"You have seen that have been many changes to the timeline. You have seen how one small change can alter the lives of everyone around them. But what about the fates of those whose lives were far enough away that they shared their Earth-Prime counterparts fate?"

Peter and Sue were currently walking back home after they were spending the afternoon with the kids at the park. Sue was swinging Valeria on the swings whilst Peter was playing with Franklin in the park but they left once everyone began to get tired.

"You didn't have to come with, you know. I could've watched the two of them by myself." Susan informed Peter as they put Valeria in her stroller and made their way back.

"Yeah, but I wanted to." Peter shrugged and they continued down the empty sidewalk.

Sue smiled and leaned down to fix the blanket on Valeria's stroller. "It's nice to have a man in their lives. I was worried they wouldn't have a real male figure in their lives."

"Well, I'm happy to help fill in that role if you want." Peter promises her.

Susan smiled and looked down at Valeria who looked to Peter and smiled.

Meanwhile, in a building near them on the fourteenth floor, a woman was stealing a file from them and quickly ran down the hall, trying to escape a guard.

"Hold it!" The guard warned as he raised his gun to her.

"Don't come near me." She pleaded to him, more afraid than anything.

"You need to come with me." The guard informed her as the woman then passed a bag that she had on her and it began to glow purple.

"Get down!" She cried and ran down the hall, just before the bag exploded.

Peter's senses went off just seconds before the explosion went off and they all turned to face the building and saw a window cleaner was holding on for dear life.

Peter quickly pulled out his phone and contacted the others back at STAR Labs.

At Star labs, Johnny was throwing darts at a target with a smirk on his face in the main room. Medusa and Crystal were sleeping in the lounge area. Jennifer, Harrison, Tess, and Caitlin all called it a night already. The Guardians left to keep other bounty hunters from coming

"Best that, Curls." Johnny dared Cisco.

"Oh, you're on, Fire Lord." Cisco retaliated as he picked up the darts and took a second to concentrate when their phones went off and they saw they needed help.

"Looks like it's time for the Human Torch to Flame on!" Johnny said as he raced out for the labs to the roof and scorched himself to take to the skies.

Peter looked to Sue and wondered if it was okay to leave her, and she was just wondering what he was still doing.

"What are you waiting for? Go!" Sue told him.

Peter saw that as his okay and immediately ran down the alleyway to change into his suit.

The window washer was holding on with all his might, crying out for help. But at the last second, he slipped and began to fall and cry in terror again when he was immediately caught by the Human Torch.

"Don't worry, I got ya!" Johnny said as he flew him to safety.

"You've got me?" He asked in shocked when he noticed they were flying. "Who's got you?!"

Johnny laughed as he took them to the ground and immediately saw Peter swinging inside the building and was looking for anyone.

Peter took a quick look and saw there was an injured guard on the other side and immediately picked him up. "I've got ya. Let's get out of here." He then ran through the fire and leaped out of the building before swinging towards the hospital.

Sue then saw she could do something and used her powers to shield around the fire, allowing it to burn out all the oxygen and die off.

Johnny sighed and saw their work was done, but that's when he turned around and immediately came face to face with Iris West.

Iris was just with her boyfriend at a bar with Barry when he got the call of a bombing and followed it, expecting the heroes to appear. And it seems that she was right considering she's standing five feet away from a man who was head to toe covered in flames, luckily making any photo too bright to get a good look.

Seeing nothing he could do, Johnny took off and flew off into the skies, just as Iris watched in amazement.

An hour later, Barry and Sharon were in the building looking over the explosion, looking for anything that could have been the cause of the explosion. But all they've found was that there was an explosion.

"Security guard was brought to the hospital by Spider-Man. He was released this morning, said our bomber was a woman, red hair." Yuri reported to Joe, Barry, and Sharon. "Camera feed was cut, too. But we found this." She gestured Sharon to follow and they saw a small explosion went off on the door. "Some small charge blew the door. Something tells me what's missing is from here."

"Yeah, I'll look into it." Sharon promised, both of them knowing the other is working to help Spider-Man with all of these freak metas showing up around the place.

Yuri gave her the room, and the minute she was alone she pulled out a small device that almost looked like it came right out of Star Trek and began to use it, revealing the most recently touched file drawers.

It's some piece of SHIELD tech she was allowed to take with her, and she was also allowed access to a whole lot of other small toys Fury wouldn't care if she took.

Taking a quick look around the room, she saw some files were left in the dust, not many of these have been touched in years. All except one.

Sharon walked up to the file and looked through it to see two sides were touched until meeting in the middle. Smiling at her success, she immediately pulled out the file and saw that it was empty.

"Now what were you?" Sharon wondered.

Back at the CCPD, Yuri, Barry, and Joe came back and they noticed some military guys were standing outside the Captain's office.

"What's happening in there?" Yuri asked one of the other cops.

"I have no idea." He responded. "They came in here like they own the place. Been talking to Singh for the last half hour."

"This can't be good." Joe could easily tell as they saw Singh and the general walk out of the office and saw the Detective.

"General Ross, this is Detective West." Singh introduced them.

"Detective." Ross greeted with a shake.

"What's this all about?" Yuri asked.

"The army's going to be taking over the bomb investigation." Singh answered, confusing the detectives.

"I'll be talking whatever you have. Physical evidence, photographs, witness interviews, and all your personal notes." Ross informed Joe and Yuri on what he wants from them.

"I've been on the job nearly 20 years, never heard of the army investigating anything civilian." Joe commented, and Yuri was thinking the same thing.

"Well, it's not civilian. She's one of ours." Ross explains to him.

"Okay, we'll send over everything we have." Joe supposed.

"I think we'll take it now." Ross almost demanded and they both knew something was up on this case.

"Give them what they want, Joe." Singh demanded of them.

"You heard him." Ross agreed.

Later on, Sharon and Barry came in and saw the army on their way out and Sharon did her best to cover her face, not to be recognized by them.

"Hey, what's going on?" Barry asks.

"General Ross is relieving us on the bombing case." Yuri answered her. "Give these men everything relevant."

"Oh, then here." Barry guessed and handed over the box of their evidence over to them.

Sharon was happy she took some photos on that case on her personal phone, something she picked up doing on her SHIELD missions.

"You might wanna take some of those to our mutual friend. I have a feeling there's something bigger here." Yuri tells Sharon, who couldn't agree more.

"You we're spotted?!" Susan cried to Johnny as he was telling them what happened last night back at STAR Labs. "How could you do that?!"

"It's not like I intended to be spotted." Johnny stated to his sister who groaned and walked away. "Besides, I was flamed on, I doubt she got a look at my face."

"Your face isn't what matters here, Johnny." Peter scolded his friend, not believing he was so careless. "What matters is staying invisible. If people learned people like us exist, there is no telling the damage that can be done."

"Oh, come on. How much damage can one woman do?" Johnny asked when Peter got a text.

"We're not done with this." Peter warned him and went to see what his boss needs.

"I honestly don't get it. Nobody's gonna believe when one woman said that there is a man walking around on fire." Johnny defended.

"Depending on who she was." Susan reminded him as Sharon came in. "And Peter actually takes things seriously, unlike you."

"Hey, guys, we might have something on that bomb last night." Sharon said as she showed her photos to them all.

"Okay, so a VA file number is all we've got to go off on?" Cisco asked.

"We'll, CCPD's been ordered off the case." Sharon explained to them.

"Who has the power to do that?" Caitlin asks.

"The army. General Thunderbolt Ross." Sharon informed them.

"Thunderbolt." Harrison sighed at hearing the name.

"You know him?" Sharon asked.

"A while back, he came to us looking into making some enhanced gene therapy for soldiers." Harrison answered to her and as curious on what he was after. "I was interested in the healthcare benefits, but we saw up close on what he was really planning to do with the people who gained abilities and stopped all tests. We separated on bad terms."

"Don't take it personally. Everyone parts with him due to regret for ever partnering him to begin with." Sharon promised him.

"Yeah, I recognize that." Jennifer understood where that was coming from. "My cousin was paid to work on an experiment involving gamma radiation, but he immediately stopped when he saw what happened to his colleague. Emil Blonsky. God, he turned into an abomination."

"But back to our current predicament, the VA finally joined the new millennium and digitized their records." Cisco commented as he went to work using their new S.H.I.E.L.D. back doors to get inside and looks at the file on the number.

"Lot of redacted info." Caitlin commented.

"Well, it looks like our bomber's name is Bette Sans Souci." Cisco looked at what info they do have. "She was an EOD specialist int the army."

"Real. So if she wanted to, she could make even more bombs." Sharon sighed.

"Anyway to find her?" Ben asked.

"Looks like there's one person in case of emergencies. Cameron Scott." Tess read ahead.

"Then let's get there before the army." Sue said as they eyed their uniforms.

Johnny went there by flight, Susan manipulated a forcefield to fly, the two of them feeling that they would be enough to take down one bomber.

Bette was just leaving her friends place and sneaked down the fire escape, trying to avoid being spotted by anyone. But as she took a few steps down the alley, Johnny dropped down and caused her to shriek.

"You Bette sans Souci?" Johnny asked and she immediately turned around and raced down the alley. "I'll take that as a yes."

Bette tried to get as far as she could, but she was immediately met with a forcefield that she slammed into. Susan than stepped out and kept the forcefield up as Johnny walked up and went to grab her.

"You need to come with us." Johnny said as he went to grab her hand.

"Don't touch me! Please." Bette pleaded as Johnny touched her hand and his glove immediately began to glow seek purple.

Sue and Johnny looked at the glove, not understanding what's happening as Bette freaked out.

"Get that off of you!" Bette pleaded and Johnny looked confused. "Hurry!"

Johnny just grabbed his glove and ripped it off the rest of his suit and tossed it into the air where it immediately exploded.

"Huh." Sue and Johnny said, shocked at what they saw and looked over to Bette.

"So you have powers." Sue noticed and shut down her forcefield. "And since you gave us a heads up, I have a feeling you didn't mean for it to happen." The silence from their bomber confirmed their suspicions. "Listen, why don't you come with us, we can help you."

"How?" Bette asked them.

"Because it happened to us, too." Johnny answered as he combusted right in front of her again.

Peter made it to Mercury Labs and made it into Tina's office to see what she needed from him when he noticed there as someone else in the office in her guest chair.

"Mr. Parker, I'm happy you could make it." Tina said as she got up and walked over to him.

"Well, you said you needed to see me." Peter shrugged. "You're the boss. And I'm a little afraid of you."

Tina laughed and knew Peter was just being ridiculous. Mostly. You should see this woman at fundraisers. Every emotion you can go through she goes through to mess with others. It's scary.

"Well, I'd like to introduce you to someone who's offering to donate for our equipment and research." Tina said as she looked to the seat as the man stood up and turned around to reveal...

Reed Richards. With a giant scar on the side of his face.

Susan.

Peter froze in shock at what he was seeing. He was standing three feet apart from Reed Richards. The man who hurt Susan on purpose. The one who broke into his home and threatened Susan.

"Pleasure to meet you." Reed said as he stretched his arm out to Peter, who's able to easily see through the charade.

Peter held back every urge in his body to punch him, just to wash that grin off his face and shook his stretched hand.
