"of course I was gonna come here, I did tell you. but how'd you get here?" says may
"I came here by plane. duh" says max
"you mean you traveled here by yourself?!" says may

"brother, I thought we were supposed to be looking for ash! remember?" says bonnie tugging on clemont's sleeve
"oh, yeah that's right. we better get a move on, he should still be here" says clemont

"oh yes we do. actually we traveled with ash back when he was in kalos" says clemont
"yeah, we came here to pallet town to see him cause we heard he won the indigo league. we wanted to congratulate him" says bonnie
"oh, really? great, we're friends with ash too" says may

"yeah, we traveled with ash while he was in the hoenn region. that was quite a while ago though" says max
"oh, well, what a happy coincidence" says clemont smiling
"actually I was just with ash today too" says may
"what?! you were?!" says clemont
"yeah, but we split up a couple of minutes ago haha" says may

"sorry, but if you're looking for him we can help you find him if you like" says may
"ah that would be a big help, if you don't mind that is" says clemont

"ehhh I suppose I could help out. I did want to see ash after all" says max
"thank you both so much" says clemont bowing a bit

"if I know ash he's probably around the arcade area, that or near the food stands stuffing his face haha. always trying to eat more than he can handle, that ash. that's kinda what's so cute about him" says may smiling with a slight blush
the other three stare at her kinda puzzled. may notices them, then realizes what she said and gets a bit embarrassed.
"ah! n-no, I-I meant to say he's so funny looking when he eats a lot! er.." says may
"ooooh I know, you really like ash don't you may?" says bonnie
hearing her may flinches and blushes even more.

"ah! max!" says may turning to him with her entire face red
clemont chuckles nervously then clears his throat to get their attention.
"well uh, let's start looking for ash shall we?" he says
"uh, yeah" says may calming down
the group then walks off the grass field and start to head down a wide dirt path that runs adjacent to some mini game stands. clemont and may walk ahead while max and bonnie tag along behind them.
"just look where you're walking this time, ok girl?" says max
"same goes for you,dummy!" says bonnie
