Disclaimer: I don't own Harry Potter only Leo and Fawn

Everyone meets up in front of the room of requirement once again, eager to continue the book and learn more about the future and their future kids.

Everyone was quick to enter when Professor McGonagall opened the door for everyone. This time Leo and Ginny weren't doing handstands but the five of them were just sitting around laughing at something Leo had said.

"Good evening, everyone," said Professor McGonagall.

The five from the future turned to the Transfiguration professor with smiles and said their greetings back as everyone made themselves comfortable around the room.

This time Leo and Harry took up their own couch with the two laying down and cuddling. Leo was leaning up against the back of the couch as Harry laid across his chest, playing with the strings of Leo's hoodie.

"You two look comfortable," Sirius smirked.

"Very," Leo said smugly as he pulled Harry closer to him.

"Who would like to start us off tonight?" Hermione asked, holding up the book.

"I will be reading tonight, Miss Granger," said Professor McGonagall and took the book when Hermione offered it to her, she was enjoying the story so far and would love to have a turn reading.

"Chapter 11 Quidditch."

"Yes! We get to see you play!" James exclaimed happily.

As they entered November, the weather turned very cold. The mountains around the school became icy grey and the lake like chilled steel. Every morning the ground was covered in frost.

"I love winter at Hogwarts, the grounds are always so beautiful when their covered in snow and ice," said Narcissa.

Hagrid could be seen from the upstairs window defrosting broomsticks on the Quidditch field, bundled up in a long moleskin overcoat, rabbit fur gloves, and enormous beaver skin boots.

The Quidditch season had begun.

"Best season of the year!" James cheer with Sirius.

On Saturday, Harry would be playing in his first match after weeks of training: Gryffindor versus Slytherin. If Gryffindor won, they would move up into second place in the house championship.

"Why is the first match of the season always Gryffindor verses Slytherin?" Regulus asked.

"I believe it is because Gryffindor and Slytherin have the largest rivalry out of all the houses, so the match is always highly anticipated so it's the first match," Professor McGonagall speculated.

Hardly anyone had seen Harry play because Wood had decided that, as their secret weapon, Harry should be kept, well, secret. But the news that he was playing Seeker had leaked out somehow, and Harry didn't know which was worse- people telling him he'd be brilliant or people telling him they'd be running around underneath him holding a mattress, Leo thought this was hilarious.

"It is," Leo sniggered.

"I remember when I first join the Quidditch team that Remus said he would charm the floor to be bouncy for when we fell off our brooms," Sirius laughed.

It was really lucky that Harry now had Hermione as a friend. He didn't know how he'd have gotten through all his homework without her, what with all the last-minute Quidditch practice Wood was making them do.

"And because she's amazing," Leo said as if it was obvious.

"Shut up," Hermione said with a smile.

She had also lent him Quidditch Through the Ages, which turned out to be a very interesting read.

Harry learned that there were seven hundred ways of committing a Quidditch foul and that all of them had happened during a World Cup match in 1473; that Seekers were usually the smallest and fasted players, and that most serious Quidditch accidents seemed to happen to them; that although people rarely died playing Quidditch, referees had been known to vanish and turn up months later in the Sahara Desert. Hermione had become a bit more relaxed about breaking rules since Harry, Ron and Leo had saved her from the mountain troll, and she was much nicer for it.

"When you are almost killed by a troll you tend to see things in a different light," Hermione admitted.

"Plus, it's more fun if you don't worry about the rules," Ron added.

The day before Harry's first Quidditch match the four of them were out in the freezing courtyard during break, and she had conjured them up a bright blue fire that could be carried around in a jam jar.

"That's impressive," said Lily making Hermione beam with pride.

They were standing with their backs to it, getting warm, when Snape crossed the yard.

James and Sirius both groaned loudly at the mention of the Slytherin.

Harry noticed at once that Snape was limping.

"Good, I hope whatever it is, is hurting him," James hissed.

"James!" Lily scolded, slapping him on the arm.

Harry, Ron, Leo and Hermione moved closer together to block the fire from view; they were sure it wouldn't be allowed. Unfortunately, something about their guilty faces caught Snape's eye. He limped over. He hadn't seen the fire, but he seemed to be looking for a reason to tell them off anyway.

"Of course, he is because he can't stand to see children happy because he's miserable!" James snapped.

"Maybe I wouldn't be miserable if you and Black weren't around!" Snape sneered.

"That's enough! Another quip at each other and you will both have detention for a week and not be able to attention these reading sessions!" Professor McGonagall snapped making both James and Snape look away from each other.

"What's that you've got there, Potter, Black?"

It was Quidditch Through the Age and a book of magical creatures that Leo had brought to Hogwarts with him. The two showed him.

"Library books are not to be taken outside the school," said Snape. "Give it to me. Five points from Gryffindor."

"That's not a rule!" Fawn frowned.

"But I brought this book from home, it's my own." Leo tried to explain but Snape wasn't listening and just snatched the book anyway.

"You can't just take someone's book away when they're not in class!" Remus said in disgust.

"That was very unprofessional of you, Mr Snape," said Professor McGonagall as Snape blushed in embarrassment at what his future self-did.

Lily just looked at her ex-friend with a sadness, she hated how horrible he becomes in the future.

"So glad that I got him back for that," Leo muttered into Harry's ear.

"He's just made that rule up," Harry muttered angrily as Snape limped away, and Leo glared at the back of Snapes head, hoping to set it on fire. "Wonder what's wrong with his leg?"

"Dunno, but I hope it's really hurting him," said Ron bitterly.

"You and me both," Sirius scoffed.

The Gryffindor common room was very noisy that evening. Harry, Ron and Hermione sat together next to a window. Leo had gone off somewhere, but he wouldn't tell them where or what he was doing.

"Where are you, Leo?" Fawn asked.

"You'll see," Leo sang.

Hermione was checking Harry and Ron's Charms homework for them. She would never let them copy ('How will you learn?'), but by asking her to read it through, they got the right answers anyway.

"It's the fact that you did it yourself the first time," Hermione explained when everyone smirked at her.

Harry felt restless. He wanted Quidditch Through the Ages back, to take his mind off his nerves about tomorrow. Why should he be afraid of Snape?

"You shouldn't," said Remus.

"Yeah, he's just a slimy, little git," Sirius added, ignoring McGonagall's warning glare.

Getting up, he told Ron and Hermione he was going to ask Snape if he could have it.

"Better you than me," they said together, but Harry had an idea that Snape wouldn't refuse if there were other teachers listening, he'll even get Leo his book back.

"Aw, you tried to get my book back?" Leo asked with a grin.

"Of course, you would have done the same," Harry shrugged.

"You two are sickening," James gagged before smiling at the two, happy to know they loved each other.

He made his way down to the staffroom and knocked. There was no answer. He knocked again. Nothing.

Perhaps Snape had left the book in there? It was worth a try. He pushed the door ajar and peered inside- and a horrible scene met his eyes.

Snape and Filch were inside, alone.

"I did not need that imagine in my mind!" Andromeda grimaced.

Everyone else had disgusted looks, Snape was horrified.

Snape was holding his robes above his knees.

"It got worse!" Regulus winced.

One of his legs was bloody and mangled. Filch was handing Snape bandages.

"Oh, thank Merlin!" Peter sagged in relief.

"Blasted thing," Snape was saying. "How are you supposed to keep your eyes on all three heads at one?"

"Why were you trying to get past that dog?" James asked suspiciously.

"How am I supposed to know?" Snape snapped.

Harry tried to shut the door quietly, but-

"POTTER!"

"Busted," Sirius whined.

Snape's face was twisted with fury as he dropped his robes quickly to hide his leg. Harry gulped.

"I was just wondering if I could have Leo and my books back."

"GET OUT! OUT!"

"You didn't have to yell at him like that," Fawn scolded but Snape just scoffed at her. How else was Potter's stupid son supposed to learn?

Harry left, before snape could take any more points form Gryffindor. He sprinted back upstairs but when he got to the seventh floor, he ran into someone, it was a Slytherin who he knew to be in a higher year but didn't have any idea who he was.

"Oh, Harry, you alright?" said the Slytherin helping him back to his feet.

"That's weird," said Remus.

"What do you mean?" Lily asked.

"Slytherin's aren't usually that nice," Remus explained. "With some exceptions."

Harry and Leo exchanged a small grin.

"Oh, yes, um, sorry, for, um, running into you," stuttered Harry.

"Oh, Harry, you are so sweet," Lily gushed.

The Slytherin started laughing before he started to shrink a bit, his black hair started to fade into white and his brown eyes turned to startling blue eyes that he knew so well. It was Leo, he had changed into an older Slytherin.

Sirius let out a roar of laughter as the changing progress was shown on the screen, the Harry on the screen looked so shocked it was impossible for the older Black not to laugh.

"Why did you change into a Slytherin?" Andromeda asked.

"Revenge," Leo shrugged.

"Leo? What are you doing? How did you do that?"

"Oh, well, I was getting back at Snape for taking my book… I may have done something to his office…" Leo slowly explained.

"Why did you do?" James asked eagerly.

"I may have made a little bit of a mess," Leo said innocently.

"A little bit?" Ron asked rhetorically. "You trashed the place."

"He shouldn't have taken my stuff," Leo defended himself.

Harry looked at him with wide eyes, "Do you have a death wish? Snape's going to kill you!"

"Not it he thinks it was a Slytherin who did it. He'll never know it was me," Leo smirked before the two made their way back to the Gryffindor common room.

"Remind me not to piss you off," said Peter.

Leo just smiled at him.

"Did you get it?" Ron asked as Harry and Leo joined them. "What's the matter?"

In a low whisper, Harry told them what he'd seem, not mentioning what Leo had told him what he did.

"You know what this means?" he finished breathlessly. "He tried to get past that three-headed dog at Halloween! That's where he was going when we saw him- he's after whatever its guarding! And I'd bet my broomstick he let that troll in, to make a diversion!"

"Makes sense to me," James shrugged.

"Why would I want the stone?" Snape asked annoyed.

"You tell me," said James but Snape just rolled his eyes and ignored him.

Hermione's eyes were wide.

"No- he wouldn't" she said. "I know he's not very nice, but he wouldn't try and steal something Dumbledore was keeping safe."

"Just because he's a teacher doesn't mean anything," said Ginny thinking back to all the defense teachers they've had over the years and how many of them tried to attack Harry in one way or the other.

"Honestly, Hermione, you think all teachers are saints or something," snapped Ron. "I'm with Harry. I wouldn't put anything past Snape. But what's he after? What's the dog guarding?"

Harry went to bed with his head buzzing with the same question. Neville was snoring loudly, but Harry couldn't sleep. He tried to empty his mind-he needed to sleep, he had to, he had his first Quidditch match in a few hours- but the expression on Snape's face when Harry had seen his left wasn't easy to forget.

"Forget about stupid Snivellus and focus on Quidditch, it's always going to be much more important than him," said Sirius.

The next morning dawned very bright and cold. The Great Hall was full of delicious smell of fried sausage and the cheerful chatter of everyone looking forward to a good Quidditch match.

"You're got to eat some breakfast."

"I don't want anything."

"Just a bit of toast," wheeled Hermione.

"I'm not hungry."

"I was the same my first Quidditch match," James admitted. "I felt like I'd puke if I ate anything."

Harry felt terrible. In an hour's time he'd be walking onto the field.

"Harry, you need your strength," said Seamus Finnigan. "Seekers are always the ones who get clobbered by the other team."

"He's got a point," said Regulus.

'Thanks, Seamus,' said Harry, watching Seamus pile ketchup on his sausages.

Narcissa scrunched her nose at the thought of that much ketchup on anything.

"Hey, Harry, look at this," Leo said next to him.

Looking over he saw that Leo had changed his nose into that of a pig's snout. Harry couldn't help to let out a little chuckle at that but when he had opened his mouth Leo shoved a piece of toast into his mouth. "You'll need your strength," was he said before going back to his own breakfast now that Harry was munching on the piece of toast.

"That is so cute!" Fawn gushed with Lily as Leo blushed brightly.

Harry couldn't but feel grateful to have a friend like Leo to look out for him.

Leo squeezed Harry closer to him and kissed the top of his head.

By eleven o'clock the whole school seemed to be out in the stands around the Quidditch pitch. Many students had binoculars. The seats might be raised high in the air, but it was still difficult to see what was going on sometimes.

Ron, Leo and Hermione joined Neville, Seamus, and Dean the West Ham fan in the top row. As a surprise for Harry, they had painted a large banner on one of the sheets Scabbers had ruined. It said Potter for President, and Dean, who was good at drawing, had done a large Gryffindor lion underneath. Then Hermione had performed a tricky little charm so that the point flashed different colours.

"That is so nice of them," Lily said happily. "You have such kind friends."

Harry smiled, happy that his mum liked his friends.

Meanwhile, in the locker room, Harry and the rest of the team were changing into their scarlet Quidditch robs (Slytherin would be playing in green).

Wood cleared his throat for silence.

"I wonder if he'll live up to James's speeches," Sirius chuckled.

"My speeches are amazing!" James said offended.

"Prongs, sometimes we need to shut you up so we can actually play the game," Sirius scoffed.

"Okay, men," he said.

"And women," said Chaser Angelina Johnson.

"And women," Wood agreed. "This is it."

"The big one," said Fred Weasley.

"The one we've all been waiting for," said George.

"We know Oliver's speech by heart," Fred told Harry, "We were on the team late year."

"I love these twins!" James chortled.

"Shut up, you two," said Wood. "This is the best team Gryffindor's had in years. We're going to win. I know it."

He glared at them as if to say, "Or else."

"Of course, they will, they have Harry on their team," said Lily confidently making Harry beam at her.

Snape rolled his eyes, Potter's kid didn't need his ego stroked, especially by Lily of all people.

"Right. It's time. Good luck, all of you."

Harry followed Fred and George out of the locker room and, hoping his knees weren't going to give way, walking onto the field to loud cheers.

Madam Hooch was refereeing. She stood in the middle of the field waiting for the two teams, her broom in her hand.

"'Now, I want a nice fair game, all of you," she said, once they were all gathered around her.

"Not much of a chance with that with Slytherin," Ron remarked.

"Hey!" Regulus, Andromeda, and Narcissa cried, offended.

Harry noticed that she seemed to be speaking particularly to the Slytherin Captain, Marcus Flint a sixth year. Harry thought Flint looked as if he some troll blood in him.

Everyone let out loud laughter at Harry's description making the teen blush. He forgot about his first impression of Marcus Flint.

Out the corner of his eye he saw the fluttering banner high above, flashing Potter for President over the crowed. He heart skipped. He felt braver.

"That is one of the sweetest things I've ever heard of," Lily sighed happily.

"Mount your brooms, please."

Harry clambered onto his Nimbus Two Thousand.

Madam Hooch gave a loud blast of her silver whistle.

Fifteen brooms rose up, high, high into the air. They were off.

"You're first ever Quidditch match has begun!" James exclaimed excitedly.

"And the Quaffle is taken immediately by Angelina Johnson of Gryffindor- what an excellent Chaser that girl is, and rather attractive, too-"

"JORDAN!"

"Sorry, Professor."

The Marauders laughed, they could tell that the commentary was going to be amazing already.

The Weasley's twins' friend, Lee Jordan, was doing the commentary for the match, closely watched by Professor McGonagall.

"And she's really belting along up there, neat pass to Alicia Spinnet, a good find by Oliver Wood's, last year only a reserve- back to Johnson and- no, the Slytherins have taken the Quaffle, Slytherin Captain Marcus Flint gains the Quaffle and off he goes- Flint flying like an eagle up there- he's going to sc- no, stopped by an excellent move by the Gryffindor Keeper Wood-

James and Sirius cheer loudly, they were both on the edges of their seats, completely focused on the match to notice Lily's and Fawn's fond smiles.

-and the Gryffindors take the Quaffle- that's Chaser Katie Bell of Gryffindor there, nice diver around Flint, off up the field and- OUCH- that must have hurt, hit in the back by a Bludger- Quaffle taken by the Slytherins- that's Adrian Pucey speeding off toward the goal posts, but he's blocked by a second Bludger- send his way by Fred or George Weasley, can't tell which- nice play by the Gryffindor Beater, anyway, and Johnson back in possession of the Quaffle, a clear field ahead and off she goes- she's flying- dodges a speeding Bludger- the goal posts are ahead- come on, now, Angeline- Keeper Bletchley dives- missed- GRYFFINDOR SCORE!"

"YES!" James shouts and high fives Sirius.

Gryffindor cheers filled the cold air, with howls and moans from the Slytherins.

"Budge up there, move along."

"Hagrid!"

The Gryffindors and one Ravenclaw all beamed up at the half-giant who blushed at their warm gazes.

Ron, Leo, and Hermione squeezed together to give Hagrid enough space to join them.

"Bin watchin' from me hut," said Hagrid, patting a large pair of binoculars around his neck, "But it isn't the same as bein' in the crowd. No sign of the Snitch yet, eh?"

"Nothing is the same as seeing a Quidditch match up close," Regulus agreed.

"Nope," said Ron. "Harry hasn't had much to do yet."

"Kept outta trouble, though, that's somethin'," said Hagrid, raising his binoculars and peering skyward at the speck that was Harry.

Way up above them, Harry was gliding over the game, squinting about for some sign of the Snitch. This was part of his and Wood's game plan.

"Keep out of the way until you catch sight of the Snitch," Wood had said. "We don't want you attacked before you have to be."

"That's a smart strategy," Remus nodded.

When Angelina had scored, Harry had done a couple of loop-the-loops to let off his feelings. Now he was back to staring around for the Snitch. Once he caught sight of a gold, but it was just a reflection from on the Weasley's wristwatches,

"I hate when that happens," Regulus groaned, he played Seeker for the Slytherin team.

"I don't know why people need to wear watches when we play Quidditch," said Harry.

and once a Bludger decided to come pelting his way, more like a cannonball than anything, but Harry dodged it and Fred Weasley came chasing after it.

"All right there, Harry?" he had time to yell, as he beat the Bludger furiously toward Marcus Flint.

"Slytherin in possession," Lee Jordan was saying, "Chaser Pucey duck twos Bludgers, two Weasleys, and Chaser bell, and speeds toward the- wait a moment- was that the Snitch?"

A murmur ran through the crowd as Adrian Pucey dropped the Quaffle, too busy looking over his shoulder at the flash of gold that had passed his left ear.

"Get it, Harry!" Sirius exclaimed in his excitement.

Harry saw it. In a great rush of excitement, he dived downward after the streak of gold. Slytherin Seeker Terence Higgs had seen it, too. Neck and neck they hurtled toward the Snitch- all the Chasers seemed to have forgotten what they were supposed to be doing as they hung in midair to watch.

"No! This is the time to score so you get a higher score!" James moaned.

Harry was faster than Higgs- he could see the little round ball, wings fluttering, darting up ahead- he put on an extra spurt of speed-

WHAM! A roar of rage echoed from the Gryffindors below- Marcus Flint had blocked Harry on purpose, and Harry's broom spun off course, Harry holding on for dear life.

"That little bastard!" James roared.

"How dare he!" Lily hissed.

The rest of the Marauders all booed for Marcus Flint, annoyed that Harry had been blocked with cheating.

"Foul!" screamed the Gryffindors.

"Foul!" James and Sirius both shouted in agreement.

Professor McGonagall would have scolded the boys for being so loud but she was too focused on the book to pay the boys too much attention. The Quidditch match was turning out to be a very good one and she wished she was there to it.

Madam Hooch spoke angrily to Flint and then ordered a free shot at the goal posts for Gryffindor. But in all the confusion, of course, the Golden Snitch had disappeared from sight again.

Everyone moaned in frustration! Harry had been so close too.

Down in the stands, Dean Thomas was yelling, "Send him off, red. Red card!"

"What?" Sirius asked confused, looking at Lily for an answer.

"A red card is used when an umpire takes a player out of the game for dangerous play, they make too many fouls or they get violent with someone else," Lily tried to explain, she didn't really understand sports so it was mostly a guess.

"What are you talking about, Dean?" said Ron.

"Red card!" said Dean furiously. "In soccer you get shown the red card and you're out of the game!"

"But this isn't soccer, Dean," Ron reminded him.

"Doesn't matter, take the cheating little bastard out of the game!" James scoffed.

Hagrid, however, was on Dean's side.

"They oughta change the rules. Flint coulda knocked Harry outta the air."

"How much you care about Harry is so sweet, Hagrid," said Andromeda.

"It's nothin," Hagrid shrugged. To him caring for Harry wasn't someone that needed to be praised, he was a good boy and deserved to have people care about him.

Lee Jordan was finding it difficult not to take sides.

"So- after that obvious and disgusting bit of cheating."

"That's right, call him out!" James cheered.

"Jordan!" growled Professor McGonagall.

"I mean, after that open and revolting foul,"

"Jordan, I'm warning you- "

"Let him tell the truth!" Sirius whined.

"All right, all right. Flint nearly kills the Gryffindor Seeker, which could happen to anyone, I'm sure, so a penalty to Gryffindor, taken by Spinner, who puts it away, no trouble, and we continue to play, Gryffindor still in possession."

It was as Harry dodged another Bludger, which went pinning dangerously past his head, that it happened. His broom gave a sudden, frightening lurch.

"Brooms aren't supposed to do that, are they?" Lily asked James, worried about her son.

"No, they're not," James shook his head, just as worried.

For a spilt second, he thought he was going to fall. He gripped the broom tightly with both hands and knees. He'd never felt anything like that.

It happened again. It was as though the broom was trying to buck him off. But Nimbus Two Thousand's did not suddenly decide to buck their riders off.

"There's something wrong with the broom," Remus frowned.

Harry tried to turn back toward the Gryffindor goal-post- he had half a mind to ask Wood to call time-out- and then he realized that his broom was completely out of his control. He couldn't turn it. He couldn't direct it all. It was zigzagging through the air, and every now and then making violent swishing movements that almost unseated him.

Lily gasped as her hand came up to cover her mouth. James grabbed her other hand.

Lee was still commentating.

"How is no one noticing this?" Peter asked stressed.

"Slytherin in possession- Flint with the Quaffle- passed Spinnet- passes Bell- hit hard in the face by a Bludger, hope it broke his nose- only joking, Professor- Slytherins scores- no…"

The Slytherins were cheering. No one seemed to have noticed that Harry's broom was behaving strangely. It was carrying him slowly higher, away from the game, jerking and twitching as it went.

"Please don't fall, please don't fall," Lily continuously chanted.

Everyone was holding their breathes, worried about Harry getting hurt.

James couldn't stop his leg from bouncing from anxiety.

"Dunno what Harry thinks he's doing," Hagrid mumbled. He stared though his binoculars. "If I didn' know better, I'd say he'd lost control of his broom… but he can't have…"

"Oh, thank Merlin, finally someone has noticed!" Andromeda sighed in relief, now they could help Harry.

Suddenly, people were pointing up at Harry all over the stands. His broom had started to roll over and over, with him only just managing to hold on. Then the whole crowd gasped. Harry's broom had given a wild jerk and Harry swung off it.

Lily let out a small, frightened shriek before covering her mouth with her hands as tears gathered in her eyes. She felt so helpless. James threw his arm around the red head and held her close to him, for both of their sakes.

He was now dangling from it, holding on with only one hand.

"Did something happen to it when Flint blocked him?" Seamus whispered.

"A Quidditch player won't be able to such a complex spell while flying, it'll take too much concentration," Narcissa said absently.

"Can't have," Hagrid said, his voice shaking. "Can't nothing interfere with a broomstick except powerful Dark magic- no kid could do that to a Nimbus Two Thousand."

At these words, Leo seized Hagrid's binoculars, but instead of looking up at Harry, he starting looked at the stand that had the teachers.

"What are you doing?" Sirius asked confused. Why would his son start looking at the teachers when his boyfriend was in danger?

"You'll see," was all Leo said.

"What are you doing?" moaned Ron, grey-faced.

"I knew it," Leo gasped, "Snape- look."

"You cursed my son's broom?" James snarled. "You stupid, slimy, git!"

The only thing keeping James from getting up and attacking Snape was Lily holding onto him tightly. Remus was the reason that Sirius wasn't cursing Snape.

Snape just rolled his eyes and looked away. He doubted he was the one who was cursing Potter's stupid son's broom but it wasn't as if anyone here would believe him anyway.

Ron grabbed the Binoculars before handing them to Hermione. Snape was in the middle to the stand opposite them. He had his eyes fixed on Harry and was muttering nonstop under his breath.

"He's doing something- jinxing the broom," said Hermione.

"What should we do?"

"Throw him out of the stands," Sirius muttered darkly.

"Leave it to Hermione, she's better at Charms then we are," said Leo.

Before Ron could say another word, Hermione had disappeared. Ron and Leo turned back to Harry, Ron still looking through the binoculars. His broom was vibrating so hard, it was almost impossible for him hand on much longer.

"Hold on, Harry!" Lily whispered desperately.

The whole crowd was on its feet, watching, terrified, as the Weasleys flew up to try and pull Harry safely onto one of their brooms, but it was no good- every time they got near him, the broom would jump higher still. They dropped lowed and circled beneath him, obviously hoping to catch him if he fell.

"He's got the twins to catch him, good," James breathed, he knew he loved those twins.

Marcus Flint seized the Quaffle and scored five times without anyone noticing.

"That is horrible sportsmanship!" Regulus grumbled.

"Come on, Hermione," Leo muttered desperately.

Hermione had fought her way across the stand where Snape stood, and was now racing along the row being him; she didn't even stop to say sorry as she knocked Professor Quirrell headfirst into the row in front. Reaching Snape, she crouched down, pulled out her wand, and whispered a few, well-chosen words. Bright blue flames show out from her wand onto the hem of Snape's robes.

Everyone but Snape let out loud cheers, that would break Snapes concentration and the Curse on Harry's broom with go away and he'd be safe.

Andromeda narrowed her eyes slightly; she was a little suspicious about why Quirrell was mentioned.

"What's wrong, Aunt Andy?" Leo asked seeing his aunt's expression.

"Was there a reason that Quirrell was mentioned?" she asked.

Leo blinked before looking at his friends, not sure what to tell her. He would be happy to tell her it was because Quirrell was doing the cursing not Snape but he knew he shouldn't spoil anything.

"I'm sure it's nothing, just something to add to the drama," Narcissa assured her sister but Andromeda had a feeling that that little detail was important.

It took perhaps thirty seconds for Snape to realize that he was on fire. A sudden yelp told her she had done her job. Scooping the fire off his robe into a little jar in her pocket, she scrambled back along the row- Snape would never know what had happened.

"I know now," Snape sneered quietly.

It was enough. Up in the air, Harry was suddenly able to clamber back on to his broom.

"Neville, you can look!" Ron said. Neville had been sobbing into Hagrid's jacket for the last five minutes.

"Neville is such a sweet boy," Fawn said.

Harry was speeding toward the ground when the crowd saw him clap his hand to his mouth as though he was about to be sick- he hit the field on all fours- coughed- and something gold fell into his hand.

"You caught the Snitch!" James bellowed as he jumped up and cheered loudly. The rest of the Marauders jumping up and joining James in his cheering. Everyone else in the room stayed seated but gave a loud round of applause.

Harry blushed brightly as James came over and pulled him off the couch to throw his arms around him in a huge hug.

After a few minutes Professor McGonagall was able to get everyone settled and seated again.

Harry and Leo had changed positions, Harry was still laying back against Leo's chest but Leo had sat up and was using the arm of the chair as a back rest.

"I've got the Snitch!" he shouted, waving it above his head, and the game ended in complete confusion.

Sirius let out a 'Woo', getting a warning looking from Professor McGonagall that he just smiled at.

"He didn't catch it, he nearly swallowed it," Flint was still howling twenty minutes later, but it made no difference- Harry hadn't broken any rules and Lee Jordan was still happily shouting the results- Gryffindor had won by one hundred and seventy points to sixty.

"A great score!" James nodded.

Harry heard none of this, though. He was being made a cup of strong tea back in Hagrid's hut, with Ron, Leo and Hermione. Though Leo was sitting on the floor rubbing Fangs belly.

"I love that dog!" Leo said seriously.

"He's a good boy!" Hagrid agreed.

"It was Snape," Ron was explaining, "Hermione, Leo and I saw him. He was cursing your broomstick, muttering, he wouldn't take his eyes off you."

"Rubbish," said Hagrid, who hadn't heard a word of what had gone on next to him in the stands. "Why would Snape do somethin' like that? Unless, you were the one who made a mess in his office last night?"

Ron and Hermione looked confused, Harry looked at Leo who was snickering to himself, "No, that was me Hagrid, he took my favorite book that I brought from home and refused to give it back to me."

Sirius leaned over and gave Leo a proud high-five that the teen was more than happy to return.

Hagrid gave him an unimpressed look as Harry, Ron and Hermione looked at one another, wondering what to tell him. Harry decided on the truth.

"I found something about him," he said to Hagrid, not knowing why but he wanted him to stop looking at Leo the way he was.

"Over protective," Remus sang making Harry squirm slightly.

"He tried to get past that three-headed dog on Halloween. It bit him. We think he was trying to steal whatever its guarding."

Hagrid dropped the teapot.

"How do you know about Fluffy?" he asked.

"Fluffy?" Peter asked.

"You name a Cerberus, Fluffy?" Regulus asked exasperated.

"A perfect name!" Fawn defended Hagrid.

"Fluffy?"

"That's an adorable name," Leo gushed.

"It is," Leo said in defense when people looked at him like he was insane.

"Isn't it jus'. Yeah- he's mine- brought him a Greek chappie I met in the pub las' year- I lent him to Dumbledore to guard the- "

"Yes?" said Harry eagerly.

"You just want to get into trouble, don't you?" Andromeda asked with an amused smirk.

"Don't know what you mean," Harry shrugged.

"Now, don't ask me anymore," said Hagrid gruffly. "That's top secret, that is."

"But Snape's trying to steal it."

"Rubbish," said Hagrid again. "Snape's a Hogwarts teacher, he'd do nothin' of the sort."

"Like no Hogwarts teacher had ever tried to steal, lie, or kill us before," Ron muttered to his friends.

"So why did he just try and kill Harry?" cried Hermione.

The afternoon's events certainly seemed to have changed her mind about Snape.

"Good," James sneered.

"I know a jinx when I see one, Hagrid, I've read all about them! You've got to keep eye contact, and Snape wasn't blinking at all, I saw him!"

"I'm tellin' yeh, yer wrong!" said Hagrid hotly. "I don' know why Harry's broom acted like that, but Snape wouldn' try an' kill a student! Now, listen to me, all four of yeh- yer meddlin' in things that don' concern yeh. It's dangerous. You forget that dog, an' you forget what its guardin', that's between Professor Dumbledore an' Nicolas Flamel- "

"Who's Nicolas Flamel?" Peter asked, looking at Professor McGonagall.

"Nicolas Flamel is a very old, very famous Alchemist. He was able to create a Philosophers Stone and has used it to keep himself and his wife alive for many years," Professor McGonagall explained since the students had already guess what was in the package.

"Aha!" said Harry, "so there's someone called Nicolas Flamel involved, is there?"

Hagrid looked furious with himself.

"I should not have said that," Hagrid shook his head but everyone laughed good naturedly.

"That is the end of that chapter, who would like to read next?" Professor McGonagall asked.

"I want to read again," James said taking the book from his Head of House. "Chapter 13…"

A/N: Hey everyone, I hope your enjoying the book so far. We've only got about 6-7 chapters left of this book and then it's onto the Chamber of Secrets.

So, I'm sure most of you realized that I have only uploaded this chapter this month? That is because I have recently started a new full time job and as this book is just for fun, my uploading may became more random so just a heads up.
