you get that idea?!" says may
"well its true!" says dawn
"is not!" says may
the two have a staredown in the middle of the path face to face as ash looks on unsure of what to do or say next.
"um, hey you two. come on, lets not fight in the middle of the path" says ash nervously
the girls break their stare and look at ash. after a second or two they become docile.
"you're right ash, we shouldn't" says may nodding
"yeah... hey ash did you know, I've become a 3 time grand festival champion since we last met. amazing huh?" says dawn
"hah, what's amazing is that I am a 4 time grand festival champion" says may
"trying to one-up me again huh?!" says dawn
"no just stating facts. got a problem?"
