After that accident, everything changed for everyone.

Harrison and Tess kept STAR Labs from being closed, but it was deemed a hazardous area after the dozen hundreds of people who were injured in the city.

Everyone else quit, except for Cisco and Caitlin.

Which was a blessing considering what Peter brought in for the four of them to see.

"It appears when the accelerator exploded, the dimensional barrier ruptured, unleashing unknown energies into our world." Harrison listed.

"You mean things like antimatter, dark energy, X-Elements?" Tess asked as they looked over everything that happened just the other night.

"Yes. But those are all theoretical." Harrison said in amazement.

"And how theoretical are they?" Tess asked as she gestured to their guests who are being looked over by Caitlin and everyone else.

It seems that due to the accelerator, Sue, Ben, Johnny, and Jennifer were all exposed to the theoretical elements and were given incredible powers.

Johnny now somehow gained the ability to burst himself into flames. Sue has the ability to turn herself invisible. Ben seems to have somehow gained a skin that's almost rock like.

And Jennifer has almost the exact same problem, except she can alter between her normal self to her tougher, stronger self: as when she transforms, her skin, hair, and just about everything alters to a forest green like color and gains indestructible skin, as well as being able to lift ten times her own weight and could crush steel with her own hands.

Caitlin was currently doing tests and injected a needle into Johnny's forearm, causing him to wince.

"Don't worry, we just need a sample." Caitlin promises as she starts to take his temperature.

"Still hurts." Johnny comments.

Caitlin then looked at his body temperature and was shocked when she saw his temperature was 209. "Oh my god, that's impossible. No human body should be able to keep a temperature like that."

"So we can add literally hot to one of my new talents?" Johnny asked as Caitlin rolled her eyes.

"Wonder how they're doing with your sister and Ben." Caitlin muttered to herself.

Ben was currently in one of the labs with Tess and Peter, discovering what exactly happened to him that gave him his rocklike skin.

"If we're going to identify the source of the mutation, we are going to need to isolate your recombinant DNA, so we can activate positional genomes." Peter recapped what they're going to do as they bring the X-Ray over to him.

"What?" Ben asks.

"We're going to do a physical on your to see exactly what got zapped." Tess recapped what he was saying in terms he would understand.

"Oh, why didn't you just say that?" Ben asked.

They then activated the X-Ray and got an inside look of his inside and they were shocked to see everything inside was the same as his outside.

"His internal organs are completely solid." Tess said in shock at what she was seeing as they watched his rock heart beat.

"I've heard a solid heart, but that's just ridiculous." Peter commented.

"How bad is it?" Ben asked. "You know, I used to smoke."

Meanwhile, Harrison and Cisco were looking over Sue and her genetic structure as to how she was able to disappear.

"So, it's not exactly invisibility per se." Cisco informed Sue as Harrison was looking over her scans. "It seems that you're actually bending the light around you, giving off the illusion of invisibility."

"Hm." Sue commented as she looked down at her hands, trying to make herself invisible again. "I...I just don't understand how it happened."

"Well, what exactly were you feeling when you first turned?" Harrison asked Sue.

Sue then thinks back to being threatened by Reed and sighed. "Fear. Anger. Worry."

"Well, understandable. Your ex did threaten your life." Cisco said, earning a flare from Wells. "Right, too soon."

"You think there's any way to duplicate the feeling?" Wells asked Sue.

"I'm sure I can come up with something." Sue promised with a slight smile.

Peter and Tess we're still working on Ben, trying their best to test his reflexes. Tess was working on using a medical device to tap his knee and getting no response.

"Feel anything?" Tess asked Ben.

"Nope." Ben said.

Peter then came over, carrying a hammer in hand. "Let's try this."

"Okay." Tess reluctantly agreed as she took it from him and then tapped Ben, a little harder than needed, but that finally got a response as his leg finally felt it and sent their chair flying across the labs and into the wall.

"Well, we know he has a future in football." Peter joked.

Susan was beginning to vanish before Harrison and Cisco's eyes as they were getting the readings they needed off of her.

As she began to vanish, she was thinking to the other night and started to feel scared for what could happen and suddenly a wave came off her and sent the computers and Cisco flying backwards.

"Oh my for, I'm sorry!" Sue exclaimed as she got up and raced over as did Wells to pick Cisco back up. "Are you okay?"

"Yeah, I'm good." Cisco promised as he got up.

"You sure?" Harrison asked him.

"I'm fine." Cisco promised as he picked up the computers and saw they were all right.

"Must've been some form of physical reaction to some mental pain." Harrison took a guess.

"Guess I need to work to keep my emotions in check." Sue guesses, not wanting to accidentally do this to one of her kids.

There was a knock and they saw it was Caitlin. "Johnny's perfectly healthy, despite the ability to burst into flames. He's all set up in the containment room."

"Great, we'll be there in a second." Harrison promised.

After everything was set up in the labs, Johnny was placed inside of a titanium cage where he slowly began with controlling the fore to his fish and followed it up with him spreading it through his whole body, burning off his clothes in the process.

"Whoa!" Johnny exclaimed.

From the viewing center, Harrison, Cisco and Caitlin were watching his vitals and the X-Ray for any answers.

"He's heating up from his core." Harrison noticed.

"And his vitals are still normal." Caitlin stated.

"This is quite extraordinary." Harrison said as his temperature kept rising over the 1000k's. "He's hotter than we anticipated. Mr. Storm, we need you to back it down." He spoke into the microphone.

"I can go hotter." Johnny stated as he began to do just that.

"Johnny, back it down." Caitlin tells him.

Johnny tried to do that, but only kept raising his temperature to the point that they couldn't see.

"Johnny, you have to back it down!" Cisco cried and they saw he seems to have lost control.

Jonny began to feel light and began to float off the ground when Cisco took out a weapon and shot a blast of cold at the container that immediately froze it and Johnny.

As the steam finally cooled down, Johnny was laughing his head off as he was covered in snow.

"Buzz-kill!" Johnny mocked as he got out of a hole that was created because of him. Luckily the ice and snow were covering up...essential areas on him. "You guys are cramping my style."

"Johnny, you reached 4,000kelvin. Any hotter, than you would've reached supernova." Caitlin informed him.

"And if you did, not only would you theoretically kill yourself, but also threaten the Earth's atmosphere by setting fire to it and destroy all life on earth." Harrison informed him.

"Okay, supernova. Bad." Johnny understands and looked down at himself. "Can I get some clothes?"

Sue was walking back and forth in the labs when Peter opened the door.

"Hey." Peter greeted her.

"Hey," Susan said with a smile. "The kids?"

"Perfectly normal." Peter promised. "They don't have any of the elements that you or Jennifer were exposed to."

"How's Jennifer?" Sue wondered.

Peter laughed and gestured to the gym room across the way. "See for yourself."

When she looked out, all she saw was Tess and Jennifer running some tests by having her lift the equipment, which she did with ease, followed with her crushing the equipment.

"Whoa." Sue commented.

"Yeah, talk about muscle." Peter commented as they walked back into the room and closed the door.

"And there's no way to fix us, is there?" Sue asked.

"Not that we know of." Peter said apologetically. "But we'll figure it out. In the meantime, you're welcome to leave whenever you feel like it. This isn't contagious or anything. You can go and...if you wanna take your kids somewhere else, I'd understand."

Sue was considering the exact same thing, but Jennifer talker her out of it as she sat down. "I did consider it, but...Reed will always find a way to find out where I'm going and chase me. But the kids are already taking a liking to you, and I don't want to keep dragging them around from place to place. They need a stable place to stay. And despite what happened, I feel safe with knowing you'll be there to watch over them."

Peter sighed and looked at his hands and then up to Sue before he took a seat next to her. "Well, if you're going to trust me...then I guess I have to trust you."

Sue looked over to Peter, not understanding what he means.

"When I was fifteen years old, I went on a real trip back when I lived in New York. There, they had an exhibit for radioactivity." Peter was explaining everything to her and Sue was confused as to what he was saying. "A spider got into the experiment...and then bit me. I was...ill for a few days. And when I was better, I learned I could do this." He quickly stood up and leaped onto the ceiling and gave his secret away.

Sue looked and was shocked at this and realized he didn't gain these abilities like she did if he's had them for years. And then there was the spider when it finally clicked.

"Oh my god, you're Spider-Man?" Sue asked as Peter dropped back down.

"Yeah. In the flesh." Peter confirmed.

Sue smiled and was amazed at this man who seemed to be able to juggle a personal life, work life, and even was willing to take her and her kids in. Peter smiled as he noticed how long Sue was looking at him and the two just stood in silence until Johnny interrupted.

"Hey, guys." Johnny called, causing the two to snap out of their staring contest and looked to see his shirt was completely scorched. "We've got a serious problem."

Peter then went to find out where Cisco is to see if he's been working on anything that could help out with this and left Sue standing there blushing.

Johnny seemed to notice this and looked at Sue. "Did...did I interrupt something?"

"What? No, we were just talking." Sue promised.

"About what?" Johnny asked.

"Spiders." Sue said with a shrug.

"He told you?" Johnny asked in shock. "It took me months to learn it."

"Well, I guess he likes me more than you." Sue said, just getting under her brother's skin as she walked past with a smile.

"You like Peter, huh?" Johnny asked Sue who stopped in the doorway.

"I...I don't like Peter. I mean, in the way you're implying." Sue stated as she looked annoyed at her brother. "He's a nice friend. Doubt he's interested in me, and if he was, I'm not ready for a relationship right now with Reed out there."

Sue then left him and Johnny wondered how he would feel about his best friend dating his sister.

Yeah, he doesn't like the idea.

Yuri was currently in Iron Heights and looking at a cell that was destroyed by a gust of wind that came through the Mardon brothers' cell.

"The wind broke them out?" Yuri asked Joe West.

"That's what witnesses say." Joe confirmed.

"We better get to finding them. And whatever they snuck in to blow the doors." Yuri said as she walked away from the officers and pulled her phone before making the call. "Yeah, we've got a problem. I think the Mardon brothers gained powers."

"What makes you say that?" Peter asked.

"Escaping with wind Kinda gives off the impression." Yuri stated and Peter was silent after hearing that.
